Most attacks against Catholicism are unwarranted and have no real historical truth behind the charges. Most wouldn’t hold up in a court of law. Prejudice and stupidity keep the myths going. It’s mostly a generational sin of hatred that keeps the evil fully charged. I think one should worry about one’s own salvation and let God worry about other people’s salvation.

there were the albigenses and waldenses, they follow the bible instead of the popery, and they were around since at least as long as the Catholics. Luther was actually accused of being a Albigenses.
