How is the U.S. economy doing in 2012? Unfortunately, it is not doing nearly as well as the mainstream media would have you believe. Yes, things have stabilized for the moment but this bubble of false hope will not last for long. The long-term trends that are ripping our economy and our financial system to shreds continue unabated. When you step back and look at the broader picture, it is hard to deny that we are in really bad shape and that things are rapidly getting worse. Later on in this article you will find a list of interesting facts that show the true state of the U.S. economy. Each day the foundations of our economy crumble a little bit more, and we need to wake up as many Americans as we can to what is really going on while there is still time. We have accumulated way too much debt, we consume far more wealth than we produce, millions of our jobs are being shipped overseas, our big cities are decaying, family budgets are being squeezed more than ever, poverty is rampant and we have raised several generations of Americans that expect the government to fix all of their problems. The U.S. economy is at a crossroads, and the decisions that the American people make in 2012 are going to be incredibly important.
The statistics listed below are presented without much commentary. They pretty much speak for themselves.

#1 As you read this, there are more than 6 million mortgages in the United States that are overdue.
#2 In January, U.S. home prices were the lowest that they have been in more than a decade.
#3 In Florida right now, some drivers are paying nearly 6 dollars for a gallon of gas.
#4 On average, you could buy about 10 gallons of gas for an hour of work back in the mid-90s. Today, the average hour of work will get you less than 6 gallons of gas.

#7 The percentage of working age Americans that have jobs is not increasing. The employment to population ratio has stayed very steady (hovering between 58% and 59%) since the beginning of 2010.
#8 If you gathered together all of the workers that are "officially" unemployed in the United States into one nation, they would constitute the 68th largest country in the entire world.
#9 When Barack Obama first took office, the number of "long-term unemployed workers" in the United States was approximately 2.6 million. Today, that number is sitting at 5.6 million.
#10 The average duration of unemployment in the United States is hovering close to an all-time record high.

When the water level of a river drops far enough, it will reveal rocks that have been hidden from view for a very long time. Well, a similar thing is happening in America right now. For decades, our debt-fueled prosperity has masked a lot of the social decay that has been going on.
But now that our prosperity is evaporating, a lot of frightening stuff is being revealed.
Unfortunately, another major financial crisis is rapidly approaching and economic conditions in the United States are going to get a lot worse.
So what is our country going to look like when that happens?

WASHINGTON (WUSA) – A man accused of being a member of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia is back in the United States to face hostage taking and terrorism charges.
Alexander Beltran Herrera (also known as Jhon Alexander Beltrain Herrera or Rodrigo Pirinolo) was extradited from Colombia this weekend to face charges in an indictment, says U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Machen Jr. According to the U.S. attorney, the indictment names 18 members of the FARC, and charges Herrera with:
•one count of conspiracy to commit hostage taking
•three counts of hostage taking
•one count of using and carrying a firearm during a crime of violence
•one count of conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists
•and one count of conspiracy to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
According to the indictment, the FARC is an armed, violent organization in Colombia that seeks to overthrow the Republic of Colombia since 1964. The FARC takes hostages to extort demands, and considers American citizens as “military targets.” Americans are victims of the FARC’s violent acts, including murders and hostage taking.

This only shows that wages are not high enough to support a reasonably comfortable life.
If employers are unwilling to reduce their profits to increase wages they need to be forced by the law.
Is anyone of those low income earners willing to elect a government that pushes for such law or make it part of the constitution?
A) The Sum of pay to upper management shall not be higher than the sum of pay to non-management personnel.
B) If dividends exceed wages, the excess shall be seized by government and injected into charity. In addition, directors shall be fined.

Okay about conservatives, please realize that the government has no business forcing anyone to do anything other than not killing people. In a healthy economy that actually produces something, employers raise wages to be competitive with other employers so wages rise. Supply and demand works with employment too. One problem we have is that there is this notion that we are a consumer society. How do you have a “consumer” driven economy? This is not possible because someone has to produce what is consumed. Jobs like Best Buy and Walmart are two of the biggest employers in the USA, and fifty years ago it was GE and Chrysler. It is not for government to create job growth, merely to create an environment where job growth can thrive. If everyone when back to buying American made goods, if you could find them, we could pull out of a depression. But alas, hardly anyone today understands economics which is why we are in this situation in the first place. That and the fact that government is involved more that it should be and bad choices are not allowed to be punished but instead are reinforced by government policy. Please do not slander an idea different that your own because you disagree, no one is right on every subject every time.

His resources are from many different sources, including the US government itself, CNN and other news sources. Perhaps some of his references may be questionable. That, my friend, is the reason that we should all gather information from many sources and make our own decisions with regard to the validity of the information.

Do you know what else is characteristic in a society built by liberals? Charity and volunteers are absent. Let me post these rhetorical questions. How does anybody in US vote for democrats? How do black people vote for them? How does anybody believe any word that comes out of democrats’ mouths? I am still learning about US history, and some things are appalling. Democratic Party is the party of the former slave drivers. Democrats created Ku Klux Klan; democrats lynched black people in the south; democrats kept in its party and senate Ku Klux Klan member Robert Byrd until he kicked the bucket in 2010 at age 92. Margaret Sanger propelled abortion movement as “Negro Project” – a way to get rid of black population and other unwanted layers of society. She spoke in front of democratic Ku Klux Klan women’s groups. If I remember correctly the number, 16 million black babies exterminated through abortion; poverty in black communities is worse than ever, and black people still vote democrat – it’s a mystery. Every time horrible things happened to US citizens it was a democrat in charge of the country. At the beginning of the 20th century segregation in government was implemented by democratic (progressive, deranged liberal) President Woodrow Wilson who said that you can catch diseases from black people. He also imprisoned American citizens of German decent during World War I (for just playing Mozart in public.) Another democratic president Franklin Roosevelt imprisoned American citizens of German, Italian and Japanese decent during World War II. This liberal lunatic envied Stalin for his power over the soviet economy. (Here is another little dirty secret about the soviet SOCIALIST economy – the unhinged soviet liberals (communists) built their first soviet economic accomplishments on the blood of political prisoners. Millions died building their first hydro-electric power plants and cutting down trees in Siberia. And by the way, the rest of the working class was also basically enslaved. At the dawn of the soviet hell communists changed their minds for a while and implemented a NEP (new economical politics) that allowed the capitalist economical principals work (like China is doing now.) People started working and producing like before the dreaded revolution and gain wealth again. But it was shut down quickly, because liberals can’t stand people becoming wealthy – everybody has to be equally poor. Communist morons would meet every five years for their “five year plan (pyatiletka) congress” and bitch about low productivity in USSR. From what I was told recently, the prophetic news seems to correspond in some form to the police reports in local neighborhoods. Due to the bad economy, crime is up and God is the only one that can give people some peace of mind, according to some Bible scholors. Don’t you agree? One piece of good news is that president Obama is making plans to “jumpstart” our economy but some are saying “Yeah Right” to this proposal. The democrats are quite enthusiastic about Obama’s campaign but the republicans are saying that “he is talking politics in his own right” which is a rather subtle but somewhat facetious way of criticizing the veracity of his words. The real motif is within the person but let the charade play out until the mood gets somber. That way, reality will bite. The old southern limerick, “It ain’t over until the fat lady sings” and that principle is being applied today.
So much talk on moving to a foreign country to escape the mayhem of this bad economy may be a cartoon commercial if you will but dealing with issues on the surface is the most prudent because the emotions are the epitomy of our personal wellbeing. We are entering into a timeperiod where circumstances will test our fortitude and patience. According to some, few will make it through the dark tunnel, so to speak. We are already in an ARMAGEDDON: The Economy. The most stable recipient takes one step at a time because conditions vary in scope. Predicting the future will make us crazy anyway, so let life be a mystery until death do us part!
Islamabad, Pakistan (A Special NewsCore Update Report) — Pakistani authorities have started legal proceedings against the widows of former al- Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden for allegedly entering Pakistan illegally and alleged forgery, Pakistan’s interior minister told reporters Thursday.
(NewsCore Updated Report) — Authorities continued their search Saturday for a suspect who allegedly shot a female officer, stabbed a judge and fled a Washington state courthouse.
Undersheriff Rick Scott said the man gave his name as Michael Thomas when the officer approached him shortly after noon Friday inside the Grays Harbor County Courthouse in Montesano.
“He attacked her with a sharp-edged instrument,” Scott said. “The judge rushed to the aid of the officer and actually struck the suspect physically, knocking him off of the deputy.” The suspect cut Superior Court Judge David Edwards in the neck.
Deputy Polly Davin attempted to draw her weapon, but the suspect knocked her to the floor and took her weapon, officials said.
The suspect fired twice, hitting the deputy once in the shoulder. Seattle affiliate KING said the man left the courthouse with the handgun.
WASHINGTON (WUSA) — DC police and fire crews are investigating suspicious letter incidents in the city.
One incident is at the Amadon-Bowen School in the 400 block of I Street SW, the same place where there was a suspicious letter on Thursday.
Police are also working a suspicious letter incident at the Fifth District Police Headquarters in the 1800 block of Bladensburg Road and just recently,
a pipebomb was found by some curious onlooker but fortunately, she knew how to diffuse the bomb before it went off. DC police and fire crews were called in
to investigate but no suspects at this time.

Officer injured, suspect in critical condition after police shooting by Aaron Kraut

A Montgomery County police officer was injured and a male suspect is in critical condition after police exchanged gunfire with the man early Friday morning near the 8100 block of Eastern Avenue, just inside Washington D.C., police said.
At 12:39 a.m., police responded to multiple calls of gun shots in the area. When officers first arrived on the scene, they heard gunshots and soon encountered an armed male on the north side of Eastern Avenue, police said. Police shot the suspect, who was transported to MedStar Washington Hospital Center where he is in critical condition, police said.

FORT MEADE, Md. (WUSA) — Police say four teens have been charged after reportedly assaulting a student at Meade High School.
The teens, ranging in age from 16 to 19 years old, face a slew of charges for the Feb. 29 incident.
A student reported that he was assaulted in a school hallway between classes. A school resource officer learned that the student was assaulted in the hallway when few people were there. The student was struck, and he had his coat and cell phone stolen.
His parents took him to the hospital for treatment for injuries sustained in the attack.
Authorities later identified William Bryant, Isaiah St. Clair, a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy as suspects in the assault.
Eighteen year old William Bryant and 19-year-old Isaiah St. Clair are charged with first degree assault, second degree assault, reckless endangerment, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and theft.
The17-year-old male was charged as a juvenile with robbery, second degree assault, theft, threatening/harming a student on school property. The 16-year-old male was also charged as a juvenile with robbery, second degree assault, theft, threatening/harming a student on school property.

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA) — A Walkersville, Md. man has been charged after Frederick Police say that cocaine was found in a container by a center console in his car.
William Ray Huskey is charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
An officer stopped Huskey’s car in the area of West College Terrace and West Patrick Street on Tuesday for an equipment violation. But police say, after Huskey’s actions while being pulled over the officer called in police K9. A K9 alerted for controlled substances in the car. Then, Huskey told the officer that there was cocaine in a container by the center console. According to police, the quantity of suspected cocaine inside the cotnainer was enough to indicate intent to distribute.
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (WUSA) — University of Maryland Department of Public Safety arrested 19-year-old Alexander Song of Fulton, Md., after he posted threats of a shooting rampage on campus on the internet, police said.
According to university police, he had an internet posting stating: “I will be on a shooting rampage tomorrow on campus”, “hopefully I kill enough people to make it to national news”, and “stay away from the Mall tomorrow at 1:30.”
Detectives arrested Song and determined that an emergency psychiatric evaluation was necessary, officials said.
Song was taken to an area hospital for evaluation, they said.
The University administration moved to immediately suspend Song’s student status at UMCP. He is no longer permitted on campus pending a review.
GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WUSA) — A man and a woman were arrested for robbing a woman at gunpoint early Sunday morning and this type of violent felony is becoming more of a problem in Gaithersburg near several apartment complexes, police said.
Ronda A. Fitzpatrick, 21, of Chevy Chase and Danylo Demidenko, 22, of Derwood have been charged with the crime that happened near the intersection of Goshen Road and Girard Street and these two people threatened to kill the woman’s family and blow up their vehicles and then terrorize the neighborhoods, police said.

LINTHICUM, Md. (WUSA) — An interesting twist and tale of events recently and involving the enlisting of al-Qaeda operatives in these events but in this case, a man has been arrested after allegedly shooting a woman at a home in Linthicum during an argument in which the man tried to get the woman involved in a conspiracy to carry out some terrorist related crime and the woman refused and that is when things got violent.
Anne Arundel County Police say that officers were called out to a home at approximately 11:23 p.m. Thursday for a domestic-related shooting. There, a woman suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to her lower torso indicated that her “ex” shot her due to an argument in which her former companion wanted her to help him get some phone numbers of some al-Qaeda terrorists overseas in the areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan so that he can call them and that he can get the woman to accompany him in his plan to hire the al-Qaeda operatives to carry out “another 9-11″ so that he can “end the world before December 21st of this year, cause the economy sucks and I hate America” and afterwards, the perpetrator fled the home.
Officers searched the area and were able to apprehend David William Wright of Glen Burnie, Md. and police learned that he wanted to “do the unthinkable” or to do something that Osama bin Laden wanted to do but hired 19 Islamic hijackers to do.
LEESBURG, Va. (WUSA) — Leesburg Police arrested and charged two men in relation to 22 car hopping and theft cases that occurred in Leesburg last month.
According to Leesburg Police, 28-year-old Brian Romberger of Bristow and 24-year-old Justin Easom of Manassas were already in the Prince William Adult Detention Center on unrelated charges. They were identified as suspects in the cases spanning from Feb. 19 to Feb. 22 on Thursday.
LORTON, Va. (WUSA) — Fairfax County Police are investigating reports of 10 cars being stolen while their owners left them running in their driveways in the Lorton area off Silverbook Road.
According to police, the thieves have stolen cars ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 in value, and that five of the 10 vehicles have not been recovered yet.
The first car stolen in the “jump in” thefts was taken on Jan. 18. The most recent incident was Thursday. In each case, owners were warming up their cars on a weekday morning.
The department’s Auto Theft Squad and West Springfield Police District officers are investigating these cases and are urging car owners not to leave their cars unattended while running them. Police have passed out flyers and posted electronic signs to warn the community about the rash of thefts and that there are lone criminals working for al-Qaeda terrorists overseas and the money obtained from stolen cars have been funneled through Western Union to some Islamic terrorists in Abbotobad, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and other places where some al-Qaeda terrorists are known to occupy. There has been a spike of murders and their cars stolen and sold for cash and the cash sent to terrorist organizations for the manufacture of weapons for the purpose of “another 9-11″, according to intelligence reports conducted by FBI Taskforce agents and local police departments throughout the U.S. and abroad.

WASHINGTON (WUSA) — According to D.C. police, woman robbed a SunTrust Bank at 1342 Good Hope Road in Southeast Washington, DC.
DC police say the bank was robbed at about 9:17 a.m. Monday morning.
Police describe the woman as about 115 to 120 pounds and about 5 feet four inches in height. They say she was wearing a white and pink jacket.

Currently, the lowest price of gas in the United States is around $3.00 per gallon, far lower than in most of the rest of the world. Could $4.00 a gallon—or even higher—become the new U.S. norm?
Nations can and do use oil as a weapon. If oil sold for $150 a barrel, the price of gas would jump to about $4.30 per gallon. How many can afford to fill their tanks at that price? And how would this affect the price of everything else—including essential foods and basic needs—that must be transported by vehicles also burning higher-priced fuel?
Much of the world is already skirting the edge of the abyss financially. More economic disruption could lead to increasing international conflicts and the rise of dictatorships not unlike what preceded World War II in which this will lead to more crime and terrorism. Already, according to local police reports and from the FBI, gas station murders and robberies are on the rise, looting and rioting in local neighborhoods such as trashcans being knocked over along with street signs being tossed in the trash, kidnappings and other crime going on. There will be a time when police will give up and leave the area leaving residents in peril and that is when many elderly will soon commit suicide to escape the mayhem in the neighborhoods, henceforth, the Great Tribulation Period in full swing.

See All…). Must we accept crime as a way of life? Why aren’t prisons solving it, and is there anything we can do about it personally?
The above statement voiced by God through Ezekiel suggests the need to prepare more chains for imprisonment, because of increasing crime. It shows ancient Israel awash with violence. Are we any different today? The sobering facts about widespread crime in North America show that Ezekiel’s message is still applicable but with president Obama being Lord of America and ruling the world under God’s order, peace will come and crime will stop.
The total number of prisoners in the United States increased from 319,000 in 1980 to 1.3 million in 1999. Another 523,000 people were also in jail. This translates into 1 in every 150 Americans being in prison or jail. This is disturbing for a society perceived as law abiding and which inscribes its currency with “In God We Trust.” Crime and a godly society are not compatible but Obama will be Lord and will work with Christ to restore order.
I see a significant amount of banter between the left and the right but that’s all there is – argument. The problem with this country is that’s it truly is becoming ‘every man for himself’. Where in the hell is compromise? Where the hell is true concern for your fellow human. I’ll be on the floor laughing at you all when it finally hits the fan – and it will hit the fan shortly. Everyone wants to blame whomever is President or the Senators or the House Reps -anyone but themselves!
