With Wyoming and several other states(http://trib.com/news/state-and-regional/govt-and-politics/wyoming-house-advances-doomsday-bill/article_af6e1b2b-0ca4-553f-85e9-92c0f58c00bd.html) passing laws, when should we get really concerned? What should we be doing in our own states? I would love to see a full article on the implications of states seeking to provide their own defense when national defense is being reduced.
