That's right, it was meant to destroy the country that supports freedom and democracy around the world. Second, the US is now a Fascist state. The constitution is all but dead! Corporations and wealthy individuals are writing the laws, staffing government regulatory agencies and just plain buying votes in congress. Both sides, Republican and Democrat, are working for the same people and it's not the American people. Our leaders are participating in traitorous activities and harming our country. The problems of our economy are easily understood in terms of basic mathematics and science. It's just that no-one bothered to do it. This kind of laziness and malignant narcissism has resulted in our present circumstances. Also, many of the problems with our economy and lack of analysis can be traced to feminism and women in the work place, voting and owning property. Big mistake when all the resources of the State are redirected from basic necessisties for survival to filling the bottomless well of a woman's emotions - better known as solipsism. There is no solution to our problems. I agree that what turned us around after the Great Depression was World War II and not any government policies. I believe that our current circumstances are God's wrath and God will forgive those who are contrite and ask for His forgiveness. I hope this is true.
