No this is not causing inflation. We are currently in a deflationary cycle. OOOhhhhh inflation, currency devaluation, Wiemer, Zimbabwe, the boogey man is coming. If the Govenment would spend more, yeah increase the deficit and use spending to create employment, the problem disappears. Regulate the incessant control frauds perpetrated by bankster and corporate CEO’s and things will get better. Good riddance to you.
