As for not wanting people to move to your country. Okay. That’s fine, but make sure that no one from yours comes to mine. If that’s the case, then let’s all just close the boarders and get back to basics. My father lost his job because they moved the plant to China. My grandfather was laid off because they hired an illegal immigrant to do his job at a quarter of the wages. You know what they did? They got new jobs. They worked harder for less, and you know what they have now? My grandfather owns a farm. My father and my mother work 12-14 hours 7 days a week to raise their three children, which they thought they could afford, when my father had a good paying job.

Those who are going to move to your country are the ones that have the ability to do as such as well as the drive. You’re nto going to get the welfare babies or the low income/ghetto families. Why not? Because they cannot even afford to feed themselves and cloth their children. If it’s too hard to get a job, how are they ever going to jump through the hoops required to move to a different country? The answer is that they are not.

I feel like perhaps everyone here assumed that by Americans it meant “United States Citizens who want a way out from under their bills and to be given a hand out”. People moved here didn’t they? So why can’t they move anywhere else? Long and short of my opinion: the United States is an ok place to live. Good people (for the most part). Some beautiful country side. Booming cities. The problem is the same as can be found anywhere. The greedy and corupt rise to the top. You can fight for it, die for it, be imprisoned for it, or you can run from it.
