We are witnessing the beginning of a collapse that will make the great depression look like a Christmas party. This thing is global and there is no way out.

Governments and central banks know this which is why they are secretly buying all the gold they can get.

It’s a race to see who can devalue their currency the fastest. Look at the Swiss pegging their currency to the euro last week. shocker!

There are no safe havens left except for silver and gold. I highly suggest people start preparing for this mess that’s coming because it won’t be pretty.

Here’s a great video that helped me understand the severity of the upcoming events

It isn't just a Republican or Democrat problem. We could vote ALL of them out of office and bring in new honest representatives, but nothing would change because we have millions of bureaucrats that we didn't hire, don't want and can't fire. They pass thousands of regulations that affect our lives in every way.

NoObama was on TV today talking about getting jobs for all unemployed Americans. Yeah how? By the usual giving tax breaks and subsidities to big billion dollar corporations? all they then do is hire 2 or 3 people part time, only to lay them off 3 to 6 months later and then give their CEO a 50 million dollar bonus! No factories will open up In the USA with NAFTA and the WTO around. The Klintons got the USA into that in the 1990's. in fact, they paid companies to relocate to Mexico and South America, all the while they layed off millions of factory workers.
Office jobs are disappearing too. With these cheap 800 phone lines, companies can go to some third world country and hire people to answer the phone for 25 cents an hour to 50 cents an hour. Why hire Americans and have to pay them $15 to $20 dollars an hour? Why with all that extra money they can save, they can give their CEO and board of directors a $50 million dollar bonus!
And haven't you seen on TV, that big billion dollar insurance companies can save millions by outsource to India or Pakistan doctors. You stand in front of a video camera and the "doctor" there tells you whats wrong with you. So the insurance companies don't have to pay for American doctors.
So what jobs are left then? Fast food, motel, retail store, janitor.
Forget about getting some cushy city or state job. They are now going broke paying pensions and health care to their retirees. They will in the future only rarely hire for probably part time work. I read one of the foreign auto companies opened a plant and only hired part time so they didn't have to pay any pensions or health care. People work 20 hours a week at 8 or 9 dollars an hour!
have you seen the riots in London? How soon before that hits cities like East St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, and others? Do you think you could escape when it happens? The gangs will stop your car, rob you, beat the hell out of you for fun and let you watch as they rape your wife and your daughter.
I say why should companies like Exxon make 300 billion-nationalize all oil and gasoline companies in America now and use the profits to pay off the national debt. And stop giving these billion dollar oil companies tax breaks and stop giving them subsities. It's the poor and middle class that pay all the taxes! Look at GE, they made 12 billion in proit and payed no income taxes! Plus they just closed up another plant and moved it to China.

The Anti-Oedipal Psychology is, not incidentally, a type of passionate, self-justifying victim psychology that expresses itself, entirely without grasping the contradiction, in fierce and inveterate “scapegoating.” Whereas “the function of the father was built on engaging reality and keeping it at distance from the family, so that the mother’s love could operate safely within the family,” modern men might well, in Schwartz’s analysis, “have succeeded in that attempt, all too well.” The involvement of an entire paternal generation in its work and its creation of the greatest affluence and ease ever to have existed on the face of the earth in the 1950s and 60s resulted in “the idea that there is an independent reality that needs to be engaged [losing] its conviction.”

We can see this sociological shift in the prolongation of adolescence, in the fascination of devices and toys over people who are chronologically adult while psychologically still children, and in the massive contemporary loss of understanding about the function of institutions.

Gee 4libertarian. How come nobody replied? Maybe because there is no counter to your point? As a political libertarian, religious conservative, I am amazed at how hostile liberals cannot distinguish between free market economics and big corp capitalism (which is much more akin to fascism). But as you pointed out so well, all the places where liberalism rules are total sh*t holes. Hmm, Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, Philadelphia.... Conservative Christians have sure made a mess of things.

You misinterpreted whom it was talking about...
Those verses all apply to Jews, living in Israel.

Instead read just one verse: "I will Bless those that bless you, and Curse those that curse you." That means, stand by Torah (Bible) observing Jews unconditionally; stand by Israel unconditionally. If you do that, then you and your family's safety will be ensured when America crumbles.

Wow! You had me, then you lost me. Incidentally, I'm a mid-20's female supervisor who prefers not to hire from the over-40 crowd, though naturally I do so as my generation celebrates and embraces diversity. Still, the older folks are typically way too slow, irreversibly headstrong, and just generally inflexible, especially when it comes to learning new tasks or changing up routines whatsoever. My generation has been trained to do things as quickly and efficiently as possible; this includes trying new methods and using new tools, even if corners are cut here and there. If you're not particularly innovative, you're not going to inspire the younger generation to listen to you. Ever. Simply have them acknowledge that phones and facebook can too easily distract from what they're being paid to do; try establishing priorities and goals therein, then encourage them to complete their professional tasks the best way possible. If I catch them off-task, I like to remind them, "You won't be able to pay that iPhone bill without your dayjob, kiddo!"
