Essentially, it makes it more difficult for farmers markets, nearly impossible for roadside stands, and lays the foundation for making household gardens illegal…not specifically in the bill, but the foundation there for a future bill to pass shortly.

Not to mention a parallel bill that will make garage sales and people selling stuff thru groups like craigslist illegal. Basically, if corporations can’t sell it to you, we will make it illegal.

This is the foundation for setting up a system where without money you are doomed.
