The Last Days Of America? 25 Signs Of Extreme Social Decay

Are we on the verge of societal collapse?  Many of the greatest empires throughout world history were not conquered by outside forces.  Rather, they crumbled inwardly as extreme social decay set in.  There have been many that have compared the last days of the Roman Empire to what America is going through right now.  In the decades following World War II, the United States was the most powerful and the most prosperous nation on the entire planet, but now things are rapidly changing.  There are literally thousands of signs that our society is collapsing all around us.  All you have to do to see this is turn on a television or pick up a newspaper.  I spend a lot of time discussing our nightmarish economic and political headaches in this column, but the truth is that our problems go much deeper than that.  Even if a major miracle happened and we got the “right person” into the White House, the Federal Reserve was shut down, our 16 trillion dollar national debt was paid off, our trade deficit went to zero, a solution was found for the quadrillion dollar derivatives bubble and the “too big to fail” banks were broken up, we would still be facing a national crisis of unprecedented magnitude.  The cold, hard reality of the matter is that America has become an absolute cesspool of filth and corruption, and the thin veneer of civilization that we all take for granted is rapidly disappearing.  Until we get our hearts right, there is not much hope for the future of this once great nation.

So are these the last days of America?  The following are 25 signs of extreme social decay….

#1 We have come to accept that it is “normal” that security goons should be allowed to touch the private parts of our women and our children in the name of “national security”.  Just check out the ordeal that conservative radio host and Breitbart editor Dana Loesch suffered through recently at the hands of the TSA

They performed the regular pat-down and then the agent informed me that she would be using the front of her hands to “sweep” my groin. She pressed and swept across my crotch three times horizontally and three times vertically. In any other circumstance this would be sexual assault.

The agents themselves were friendly and smiled, yet I was still denied a public screening and no witness of my own present for the screening itself (a second agent was in the room at the time). I had no reason to be angry with the agents themselves, yet I was angry, and still am, at the regulations which require them to routinely violate men, women, and children in the name of a false sense of security.

#2 Police up in New Jersey say that a man kept his girlfriend padlocked in a bedroom for most of the last 10 years.

#3 It is hard to imagine some of the sick things that people do behind closed doors.  Down in Florida, one former medical examiner was apparently collecting human body parts

In what could be described as an episode of “Auction Hunters” turned reality horror show, authorities in Pensacola are investigating after finding human brains, hearts and lungs in a storage unit they say belonged to a former medical examiner.

Someone bought the storage unit at an auction last week and noticed a foul smell as they were sifting through furniture and boxes.

Officials at the medical examiner’s office in Pensacola say the remains of more than 100 people were found crudely stored in Tupperware containers, garbage bags and drink cups.

#4 A former fifth grade teacher down in Atlanta has admitted that she helped her students cheat because they were “dumb as hell“.

#5 Many debt collectors are willing to say absolutely despicable things in order to collect debts.  One debt collector recently told a disabled military veteran that if he would have “served our country better” he would not be disabled and that he “should have died“…

“If you would have served our country better you would not be a disabled veteran living off Social Security while the rest of us honest Americans work our asses off,” one of the agency’s debt collectors allegedly told the vet. “Too bad, you should have died.”

Michael Collier was declared 100 per cent disabled after suffering permanent spine and head injuries while in the Army. As a result, both Collier and his wife receive disability payments from the federal Social Security Administration, which are exempt from seizure by debt collectors.

#6 In many areas of the country, street drugs have become so powerful that they are pushing users completely over the edge.  Of course there is never any excuse for murdering children, but would any rational person do this kind of thing without being high on drugs?…

A Camden, N.J. man was charged with murder for allegedly slashing the throat of a 6-year-old Camden boy. Police say he told investigators he was smoking a combination of marijuana and PCP, known as “Wet” just before the killing.

Osvaldo “Popeye” Rivera, 31, was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with murder and attempted murder.

Police say Rivera was trying to sexually assault the boy’s 12-year-sister and the little boy tried to come to her defense. Investigators say Rivera slashed the throats of both children.

#7 A school bus driver in Wisconsin recently told a 12-year-old boy that “maybe your mother should have chosen abortion for you” because he didn’t like the Romney campaign sign standing in his front yard.

#8 We are continuing to see a rash of “zombie attacks” all over the nation.  The following is one recent example from Pennsylvania….

A Doylestown man, who was naked and bleeding profusely, gnawed on woman’s head all while “screaming like an animal” during a wild neighborhood rampage, state police said.

#9 A beekeeper over in North Carolina says that someone recently stole 20,000 bees from his property.

#10 Evidence of social decay extends to the highest levels of the federal government.  Just check out what some highly paid federal workers have been doing when they were supposed to be working…

In 2006, the deputy press secretary for the Department of Homeland Security was arrested for trying to seduce online someone he thought was a teenage girl. Four years later, the Securities and Exchange Commission found that 17 of 31 employees caught accessing porn at work since 2008 — one for up to eight hours a day — were senior staff.

In 2010, the Boston Globe reported that senior Pentagon staff were downloading child porn. Instead of generating a media storm, the story died. Senior staff were watching the sexual torture of small children on Pentagon computers, and Americans were not outraged?

#11 In a shocking murder trial in southern California, prosecutors have played a tape of a former chef admitting to police that he slow cooked the body of his wife for four days.

#12 The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the entire world, and many of our prisons are absolute hellholes.  The following is what a former inmate named Daniel Miller recently told Business Insider about what really goes on inside our prisons…

“When they found out the black homosexual had approached me talking that homosexual stuff, I was told ‘Look you have to stab him or pipe him down,'” Miller recently told Business Insider about his first experiences during two decades spent in and out of prison, most recently for robbery.

“The guys were there just to make sure I actually split this guy’s head open.”

Those “guys” were the Aryan Brotherhood, one of the most famous and feared jailhouse gangs.

Miller, now 38, joined up when he first entered the correctional system in Kansas as a teen. He bounced around a number of different facilities before being released on Sept. 19 this year.

“At 16 years old, I wanted to be accepted in prison,” he said. “I would fight everybody.”

He grew so cold and so good at fighting he became the one ordering attacks on fellow inmates — something that still haunts him.

#13 A 7-year-old boy was part of a gang of youths that recently invaded the home of a 51-year-old woman and beat the living daylights out of her.

#14 What in the world has gotten into our kids?  Many of them have literally turned into little monsters.  Just check out what two little boys recently did to a church in Virginia

Two little boys caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to a Loudon County church, according to officials.

The vandals used the children’s toys and art supplies to damage the sanctuary, fellowship hall, and Sunday school rooms. They also smeared food for needy families and their own feces and urine on walls and floors.

According to Loudon County Sheriff Tim Guider, all that damage was done by two boys, aged 6 and 7.

#15 A former high school English teacher has been accused of having sex with five different male students.  The most disturbing part is that she is a mother of three children and her husband is serving this country in the U.S. Army.

#16 You might want to think twice before becoming a pizza delivery worker.  Just check out what happened over in Dallas recently…

Two Dallas teens called in a pizza order to lure a delivery worker to a Grand Prairie house, then beat the woman in the head with a pistol and sexually assaulted her on the porch, according to Grand Prairie police reports released Wednesday.

Bleeding and wearing just a bra, the 30-year-old woman drove herself back to a Grand Prairie Pizza Hut, the reports stated.

The 17-year-olds accused in the July 24 robbery and sexual assault were in custody Wednesday at the Lew Sterrett Justice Center in Dallas in what Grand Prairie police are calling one of the city’s “most heinous offenses” in recent memory.

#17 According to shocking new research by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately two-thirds of all Americans in the 15 to 24 year old age bracket have engaged in oral sex.

#18 Last year it was reported that 86 teen girls at one high school in Memphis, Tennessee were either pregnant or had recently given birth.

#19 Sex trafficking has become a raging epidemic in America.  It is estimated that there are now approximately a million prostitutes in the United States.  Most of them are being trafficked by male “pimps”.

#20 As our social decay gets even deeper, it is going to become more important than ever to secure our homes.  Just check out what happened over in Kansas City, Missouri recently…

An elderly couple is recovering Tuesday after they were brutally beaten inside their south Kansas City home.

The woman was also raped, according to a police report.

Tony L. Putman, 18, of Kansas City was charged with six felonies Tuesday afternoon. The charges include one count of rape and two counts of robbery.

The couple’s ordeal began about 1:30 p.m. Monday when a man broke into their home near 73rd Street and Campbell Avenue. Entry was gained through a basement window, which was broken.

#21 It is becoming easy to understand why so many Americans are arming themselves these days.  Even Brad Pitt says that he “doesn’t feel safe” without a gun.

#22 In this day and age you often can’t even trust the police.  Just check out this recent example

Police in Cherryville took bribes, helped transport stolen goods and extorted money in a multi-state operation that raked in at least $750,000, according to federal indictments unsealed Wednesday.

FBI agents flocked to the Cherryville Police Department and several homes in Cherryville Wednesday morning, loading up boxes of evidence and making arrests.

#23 Overall, more than 50 million abortions have been performed in the United States since Roe vs. Wade was decided back in 1973.  At this point, the number of babies killed by abortion in America every year is almost as high as the total number of military deaths in all of U.S. history.

#24 Respect for parents has declined to shockingly low levels in America.  Just check out what one son down in Florida recently did to his own mother

A Florida man yesterday rubbed dog feces in his mother’s face during an argument in the home they share, police report.

Cops arrested William Jenkins, 22, on a felony domestic battery charge for pushing his mother, 53, to the floor during the dispute, according to a Palmetto Police Department report.

When questioned by cops, Jenkins denied pushing his mother, but admitted that he “did rub dog defecation on her face because she yelled at him,” investigators noted.

#25 A 21-year-old Utah man is being accused of stabbing his grandmother 111 times and then removing some of her organs.  But news like this hardly makes headlines anymore because crimes such as this one have become so common.

Sadly, a list like this one could go on indefinitely.  More examples of extreme social decay pop up in the news almost hourly.

But we don’t like to admit that we have problems.  Our politicians continue to proclaim how we are “the greatest nation on earth” and that the rest of the world should follow our example.

Rarely do you ever hear politicians talk about how we are the most obese nation on the planet, about how we have the highest divorce rate on the planet or about how we have the highest teen pregnancy rate on the planet.

Until we are willing to admit just how bad things have gotten, we will never be willing to accept the solutions that are necessary to start fixing things.

Many Americans are pinning their hopes on the upcoming election, but instead of making things better I am concerned that this election may trigger a lot of the anger that is boiling just under the surface in this country.

If we continue down the path that we are currently on, the social decay that we are now experiencing is going to accelerate.

The fundamental level of trust that any society needs in order to operate efficiently is breaking down, and more Americans than ever are living in fear.  You can see it in their eyes.

Our politicians can pile on millions more laws, rules and regulations and they can put a police officer on every corner, but that isn’t going to make Americans trust one another.  Once confidence in our societal institutions and our faith in one another is gone, it is going to be incredibly difficult to ever rebuild it.

Yes, we really are on the verge of societal collapse. What we are experiencing right now is just the leading edge of the coming crisis.

Things are going to get a whole lot worse from here.

If you think The Banana Republic of America (formerly the US of A) is dangerous now, just wait. As economic conditions in the BRA go from bad to much, much worse, the violence and social unrest will intensify. BRA cities will come to resemble Third World cities, where lavish gated communities of millionaires and billionaires can be only a few miles from squalid shantytown slums. The BRA doesn’t have the Desperate People Doing Desperate Things Tax (DPDDTT) just yet, but it will. DPDDTT is a term that describes the desperate things that desperate people do in Third World countries in order to survive—for example, kidnapping, armed robbery, violent home invasions. If you live in Caracas or Guatemala City and have a lot of money, you either pay for armed bodyguards or pay the DPDDTT. And you’d better treat your armed bodyguards really well because the DPDDTT collectors are very good at bribing armed bodyguards. Kidnapping has become a major industry in parts of Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Asian Pacific, and it will become a major industry in the BRA when the BRA’s newly desperate get sick of being desperate.

“The United States has collapsed economically, socially, politically, legally, constitutionally, and environmentally.”—Paul Craig Roberts

“We’re getting ready to face a really big crisis, even bigger than the World War II Generation.” —Alex Jones

“Los Estados Unidos has turned into a banana republic, a fascist banana republic.”—Gerald Celente

“When the money stops flowing down to the man on the street, the blood begins to flow in the streets”—Gerald Celente

“This country is a boiling cauldron of hatred and anger, and all it is going to take is just the right ‘spark’ to cause all of this hatred and anger to absolutely explode.”—Michael T. Snyder

“Brace yourself. The American empire is over. And the descent is going to be horrifying.”—Chris Hedges

“In America, the problem is that interest rates are too low. They have to go up. We can’t have an economy with interest rates at zero. If the Fed lets interest rates go up, we have to realize that we will have a deeper recession, we have to realize that banks are going to fail.”—Peter Schiff

“Prepare, prepare, prepare. Three months worth of water, fresh water, first aid supplies. If you are going to buy weapons, do it now for self-defense because it’s obvious that with 11 policemen being shot in a 24-hour period and police forces being cut back, you will have to look out for yourself. The predators will come out.”—Michael Ruppert

“If our research is right, Americans will have to make some tough choices on how they’ll go about surviving when basic necessities become nearly unaffordable and the economy becomes dangerously unstable.” —Keith Fitz-Gerald, Chief Investment Strategist for the Money Map Press

“When people get hungry and desperate, things get ugly. And I’ll tell you where it’s really going to get ugly: crime is going to go to levels we’ve never seen before.” —Gerald Celente

“A lot of times, prosperity makes people very, very lackadaisical. They wear like it is a protective cloak, when really, it brings the wolves.”—Alex Jones

Yes, the wolves certainly do come out in Third World hellholes, and those wolves can smell money from miles away. When those wolves realize that working 12-hour days in a sweatshop isn’t paying their bills, they decide that the Desperate People Doing Desperate Things Tax is a better way to keep food on the table. The DPDDTT can be very profitable when a billionaire or millionaire in Rio de Janeiro, Manila or San Salvador doesn’t want his kidnapped wife or kidnapped daughter to come home in 20 different pieces (it really sucks when that happens).

Welcome to the violent, bloody, rotting, decaying, collapsing Banana Republic of America, land of the corrupt and home of the desperate.

    • Gary2

I had never considered that the armed guards could be bribed. Good point. Does this happen often?

      • El Pollo de Oro

Gary2 in Wisconsin: In Latin America, bribing the bodyguards who are hired to protect the ultra-rich from DPDDTT collectors isn’t uncommon. Here’s how it often happens:

        1. DPDDTT collectors from a kidnapper gang target millionaire or billionaire and decided to kidnap his wife, daughter, etc.
        2. DPDDTT collector approaches bodyguard, “Órale, guay. Want to make some extra money? Look the other way when when we kidnap your boss’ wife, son, daughter. etc. for ransom.”
        3. DPDDTT collector pays off bodyguard, who sets up the rich businessman’s wife or daughter to be kidnapped. The bodyguard might agree beforehand to get punched in the face, hit over the head or maced so that no one suspects the bodyguard of helping the kidnapper. “I tried to stop them, but as you can see from the big gash on my forehead, those cabrones overpowered me. Maldito sea!”

That’s why it makes sense for a millionaire or billionaire in Latin America to pay his bodyguards really well: they’re less bribable that way. But some millionaire and billionaires can be extremely cheap, and the DPDDTT collectors know that.

      • El Pollo de Oro

By the way, I recently discussed the dreaded DPDDTT with an Argentinean guy I know here in Philly. He agreed with my view that Chile, Uruguay and Costa Rica are three Latin American countries where the DPDDTT isn’t collected, and he attributed that to the strength of the middle class in those countries. Argentina, he said, has become much more dangerous as a result of the bankster scum declaring war on the Argentinean middle class. And he agrees with me that the DPDDTT is on its way to the BRA now that we’re a banana republic.

        • liberranter

That’s really a shame about Argentina. It has always been one of the more “European” of Latin American countries. Having a stable middle class –heck, having stable government, period– would, one would have thought, been one of its most enduring characteristics.

          • El Pollo de Oro

Argentina is a perfect example of what Alex Jones talks about when he says that developed countries can UN-develop when they allow banksters to debase their economies. Buenos Aires used to be the Paris of Latin America, and it was generally a safe city unless you did something risky like walking down a side street in La Boca by yourself late at night. Now, the shanty slums of Buenos Aires are growing and becoming breeding grounds for crime and social decay.

        • Gary2

          El Pollo:

this may be a dumb question but are Uruguay and Paraguay all that different and if so how?

          • El Pollo de Oro

Paraguay is a much poorer country than Uruguay, although not as poor as Bolivia. Uruguay is very developed. If you walked around much of Montevideo (Uruguay’s largest city), you would think you were visiting a city in Western Europe. Uruguay is very developed, has a much better infrastructure than Paraguay and has a large middle class (at least for now). You can drink the tap water in Uruguay without getting “el turismo.” Paraguay, like most banana republics, has a very affluent minority and a dirt-poor majority––and the affluent minority pay the DPDDTT.

    How many have fallen.

Recommendations: get a 12 gauge shotgun. Versatile, cheap, effective, and plentiful. It’s my favorite by far. Many will say that it’s not as good as a 30.06 or a .50 long-range rifle, but that’s just cause many don’t know how to work a shotgun or manipulate the shells properly. I love wax shot, cut shells, rock salt shot, fletchettes – even blanks used to propel arrows and other projectiles. Rifles don’t do that.

For a sidearm, get a .38/.357 Mag handgun. Cheap and plentiful ammo, good for the price, effective, compact, and easy to use. Practice with the .357 ammo, and protect yourself with the .38 rounds. It’s also good ammo for a rifle at closer quarters. Most stores that sell guns and ammo have all these in stock and buying is easy.

Also learn to repair and make guns and ammo. A shotgun and shells is easiest to make from hardware shop supplies. Get training a license first.

If a melee tool is needed, a Bowie is excellent; but if cost is an issue use a good non-serrated cooking knife. Most camping axes at retailers is about $7-$8 and is formidable. My daughter prefers the flat skillet. :)

For hand-to-hand, forget kung-fu and other show-off stuff. Use the self-defense methods used by WWII American and British troops to take down Nazi’s. Get a booklet called “Get Tough!” Free online.

If you’re worried about “zombie” attacks or what-not you can fortify your home cheap and easy. Fill bags, pillow cases, or what you have with sand or soil and pile up in a room or wherever you want fortified two bags deep. This is good protection. Also look into film for windows that will make it into safety glass – it won’t be perfect, but it’ll buy you some time. To get downtime and another st of eyes; get a watch dog or train your dog to do the work.

If attacked, make sure to prepare beforehand with supplies. Also get a book called “Where There Is No Doctor” by the Hesperian Foundation. They have a lot of these rural medicine books, so get ‘em all. Free if done by chapter.

    Prepare and be happy.

    • Wally Gator

      Good Advice David! Thanks

    • Paul

      I like chocolate.

The sandbags are also good in flood areas.
And in winter you can use the sand in front of your house after removing the snow, so that nobody slips and breaks something.

      • SD

the snow, so that nobody slips and breaks something.
(Or falls and hits their head on the pavement, a la Paul.)

    • PJ Prepper

David, good starting list you have there. Quite heavy on the personal defense side of the house but there is nothing wrong with that. I would encourage people to put more emphases on sustainable preps (in the beginning) so if/when the civil unrest comes about you will be able to lay low and avoid the initial maelstrom. Food, water, more food, ways to filter water. Once the store shelves go empty and debit cards are worthless things will get crazy. It will however take a while (if not mitigated, maybe a couple weeks) for scenarios like the ones we all prepare for to start manifesting themselves, i.e. looters heading into suburbia to kill and pillage at will. Once the local law enforcement and National Guard give up to go home and protect their loved ones…watch out.

-As to the shotgun, a great weapon which serves a good purpose. Cheap and easily used for home defense or even hunting. Poor range and accuracy at long range, and horribly small round capacity/slow reloads handicap it. I would encourage people to be familiar with a shotgun AND a good semi-automatic rifle. A relatively good shooter could put 60 rounds on target with an AR15 before the guy with a shotgun could shoot 6 (or 8), reload, and get through the next 6 (or 8). At distances greater than 150 yards? Fugghetaboutit.

-Repairing weapons and learning the art of reloading is a great skill. I too think everyone who is serious about guns should get into this. If anything you will save money and learn a new skill. Post SHTF, you’ll be able to roll your own.

-If a melee tool is needed, well I’ll put it like this. When you dual carry (long gun and hand gun) you definitely practice transitions to the handgun, and reloads as well. The old saying is that if you are actually doing reloads with your handgun…that means so many things have gone wrong (with you and your team) you probably are screwed regardless. If it comes down to wielding battle axes and frying pans that means all of your primary long guns have failed (or you are out of ammo) and same for your pistols. There is no retreat and you are simply being overrun. The best way to approach this scenario is to live to fight another day (even if it does mean retreat) because nothing good ever happens when you try to go down swinging like Braveheart. Remember, while we ALL like to be macho men and talk about all of the things we will possibly do when the looting hoards come, if SHTF the best fight (gun fight, melee fight) is the one you NEVER have to get into. Lay low, lay low, Lay Low. All of the macho gun owners who go out looking for fights or provoke fights will find them, and they will be sorry.

-I concur sandbags are good to have as a last resort for fortification. The cheap plywood and drywall on the 2nd story around your window won’t do anything to stop a bullet. Then again I revert back to my other paragraph. If it comes down to that….

Overall just providing some additional insight. Each person must prepare in a way which they are comfortable. If that means shotguns and frying pans, so be it. I might choose to have a different method but that’s ok as well. We should all do our best to prepare for uncertain times, to include defending ourselves and our loved ones in a civil unrest situation. But that should be the absolute last resort, and I mean last. Lots of guys spend hours plinking at their local flat range in camo and cool guy gear, some even hope they might get to use their tacti-cool gun in a fight someday. For their sake I hope it never happens. Plan and prepare but be smart about it.

      • davidmpark

Yeah, I was going for a bare bones defense/offense list for those on tight budgets. I also know how to make an AR-15 and I love it, but most folks I know can’t afford it.

You add on list is terrific and hope a lot of people read it! Thanks!

    The Democratic Party of Today:
    Romans 1:21
(Democrats do not want God mentioned in the party platform and are actively removing God from society) 21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools
(They worship the state, SOCIALISM and the Earth, HUMANISM) 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
(If it feels good do it, no right and wrong) 24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie
(They worship the Earth, Radical Environmentalist) and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
    (They support and encourage Homosexuality)
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

(Their thinking is backwards and unGodly, they lie right to your face)
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. 32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
Of course this can apply to all of us, but look at the Democrat party; this is a pretty good description from the word of God about what they are peddling.

    • liberranter

As revolting and overtly Godless as most Democrats are, most Republicans are really no better. Their pious platitudes are merely political theater used to deceive what they believe to be a key demographic group (one actually MUCH smaller than the Republican head honchos believe it to be) and to gull the non-thinking majority into ignoring the abysmal gulf between what the Republican party says and what it actually does.

The REPUBLICAN Party of Today:!!!!They taught about God but did not love God — they did not enter the kingdom of heaven themselves, nor did they let others enter. (Matt 23:13-14)
They preached God but converted people to dead religion, thus making those converts twice as much sons of hell as they themselves were. (Matt 23:15)
They taught that an oath sworn by the temple or altar was not binding, but that if sworn by the gold ornamentation of the temple, or by a sacrificial gift on the altar, it was binding. The gold and gifts, however, were not sacred in themselves as the temple and altar were, but derived a measure of lesser sacredness by being connected to the temple or altar. The teachers and Pharisees worshipped at the temple and offered sacrifices at the altar because they knew that the temple and altar were sacred. How then could they deny oath-binding value to what was truly sacred and accord it to objects of trivial and derived sacredness? (Mat 23:16-22)
They taught the law but did not practise some of the most important parts of the law — justice, mercy, faithfulness to God. They obeyed the minutiae of the law such as titheing spices but not the real meat of the law. (Matt 23:23-24)
They presented an appearance of being ‘clean’ (self-restrained, not involved in carnal matters), yet they were dirty inside: they seethed with hidden worldly desires, carnality. They were full of greed and self-indulgence. (Matt 23:25-26)
They exhibited themselves as righteous on account of being scrupulous keepers of the law, but were in fact not righteous: their mask of righteousness hid a secret inner world of ungodly thoughts and feelings. They were full of wickedness. They were like whitewashed tombs, beautiful on the outside, but full of dead men’s bones. (Matt 23:27-28)
They professed a high regard for the dead prophets of old, and claimed that they would never have persecuted and murdered prophets, when in fact they were cut from the same cloth as the persecutors and murderers: they too had murderous blood in their veins. (Matt 23:29-36)LOVE GOD LOVE ONE ANOTHER?? SOMBODY HAS BLOOD AN THEIR HANDS. THEY ARE PROBABLY LIKE WHITE WASH TOMBS!!”Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Why is that, just because the Word is the only thing standing in the way of your queer nation?

        • onething

Jesus did not condemn homosexuality. He said, there are eunuchs who are born that way, eunuchs who are made that way, and eunuchs who are voluntarily living that way (not having sex with women) for the sake of the kingdom of God. Roman law recognized something called a “natural eunuch” which is a man who does not have sex with women. A natural eunuch would of course not be castrated, as a regular eunuch was. That would be a homosexual.

        • Gay Veteran

SD: “Why is that, just because the Word is the only thing standing in the way of your queer nation?”

Until eventually the people will almost beg for a strong leader to appear who will take away all their liberties and weapons and rule in an authoritarian fashion, rather like Hitler?

    • RainyDay

Hitler never took guns..that is a myth. He took Germany from a starving country and turned into a prosperous one. He was bad but I hate when people continue to believe the false history propaganda.

      • Paul

Have a look at some pictures from 1945. Hitler lost Germany the eastern areas, too.

But Hitler was just a puppet, like any American president.

      • Mondobeyondo

My recollection from high-school history is, that you are correct. The German people voluntarily gave up their weapons to the state, in the belief that the Fuhrer and brownshirts would protect them.

Exactly what I fear Americans will do not too long from now!!!

        • Mondobeyondo

On the other hand – I hope you’re not trying to be an apologist for Hitler. The guy was evil beyond description.

It was Christians who discovered this continent (1492), who wrote the Mayflower Compact (1620) and who wrote the Declaration of Independence (1776). It was also Christians who opened up the wilderness, built America, and constructed a social fabric that was conducive to prosperity and relatively civilized existence (compared to most of the world). It is pagans, who accept no moral limits, who are destroying our civilization.

      • Drew from Oz

Really? Christians hey? I suppose because the Indians were not Christians they did not count, and the behaviour Christians used as they spread across North America, ie the rifle, disease, broken treaties was perfectly acceptable because Christians are good industrious people……..but then your God is forgiving one that forgives you your sins but not your enemies theirs…..

Yeah your real intelligent there. You are ignorant to think the Christians should be on the list….whether you mean fundamentalists or not. Seems like you hate all Christians…do you? You better thank Christians for things not being as bad as they could be. There will be a time when God will remove himself from this world and in the bible it says people like you will be begging for his presence, but you will have rejected him along with the rest of the world too many times.

An armed society is a polite society. If the powers that be have their way, decent people will have their guns taken from them. God help us.

    • Paul

an armed society is soon dead, if they are also paranoid and fundamentalist.

The purpose of guns is to use them to kill people with ammo.

    • PJ Prepper

I am a huge supporter of gun rights for civilians. I own guns and have no problem with other law abiding citizens owing pistols, handguns, “assault rifles” or whatever. Yet I’m not sure if I totally am on board with the catch phrase “an armed society is a polite society.” There are over 300 million guns in the US and we are still crumbling at the core. If we were to double or triple that number, would it correlate directly to an increase in being “polite” or civilized or having more integrity?

      The answer is no.

If there was a way for the government to issue each person a firearm, and train them, so that every single person over the age of 18 had a gun with them at all times…would all crime go away? All drug use? All pornography and adultery? All rape and molesting, all financial crimes and while collar crimes? Nope.

Just like “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” the same is true for “guns don’t make a society polite and wholesome, people make a society and wholesome.” And with most of our values in the gutter, no number of guns will bring about a turnaround in that trend (unfortunately).

Does that mean we should confiscate all guns should the opposite be true? Again, no. I’m merely trying to point out that “an armed society is a polite society” isn’t necessarily the panacea most make it out to be.

      • Drew from Oz

Thanks for your fresh opinion- as a durned furriner ( Australian) I often get lectured that “an armed society is a polite society” I believe you are much closer to the mark. After all, look at some countries where near everyone has an AK47- they are armed but sure as heck not polite.
People make a society, not the quantity and calibre of their weapons. Please don’t take this as an attack on owning firearms- it isn’t- I have been in the ADF and shot since I was 12.

      • Kevin2

        PJ Prepper

There are a lot of guns in the US but quite often the criminals are armed in spite of the laws and the law abiding are effectively disarmed complying with the various laws. More often the high rates of criminal use of guns are criminals killing other criminals.

The ultra low percentages of carry permit holders misusing a firearm tends to support the “armed society is a polite society”.

  • The Claymobile.

This comment is in regard to the teacher having sex with her students. This blows me away! When I was growing up in the dark ages of the 1960’s, most women did not have sex until they got married. Guys put pressure on them, but for the most part, a man had to wait until he got married to enjoy the pleasures of sex. The Christian ethos/morality of a girl waiting until she got married was in effect. Now the script has been completely flipped! The girls/women are putting pressure on the men/boys to have sex with them!!! This would never have happened in the 1960’s. Would somebody please, please explain to me how todays women got so aggressive???

    • Gary2

The women are putting pressure on the men to have sex with them!!!

    • RainyDay

You can thank the mass media brainwashing for that. From MK Ulta puppets like Britany Spears to Lady Gaga and that old used up hooker aka Madonna, the way girls are taught from tv, movies and award shows is why many women are oversexed moraless people. I’m a girl and can honestly tell you that is why because even though i has a wonderful mom/role model, I’d watch bad shows on tv and watch MTV at my friends houses whose parents didn’t care. I was very rebellious at times and look back now and feel sorry for how I was but anyway, I’d see the sexy dressed girls on tv and so badly wanted to be that instead of the awkward nerd I was. So one day after i had gone off to college I decided i wanted a boyfriend (up to this point I had only kissed 2 boys) and I started letting tv and society influence me to change who i was so I would for once not be nerd girl anymore. Well it backfired and I had lots of regrets. Fast forward to now, I’m myself..,modest and slightly still a nerd but I embrace it. I don’t watch tv or movies that lack morals. I dont ever have to the desire to listen to wordly music anymore. I love God and want to be a good Christian lady. When or If I have daughters or sons, tv will not be in my home.

      • Paul

    • RainyDay

Excuse the typos…I’m in a i phone and I’m sleepy.

    • Chris

Yes, I’ll explain a part of it: The majority of men ceased to be men. The Scriptures show the proper order of the home, but we thought we knew better.

Here’s something else to add: For decades many parents thought it good to spend all kinds of money to send the kids to college after buying the lie about it being necessary to “get a good job.”

The vast amounts paid to not only continue their ongoing indoctrination (started in the public fool system, where, besides numerous lies and falsehoods, the girls are taught to be whores and the boys to be sodomites) of the girl’s learning to be feminist and “carrier” woman, while putting out of her mind completely the idea of being a Godly woman (Ephesians 5: 22 – 24; 1 Peter 3: 1 – 6; 1 Timothy 5: 14 – 15. etc.).

On top of that, now she (the boys too) can be surrounded by and learn all the various forms of decadence and depravity that today’s colleges have to offer, not to mention the “truth”, “wisdom”, “knowledge” and “understanding” provided therefrom.

Now I’m not putting all the blame on colleges as their just a microcosm of the overall problem.

Hosea 4: 6 ” Because … I also will forget your children.” Read all of chapter 4. It pretty much describes America today.

Turn back to Him, while He may yet be found.

    • Chris

Easy. Years and years of indoctrination through the media, feminism, films, employment, the deliberate destruction of Christianity and the feminized education system has shaped/diverted society down a different path. The big question is why.

#23 Overall, more than 50 million abortions have been performed in the United States since Roe vs. Wade was decided back in 1973. At this point, the number of babies killed by abortion in America every year is almost as high as the total number of military deaths in all of U.S. history.

hmmmmmmmmm, were there 50 million people WILLING to adopt?

    • Michael

The last time I checked there is certainly no shortage of people looking to adopt babies.

Rather, there is a shortage of newborns to be adopted.

      • Subprime

Plenty of black kids to adopt.

        • liberranter

The reason why so many Americans adopt children from overseas is because government in Amerika has made the adoption process almost IMPOSSIBLE from a legal standpoint. EVERY aspect of perspective adoptive parents’ lives is put under a Statist microscope and held hostage to entirely subjective interpretations of whether or not they are “fit” to be parents. Law after regulation after law after regulation is piled upon them, forcing them to spend money most don’t have on expensive legal assistance for even the most trivial of steps in the process – never mind the process of actually being able to adopt a child.

SO, to all of the self-righteous “Progressives” out there who berate Americans for not adopting “native” children, you have government to thank for it.

@Gary2: The reason most white American couples don’t adopt black AMERICAN children is because your favorite race-hustling fraternities scream bloody murder and actually mount legal challenges whenever they attempt to do so (yet for some strange reason, these people tend to be a lot less vocal and intrusive when it comes to adoptions of children from Africa. Go figure.)

I find it rather amusing for a avowed sodomite who cannot procreate considers himself an expert on adoption. The Hard Left will fight for abortion to the bitter end. Killing babies in the womb is one of the pillars of the reprobates along with defending and promoting sodomy.

      • Paul

        Condoms also protect from std.

Sodomy prevents abortion, by not making pregnant in the first place. And if you can’t get pregnant you need to look at adoption if you want to raise a family.

“and the Hard Right wants to enslave women to force them to give birth. You have NO liberty if you do not control your own body.”

No, this is more liberal b.s. trying to justify abortion, which is the murder of an unborn baby. You have 100% control of your body when you make a decision whether or not to engage in sexual intercourse. In 99% of those cases, that decision is of full consent. If we lived in a culture of life rather than a culture of death, protecting the unborn would be a no brainer. Your very illogic about women controlling their bodies has brought us the infanticide of 50 million U.S. abortions. We would need far less than 50 million adoptions if we started teaching sexual decency, morality and the highest respect for human life to our children. It’s high time to face the fact that the sexual revolution brought on by the woodstock crowd [8+15+1969] has been an colossal failure. Christi Fidelis !

Decay comes from inactivity and apathy, being disconnected from your natural self. Being divided by thoughts (your ego), which leads too….well you get it.

Society is decaying, BUT they won’t believe it. Hence, that’s why I say they’re ignorant. Obviously, to me at least, when a society starts: trashing it’s own environment, parents and children have a hard time get along, and can’t live in harmony with their fellow CITIZENS (people are so divided they label each other now i.e liberals, poor, class this, class that, etc) then a society will decline for sure.

You nailed it in this article, Michael!

The heinous crimes against children are insanely evil. Little girls are being raped, throats cut, stabed repeatedly, most recently one dismembered. This is EVIL at its utmost. It is demonic and anyone paying attention has to come to this conclusion.

All the mentioned possibilities for the cuase of the rise in evil are absolutely true. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS? Who is buying the gamess, music, videos, etc.?

Scripture says “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness in high plaes, the rulers of darkness and principalities in HIGH PLACES.”

So how can you vote for someone who thinks homosexual marriage, abortion on demand, pornography, etc. is a right? Someone who wants God out of speeches, off the money, no Christmas caroles and on and on?

It is of paramount importance that each person prayerfully considers before they vote who they believe has ethical and moral clarity. And that is definitely NOT Obama.

He is a champion of each and every immoral cause mentioned. His friends and supporters come from the entertainment industry who panders to the debased society we find ourselves in. The old adage of judging a person by the company he keeps definitely should be applied here.

Michael has highlighted in this article a matter of serious, serious consequences. Commenters have up to this point acurately hit the nail on the head!

    • Ian

Many other countries allow these things without the whole country falling apart. Does God only pay attention to America?

And the countries that are falling through the crack arent whining and blaming homosexuals, abortion and pornography.

No. They are smarter than redneck Americans and they look for the problem and find a solution and dot go around websites criticizing an entire portion of the population.

These divisive wedge issues like abortion, homosexuality and porno have worked very well to the advantage of those who wish to divide and conquer.

We are slaves to our children and have allowed our women to rule over us. We are no longer men and have become mice.

Most men spend too much time at the bar, strip club, watching and talking just about sports. We have simply given up being a cooperative with our women and allow our children to dictate our schedules and how we spend our money.

Our kids don’t need all the stuff we get them and show a lack of appreciation when they don’t get it all. The less they have the more they would appreciate it.

Men feel superior to women and vice versa. The truth is, we our nothing without each other. It is time to forget the superiority thing and get back to working together to build a better society and future for us and the generations to follow.

Turn off the T.V. Tell Oprah and Dr. Phil to go to hell. We don’t need them or the snake oil they are all selling. Maybe then we would get a better quality of programming without all the victim groups (CNN & MSNBC for example) and idiots (Tosh 2.0 for example) dominating the airwaves.

Lets all quit being so selfish and materialistic. Take your children to archery lessons instead of watching the Disney channel. Go for a walk with your spouse and tell them you love instead of you have a better job than them, work harder and make more $ than them. Cooperate with your spouse instead of competing with them.

Be a do-gooder, world improver by volunteering at your local Boys and Girls Club, CASA, or become a guardian ad litem and make a difference in a childs life, not go to work for the government doing worthless work as a social worker, cop or teacher. Because too many of them are just in that line of work for the pension and you will become jaded as well as frustrated by all the incompetence surrounding you. There are many ways to make a difference in your community without government assistance.

Lets just quit bitching and get off our asses and do something about it.

We are no longer men and have become mice.

Depending on my mood at the time, I either laugh my head off or turn my head in disgust whenever I hear a woman complain about there being “no real men out there anymore.” What not one of them will ever be honest enough to admit to herself, or to anyone else, is that THE LAST THING she and her sestren (my own invented word, the feminine equivalent of “brethren”), be they feminists or not, really want is a “real man.” A “real man” who takes charge and takes care of things for his mate and his family gets in the way of the woman being able to be “independent” – when she wants to be; having her own money and own space – when it’s convenient for her to have them; and making her own decisions for herself – when it’s to her advantage to do so. But when the mood strikes her that she doesn’t want to be independent (“it’s just too harrrrrd out there!”), when it’s not convenient for her to have to earn her own money and put a roof over her own head, and when it’s inconvenient and burdensome for her to have to make her own decisions, only then will she run to what she thinks is “a real man” (she’s usually dead wrong about that; her judgment is about as well-honed as porcelain egg) around to lean on – but only for so long before the emotional pendulum swings back the other way.

In other words, women, though most will never admit it, want to have their cake and eat it too. A “real man” wouldn’t stand for that kind of double-standard nonsense, hence the gulf between the rhetorical desire for “a real man” and the resentment and anger most women feel once they get (what they think is) their wish.

Most men spend too much time at the bar, strip club, watching and talking just about sports. We have simply given up being a cooperative with our women and allow our children to dictate our schedules and how we spend our money.

I wouldn’t use the word “most” in that first sentence, especially where strip clubs are concerned (these are the ultimate waste of time and money, the ephemeral playground of adultolescent little boys). But I digress. Given the radical feminization of our society and the catastrophe it has wrought, growing numbers of men have come to realize that investing time, emotion, soul, and money into a committed relationship is self-defeating, yields negative ROI, and is a commitment that usually ends badly for them.

As for the adultolescent boys who make the strip club their second home, one can almost understand the pathology. Since the modern feminist movement has, ironically, led to women objectifying and hyper-sexualizing themselves (as a statement of “independence” and “self-expression,” if not for hope of material gain or sexual satisfaction), it stands to reason that there will be an endless number of men who will be more than happy to view them as sex objects rather than humans. Simply stated, there is very little reason for most men to “man up” in this dysfunctional society today, at least not for the sake of establishing or maintaining a committed relationship with the opposite sex. The stark contrast between the “real man” rhetoric and the reality of how the “real man” is actually treated and viewed by most of society is just too obvious. This doesn’t even take into consideration that being a “real man” in many settings will get you ostracized, mocked, or even, in extreme circumstances, arrested.

As for as “allow[ing] our children to dictate our schedules and how we spend our money” is concerned, real men certainly don’t do that. But the “real man” who would stand up, put his foot down, and tell his children in no uncertain terms what life is going to be like under his roof, on his terms, had better be damned sure that he has a real woman backing him up. Unfortunately, all too often today, there isn’t that kind of balance in the family dynamic between husband and wife. The “real man” husband is all too frequently offset by an adultolescent woman wife who takes their kids’ side in family arguments (and yes, the reverse of this dynamic [real woman wife-vs-adultolescent man husband] is just as often the case too). Why? Because one half of the two-parent unit is far too often just as emotionally and spiritually immature as their offspring. If this were not the case, wouldn’t it stand to reason that the collapse of the family unit we are now witnessing would not even be an issue?

Bottom line: only by some miracle will these trends reverse themselves, and it doesn’t appear that God is greatly disposed at the present time toward blessing Amerika with miracles. [SARCASM]Now, why might that be?[/SARCASM]

      • thisonewilldo

There is hope. Not to brag but I am a former feminist that gets it even to refuse the trend. Thank God.
Continuing to try to get my children to act intelligently and not emotional. TPTB love drama, pain and suffering. I find myself having to turn the tide every night after they come home. Uphill and exhausting battle but I do not give up. I have found that most women (and men for that matter) do not the right information in order to reverse as you say or to change. I was one of the lucky ones. I read for 11 years following my divorce and found a hand ful of books that actually gave out the right, remedial, information. One insightful book wasn’t even available at the book store and one would have to “special” order it. Hundreds of the books were useless. Best $300.00 I ever spent though. Going to used book stores buying cheap books at that rate is is how I finally discovered the answers. Now I buy the same five or six used books and give them out as gifts. I tell everyone to buy used books and read, read until they get it. They will get a better education than going to any shovernment sponsored schools and grow a real brain as a result.

I have to agree with several of the previous comments: you seem to be in need of serious professional help, or, if you were helped previously you need to establish professional contact again and get back on your medications.

Will there always be world strife and conflict? History would suggest this to be the case. You allege J.D. and L.L.M. Degrees. What was the focus of your L.L.M degree? If you will name two of the law firms that employed you?

After spending twenty-years as a police detective and then completing law school, I didn’t read anything in this article that was out of the ordinary – that phrase defined as the erratic behavior of designated individuals that have, historically, been outside the social norms.

Has anyone else noticed, but my daughter seems more of a man than her male classmates? Things are definitely changing. No, my daughter is not gay, she actually has a crush on Maroon 5’s lead singer. But, to listen to her talk about the males in her HS class… Wow. And why are there more females than males at my daughter’s dojo? It’s getting stranger and weirder all the time…

    • Randome-11

The males have become the new females.

    • liberranter

Maxx, does your daughter attend publik skool? If she does, and if you’ve been paying any attention to what goes on inside said juvenile indoctrination centers, it shouldn’t come as any surprise to you at all why your daughter seems to be “more of a man” than her male classmates.

The publik skoolz have, for the last several decades, been waging open warfare against boys for acting like boys. Excessive discipline, forced medication, and punitive classroom activities deliberately targeted toward turning boys into docile little girls with testosterone has been the order of the day.

If your daughter’s male classmates aren’t “acting like men.” it’s because it has been bred of them by the schools themselves.

And for any parent to continue to send their children –especially their MALE children– to these vile places is the worst form of child abuse imaginable!

Ian: Aren’t you the poster that keeps saying we have to be positive and not negative? Thats great, I agree. However, having ones head in the sand rather than actually being a realist and seeing things for what they are, are 2 different things.

You say abortion, homosexuality, porno is used by those who wish to “divide and conquer”??? Not sure what you mean exactly by divide and conquer??????? Your posts seem to indicate if those who call themselves Christians are somehow haters and narrow minded by speaking out against these things, is this assumption correct?

Then you my friend had better not read the writing of the apostle Paul or the sayings of Jesus, or any book of the Bible then. If your “jesus” is just love, then you believe in a different jesus as revealed in the scriptures. Your “jesus” is a blond haired, blue eyed surfer jesus who just loves, loves, loves, and accepts people who ever and whatever they are. If you read the whole Bible you will see that God is a Holy, Righteous God who is angry with sinners every day, and will send those to HELL whom have not repented and turned to the “Only name under heaven in which men can be saved”

Speaking about negative reality is being aware of what is going on and acknowledging evil in the world and admitting the reality that human beings are not ‘good” at all. You say there is some good in all people. If someone does “good” than he/she is only doing what the law says to do. If a driver does not break the speed limit, most would say he/she is “good”, but he’she is only obeying the law. The reality is that we have all broken Gods law, ( stolen, lied, committed adultery, etc) and a righteous Holy God will punish law breakers. Repent today and turn to Jesus.

All these “signs” and article showing that our society is sliding deeper into depravity each day, is only a sign of the times….a sign of a nation who has forsaken God.

Iranian prosecutors said Obama had proposed several spots for his attack, including the Syria, Russia, China. In a letter claiming responsibility for the war with Iran, he said he wanted to “destroy the world.”

Obama also provided the Iranian special forces with a videotaped statement in which he said, “We will not stop until we attain victory or martyrdom.”

Iranian special forces said the public was not in danger at any point during its “sting” operation.

The elite has arranged a large number of terrorism “stings” since the attacks of September 11, 2001, in order to make the case that it is tracking down and prosecuting terrorists.

For we Canadians, the disintegration of our neighbour to the South is frightening. While years ago it was a delight to make a trip across the border and visit with friends, it is better to choose other places in the world to visit. It is frightening to go to the US!

Of course for the average American, news is filtered and as is often correctly pointed out on this site and others, news about the rest of the world or what is really happening inside the US is not available. Our CBC and CTV in Canada as well as BBC in Britain have a much better pulse on world and current events.

How many Americans for instance are aware of the horrible tragedy (another confirmation of this Blog writer’s points) that happened on Tuesday here in the Metro Vancouver area at the third busiest border crossing between Canada and the US when an armed American man from Washington State shot a Canadian border guard in the neck before committing suicide in his vehicle? The further tragedy is that here in Canada with a peace loving society our Border Guards do not even carry weapons and will not be armed until 2016 following pressure from the US.

This is an awesome Blog and I pass kudos on to the writer who is sincerely striving to make Americans as well as others in the world aware of what is really happening. Those who pay attention will be prepared or at least aware without surprise as the calamity unfolds. The US has long enjoyed corporate and Wall Street corruption, the benefit of the PetroDollar scam and so many other disconcerting practices in bullying the rest of the world and now the karmic balance is beginning to unfold. I worry for friends in the US and can only hope they can escape the massive unrest that is about unfold before Canada will close the border!

I hope all listen sincerely to what this author is trying to say to everyone and warn them about. Blessings to all …

    • Mondobeyondo

Haven’t heard a single word of the incident you mentioned, here in the American press. But I’m not surprised. I do wonder what kind of “news” we are getting over here (besides the latest exploits of Lindsay Lohan and Honey Boo-Boo).

    • Tumble

I agree, but to call Canada a peace loving society is short sighted. I am a US citizen and live in Northern Alberta now (Oil Country). I can tell you that it is the wild west here. Drugs, crime and violence galore. Even a small town has a high crime and even murder rate. I am also shocked at how racist people are here, but then they say they are not.
But then again there is a lot of money to be made, so I’m staying.
By the way, I love Vancouver!

  • Vancouver

On a further economic note … how many Americans are aware of the fact that EU leaders have now confessed they have been pressured to keep things “status quo” and quiet until after the US election on November 6. One has to wonder what they have been promised in return? From this site and others, we are certainly aware of the dire situation in Europe and to now be aware that the can is being kicked down the street until after the election is even more frightening.

Again, this Blog writer continues to point out so many things that are attesting to the “Economic Collapse” and always has links to sources. It is interesting to note that he is not the only one warning of this situation. One can find countless resources now pointing out the same things. If one person says something, it might be questioned, however when so many different resources are saying the same thing, we better get ready for something big!

I’m sick of hearing about how the rise of inequality is due to global forces, “acts of god” if you will, beyond our control. Nonsense. We choose to set ultra-low tax rates on the rich, we choose to do nothing to prevent off shoring. The Chinese didn’t make us deregulate wall st. The Chinese aren’t forcing us to take seriously putting a financial con man in the WH.

Inequality will take another quantum leap if the class warriors get to turn medicare into vouchercare and privatize SS. More $ will be redistributed to the top as the elderly are squeezed to make up the difference. We won’t be able to blame that on China, either.

    • Kevin2

“we choose to do nothing to prevent off shoring”

Your wrong. They (I refuse to be part of it so no we) both party’s in high percentages voted for Free Trade with slave labor nations forcing well compensated Americans to go head to head with people earning a bowl of rice and fish head for a days labor.

They, both Political Party’s didn’t just passively do nothing. They made all of this happen.

  • JoeThePimpernel

@Gary2 – You obviously have a religious faith in government. You want government to steals stuff from people who earned it and share the loot with you.

Governments have murdered 262 million of their own citizens since 1900, and the overwhelming majority of those murders were by socialist governments.

Government creates nothing that you wish to “redistribute.” Government has no need to produce anything, because they have a license to steal.

“The rich” don’t spend every penny they can get their hands on on Escalades, $500 sneakers and bling.

“The rich” got to be “the rich” by investing their discretionary income in businesses that generate profits and taxes and employ people who pay taxes on the wages they receive from those businesses.

“The rich” create sustainable jobs, i.e., jobs that create value.

Government can only create unsustainable jobs, i.e., jobs that kill private-sector jobs created by the investments of “the rich.”

An anthropologist by the name of J.D. Unwin initiated a study with the premise that marriage was not necessary and possibly even detrimental to the development of great societies. At the end of this study he completely reversed his hypothesis.

“Perhaps the definitive work on the rise and fall of civilizations,” writes Fitzpatrick, “was published in 1934 by Oxford anthropologist J.D. Unwin”:

In “Sex and Culture,” Unwin studied 86 human civilizations ranging from tiny South Sea island principalities to mighty Rome. He found that a society’s destiny is linked inseparably to the limits it imposes on sexual expression and that those sexual constraints correlate directly to its theological sophistication and religious commitment.

Unwin noted that the most primitive societies had only rudimentary spiritual beliefs and virtually no restrictions on sexual expression, whereas societies with more sophisticated theologies placed greater restrictions on sexual expression, and achieved greater social development.

In particular, cultures that adopt what Unwin dubbed “absolute monogamy” proved to be the most vigorous, economically productive, artistically creative, scientifically innovative and geographically expansive societies on earth.

The following are grave words for the USA that come from noted Harvard sociologist Pitirim Sorokin who found no culture surviving once it ceased to support marriage and monogamy. None.

Now we can do a basic analysis of marriage in the USA. Current illegitimacy rates are as follows:

    Black 73%

    Hispanic 53%

    White 29%

for an overall rate of 42%. The future of the USA has been written. Currently the rate of illegitimacy for women of all races under 30 is 53%.

“Once a society departs from a social norm of absolute marital monogamy, social chaos ensues within three generations.” — Anthropologist Joseph Daniel Unwin

I agree with you on all these things; but a woman’s right to choose abortion is not one of them.

Government has NO right telling a woman what to do with her body.

And none of us want government interference- we need to butt out of that.

My great grandmother was a midwife- at that time all midwives performed abortions as well.

The abortion debate can be ended quickly if people hear the facts that have never been explained before.
It was offered to Obama, because it could cost him the election, but either he’s ignoring it or his people have failed him.
It was offered at Legal Parasites net.

  • Robert

I don’t see how anyone couldn’t see that abortion is destroying this nation. Even from a non-Christian viewpoint, I would think that even a liberal would have a hard time believing that aborting over 50 million babies in the past 40 yeats was a good thing. This nation has aborted whole generations of people that could have been taxpayers paying into things like Social Security and Medicare. The historical population is below replacement level and is shrinking and getting older while the government is importing millions of aliens to replace them and looking the other way on border security. Of course, abortion, homosexuality and other moral bankruptcies are symptoms of something alot bigger. There is a spiritual malaise in this country that needs to be arrested with a revival in this country of America’s Christian roots. This country has changed so much over the years that many people no longer believe in America anymore, including myself.
