When the unofficial unemployment numbers hit 40%+, everybody will just be sitting around playing Call of Duty or Madden and eating Beans & Rice.

Really no big deal.

When you can no longer buy cola products, chips, Ice Cream and Steaks with food stamps, then you might have to start worrying.

Reality is the standard of living is FAR higher then the GD days. Poor people today have the luxuries that only the uber wealthy had during the GD.

Production methods for what really matter (food) and the methods of delivery are FAR superior and FAR more efficient then the GD days.

So what if Wall St. and the big banksters went under? There would be a temporary halt but nothing that could not be solved from the real producers in this country. (Certainly not going to be solved by the Politicians.)

Inner cities burn but whatever. Sometimes a good cleansing and creative destruction is needed for a long term truly sustainable solution.

Labor and Statistics LIE. Unemployment is going down? After Mr. O stole the election corporation after corporation started closing offices and laying off people left and right. Whole factory plants are closing, Small business is dying and the our government says unemployment is going down, WHAT A BUNCH OF HORSE S__T. The only thing that make this crap more nauseating is that the general public believes this BS.

I’m a patriotic American, and I love my country. I would fight and die for it. BUT – our brave loyal soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are not so much fighting FOR America, as in THE NAME OF America! That is part of the reason why they (and many other people in the world) hate us. Bomb a village for democracy? Is that “freedom”? That’s not the America I grew up in. How is that defending America?

I now kinda know, how those Vietnam deserters felt… oh gosh, I’m becoming a liberal! Argh! LOL!

It’s about to get very scary. It’s going to be much worse than Greece or Italy, and almost everyone in the U.S. has weapons – not rocks or sticks, but firearms. People in other countries throw Molotov cocktails at the police. In America, people will start shooting at the police (who of course will shoot back). This will not end well.

Even NFL football players are committing suicide. You’d think they’d be financially set for life… so you can imagine the situation the “huddled masses” must be in.

Okay… before you look at the declining (?!?!) unemployment rate, and start hyperventilating in sheer excitement – you know, “Woo-hoo! People are getting jobs! The recession is OVERRR!!” – you have to realize a couple things:

1 – Much of the “new jobs” are seasonal – for the holiday season.
2 – Many of those jobs are part-time, temporary, or both.
3 – Many of these jobs are in low-wage retail, customer service or packaging positions. Hardly enough to feed a family, pay the rent or mortgage, and pay down that credit card that you maxed out when you bought that 50 inch HDTV on Black Friday.

* – it wouldn’t be the first time he’s lied to us.
