Major U.S. Cities Are Becoming Fentanyl-Infested Cesspools As Millions Plunge Into Hopelessness And Despair

If you live near a major U.S. city, you don’t have to go to a movie theater to see a horror show.  Instead, just find out where fentanyl-laced heroin is being sold and go hang out with the drug addicts for a few hours.  If you survive the encounter, it will be an experience that you will never forget.  In city after city, hopelessly addicted men and women wander the streets of our core urban areas like zombies.  Unfortunately, many of them won’t last very long because it is exceptionally easy to die from a fentanyl overdose.  As you will see below, drug overdose deaths in the U.S. were up 30 percent last year, and fentanyl was the main reason. This Is The Weirdest Employment Market That We Have Ever Seen

Things just continue to get crazier and crazier.  In all of the years that I have been writing about the economy, I have never seen anything like this.  The latest employment report that was released on Friday is being described as a “huge disappointment” because the number of Americans that were hired last month was way, way below expectations.  Employment only rose by 235,000, but economists were expecting a number about triple that size.  Normally when this sort of thing happens it is because of a lack of available jobs.  But that is definitely not the case right now.  There are literally millions upon millions of jobs that are open, but for a variety of reasons people simply don’t want them. This Is Definitely Going To Be “Not A Normal September” For The Rapidly Imploding U.S. Economy

The “good times” were supposed to be rolling by now, but instead the wheels are starting to come off, and the economic outlook for the rest of the year is not good at all.  Just yesterday, I warned my readers that things were about to get worse, and it only took exactly a single day for that to actually happen.  As you will see below, major factory shutdowns were just announced, and that is going to make shortages even worse.  Fear of COVID is restricting production all over the globe, and meanwhile national governments and central banks have been absolutely flooding their systems with fresh cash.  As a result, we now have way too much money chasing way too few goods and services, and anyone that has taken ECON 101 will tell you that will inevitably result in higher prices and shortages. The Media Says “The Delta Variant Stole Christmas”, And Severe Shortages Are Projected To Stretch Long Into 2022

Thanks to extreme disruptions caused by the global response to the pandemic, millions upon millions of Americans are going to have a very disappointing holiday season.  Supply chains are in a state of complete and utter chaos all over the world, and now we are being told that it will remain this way for the foreseeable future.  And that is actually a best case scenario.  If a new variant comes along that causes even more global disruptions, the shortages that we are experiencing right now could become even more dire.  We are so vulnerable right now, and any unexpected twists or turns could easily make things a lot worse. This Is What Is Going To Happen Nationwide In The Not Too Distant Future

When order really starts breaking down in this country, we know exactly what is going to happen.  And the reason why we know exactly what is going to happen is because the exact same pattern keeps playing out every time there is a major disaster or crisis in one of our large cities.  Just think about it.  Over the past couple of years, violent social justice protests in our major cities have often been accompanied by widespread looting.  When the Texas power grid went down last winter, there was looting.  When wildfires force people from their expensive homes in California, the looters are often the first people that show up.  And just about every time there is some sort of a major storm, the looters come out of the woodwork. A Very Odd Confluence Of Events

August has definitely been a “turning point”, and in recent weeks we have had the opportunity to watch some incredibly shocking events unfold which will change the course of history permanently.  At this moment, Hurricane Ida is the biggest story that everyone is discussing.  As I warned about on Friday, Ida went through a period of “rapid intensification” in the Gulf of Mexico before coming ashore in Louisiana on Sunday as an absolutely monstrous storm.  It hit New Orleans exactly 16 years to the day after Hurricane Katrina did, and many are pointing out that this seems to be a really “strange” coincidence. This Is A Moment In U.S. History That Will Forever Live In Infamy

There are certain moments that just make you want to cry.  The bombings in Kabul that killed 13 U.S. troops and at least 90 Afghans didn’t have to happen.  If we didn’t have completely and utterly incompetent political leaders and completely and utterly incompetent military leaders, things could have turned out very differently.  The end of a 20 year war is being capped off in humiliating fashion, and nobody is going to be afraid of the United States after this.  And that is actually a really bad thing, because fear of U.S. retribution has kept China, Russia, North Korea, Iran and a whole host of terror groups largely in check for the past several decades.  Now that the U.S. is seemingly unable to play the “restrainer” role any longer, the stage is set for tremendous global instability. The Shortages Are Global, And We Are Being Warned That They Will Intensify

The global economy was supposed to be getting back to “normal” by now, but instead more problems are erupting with each passing day.  As I write this article, supply chains all over the planet are in a state of chaos.  The worldwide computer chip shortage is making things very difficult for thousands upon thousands of manufacturers, the process of moving products across our oceans has become insanely expensive and is often plagued by horrendous delays, and a lack of truck drivers is causing enormous headaches when it comes to transporting goods to retailers and consumers in a timely manner.  We have never seen anything like this before, and at this point even CNN is admitting that “the disruption to global supply chains is getting worse”(Read More...)
