The video that I have to share with you today is absolutely chilling.  In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, I have been horrified by the thousands of celebration videos that have been posted all over social media.  Sometimes I think that I don’t even recognize this country anymore.  For a lot of really sick people on the left, the death of Charlie Kirk is the greatest thing that has happened in the U.S. in a long time.   If it was just a few deranged individuals that were feeling this way, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal.  But the truth is that there are vast numbers of people that are celebrating Charlie Kirk’s death and can’t resist posting about it on social media.  Needless to say, that says a lot about the current state of our society. When two-thirds of all the workers in your entire country are just barely scraping by from month to month, you have got a major crisis on your hands. For a long time, our standard of living has been going down and the middle class has been shrinking. But in recent years, those two trends have accelerated. We have now reached a point where it takes 5 million dollars to live the American Dream for a lifetime. Needless to say, the vast majority of the population will never come close to making that sort of money. But most Americans continue to strive to live a middle class lifestyle, and as a result most people are teetering on the brink of financial disaster in this day and age. (Read More...)

Finding Charlie Kirk’s killer and bringing that individual to justice is of the utmost importance.  The longer it takes authorities to find this person, the more likely it is that they will never find him at all.  So if we can discover some clues that will help point authorities in the right direction that is a good thing.  Of course not every theory that is being proposed on the Internet is accurate.  And some of the leads that I will be discussing in this article may not pan out.  But we owe it to Charlie and to the nation as a whole to follow every potential lead. I am sitting here trying to process everything that just happened. I was doing research for this article, and then I got the news that Charlie Kirk had just been shot. I am going to try to find the words to express what I am feeling at this moment, and I will be putting together a full article about this horrifying tragedy later today. How do 911,000 jobs suddenly disappear into thin air?  Can someone explain that to me?  Throughout 2024, I wrote extensively about how all of the reliable numbers showed that economic conditions in the United States were deteriorating.  But those that were skeptical of what I was saying would point to the employment numbers that the government was giving us as evidence that everything was just fine.  Of course I didn’t have any faith in those numbers, and now we see exactly why I didn’t have any faith in those numbers.  They were fake the entire time.  We were sold a lie based on numbers that were completely fraudulent. What in the world has happened to us? When I was growing up, it was assumed that pretty much everyone in my generation would be able to achieve the American Dream. But today most of the U.S. population is not living the American Dream, and more people are falling out of the middle class every day. As I have detailed in previous articles, this is particularly true for Millennials and those in Generation Z. The collective prosperity of the middle class has been declining for an extended period of time, and now that long-term decline threatens to become a full-blown avalanche. (Read More...)

Are we defined by what we do?  For so many of us, our identities are tied to our occupations.  For example, when I worked in the legal field many years ago so many of my colleagues took great pride in being able to say “I’m a lawyer” when they were asked about their lives.  Unfortunately, we live in a society where our personal worth is largely determined by what kind of jobs we have or how much money we make.  I wish that our society did not look at people this way, but that is the reality of the world that we live in now.  Unfortunately, large numbers of Americans are now losing the jobs that they value so much, and competition for any good jobs that do happen to be available has become extremely fierce.  In fact, I am going to share a story with you in this article that is so extreme that you may not believe it, but it is actually true. The employment numbers for the month of August were just released, and they are horrible. Sadly, they have now been horrible for several months in a row, and many economists are warning that conditions will get even worse during the months ahead. Other than during the early days of the pandemic in 2020, we haven’t seen anything like this since the Great Recession. If you have a job that you value, hold on to it very tightly, and if you are currently looking for work try to find something as soon as you can before competition for jobs becomes even more intense.
