Chaos is starting to erupt all over the planet.  Martial law was just declared in South Korea, civil unrest is raging in the streets of Georgia, and civil war threatens to topple the Assad regime in Syria.  It is almost as if someone decided to flip a switch and now vast hordes of people are going completely nuts.  Unfortunately, I think that this is just the beginning, because I am convinced that civil unrest will be a major theme in 2025.

On Tuesday, the entire world was shocked by footage of crazed protesters clashing with riot police just outside of the National Assembly in South Korea…

Shocking images showing dozens of riot cops and armed police officers pushing back enraged rioters outside the National Assembly shortly after Yoon’s address was broadcast to the nation.

Meanwhile, news cameras captured the moment helicopters descended from the evening skies and landed on top of the parliament building before troops disembarked and began locking down the location.

Other footage and pictures later showed heavily armed soldiers in tactical equipment stalking through the hallways of the National Assembly. Parliamentary aides were seen trying to push the soldiers back by spraying fire extinguishers.

The president of Sorth Korea imposed martial law in a desperate attempt to quell the unrest, but he was forced to end it after just six hours…

Martial law was enacted in South Korea for just six hours, prompting widespread outrage after the President cited ‘threats’ from North Korea.

President Yoon Suk Yeol issued the order in a television address, vowing eliminate ‘anti-state’ forces as he suspended parliament, banned political gatherings and ordered the end of a long-running doctors’ strike.

Just hours after doing so, the National Assembly unanimously voted to lift martial law. President Yeol has since announced the martial law is over, with his cabinet officially ending it.

We have never seen anything quite like this in South Korea.

Normally, South Koreans are so calm.

Are North Korean operatives responsible for stirring up trouble?

Could it be possible that the Chinese are behind the unrest?

Hopefully some answers will emerge in the days ahead.

Meanwhile, violent protests continue to rage in the streets of Georgia, and as a result dozens of people have been hospitalized…

More than 40 people in the former Soviet nation of Georgia have been hospitalized following a brutal police crackdown on protesters in a move that was backed by pro-Russia Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

Tens of thousands of protesters hit the streets in the capital city of Tbilisi for a fourth night on Sunday after Kobakhidze’s ruling party, known as the Dream Party, suspended the country’s 15-year push to join the European Union (EU) last week.

“Any violation of the law will be met with the full rigor of the law,” Kobakhidze said during a weekend briefing. “Neither will those politicians who hide in their offices and sacrifice members of their violent groups to severe punishment escape responsibility.”

Just like we have seen in so many other eastern European nations, it appears that someone may be trying to instigate a “color revolution” in order to overthrow the Georgian government.

In the Middle East, a resurgent civil war in Syria has taken center stage.

After capturing Aleppo, Sunni radicals are now advancing on the city of Hama…

Rebel and government forces are battling for control of Syria, with the fiercest fighting on Tuesday taking place around the central city of Hama, after years of little movement in the conflict.

Islamist rebel group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham on Tuesday announced the “liberation” of three towns north of the city and said their “forces continue to advance.” Government forces, the group claimed, had suffered “major and successive collapses.” The Syrian state news agency countered that the army was reinforcing defenses north of Hama “in preparation for the start of the counterattack.” Russian forces also announced airstrikes against rebels in Hama and Idlib provinces, killing dozens.

Without Russian air support, the Syrian military would have likely already collapsed.

Most Americans don’t realize this, but the U.S. is still very active inside Syria as well.  In fact, there are reports that Iranian-backed Shiite forces coming across the border from Iraq were just attacked by A-10 Warthog aircraft…

However, according to claims on social media, these Iran-backed troops have already been struck by the United States. On December 1 and 2, multiple Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) accounts and military bloggers claimed that the USAF had deployed its A-10 Warthog ground-attack aircraft to attack the militias that entered Syria.

One such claim made by Visegard said: “50+ Iranian-backed Shiite soldiers from the PMU killed in strafing rounds by U.S. Air Force A-10 Warthogs in Syria.” PMU is the abbreviation for Popular Mobilisation Forces, a military formation of the Iraqi Armed Forces composed of several Shia factions.

Hopefully U.S. aircraft and Russian aircraft will not come into direct conflict with one another.

The Russians would like to offer the Assad regime more support, but they certainly have their hands full in Ukraine right now.

Unfortunately for the Ukrainians, their ill-fated Kursk offensive has made them vulnerable on the eastern front, and the Russians are taking full advantage of that opportunity…

Russian troops in eastern Ukraine have seized at least 10 villages and settlements in roughly as many days, according to a group with ties to the Ukrainian Army that maps the battlefield, as Moscow presses on with slow but steady advances that have heightened pressure on Ukraine’s authorities to start cease-fire talks.

The situation looks particularly precarious for Ukrainian forces in Donetsk, in Ukraine’s east, where Russian forces are closing in on their last two strongholds in the southern part of the region, according to the analysis by the group, DeepState. The fall of the strongholds, Kurakhove and Velyka Novosilka, could pave the way for a Russian takeover of the area, experts say.

Russia, which annexed Donetsk in 2022 and controls about two-thirds of the region, is seeking to consolidate power over the whole territory.

For now, North America is much quieter than the rest of the world.

But it is just a matter of time before tremendous chaos erupts in our streets as well.

The left is targeting Donald Trump’s inauguration on January 20th as a time for massive protests.

And as economic conditions in Europe continue to deteriorate, I expect a lot of unrest in the streets of major European cities in the days ahead.

2024 was certainly a very “interesting” year, but I believe that we are going to go to a whole new level in 2025.

Many people seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding regarding where we are in the grand scheme of things.  We are not living at a time of endless peace and prosperity.  Instead, we are living at a time of war, famine, pestilence and major natural disasters.  We really are living in the end times, and the coming year is going to be filled with crisis after crisis.  The good news is that you get to be here for it.  All of human history has been building up to this particular chapter, and you are one of the lucky ones that is going to get to experience it.

According to the Institute for Economics & Peace, the number of military conflicts that are currently active is the highest that we have seen since World War II…

Ukraine, Gaza, Sudan, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Syria, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Colombia… and so on. There are up to 56 active conflicts in the world, the highest number since World War II. Moreover, these carry an increasingly international component, with 92 countries involved in wars outside their borders. These are data from the latest Global Peace Index produced annually by the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP), a think tank that analyzes everything from military investment and the cost of violence to military laws and deaths in combat in 163 states and territories. “Getting the information is a challenge, but it allows us to compare dynamics. And what we see is a deterioration of peace over the last decade, especially in the last five years,” says Michael Collins, executive director of IEP.

Yes, we really are living at a time of wars and rumors of wars.

In fact, this week there were several more extremely alarming developments.  For a detailed analysis, please see an article that I just wrote entitled “World War III Is Heating Up On Several Fronts, But Most Americans Have No Idea”.  By this time next year, our world will look far different than it does right now.  Leaders all over the globe have developed a really bad case of “war fever”, and we are closer to nuclear war than we have ever been before.

Meanwhile, hunger continues to intensify in many areas of the globe.

If you have plenty of food to eat, you should be quite grateful, because there are tens of millions of starving people that would trade places with you in a second.

In fact, there are tens of millions of people in the nation of Sudan alone that are dealing with severe hunger at this moment…

More than half the people in this nation of 50 million are suffering from severe hunger. Hundreds are estimated to be dying from starvation and hunger-related disease each day.

According to Reuters, every day one woman named Fleg walks two hours each way just to pick a few leaves so that she can fill her stomach with a “barely edible mush”…

So, every day after dawn, Fleg and other emaciated women from the camp make a two-hour trek to a forest to pick leaves off bushes. On a recent outing, several ate the leaves raw, to dull their hunger. Back at the camp, the women cooked the leaves, boiling them in a pot of water sprinkled with tamarind seeds to blunt the bitter taste.

For Fleg and the thousands of others in the camp, the barely edible mush is a daily staple. It isn’t enough. Some have starved to death, camp medics say. Fleg’s mother is one of them.

“I came here and found nothing to eat,” said Fleg. “There are days when I don’t know if I’m alive or dead.”

This is how people are really living on the other side of the planet.

Hunger is rising all over the world, but most Americans do not care because it has not affected them.

I believe that global hunger will get even worse in 2025, and I am convinced that pestilence will also be a major theme during the upcoming year.

Many of us are keeping a very close eye on the bird flu.  It is being reported that the number of confirmed human cases in the state of California this year has now reached 31…

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) on November 27 warned residents about a second batch of raw milk on retail shelves that has tested positive for avian flu virus, as official await the results from the latest bulk milk tank testing on the farm in Fresno County that produces the products.

In other developments, the CDPH reported two more infections in dairy workers, raising the state’s human cases this year to 31, all but 1 involving exposure to sick cows. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has confirmed those 2 new cases, pushing the national total this year to 55.

Will this be the next great public health crisis?

I don’t know.

Scientists are also deeply concerned about outbreaks of the Marburg virus, a new strain of Mpox, and Oropouch…

A warning has been issued to travelers over the spread of three diseases, including the Marburg virus. It’s a close cousin of Ebola that’s been dubbed the “bleeding eye” virus due to one of its symptoms.

Marburg, Mpox and Oropouch (commonly called “sloth fever”) are spreading in multiple countries, according to the UK Department of Health’s site, Travel Health Pro.

Marburg is a rare but “severe hemorrhagic fever that can cause serious illness and death,” the U.S. Centers for Disease Control says, adding that there is no treatment or vaccine for it. But, if detected early, supportive care with rehydration and symptomatic treatment improves survival, according to the Africa CDC.

I know that a lot of people don’t want to hear this, but what is eventually coming is going to be so much worse than the last pandemic.

We also live at a time when we are getting hammered by major natural disaster after major natural disaster.

In 2023, the number of “billion dollar disasters” in the United States set an all-time record, and we are very close to breaking that record this year…

With the addition of three recent Atlantic hurricanes, the U.S. has experienced 24 billion-dollar weather and climate disasters this year – a near-record number, according to NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI).

On Thursday, NOAA’s NCEI released its assessment of the global climate, including U.S. weather disasters. Hurricanes Debby, Helene and Milton and one tornado outbreak were added to this year’s billion-dollar weather and climate disasters, bringing the total to 24 events as of October.

According to the NCEI, this year’s billion-dollar weather and climate disasters are second only to last year, which had 27 by this point in the year.

Needless to say, a lot of people out there just want to hear that everything is going to be rainbows and lollipops from now on.

But that isn’t the truth.

The truth is that the times that we are living in are going to be extremely challenging.  In my new book entitled “Why”, I explain that God has told us history in advance and that this is extremely powerful evidence for the Christian faith.  If you can show someone that God told us very specific things about the times that we are living in centuries in advance, it is going to be very difficult for that individual to ignore the gospel.

So many “experts” are giving us their opinions about what our future will look like.

We are the Book of Revelation generation, and there is no other time in all of human history that I would have rather lived than right now.

You didn’t think that the radicals would just give up and go home after Donald Trump won the election, did you?  It took a little bit of time for the shock of Trump’s election victory to wear off, but now it appears that they are ready to cause widespread chaos.  On Wednesday, it was being reported that multiple individuals that have been nominated for positions in Trump’s cabinet have been “targeted with violent threats”…

Multiple of President-elect Donald Trump’s Cabinet nominees were targeted with violent threats in recent hours and law enforcement officials are responding, Trump’s transition team said on Wednesday.

The threats occurred on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning and included bomb threats and swatting, Trump transition spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said in a statement. Swatting refers to attacks where people falsely report crimes to police, sending them to locations where no emergency occurred.

“Law enforcement and other authorities acted quickly to ensure the safety of those who were targeted,” Leavitt said. “President Trump and the entire Transition team are grateful for their swift action.”

This isn’t just happening to nominees that are highly controversial.

For example, Elise Stefanik and Lee Zeldin were not controversial picks by Trump, but they have both been targets of bomb threats…

Elise Stefanik, a Republican U.S. representative and Trump’s choice to be U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and Lee Zeldin, a former Republican congressman who is Trump’s pick to head the Environmental Protection Agency, both said in separate statements they had been the targets of bomb threats.

An FBI spokesperson said the bureau is aware of numerous bomb threats and swatting incidents targeting incoming administration nominees and appointees, and is working with its law enforcement partners.

Could you imagine living with the fear that some nut could set off a bomb at your home at any moment?

Zeldin says that the pipe bomb threat that was directed at his family came with “a pro-Palestinian themed message”…

“A pipe bomb threat targeting me and my family at our home today was sent in with a pro-Palestinian themed message,” Zeldin said in a statement posted on X. “My family and I were not home at the time and are safe. We are working with law enforcement to learn more as this situation develops.”

President Trump hasn’t even taken office yet, and this is already beginning.

So how bad will it get once Trump and his cabinet start making decisions that the radicals absolutely detest?

Over the past few weeks, we have seen such an explosion of rage all over the country.

Many on the left were absolutely convinced that Trump would be defeated.  When that didn’t happen, a tsunami of negative emotion was released.

Let me give you an example of what I am talking about.  In Wisconsin, a group of women recently gathered to conduct a “primal scream” session during which they attempted to release the frustration that they are feeling as a result of the election…

A group of sad leftists gathered at Klode Park in Whitefish Bay to engage in a “primal scream,” releasing what was described as their “pain and frustration” after the election results saw President-elect Donald Trump romp to a decisive victory and Vice President Kamala Harris left far behind.

Video shows the group of people standing at the shore line and screaming. One of the event’s attendees — identified as an organizer — also posted about the event on Facebook.

“What a gorgeous morning to gather at Klode Park in Whitefish Bay to engage in a Primal Scream in order to release our pain and frustration after the election,” Tamara Gibbs posted on November 9, less than a week after the election.

I have watched footage of these women screaming at the top of their lungs, and it is truly frightening.

It is hard to imagine how this could possibly be helpful.

Instead, it seems to me that they are just whipping themselves up into even more of a frenzy.

Unfortunately, radicals have now identified a focal point for their frustrations.

Inauguration Day is coming up on January 20th, and many on the left plan to make it a day to remember.  The following comes from the official website of one group that is engaged in a “nationwide mobilization” effort…

On Inauguration Day, January 20, people will come together in Washington D.C. and in cities and towns across the country in a nationwide mobilization opposing Trump’s ultra-right, billionaire agenda.

Trump ran a con game during the election. His real agenda is to destroy worker’s rights, deport millions of immigrant families, and pave the way for a complete corporate capitalist takeover by ending regulations to protect the environment, firing thousands of public sector workers, and transferring ever-larger parts of the National Treasury to the military industrial complex. He is 100 % behind Netanyahu’s genocidal war against the Palestinian and Arab people.

The Trump victory in the 2024 election represents the complete failure of the Democratic Party to stop the rise of the ultra-right. In fact, they have contributed to it by adopting much of the program of the extreme right while embracing endless war. Instead of responding to the needs of the people, both the Democrats and the Republicans have moved further and further to the right. Trump’s agenda is the culmination of this right-ward spiral, and his administration will move to make major gains for the billionaire class at the expense of the millions of everyday people in the US and across the world.

There will be lots of Trump supporters in Washington D.C. on January 20th, but there will also be lots of radicals.

In 2016, radicals smashed windows and set vehicles on fire to protest Trump’s inauguration.

I expect much worse this time around.

Sadly, the violence on January 20th will only be a preview of the tremendous chaos that is eventually coming to the streets of America.

There are literally hundreds of groups that are starting to organize a “resistance” to Trump, and they are not messing around.

If some lunatic shows up at your front door in the middle of the night and threatens to shoot you, does that make it more likely or less likely that you will shoot first?  Any talk of NATO conducting a pre-emptive attack against Russia is extremely dangerous, because the Russians are paranoid enough already.  If they become convinced that we are planning to hit them before they can hit us, that could motivate them to do something really, really stupid.  We are closer to nuclear war than we have ever been before, and we definitely do not need western leaders making provocative statements that are only going to make things even worse.

For example, during a conference in Brussels NATO’s top military official said something that is now making headlines all over the globe.  The following comes from an article posted on MSN News entitled “NATO considers preemptive strikes amid rising tensions with Russia”…

NATO Military Committee Chairman Admiral Rob Bauer stated during a conference in Brussels that NATO leadership is contemplating the possibility of conducting precise preemptive strikes on Russian territory in the event of an armed conflict between Moscow and the Alliance.

It is now being claimed that Bauer was not actually talking about a pre-emptive strike on Russia.

But if you look at his actual words, it certainly seems like that was precisely what he was talking about…

During a question-and-answer session after his address at the European Policy Center in Brussels, Bauer said, “The idea was we are a defensive alliance, so we will only sit and wait until we are attacked, and then when we are attacked, we will be able to shoot down the ‘arrows’ that come to us,” referring to a Russian strike.

He also said that when responding to any attack, it would be “smarter” to “attack the archer, that is…Russia—if Russia attacks us. So you need to have a combination of deep precision (strikes) with which you can take out the weapons systems that are used to attack us.”

Needless to say, the Russians were not amused.

In fact, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov believes that Bauer was essentially announcing NATO’s “real plans”…

The North Atlantic Alliance has ignored all diplomatic protocol, allowing itself to make statements about the possibility of preemptive strikes on Russia, top Russian diplomat Sergey Lavrov said.

“Just the other day, Mr. Bauer, NATO Military Committee Chair, explicitly stated that it’s no longer enough, and ensuring the defense of the North Atlantic Alliance member states requires strikes on targets in Russia that NATO believes may pose a threat to the bloc. I think there’s nothing to comment on here; it’s just that they have forgotten all etiquette, publicly announcing their real plans,” he noted at the 20th meeting of the heads of security and intelligence agencies of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.

If the Russians become convinced that we are going to hit them first, that will make it much more likely that they will hit us first.

We really need to get the Russians to understand that we have no plans to do that.

Meanwhile, a French news source is reporting that European leaders continue to discuss “sending Western troops and private defense companies to Ukraine”…

As the conflict in Ukraine enters a new phase of escalation, discussions over sending Western troops and private defense companies to Ukraine have been revived, Le Monde has learned from corroborating sources. These are sensitive discussions, most of which are classified – relaunched in light of a potential American withdrawal of support for Kyiv once Donald Trump takes office on January 20, 2025.

That is insane!

What in the world are they thinking?

No matter what Donald Trump does when he gets into the White House, our European allies fully intend to continue to escalate this war.

It is madness.

On top of everything else, this week the New York Times has reported that the Biden administration has actually discussed the possibility of arming Ukraine with nuclear weapons.

When Dmitry Medvedev heard about this, he went ballistic…

Moscow will consider any threat of nuclear arms being supplied to Ukraine by the US as preparation for a direct war with Russia, former president Dmitry Medvedev has warned. The actual transfer of nuclear weapons would be tantamount to an attack on the country under Russia’s new nuclear doctrine, he added.

On Tuesday, Medvedev posted a message on Telegram that was quite ominous…

“Give nuclear weapons to a country at war with the largest nuclear power? The idea is so absurd that it raises suspicions about a paranoid psychosis in Joe The Walking Dead and all those who would advise such a move.”

He continued, “Yet I must comment on the nonsense: 1) The very threat of transferring nuclear weapons to the Kyiv regime can be considered preparation for nuclear conflict with Russia;

2) The actual transfer of such weapons can be equated to an act of attack on our country under article 19 of the Fundamentals of State Policy in the Field of Nuclear Deterrence.

The consequences are obvious.”

I don’t think that the Biden administration has any intention of giving Ukraine nuclear weapons right now.

But the fact that they are talking about it is really freaking out the Russians.

I really wish that cooler heads would prevail, but instead both sides just continue to escalate matters.

Over the past few days, Ukraine has launched more long-range missiles provided by NATO into Russian territory, and now the Russians have announced that they are preparing another “response”…

Russia is preparing a response to Ukrainian ATACMS attacks on Kursk Region, the Russian Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday. Last week, US President Joe Biden authorized Kiev to use US-supplied long-range missiles against targets deep inside Russia’s internationally recognized borders.

In an official statement on Telegram, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that over the past three days, Ukraine’s forces had conducted two long-range strikes on Kursk Region using Western weaponry.

As I discuss in this video, many are anticipating that the Russian “response” will be even larger than last time.

Let us hope that the Russians only use conventional weapons, and let us hope that they limit their targets to Ukraine.

Because the Russians have previously identified a U.S. base in Poland as a potential target, and the Biden administration is making it clear that such a strike would trigger NATO’s Article 5…

White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby said Monday that the U.S. has a ‘rock-solid’ commitment to NATO’s Article 5, should Russia strike the new U.S. anti-missile base in Poland. Article 5 is NATO’s principle of collective defense, that if one NATO member is attacked, all other NATO members go to war with the attacker, a world war-style response.

“We take our Article 5 commitments to our NATO Allies incredibly seriously. It’s rock-solid, and that’s not going to change,” Kirby said on Monday, according to Remix News.

Kirby was responding to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, who on Thursday said that Russia is considering attacking a new U.S. anti-missile base in Poland.

We are dangerously close to a point of no return.

Once nuclear missiles start flying, there will be no going back.

The Russians have been working extremely hard to prepare for a nuclear war, and meanwhile the U.S. is still relying on hopelessly outdated systems from the 1970s and 1980s.

We must change course while it is still possible to do so.

Unfortunately, it appears that we are about to witness another series of escalations which will push us even closer to the unthinkable.

Just follow the money, and that will tell you a lot about our federal government’s priorities.  It has been about two months since Hurricane Helene absolutely devastated vast stretches of North Carolina, Tennessee and other states, and many victims have still not gotten any help from the government at all.  Meanwhile, our government seems to have plenty of money for the war in Ukraine.

According to North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, the total damage caused by Hurricane Helene in his state exceeds 50 billion dollars…

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper announced Wednesday that the damage estimates from Hurricane Helene are the largest in state history.

According to Cooper, the initial damage estimates are at $53 billion – about three times the estimates from Hurricane Florence, which hit North Carolina in 2018.

Other states were hit extremely hard as well.

This really was one of the most destructive natural disasters in U.S. history, and the federal response has been abysmal.

According to one woman that has been working as a volunteer in the disaster zone, dead bodies are still being recovered after all this time…

It has been almost two months since Hurricane Helene brought devastating flood waters to North Carolina, and a local woman has returned back home in search of additional supplies.

Kat Arnsdorff, founder of Together We Rise Inc., said that she witnessed the aftermath first-hand.

“We’ve found bones that have been sent off to be identified,” Arnsdorff said. “We’re waiting on that to come back. I know that there have been teams in multiple areas that are still finding cadavers.”

Arnsdorff also says that large numbers of victims are still living in tents or other temporary shelters, and this is a major concern because winter is rapidly approaching…

She told News 3 that families are still living in temporary shelters, and some are living in tents.

“There are some people that are still on their property and fighting for their property, making sure that looters don’t come in and take what’s left,” she said. “And we are trying our hardest to get as many campers and RV’s and tiny homes in so that we can get them out of these conditions because winter is here.”

If the government response had been competent, virtually all of the dead bodies would have already been recovered, order would have been restored in the affected areas, and most victims would have proper housing by now.

One victim that attempted to apply for disaster assistance from the government was told that “funds had run out”…

Hurricane victims in Swannanoa, North Carolina, told NewsNation’s Brian Entin they’ve lost everything and are “getting no help.”

A woman who asked to be identified as Sarah, whose family is now living in a trailer, said her family has to pay an additional $130 per month for a portable toilet. Sarah was hoping to receive disaster assistance from the government, only to be told that funds had run out.

“We already have it so rough and to not be able to get the financial help that we need, it’s really awful,” Sarah said.

Are you kidding me?

Meanwhile, billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars continue to be spent on the war in Ukraine.

According to the official website of the GAO, Congress had appropriated a total of 174 billion dollars for the war in Ukraine as of April…

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has caused a devastating loss of life, widespread humanitarian crisis, and other global effects. As of April, Congress has appropriated more than $174 billion to assist Ukraine. This includes funding to purchase missiles, ammunition, and combat vehicles for Ukraine. It also includes economic and humanitarian assistance to help those in Ukraine and neighboring countries affected by the invasion.

We can’t even take care of our own people, but we have $174,000,000,000 for Ukraine?

And we just learned that Joe Biden has decided to cancel $4.65 billion in debt that Ukraine owes us…

The Biden administration told Congress it plans to cancel $4.65 billion in debt owed by Ukraine, approximately half of an economic loan offered earlier this year.

State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller confirmed the plans in a briefing on Wednesday. “So we have taken the step that was outlined in the law to cancel those loans, provide that economic assistance to Ukraine,” he said.

In April, Congress passed a supplemental funding package that earmarked $60 billion worth of aid for Ukraine, including $9 billion structured as a loan, with a provision that allowed the administration to forgive it, according to Miller.

This is so wrong.

Countless numbers of hurricane victims in North Carolina can’t get the help that they need, and yet there seems to be an endless amount of money for Ukraine.

We have spent trillions upon trillions of dollars on foreign wars in recent decades, and that is one of the primary reasons why our federal government is now 36 trillion dollars in debt…

The U.S. national debt surpassed $36 trillion for the first time in the nation’s history on Friday as the federal government continues to accumulate debt at a record-setting pace.

New data from the Treasury Department released Friday afternoon showed that the gross national debt hit $36,034,994,586,981.97.

The $36 trillion debt milestone comes just months after the U.S. eclipsed the $35 trillion mark in late July 2024. The national debt has passed other trillion-dollar milestones in the past year, as the $34 trillion mark was reached in early January 2024 and the $33 trillion threshold in September 2023. By comparison, the national debt hovered around $907 billion just four decades ago.

Many were hoping that voting the Democrats out would result in a major policy shift.

But it appears that Joe Biden and his minions have decided to greatly escalate the war in Ukraine before they leave in order to make sure that it will be exceedingly difficult for Donald Trump or anyone else to bring it to an end.

During a recent podcast, Joe Rogan expressed his concern about what we are witnessing right now…

Podcaster Joe Rogan slammed President Joe Biden’s lame-duck efforts to arm Ukraine in its fight against Russia in a Friday episode, claiming the nation’s use of long-range American missiles could bring “World War III.”

In an interview with record producer Scott Storch, Rogan cosigned the Grammy nominee’s suggestion that he felt “safer” under a Donald Trump presidency than Biden’s leadership. He also wondered if a change of strategy this close to a hand-off of the presidency was wise.

“[But] what I don’t feel safer is right now, they’re launching missiles into Russia,” Rogan said. “How are you allowed to do that when you’re on the way out? Like the people don’t want you to be there anymore. This should be some sort of, like, a pause, for like, significant actions that could potentially start World War III.”

By dragging us to the brink of nuclear war just before he leaves office, Joe Biden is defiantly contradicting the will of the American people.

One of the big reasons why so many Americans voted against the Democrats is because they have become a party of warmongers.

If a full-blown nuclear war erupts, that will be the end of America as we know it today.

We don’t want that.

So Joe Biden should have never given Ukraine the green light to launch long-range missiles provided by the United States into Russia.

Instead, we should have spent that money on our own people, because there are so many victims in North Carolina that are deeply suffering at this moment.

This didn’t have to happen.  Years of catastrophically bad decisions by the western elite have brought us to the brink of nuclear war.  For more than two years, our leaders have assured us that the Russians were bluffing and that they would never actually risk nuclear war.  But now that Russian warheads are raining from the sky, is there anyone out there that still believes such nonsense?

Last night, the Russians sent a very clear message to the entire world by pummeling Ukraine’s fourth-largest city of Dnipro with warheads from a ballistic missile…

Kyiv Air Force said today that Russia had launched an ICBM at the city of Dnipro in the early hours of the morning.

If firmed up, it marks the first time the nuclear-capable missile has ever been used as part of an ongoing conflict.

Unverified footage appeared to show warheads from the ferocious R-26 Rubezh raining down on Dnipro overnight, lighting up the sky with explosions.

In a video that I just posted on my YouTube channel, I shared footage of these warheads raining down on the city…

Originally, it was being reported that these warheads came from an intercontinental ballistic missile, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer called this “reckless and escalatory behaviour”…

And UK PM Keir Starmer blasted depot Putin for his “reckless and escalatory behaviour” after the suspected ICBM strike.

He warned that such a move would take the war to another level, calling claims of their use “deeply concerning”.

But shortly thereafter U.S. officials determined that it was a new intermediate-range ballistic missile and not an intercontinental ballistic missile…

Ukraine’s earlier claim that its territory had been struck by an intercontinental ballistic missile fired by Russia is being hotly disputed, hours after widespread reports first appeared. US officials are saying it appears to be a new intermediate-range ballistic missile and not an ICBM which targeted the central city of Dnipro

The NY Times has reported in follow-up of the attack that “several Western officials said that the weapon was not an ICBM and instead was likely an intermediate-range missile that flies shorter distances.”

Zelensky himself had claimed Russia used a new class of missile. “All the parameters — speed, altitude — match those of an intercontinental ballistic missile,” he said. “All expert evaluations are underway.”

During a surprise television address to his nation, Vladimir Putin confirmed that it was a new hypersonic ballistic missile that they have been working on…

According to Putin, Russia retaliated on Nov. 21 with a combined strike against a Ukrainian defense industry facility. In addition, “a field test was conducted in combat conditions” for one of Russia’s newest medium-range weapon systems: a nuclear-free hypersonic ballistic missile. “Our engineers named it ‘Oreshnik’ [‘Hazel’],” Putin declared with a smile.

Putin said Russia is within its rights to use ballistic missiles against “Ukraine’s military targets” and to use weapons against military facilities of those countries that have authorized the use of their weapons against Russia.

Of course the range of this particular missile is not really important.

What is important is the message that the Russians are sending.

They are clearly trying to warn us that next time it could be nuclear warheads that are raining down.

I guess they figured that their words weren’t getting through to our leaders, and so they better do something so over the top that nobody could misinterpret it.

Putin also warned that the Russians are “entitled” to hit the military targets of any nations that are supplying long-range missiles to Ukraine…

Putin also warned Russia was “entitled” to strike military targets of countries whose weapons are used by Ukraine to strike Russian territory in a thinly-veiled threat to the US and Britain.

Ukraine used British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles to strike inside Russia for the first time, a day after using US-made ATACMs to hit a military facility in Bryansk.

“In the event of an escalation of aggressive actions, we will respond just as decisively,” Putin added.

Do you understand what he is telling us?

He is trying to get us to understand that if Ukraine keeps firing long-range missiles into Russia, they could strike U.S. military targets.

In fact, the Russians have already publicly identified a new U.S. base in Poland as a potential target…

Russia has threatened to attack a new US defense base in Poland with “advanced weapons” — just hours after reportedly launching an intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine on Thursday.

Moscow leveled the warning after saying the opening of the ballistic missile defense base, located in the town of Redzikowo near the Baltic coast, would lead to an increase in overall nuclear danger.

“Given the nature and level of threats posed by such Western military facilities, the missile defense base in Poland has long been added to the list of priority targets for potential destruction, which, if necessary, can be executed with a wide range of advanced weapons,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

This is serious.

Sadly, most Americans have absolutely no idea that we are literally on the verge of all-out war with Russia.

The Russians have also declared that the UK is now “directly involved” in the war in Ukraine…

Britain is now “directly involved” in the Ukraine war after its Storm Shadow missiles were used to strike targets inside Russia, according to Moscow’s ambassador.

Speaking to Sky News’ Mark Austin, ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin also said Ukraine was using “plenty of mercenaries from different countries” in the war.

Here in the western world, we have convinced ourselves that we are not at war with Russia.

But the Russians see things very differently.

The good news is that the Russians see Donald Trump as the last best hope to avoid the sort of all-out war that I have been warning about for years.

So we have a window of opportunity right now.

If we can just get to January 20th, the Russians are very eager to talk to Trump in order to see if something can be worked out.

But if they ultimately determine that they can’t work out something with Trump, all bets are off.

Let us pray that a peace agreement can eventually be reached, because if a full-blown nuclear war erupts most of the U.S. population will die.

Throughout this very long war, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has continued to operate even though there has been a constant threat of missile strikes and drone attacks.  But now it has closed because it has received “specific information” that the Russians are about to conduct a “significant air attack”.  By the time many of you read this article, that attack may have already happened.  We don’t know exactly when the Russians will strike, and we don’t know what specific targets they will hit, but it appears that they are gearing up for something really big.

On Tuesday, the Ukrainians fired 6 long-range missiles provided by the United States into Russia.

Then on Wednesday, the Ukrainians fired 12 long-range Storm Shadow missiles provided by the United Kingdom into Russia…

Ukraine has launched several Storm Shadow missiles at targets in Russia’s Kursk region, the Express understands.

Images posted to Telegram purport to show fragments of the British-French-made missiles after explosions were reported in the village of Marine, Kursk, on Wednesday.

The Russians aren’t just going to sit there and absorb these strikes.

Everyone knew that a response would be coming, and now it appears that response is imminent.

Just a little while ago, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv explained that it has closed due to specific intel that it has received…

The U.S. Embassy in Kyiv has received specific information of a potential significant air attack on November 20. Out of an abundance of caution, the Embassy will be closed, and Embassy employees are being instructed to shelter in place. The U.S. Embassy recommends U.S. citizens be prepared to immediately shelter in the event an air alert is announced.

There are reports that the Russians are preparing to use Tu-95 and Tu-160 strategic bombers to strike Ukraine.  There are also reports that indicate that RS-26 long-range missiles may also be used.

These are very serious weapons.

When Joe Biden allowed the Ukrainians to use long-range missiles to strike Russia, we crossed a very important red line.

In fact, one of the reasons why this entire war started in the first place was because the Russians were determined to keep western missiles out of Ukraine.

Just imagine how we would feel if Russian missiles were being staged just south of the border in Mexico and they were being used to hit U.S. cities.

We should not underestimate the anger of the Russian people at this moment.

On Russian television, pundits are openly talking about how nuclear war with the western world appears to be inevitable, but our leaders just keep assuring us that everything is fine.  On Tuesday, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin insisted that the Russians are bluffing and that there is no threat of nuclear war…

Austin insisted on NBC Tuesday night that Russian President Vladimir Putin was bluffing about the use of nuclear weapons despite the fact he approved of a new nuclear weapons doctrine that justifies a nuclear response to any major attack on its territory, even with conventional weapons, by a non-nuclear country backed by a nuclear power.

“We’ve known for several weeks that they were revamping their policy on use of nuclear weapons. As I look at, you know, what they’re doing, and I — I — we watch their strategic forces, you know, very carefully, I don’t see a change in their strategic force posture,” Austin said.

“We’ll continue to remain vigilant in this regard. But at this point, no, I — I don’t see an indication that there’s an imminent intent to — to use nuclear weapons.”

I don’t think that there is an “imminent intent” to use nuclear weapons either, but if we keep pushing the Russians into a corner eventually they will feel like they have no choice.

The Russians would very much like to avoid a nuclear conflict, but over time the warnings that they have been issuing have been taken “less and less seriously” by leaders in the western world…

Putin, who began issuing nuclear threats shortly after invading Ukraine in 2022, may want to add credibility to the repeated warnings.

According to the Telegram channel Rybar, close to the Russian military, “Russia’s latest warnings, like its red lines, are taken less and less seriously. In the face of this, the adversary is reducing Russia’s room for manoeuvre.”

If you were running Russia, what would you do if Ukraine was being used as a launchpad for long-range western missiles that were targeting your cities?

You would probably issue very strong warnings at first, but if those warnings had no effect you would eventually be forced to take action.

Ominously, it is being reported that Vladimir Putin has “mysteriously disappeared from public view” since November 7th…

It is unclear if during the past 12 days of high international tension the Kremlin dictator has been holed up in a hi-tech bunker, unwell, underwent another round of plastic surgery, took a secret holiday or simply chose to remain out of sight. Yet Putin, 72, has not been definitively seen since an appearance at the Valdai Forum in Sochi on November 7 when he congratulated a “courageous” Donald Trump on his election victory and hinted he was ready for talks to end the war in Ukraine, according to the Faridaily Telegram channel, which monitors his movements and appearances.

The good news is that I do not believe that a full-blown nuclear showdown with the Russians is going to happen right away.

It appears that the Russians consider Donald Trump to be the final hope for peace, and so I think that they will delay doing anything drastic until they can negotiate with him.

Donald Trump has said that he wants to end the conflict in Ukraine, but he also doesn’t intend to just give the Russians everything that they want.

Meanwhile, our European allies, most members of Congress, and even some members of his own cabinet will be strongly urging Trump to continue fighting the Russians.

So we shall see what happens.

If the Russians ultimately conclude that they can’t reach an agreement with the Trump administration, all bets are off.

Trump really will be holding the future of our society in his hands, and so let us hope that he makes the right decisions.

When it comes to the world of geopolitics, there is always far more going on than meets the eye.  The long-range missiles that Ukraine is now firing deep into Russian territory are not going to change the course of the war.  But the Russian response to those long-range missiles might.  Hopefully the Russians will show restraint, because they may not even realize that they are being led into a trap.

Just two days after Joe Biden gave the green light, Ukraine fired six ATACMS missiles deep into Russian territory on Tuesday…

Ukraine hit a Russian weapons arsenal with US-made ATACMS missiles that it fired across the border for the first time, according to two US officials, in a major escalation on the 1,000th day of war.

The attack comes just two days after the Biden administration gave Kyiv the green light to use the longer-range American weapons against targets inside Russia.

The Russians possess the most sophisticated anti-missile systems on the entire planet by a wide margin, and they were able to shoot down five of the missiles and damage the sixth before it reached the target…

At 3:25 a.m. local time (7:25 p.m. ET) Tuesday, Ukraine fired six ballistic missiles at a facility in Bryansk, Russia’s Defense Ministry said. It said that American-made ATACMS missiles had been used in the attack.

Russian air defenses said they shot down five of the missiles and another was damaged. Fragments from the damaged missile fell on the territory of a military facility, causing a fire that has since been extinguished. There were no casualties or damage.

Since there were no casualties and no damage, the Russians will hopefully not feel a need to respond to this particular strike.

But what is going to happen next time?

And how will they respond when Russian cities start getting targeted?

Following the attack, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov pointed out that the Ukrainians cannot operate these high-tech missile systems without U.S. assistance…

Russia’s foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, responded to the attack, accusing the West of wanting to escalate the conflict.

“The fact that ATACMS were used repeatedly tonight in the Bryansk region is, of course, a signal that they [in the West] want escalation. And without the Americans, it is impossible to use these high-tech missiles,” Lavrov said at a news conference at the G20 summit, according to comments reported by Tass and translated by Google.

To the Russians, when ATACMS missiles are fired into their territory it is a joint attack by Ukraine and the United States.

And we are being warned that the Russians could use nuclear weapons in response.

On Tuesday, Vladimir Putin signed a document which updates Russia’s official nuclear doctrine…

The Kremlin has repeatedly warned the West against allowing Ukraine to use its long-range weapons to attack Russia directly. Moscow upped the ante Tuesday as Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving its updated nuclear doctrine, shifting the parameters on when Russia can use nuclear weapons.

The timing of this signing was meant to be a signal.

According to this document, Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons if there is a missile attack “by any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state”…

​“You will be able to read the paragraphs yourself, but in general it also states that the Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in the event of aggression with the use of conventional weapons against it or the Republic of Belarus, which creates a critical threat to sovereignty or territorial integrity,” Peskov told reporters.

“Aggression against the Russian Federation by any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state is considered a joint attack.”

That is clearly directed at us.

The Russians are trying to warn us that we are dangerously close to starting a nuclear war.

One Russian military official is even suggesting that the UK could be the first target…

Andrey Gurulev, reservist Russian army general, MP and pro-Putin TV propagandist, warned of a full-scale nuclear strike on Britain.

“There are individual targets that can be hit with….demonstrative warning strikes,” he said.

“The first candidate to get a nuclear bludgeon….is the UK.”

I disagree.

If the Russians decide to use nuclear weapons, Ukraine will likely be the first target.

If Russians cities get hit by long-range missiles, the Russians would be very tempted to respond by hitting Ukraine with a tactical nuke.

Of course the Biden administration has already strongly hinted that if the Russians use tactical nukes in Ukraine we will respond by using tactical nukes in Ukraine too.

That would mean a full-blown war between the United States and Russia, and that is precisely what the Ukrainians want, because that gives them the best chance of actually winning the conflict.

And could that be exactly what the global elite are wishing for too?

The Economist has just published their outlook for 2025, and they appear to think that the war in Ukraine will be a major theme during the coming year.

If the global elite can trigger a direct war between the United States and Russia before Donald Trump takes office, it may become nearly impossible for him to stop it once he gets into the White House.

Because it isn’t just the left that has a really bad case of “war fever” right now.  Many prominent Republican members of Congress have a really bad case of “war fever” too.  For example, just consider something that Mitch McConnell just said…

US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell sharply criticized the Biden administration for delaying announcing its decision to allow Ukraine to use long-range missiles to hit targets inside Russia. McConnell said the administration had what he called “unsubstantiated” fears of “escalation.”

McConnell pointedly said: “History will record hesitation, indecision and cowardice as the hallmarks of this administration’s Ukraine policy from the beginning.”

The neocons want this war, and they are convinced that the Russians will never actually fire nuclear missiles at the United States.

In fact, just about everyone in Washington D.C. seems to think that the Russians are bluffing.

But if they are bluffing, why have they begun “serial production of mobile bomb shelters”?…

Russia has begun serial production of mobile bomb shelters that can protect against a variety of threats including shockwaves and radiation from a nuclear blast.

The emergency ministry’s research institute said the “KUB-M” shelter could offer protection for 48 hours against these and other natural and man-made hazards.

I realize that a lot of people out there do not believe this, but the truth is that the Russians are quite serious about nuclear war.

As I have discussed in my books, the Russians know that there are no winners in a nuclear war.  But they also understand that whoever strikes first will have the best chance of surviving a nuclear war if one becomes inevitable.

Many U.S. officials assume that since we would never conduct a first strike, the Russian’s wouldn’t either.

That is a tragic mistake.

If we keep crossing the red lines that the Russians have established, we will eventually find out that they weren’t bluffing at all.
