They Didn’t Even Give Joe Biden One Day Before They Started Rioting…

When people tried to sell us on the idea that the radical left would quit rioting once Joe Biden was president, I just had to chuckle.  I knew that what they were saying simply was not true.  But I figured that the radical left would at least give Biden a few days before they started rioting, looting and burning things again.  Sadly, I was wrong.  Just hours after Joe Biden was sworn in, radical leftists in Portland and Seattle started going completely nuts.  The footage that you are about to see is extremely shocking, but so far the corporate media is mostly avoiding this story because it does not fit any of the narratives that they are currently trying to push.  Of course if it was Trump supporters rioting it would be the biggest news story in the entire nation right now.

Apparently, Antifa activists in Portland are not too thrilled that Biden is president, because the primary target of their violence on Wednesday was the Democratic Party of Oregon headquarters.

The corporate media was so quick to use the term “domestic terrorists” when it was Trump supporters that were going crazy.

Will the corporate media dare to use the same term for these nutjobs?

Didn’t they realize that it was Inauguration Day?

Perhaps they should have actually given Biden a chance to do something that they don’t like before they started smashing things up.

In an attempt to stop the mayhem, the impotent police in Portland immediately posted a message on Twitter warning that the rioters could potentially face “arrest or citation”…

To those gathered near the Democratic Party of Oregon Portland Headquarters: Members of this group have been observed damaging the building. Anyone who is involved in criminal behavior including: vandalism and graffittiing is subject to arrest or citation.

Oh no, not a citation!

Surprisingly, that tweet did not end the violence.

Meanwhile, Antifa once again demonstrated who rules the streets of Seattle.

When they got to just the right spot, they burned an American flag in the middle of an intersection.

Not satisfied with that, the Antifa rioters also decided to vandalize an Amazon Go store in the downtown area.

Many in the corporate media are envisioning that the primary threat of violence will come from Trump supporters now that Biden is president.

But that is not even close to the truth.

Over the past year, it has been the radical left that has been endlessly rioting, looting and setting buildings on fire.  They have relentlessly assaulted police stations, courthouses and other federal buildings, and not once has the corporate media ever referred to them as “domestic terrorists”.

You would think that the fact that Biden has replaced Trump in the White House would make the radical left happy for a few days, but it appears that nothing will ever make them happy for very long.

As I have warned over and over again, the radical left wants to dismantle the entire system and bring about a full-blown revolution in this country.

Now that Trump is out of office, all of this political violence is Biden’s problem now.

Will he have the guts to stand up to the radical left?

We shall see what happens.

The worse economic conditions in this country become, the worse the rioting is going to get, and the radical left is making it clear that Biden is not going to get any sort of a “honeymoon” period.

“It’s Not Your Imagination. Something Is Very Wrong.”

Once in a while, someone says something that perfectly captures the moment that we are currently facing.  Earlier today, I believe that I stumbled upon an example of this, and I will be sharing what I found in this article.  So far this year, our nation has faced one crisis after another, but even after what we have already been though a lot of people out there are absolutely convinced that much worse is coming.  In fact, in all of my years of writing I have never had as many people reach out to me personally with their concerns about our immediate future as I have here in 2020.  There seems to be an overwhelming consensus that great trouble is rapidly approaching, and there are so many people that are making major life changes based on what they believe is coming.

With that in mind, I would like to share three recent quotes from Glenn Beck…

#1 “What I’m here to do is to sound the trumpet. To warn you of what is just over the horizon, that no one else will tell you. […] You know things aren’t OK. They aren’t normal. Many of us have this feeling that we’re headed towards something — something not good.”

#2 “If you felt any of these things, I want you to know this: One, you’re right, it’s not your imagination. Whether you’re on the left or right, it’s not your imagination. Something is very wrong. Two, you’re not alone. You are not the only one feeling this. And, three, this is the difficult beginning of a new era.”

#3 “But, I believe that we are now squarely in the days the Bible foretold. I told you there would come a time when we passed all the exits. And we’re there. We need to fight to slow down the chaos. We need to do everything we can to slow chaos down.”

He hit the nail right on the head, and I don’t think that I could have said it better myself.

So many people out there have such an ominous feeling about the times that we are moving into, and a lot of them wonder if others are feeling the exact same way.  Of course the truth is that countless others are also sensing that something has gone horribly wrong.  Each one of us can look around and see that society is coming apart at the seams, and nobody seems to have a realistic plan for ending the chaos.  Instead, there seems to be a general consensus that we have crossed a threshold into a dangerous new period in our history and that there is no going back to the way that things were before.

If the vast majority of Americans were generally convinced that our current problems were just temporary in nature, we wouldn’t be seeing the mass exodus out of our major cities that we are witnessing right now.  According to a Daily Mail article that I came across this afternoon, large numbers of Americans are “fleeing” to states with low population density such as “Vermont, Idaho and Oregon”…

Americans have been fleeing to states with more open space such as Vermont, Idaho and Oregon as they opted to relocate amid the COVID-19 pandemic, data shows.

Vermont topped the list of states that saw the biggest influx of new moves between March and August, according to the data compiled by moving company United Van Lines and published by Bloomberg.

I can just hear residents of those three states groan as they read this article.

Recently, I had someone from a state in the middle of the country specifically ask me to avoid encouraging people to move to his state.  So many that live in beautiful rural areas are horrified at the prospect of hordes of transplants from New York, California and Illinois moving in and ruining their communities.

And according to that same Daily Mail article, New York is one of the main states that people are fleeing at this point…

Two thirds of all moves booked in New York and New Jersey were for relocations out of those states, according to the data.

The data shows that just under half of those moving from New York went to cities in Florida, Texas, California and North Carolina.

Of course not all moves are out of state.  In many instances, people are just moving out to the suburbs from a core urban area, and all of this movement is really starting to show up in the real estate numbers.  The following comes from CNN…

Signed contracts for sales of condos and co-ops in Manhattan, for example, plunged nearly 60% in July, while contracts for single-family homes in areas outside of New York City skyrocketed, according to a recent report from brokerage firm Douglas Elliman and Miller Samuel.

Similar shifts are playing out in suburban areas around other major cities. Norfolk County, outside of Boston, saw a 38% increase in new contracts for single-family homes in July over last year, according to Compass. Collin County, Texas, outside of Dallas, saw a 58% increase. San Bernardino County, outside of Los Angeles, saw a 62% jump and Marin County, outside of San Francisco, saw a 77% increase over last year.

Personally, I can’t blame anyone that wants to flee the major cities.  As our society continues to crumble, living in a core urban area will be a very dangerous thing to do.

For now, most of the protesting is for political purposes, but as time rolls along economic considerations will increasingly come to the fore.

If people are this crazed and this violent now, what are they going to be like when all of their food is gone and they are desperately hungry?

Even now, millions of Americans are becoming increasingly desperate.  58 million Americans have filed new claims for unemployment benefits over the past 23 weeks, about two-thirds of the country is in financial distress, and one recent Gallup survey found that 70 percent of all Americans want another stimulus check…

As Congress and the Trump administration remain deadlocked in talks over the next coronavirus stimulus package, seven in 10 Americans (70%) say they would support the government sending an additional economic impact payment (EIP) to all qualified adults. These stimulus payments, which were first distributed in April as part of the popular CARES Act, are widely supported as the U.S. economy continues to face high unemployment amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Despite deep polarization on a number of policies related to COVID-19, an additional EIP receives strong support among both Democrats and Republicans. Democrats (82%) are most likely to favor the federal government sending another direct payment to all qualified U.S. adults (based on their income level), with about two-thirds of Republicans (64%) and independents (66%) saying the same.

It sure didn’t take very much to turn most of us into socialists, did it?

Of course this is just the start.  As the U.S. is hit by one major crisis after another, the economic desperation all around us is going to get far, far worse.

Glenn Beck said it so perfectly.  If you have a very ominous feeling about what is ahead, it isn’t just your imagination.

Something is definitely very wrong, and our national nightmare is just beginning.

Much Worse Is Coming

It has been heartbreaking to watch what has been transpiring on the streets of America in recent months.  Our founders intended for us to be united by a common set of values, but now our differences are literally tearing our nation to pieces.  Americans are fighting other Americans in the streets, and that should make all of us incredibly sad.  Does anyone out there actually believe that all of this violence will be resolved by the upcoming election?  If anything, rising political tensions are likely to make the violence even worse, and if the result of the presidential election is contested by either side that could easily take things to an even higher level.  We have entered such a dangerous chapter in American history, and I am extremely concerned about the months ahead.

In Portland, there have been nightly protests for more than three months straight.  We have never seen anything like this before, and I really wish that the violence would have been put to an end long ago.

Because now people are dying.  On Saturday, the death of a supporter of Patriot Prayer that had gone into Portland to counter the protesters made headlines all over the globe…

The fatal shooting of a supporter of Patriot Prayer in Portland, Oregon, this weekend shone a spotlight on the right-wing group based in Washington state and its founder, Joey Gibson.

The name of the victim in Saturday’s shooting was not immediately released. Portland police tried to determine Sunday whether the shooting was related to clashes between Trump supporters going through the city in a caravan after a rally and Black Lives Matter protesters engaged in their own demonstration Saturday night.

Of course this comes on the heels of the deaths that we just witnessed in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

And there will almost certainly be more needless deaths in the months ahead, because much worse civil unrest is coming.

Washington D.C. is likely to be a focal point for protesters as we approach election day in November.  I still remember the days when I could roam the streets of Washington without any concern at all, but unfortunately those days are long gone.

Today, if you are a recognizable figure, you are a potential target.  Just ask Rand Paul.  What happened to him and his wife the other night was deeply alarming.

And then on Saturday night authorities actually had to use rubber bullets and stun grenades because protesters were becoming so unruly…

Chaos erupted outside the White House on Saturday following another night of Black Lives Matter protests that saw police clash with demonstrators, striking them with rubber bullets and detonating stun grenades, as they moved to clear out crowds.

Sadly, this is just the beginning, because much worse is coming.

I just wish that everyone would calm down and go home, but of course that is not going to happen.

In this environment, being a police officer is going to be one of the most difficult and one of the most dangerous jobs in America.

At this point, every officer has become a potential target, and this is especially true in our major cities.  For example, two officers were just shot during an incident in St. Louis…

Two St. Louis police officers responding to a shooting call were shot themselves Saturday by a gunman who was arrested after he barricaded himself in a home in the Tower Grove South neighborhood, police said.

And two others were just shot during a traffic stop in Chicago…

Two Chicago cops were shot and the suspected gunman was wounded by police early Sunday after a traffic stop in the Homan Square neighborhood on the West Side.

When I go online and I see people cheering when someone gets shot, that grieves me so deeply.

Our desire should be to see healing, not more violence.

I never imagined that we would ever see so much anger and hatred be directed at the police in this country.  A few days ago, rioters in Seattle actually “tried to trap officers inside their burning precinct using quick-dry cement”.

How evil do you have to be to do something like that?

But as bad as things are already, much worse is coming.

And it appears that multitudes of Americans share my assessment, because gun sales are absolutely soaring…

Gun sales were up 72% compared to this time last year,  with first-time buyers leading the pack. Americans are likely sensing that something is horribly wrong with the rigged system we are forced to live under.

According to a report by the Washington Post, the National Sports Shooting Foundation says that first-time gun buyers played a heavy role in the increase.

As our society continues to unravel, safety and security have become top priorities for so many people.  Earlier today, I posted an article about the unprecedented mass exodus out of our major cities that we are witnessing right now.  A few months ago, the pandemic was the main reason why so many people were suddenly moving, but now the violence on the streets has become the primary factor.

And as I recently explained during an interview with Greg Hunter, we are moving into a time when things are going to get even more chaotic.

I am sure that tomorrow we will be bombarded by more headlines about violence that has happened somewhere in the country, and each new incident pushes us even closer to the point of no return.

A house divided will surely fall, and America is more divided today than it ever has been in my entire lifetime.

I wish that there was an easy answer, but at this point our nation no longer has a single set of values that unites us.

I truly wish that we could all learn how to love one another.  When you truly learn to love others, it changes everything, but unfortunately the vast majority of us have been trained to deeply hate those that are on “the other side”.

There is no way that this is going to end well, and I think that most of you realize that.

So get everything done that you need to get done, because August is ending and September is almost here.

We Should Mourn For What Is Happening To America

This week it was Kenosha, Wisconsin and next week it will probably be somewhere else.  Yet another senseless police shooting was followed by more rioting, looting and violence.  Of course rioting, looting and violence have basically become a nightly occurrence in America at this point anyway.  The protests never seem to end in some cities, and crime rates are absolutely skyrocketing all over the country.  Much of what is written about all of this chaos is focused on trying to pin the blame on someone, but even if we correctly identify who is to blame, will that actually stop the violence?  I don’t believe that it would.  In fact, I don’t think that anything is going to stop the violence any time soon.

I just feel so sad today.  We are literally watching the meltdown of our society, and that process is going to continue no matter what happens in November.  I have never seen so much anger in America, and the frightening thing is that the level of anger seems to just keep growing.

I wish that we could learn to truly forgive one another, love one another and come together as a society.  For years I have been telling my readers that civil unrest like this was coming, and there is an entire chapter in my new book entitled “Civil Unrest and Martial Law”.  So many of the things that myself and others have been warning about are now playing out right in front of our eyes, but there is absolutely no joy in being correct.  There is only sadness.  I love the United States of America and what I see happening to our nation grieves me very deeply.

Whenever I write articles about our need to love one another, those articles tend not to get much attention at all.  In America today, we would much rather hate our enemies than love them.  The corporate media has trained us to hate those “on the other side”, and they have done that job very well.  They have been stirring the pot for years, and now much of the population has been perfectly primed to explode.

In such an environment, it was inevitable that there would eventually be eruptions of violence.  On Sunday night, it was Kenosha’s turn…

Armed rioters shut down streets in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday night as the city fell into chaos after a police-involved shooting earlier in the evening.

A large group of rioters – including at least two armed rioters – blocked a police armored car from proceeding down a street. After a standoff, the police began throwing tear gas canisters from the top of the vehicle to disperse the crowd. Moments later, gunshots rang out after one of the protesters appeared to open fire.

The police shooting that caused these riots only happened a few hours earlier.

That means that some of these rioters were already armed and were ready to cause chaos on very little notice.

And it seems that these sorts of riots are almost always accompanied by widespread looting…

The violence quickly spread and eventually large mobs began looting shops and stores throughout the city.

Later in the night, vehicles at several car dealerships were set ablaze. Including one at a dealership next to a church which displayed a Black Lives Matter sign.

And just like in so many other cities, police officers in Kenosha quickly became targets.  In fact, it was reported that one officer was actually knocked down with a brick.

Protesters were promising to come back Monday night, but Governor Tony Evers called out the National Guard in a desperate attempt to keep that from happening…

In a bid to stave off another night of chaos, Democratic Gov. Tony Evers said 125 members of the National Guard would be in Kenosha on Monday night with responsibility for ‘guarding infrastructure and making sure our firefighters and others involved are protected.’

The Kenosha Police Department declared a state-of-emergency curfew for Monday night beginning at 8pm until 7am the following morning, according to a post on the police department’s Twitter feed.

Meanwhile, we witnessed yet another senseless riot in Portland on Sunday night…

A tumultuous weekend in Portland ended late Sunday night with Portland Police declaring a riot outside of the bureau’s North Precinct.

Police said they made 23 arrests over the course of the night on various charges like interfering with a peace officer and rioting.

During the riot, protesters were literally hurling anything that they could find at the police…

Demonstrators lit dumpsters on fire, and threw fireworks, rocks, and “sharp chunks of ceramic” at officers, police said.

Just after 10:30 p.m., police declared the gathering an unlawful assembly.

Sadly, a similar scene unfolded in Denver just the night before…

Dozens of armed Black Lives Matter anarchists descended on the Denver Police Headquarters and damaged buildings, set fires and shot fireworks at cops.

The mob, consisting of between 50 to 75 demonstrators, were said to be wielding numerous weapons — from axes to guns — during the incident.

Of course the riot in Denver didn’t even make many headlines around the nation because this sort of thing has become so commonplace in our major cities at this point.

We have basically entered a period of semi-permanent civil unrest.

And now that lawlessness has been unleashed in our streets, new eruptions of violence will be easily sparked with each new incident that comes along.

I am particularly concerned about this upcoming election season.  It is easy to imagine quite a few scenarios which would unleash widespread rage and fury.

I just wish that things could be different.

Americans should not be fighting other Americans in the streets, and it deeply grieves me whenever I see it happening.

If everyone simply treated others the way that they would like to be treated, we wouldn’t see senseless police shootings and there wouldn’t be rioting and looting in our streets.

Unfortunately, the very basic values that this nation was founded upon were rejected by our society long ago, and now we are paying a very great price for that choice.

It Only Took 2 Days For Seattle’s “Autonomous Zone” To Descend Into Chaos…

Protesters in Seattle decided that they were going to give us a living, breathing example of how the world should really operate.  The police were completely kicked out of a six block area of downtown Seattle, and armed guards were posted at all the entrances to the “Capital Hill Autonomous Zone” in order to make sure that their “utopia” would not be interrupted.  At first, people were dancing and singing in the streets, free food was being passed out to everyone, gardens were being started, and free movies were being played at night under the stars.  It was such a glorious beginning for “CHAZ”, but within hours major problems began to develop.

The protesters wanted to show everyone how compassionate they could be, and so they invited Seattle’s homeless population to share their free food.

Well, it turns out that the homeless people grabbed more of the food than they should have, and that created quite a crisis…

Yes, she was being quite serious.

If you live near CHAZ and you have extra “vegan meat substitutes, fruits, oats, soy products, etc.” laying around, there are some really hungry radicals that would really appreciate the help.

But please don’t bring them anything that has been heavily processed because that will just make them angry, and if you try to give them anything that contains real meat that could potentially set off a riot.

In addition to a looming food shortage, residents of CHAZ are also dealing with a leadership crisis.  Now that all the police are gone, it was just a matter of time before someone else took charge, and the person that has taken charge is a “heavily-armed” rapper named Raz Simone…

Seattle’s new “autonomous zone” – a six-block area established by protesters after the police and National Guard pulled out of city’s Capitol Hill neighborhood – now has a ‘heavily-armed’ warlord, and he’s already enforcing his streets.

Soundcloud rapper Raz Simone and his entourage have claimed the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) as their territory – and have already been filmed regulating when a man wouldn’t stop spraying graffiti over an urban art installation, telling him “We are the police of this community now!”

Somehow Simone was able to get his hands on an AK-47, and even though we keep being told that these are “peaceful protests”, Simone has told those under his command that what they are facing “is war”…

Simone, a local rapper with an AK-47 slung from his shoulder and a pistol attached to his hip, screamed, “This is war!” into a white-and-red megaphone and instructed armed paramilitaries to guard the barricades in shifts.

Before this stunt, hardly anyone had ever heard of Raz Simone, and I suppose that this is one way to make a name for yourself and sell a lot of records.

At first, Washington Governor Jay Inslee insisted that he didn’t even know that activists had taken over a large section of downtown Seattle.

Later on, he changed his tune, and now he is saying that he is hoping for a peaceful resolution.

And hopefully that is precisely what we will see, but for now the protesters appear to be determined to dig in for the long haul.

Needless to say, President Trump is not amused by any of this.

In fact, he is warning that if local officials do not shut down CHAZ, he will do it himself…

President Trump issued a demand for Democratic controlled Seattle to be brought back under order immediately, as Antifa anarchists claimed control of a six-block zone and a police station.

“Radical Left Governor [of Washington, Jay Inslee] and the Mayor of Seattle are being taunted and played at a level that our great Country has never seen before,” Trump tweeted late on Wednesday.

“Take back your city NOW. If you don’t do it, I will. This is not a game. These ugly Anarchists must be stooped [sic] IMMEDIATELY. MOVE FAST!’” he continued.

It is hard to believe that this is actually happening in America.

But as I keep warning, what we have seen so far is just the beginning.  As economic conditions deteriorate, Americans are just going to get even angrier and even more frustrated.

On Thursday, we learned that another 1.5 million Americans filed new claims for unemployment benefits last week…

About 1.5 million Americans filed first-time applications for unemployment insurance last week, the Labor Department said Thursday. That pushes the tally of those who have made initial claims – a rough measure of layoffs – over the past 12 weeks to a staggering 44.1 million.

This wasn’t supposed to happen.  Once states started reopening, the tsunami of job losses was supposed to stop, but instead we continue to see Americans lose their jobs at a pace that is far beyond anything we have ever witnessed in all of U.S. history.

As I keep reminding my readers, the all-time record for a single week prior to this year was just 695,000.  So until we get below that level, nobody should even think of using the word “recovery” to describe what is happening.

The truth is that the U.S. economy continues to fall apart all around us, and at this point even the New York Times is admitting that damage has been done “to millions of interconnections” throughout our economic system…

The fabric of the economy has been ripped, with damage done to millions of interconnections — between workers and employers, companies and their suppliers, borrowers and lenders. Both the historical evidence from severe economic crises and the data available today point to enormous delayed effects.

“There’s a lot of denial here, as there was in the 1930s,” said Eric Rauchway, a historian at the University of California, Davis, who has written extensively about the Great Depression. “At the beginning of the Depression, nobody wanted to admit that it was a crisis. The actions the government took were not adequate to the scope of the problem, yet they were very quick to say there had been a turnaround.”

If you think that the anger that we have experienced so far is something, just wait until you see what is coming in the years ahead.

We have entered a very disturbing new chapter in U.S. history, and events are beginning to spiral out of control.

Tens of millions of Americans have already lost their jobs, and the very generous unemployment bonuses that they have been getting are set to expire at the end of July.

A great deal of economic pain is on the horizon, a long, hot summer awaits us, and this is an election year.

All of that adds up to big trouble, and more major societal turmoil could be sparked at any moment.

“Extreme Looting”: We Are Seeing Looters Use Absolutely Crazy Tactics That Have Never Been Seen Before

Do you have to go to “looting school” to learn this stuff?  It is not that difficult to smash a few store windows and grab a few things, but some of the incidents that we have witnessed over the last several days have been so bizarre that it is hard to believe that they are actually real.  In fact, if they were put into a big Hollywood disaster movie at lot of people would probably dismiss them as “unrealistic”.  But it is very important to understand what is going on out there, because these looters are giving us a preview of coming attractions.  If they will sink to such depths now, what will they be willing to do once things get really, really bad in this country?

There are so many examples that I could share with you, but I think that I will start with the looters in Fairfield, California that decided to use a telescopic forklift to break down the doors of a Best Buy store…

A particularly brazen attempt by looters to storm a store in Fairfield, California, has been caught on video, showing them commandeering what appears to be a telescopic forklift to force their way in.

A video has emerged showing vandals using heavy equipment on the doors of the Best Buy store in Fairfield, a city in Solano County, located between San Francisco and Sacramento.

I suppose that the moral of this story is that you should never leave a telescopic forklift sitting around where looters might find it.

Now that criminals have seen how much they can get away with, they are going to become more emboldened than ever, and the entire west coast is going to be a major danger zone for the foreseeable future.

In the East Bay area, police say that “caravans of cars full of looters” have been roaming around systematically searching for targets.  Authorities have been trying to crack down on these caravans of looters, but that has proven to be quite difficult because many of them are heavily armed.

Elsewhere in northern California, one group of looters just pulled off an absolutely stunning heist that is like something out of a “Fast and Furious” film…

Police in Northern California are searching for suspects after rioters reportedly stole more than 70 premium cars from a dealership near San Francisco Sunday night.

San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership owner Carlos Hidalgo said that although he blocked the exits as a precaution, the thieves “started ramming, ramming until they could get out. They took out chains and fence posts. It was a very malicious act,” FOX 2 in Oakland reported.

This means that at least 70 looters must have descended upon that dealership simultaneously, because each of those vehicles would have required a driver.

If you stop and try to envision what that must have looked like, it will send a chill up your spine.

Of course it isn’t just the west coast that is dealing with such over the top criminality.  The following is how Rachel Olding described the crazy looting that we just witnessed in Midtown Manhattan…

Hard to describe how rampant the looting was tonight in Midtown Manhattan and how lawless it was. Complete anarchy. Literally hundreds of stores up and down Broadway, Fifth Ave, Sixth Ave. Kids ruling the streets like it was a party.

These are the stores where the Wall Street elite shop.

If law enforcement authorities can’t even keep that area secure, do you think that any city in the entire country is truly safe at this point?

And some of these looters are not exactly “impoverished”.  In fact, the New York Post is reporting that some of the looters were pulling up to the stores “in luxury SUVs”…

New York City looters were caught on camera pulling up in luxury SUVs — including what was claimed to be a pricey Rolls-Royce — before apparently looting an upscale retail store in Manhattan, according to footage shared on social media.

The video, filmed by Justine Miller and Keith Feldman, shows a group of men in masks hopping out of two cars and charging through a smashed door in Soho before running back outside carrying boxes of goods on Monday night.

I honestly don’t know what the police in New York City were doing.

They had to know that the luxury retail outlets in Midtown Manhattan would be prime targets, and yet this was allowed to happen anyway.

Down in Philadelphia, the looting has been absolutely insane.  Just yesterday, I discussed the fact that looters were allowed to loot one drugstore for 15 hours straight.  Elsewhere in the city, one very ambitious looter ended up dying in a botched attempt to blow up an ATM machine…

A looter has been killed in a botched ATM explosion in Philadelphia, that police believe was part of a ‘coordinated’ effort to raid 30 machines across the city over a series of two nights.

Police said the 24-year-old man died early Tuesday, several hours after attempting to break into an ATM with explosives in the north of the city.

Needless to say, bank robbery has nothing to do with justice for George Floyd.

All over America, thousands upon thousands of criminals are using the George Floyd protests as an opportunity to commit crimes, and the fact that it is happening on such a widespread basis is extremely sobering.

At this point, things have gotten so crazy that looters are even looting from other looters.  The U.S. is descending into madness, and many people believe that this is just the beginning.

Of course all of this rampant lawlessness is deeply alarming millions upon millions of ordinary citizens, and a lot of people are deeply concerned that this sort of behavior could start spreading into the suburbs and beyond.  In fact, Polk County Sheriff Judd Grady has publicly acknowledged that in his county “some folks were threatening to take their criminal conduct into the neighborhoods”…

Grady said the department “had received information on social media that some folks were threatening to take their criminal conduct into the neighborhoods.”

“I would tell them, if you value your life, they probably shouldn’t do that in Polk County,” Grady said. “Because the people of Polk County like guns, they have guns, I encourage them to own guns, and they’re going to be in their homes tonight with their guns loaded, and if you try to break into their homes to steal, to set fires, I’m highly recommending they blow you back out of the house with their guns. So, leave the community alone.”

Hopefully things will start to cool down at least for a while.

But many Americans understand that it is just a matter of time before more violence erupts, and so they are preparing to defend themselves and their families.  Gun sales are absolutely soaring, and one shop owner in New York says that he has been so busy that he is literally running out of stuff to sell…

Phones have been ringing off the hook and the line has been wrapped around the building at Coliseum Gun Traders in Uniondale, Nassau County, ever since the coronavirus pandemic began. And now with protests and rioting after the killing of George Floyd, the store has seen another enormous spike in sales. Keeping the shelves stocked has been hard, store owner Andy Chernoff said.

“We started out this week with a fair amount of merchandise. We’re running out. Literally running out,” Chernoff said. “Never thought I’d say that.”

Just six months ago, life in America seemed so “normal”, but now everything has changed.

All of the anger that has been building up for years is now starting to boil over, and the upcoming election in November is just going to increase tensions even more.

So please be very careful out there, because our society really is starting to fall apart right in front of our eyes.

Hear The Tale Of A Fallen People Destined To Wander Their Broken Land

America is falling, is falling, and violence covers the land like a flood.  Let us cry for this once great land, because a day of reckoning is at hand.  As I was reflecting on the nightmarish events of the past several days, a line from a song from one of my favorite bands of all-time kept coming to mind, and I have made that line the title of this article.  We are truly a fallen people, and we definitely live in a broken land.  The death of George Floyd is evidence of how far we have fallen, the police brutality that has gone on for way too many years is evidence of how far we have fallen, and the out of control rioting and looting that we have been witnessing day after day is evidence of how far we have fallen.  Of course the truth is that just about every form of evil that you can possibly imagine has been exploding in our society in recent years, and the American people just keep going back for more.  We have had an insatiable appetite for wickedness, and now we are reaping what we have sown.

Do you think that it is just a coincidence that so many of our young people are completely and utterly lawless?  We raised them in a completely upside down society that says that good is evil and evil is good, and so the way that they are behaving now shouldn’t surprise us at all.

If our young people truly wanted to honor George Floyd, looting retail stores is definitely not the way to do it.  Sadly, many are taking advantage of this crisis to go on a crime spree, and we are witnessing looting on a scale that is unlike anything we have ever seen before in this country.

For example, one of the most famous retail stores in the heart of New York City was absolutely mobbed by looters on Monday night…

Disturbing footage shows swarms of looters rushing into one of the world’s most famous stores — Macy’s flagship on Herald Square — as Midtown descended into chaos overnight.

One overhead video showed looters racing into one of the boarded-up entrances shortly before the curfew started Monday night — with only a small unexplained explosion seeming to halt the rush.

There has been a tremendous amount of looting on the west coast as well, and a video that showed a wild mob voraciously looting an Amazon delivery truck made headlines all over the globe…

While looters targeted various clothing stores in Santa Monica, one onlooker posted a video to social media showing a group of people breaking into an Amazon van, throwing objects at the vehicle to break its windows before gathering in the back as a larger group of people appeared to run away with packages.

What in the world has happened to us?

I have been asking that question a lot lately.

To me, it is absolutely unthinkable that looters would be allowed to loot a store for 15 hours straight, but that is precisely what just happened at a ShopRite location in Philadelphia…

The owner of a West Philadelphia ShopRite says looters ravaged his store for 15 hours straight, taking whatever they wanted from the pharmacy, liquor department and cash register. Owner Jeff Brown says looters ransacked the ShopRite of Parkside and several other businesses at the ParkWest Town Center on 52nd Street over the weekend.

Many of the businesses were already on financially shaky ground after weeks of COVID-19 closures. They’re now left cleaning up massive damage.

Where else in the entire world would such a thing be permitted to happen?

Once upon a time we thought of ourselves as a shining example for the rest of the planet, but now the only example we are setting is a bad one.

One of the things that has been particularly alarming to me is the amount of violence that we are seeing directed toward police officers.  In St. Louis, four officers were shot by rioters last night alone…

Four police officers were shot in downtown St. Louis early Tuesday as a day of peaceful protests turned into a violent and destructive night in the city.

Hundreds of people had gathered across the St. Louis region Monday to protest the Memorial Day death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

And in Las Vegas, one police officer is fighting for his life after being shot in the head…

In a night of deadly violence aimed at police officers, a cop in Las Vegas was shot in the head and is now on life support.

Despite George Floyd’s own family calling for an end to violence, multiple cities were again hit by mayhem last night.

A suspect was taken into custody after an LVMPD officer was shot in the head near Circus Circus late last night.

Being a police officer in this environment is one of the hardest jobs in America.

And things are not going to get any easier in the days ahead.

So many of these young people have hearts that have gone completely ice cold, and they don’t seem to have respect for even the most basic human values.  A perfect example of what I am talking about just took place in Richmond, Virginia…

The chief of the Richmond, Virginia, police department said Sunday that rioters set fire to a multi-family home with a child inside while blocking access for firefighters to get through to save the child.

“One incident that is particularly poignant, that truly illustrates the seriousness of the issues we’re facing,” Chief Will Smith told reporters. “Protesters intentionally set fire to an occupied building on [West] Broad Street. This is not the only occupied building that has been set fire to in the last two days.”

When I use the word “evil” to describe such people, I am not exaggerating one bit.

Unfortunately, many Americans are still in denial about how badly our society has decayed.

Did you know that there are people that actually write to me to tell me that my articles are “too negative” because I report about such things?

I suppose that we could all stick our heads in the sand and pretend that everything is going to be just fine somehow, but that wouldn’t do anyone any good at all.

What we desperately need to do is to fundamentally change course as a nation and start focusing on solutions that will give us real hope.  With that in mind, let me try to end this article on a positive note.  The title of this article was taken from a song entitled “Morningstar” by a band called Whiteheart, and the following are the full lyrics to that song…

The Horrifying Civil Unrest We Have Been Warning You About Is Here, And America Is Literally Coming Apart At The Seams

For a very long time, many of us have been loudly warning the American people that this was coming.  The mainstream media and many of our national leaders have been fanning the flames of hatred, anger, frustration and division on a daily basis for many years, and it was just a matter of time before we witnessed an eruption of violence of this magnitude.  Over the last week, we have seen protests in at least 145 different U.S. cities, and reports of rioting, looting and violence are coming in so fast that it is literally impossible to keep up with them all.  So far, at least 40 U.S. cities have imposed curfews, the National Guard has been activated in at least 15 states, and at least 4,100 people have been arrested.  On Sunday night, the violence in Washington D.C. became so alarming that President Trump was actually rushed to a secret bunker under the White House…

Agents reportedly rushed Trump to the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) – which was used after the 9/11 terror attacks and is equipped with secret tunnels – on Sunday night.

Trump was moved to the bunker before more than 50 Secret Service agents were injured during the sixth night of violence prompted by George Floyd’s Monday death, the New York Times reported.

It is located in the ground below the East Wing of the White House, but its exact placement is kept secret.

To me, it is absolutely crazy that the rioters are being allowed to injure one Secret Service officer after another.

It just shows how much things have changed.  When I worked in the D.C. area many years ago, there was a tremendous amount of respect for the White House, and everyone understood that anybody that tried to mess with the White House would be dealt with severely.

In those days, anyone that attacked a Secret Service agent would have deeply, deeply regretted doing so.

But now we are apparently allowing our Secret Service agents to be “kicked, punched, and exposed to bodily fluids”…

Through Saturday and early Sunday, more than 60 Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers and special agents suffered multiple injuries from bricks, rocks, bottles, fireworks and other items hurled at them.

“Secret Service personnel were also directly physically assaulted as they were kicked, punched, and exposed to bodily fluids,” the agency said. A total of 11 injured personnel were transported to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

What in the world is happening to this country?

In addition to these heinous acts, the “peaceful protesters” in D.C. decided that it would be a really good idea to deface the Lincoln Memorial and the National World War II Memorial…

The iconic Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. and the National World War II Memorial are among the landmarks in the nation’s capital that were vandalized amid weekend protests and defaced with graffiti.

‘In the wake of last night’s demonstrations, there are numerous instances of vandalism to sites around the National Mall,’ the National Park Service for the National Mall said in a tweet on Sunday along with photos of monuments covered in graffiti.

This isn’t about George Floyd anymore.

At this point, the protests have been taken over by radical leftists that are seeking to use this crisis as an opportunity to promote violence.

And others are simply taking advantage of the cover provided by these protests to commit crimes that they wouldn’t normally be able to commit.  For example, the looting that we have been witnessing in New York City has been unprecedented…

In New York City, despite clashes in lower Manhattan, police seemed to abandon much of the island to looters, who ransacked some of the most valuable retail real estate on the planet.

Best Buy. North Face. Coach. Kate Spade. Apple.

After 10 p.m., rioters in Union Square ignited boxes outside the Strand bookstore. They were captured on video smashing the windows of a Walgreens pharmacy and looting a GameStop store.

And in Chicago, the looters have been hitting store after store “in broad daylight”…

In Chicago, there was plenty of looting in broad daylight. A drive from The Loop to the city’s Deep South Side saw nearly every block feature at least one battered business. One beat cop bemoaned to The Daily Beast, “These aren’t protesters, they are opportunists. They are just destroying and looting because it’s the cool thing to do.”

Does this not sound exactly like what I have been warning my readers about for years?

If you do a search for “civil unrest” on The Economic Collapse Blog, you will get 13 pages of results.

If you do a search for “rioting”, you will get 11 pages of results.

And if you do a search for “looting”, you will get 10 pages of results.

Why do you think I included these sorts of violent protests in The Beginning Of The End?  Needless to say, it wasn’t just to entertain the readers.

I have been endlessly warning that these things were coming, and now they have arrived.

Others have been loudly sounding the alarm as well.  For example, former police officer Marty Breeden shared the following back in April…

I saw many of our large metropolitan areas in complete and total chaos.

It was absolute insanity!

Rogue gangs banding together and creating ABSOLUTE havoc!!

Looting, rioting, murdering….

People running for their lives.

I saw great fires on both large and small buildings.

The violence was staggering to my mind.

Unfortunately, this is just the beginning.

And even though rioters viciously attacked and vandalized CNN headquarters, CNN and other mainstream media outlets continue to apologize for their behavior.  On Saturday, CNN’s Don Lemon actually suggested that these riots could be “some sort of mechanism for a restructure in our country”…

“We don’t know what’s happening in this country right now,” Lemon said. “Perhaps this is some sort of mechanism for a restructure in our country or some sort of change in our country for us to deal with whatever we need to deal with in this country as we look at pictures on the right of burning and pictures on the left of looting.”

He went on to lament the situation but said it could be indicative of those with “no other option” and “nothing left to lose.”

“This is quite actually sad to watch,” he said. “And it is an indication indicative of the pain and the sadness in this country — of people who feel they have no other alternative but to exhibit this behavior in our country, no other option. When you have nothing to lose, you have nothing to lose.”

No, our country is not being “restructured”.

What is actually happening is that our country is literally coming apart at the seams, and a lot of us have been warning that this would happen for many, many years.

Of course these riots come at a time when our nation is already dealing with a huge global pandemic and a historic economic collapse.  The following comes from the Seattle Times…

America experienced a wave of burning cities in the aftermath of a racial killing in 1968. America was hit by a pandemic in 1918 that killed even more people than the 102,000 who have died of the coronavirus. America was battered by a Great Depression in the 1930s and laid low by a Great Recession just a decade ago. America has never experienced all of this kind of tumult in the same moment. It is more than the system can bear, and people grieve for the country.

As I have warned my readers more times than I could possibly count, we have entered the time of “the perfect storm” and global events are going to continue to accelerate.

Just when you think that one crisis has passed, something else is going to happen.  We are going to witness one major event after another, and everything that can be shaken will be shaken.

Anyone that has been surprised by these riots hasn’t been paying attention.  We have been warned over and over again that these things were coming, but most of the country did not want to listen.

Now that the economy has collapsed, a deadly pandemic is sweeping the land and riots are breaking out in most of our major cities, hopefully more people will start to listen.

Because the truth is that time is running out for America, and there is no future for our once great nation if we stay on our present course.
