Get Ready For Civil Unrest: Survey Finds That Most Americans Are Concerned About Election Violence

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

city-abstract-public-domainCould we see violence no matter who wins on November 8th?  Let’s hope that it doesn’t happen, but as you will see below, anti-Trump violence is already sweeping the nation.  If Trump were to actually win the election, that would likely send the radical left into a violent post-election temper tantrum unlike anything that we have ever seen before.  Alternatively, there is a tremendous amount of concern on the right that this election could be stolen by Hillary Clinton.  And as I showed yesterday, it appears that voting machines in Texas are already switching votes from Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton.  If Hillary Clinton wins this election under suspicious circumstances, that also may be enough to set off widespread civil unrest all across the country.

At this moment there is less than two weeks to go until November 8th, and a brand new survey has found that a majority of Americans are concerned “about the possibility of violence” on election day…

A 51% majority of likely voters express at least some concern about the possibility of violence on Election Day; one in five are “very concerned.” Three of four say they have confidence that the United States will have the peaceful transfer of power that has marked American democracy for more than 200 years, but just 40% say they are “very confident” about that.

More than four in 10 of Trump supporters say they won’t recognize the legitimacy of Clinton as president, if she prevails, because they say she wouldn’t have won fair and square.

But many on the left are not waiting until after the election to commit acts of violence.  On Wednesday, Donald Trump’s star on the Walk of Fame was smashed into pieces by a man with a sledgehammer and a pick-ax…

Donald Trump took a lot of hits today, and not just in the Presidential race. With less than two weeks to go before America decides if the ex-Apprentice host will pull off a surprise victory over Hillary Clinton, Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was destroyed early Wednesday morning by a man dressed as a city construction worker and wielding a sledgehammer and pick-ax in what looks to be a Tinseltown first.

And there were two other instances earlier this year when Donald Trump’s star was also vandalized.  One came in January, and the other happened in June

This is of course not the first time the GOP candidate’s star has been attacked or defaced since Trump announced his White House bid in summer 2015. The most extreme measure was a reverse swastika being sprayed on the star at 6801 Hollywood Blvd in late January. In June this summer, a mute sign was painted on Trump’s star in a seemingly protest against the antagonistic language and policies some have accused Trump of promoting and reveling in during the campaign. In both cases, Trump’s star was quickly cleaned and back as new within a day.

We have seen anti-Trump violence on the east coast as well.  Earlier this month, someone decided to firebomb the Republican Party headquarters in Orange County, North Carolina.  On the building next to the headquarters, someone spray-painted “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else” along with a swastika.

There have also been other disturbing incidents of anti-Trump violence all over the nation in recent days.  A recent  Lifezette article put together quite a long list, and the following is just a short excerpt from that piece…

On Oct. 15 in Bangor, Maine, vandals spray-painted about 20 parked cars outside a Trump rally. Trump supporter Paul Foster, whose van was hit with white paint, told reporters, “Why can’t they do a peaceful protest instead of painting cars, all of this, to make their statement?”

Around Oct. 3, a couple of Trump supporters were assaulted in Zeitgeist, a San Francisco bar, after they were allegedly refused service for expressing support for Trump, GotNews reports. “The two Trump supporters were attacked, punched, and chased into the street by ‘some thugs’ that a barmaid called out from the back.” Lilian Kim of ABC 7 Bay Area tweeted a photo of the men, in which one was wearing a Trump T-shirt and the other was wearing a “Blue Lives Matter” shirt.

On Sept. 28 in El Cajon, California, an angry mob at a Black Lives Matter protest beat 21-year-old Trump supporter Feras Jabro for wearing a “Make America Great Again” baseball cap. The assault was broadcast live using the smartphone app Periscope.

There is a move to get Trump supporters to wear red on election day, but in many parts of America that might just turn his supporters into easy targets.  Let’s certainly hope that we don’t see the kind of violent confrontations at voting locations that many experts are anticipating.

Of course there are also many on the right that are fighting mad, and a Hillary Clinton victory under suspicious circumstances may be enough to push them over the edge.

For example, this week former Congressman Joe Walsh said that he is “grabbing my musket” if Donald Trump loses the election…

Former Rep. Joe Walsh appeared to call for armed revolution Wednesday if Donald Trump is not elected president.

Walsh, a former tea party congressman from Illinois who is now a conservative talk radio host, tweeted, “On November 8th, I’m voting for Trump. On November 9th, if Trump loses, I’m grabbing my musket. You in?”

And without a doubt, many ordinary Americans are stocking up on guns and ammunition just in case Hillary Clinton is victorious.  The following comes from USA Today

“Since the polls are starting to shift quite a bit towards Hillary Clinton, I’ve been buying a lot more ammunition,” says Rick Darling, 69, an engineer from Harrison Township, in Michigan’s Detroit suburbs. In a follow-up phone interview after being surveyed, the Trump supporter said he fears progressives will want to “declare martial law and take our guns away” after the election.

Today America is more divided than I have ever seen it before, and the mainstream media is constantly fueling the hatred and the anger that various groups feel toward one another.

Ironically, Donald Trump has been working very hard to bring America together.  In fact, he is solidly on track to win a higher percentage of the black vote than any Republican presidential candidate since 1960.

If Hillary Clinton and the Democrats win on November 8th, things will not go well for Hillary Clinton’s political enemies.  The Clintons used the power of the White House to go after their enemies the first time around, and Hillary is even more angry and more bitter now than she was back then.

And the radical left is very clear about who their enemies are.  This is something that I discussed on national television earlier this month

As I write this, it is difficult for me to even imagine how horrible a Hillary Clinton presidency would be.

But at this point that appears to be the most likely outcome.

Out of all the candidates that we could have chosen, the American people are about to put the most evil one by far into the White House.

Perhaps Donald Trump can still pull off a miracle and we can avoid that fate, but time is rapidly slipping away and November 8th will be here before we know it.

I have mentioned numerous times on Mr Snyder’s website that America is soon to be Judged. You can place whatever adjectives before America you like in describing her, but I believe from Scripture a defense can be made for an end time nation rich beyond measure, a mingled people from her beginning, the economic engine for the world, the Policeman of the world with a large Jewish population that is destroyed in a surprise attack. I am not a Prophet or the son of one, but I have been telling people this for over twenty years. Jeremiah 50-51, Revelation 17-18 portions of Isaiah 13-18 and Isaiah 47 are several of these Scriptures. There seem to be about 60 characteristics that point toward America. These few things I mention don’t even scratch the surface. Hope this helps!!!! 1st Corinthians 15:1-4…P.S. Between you and Snottly and df least you take time to think.

How many interstates have the Republicans shut down lately? How many cities have been burned down by Republicans lately? How many babies have been murdered in the womb by republicans lately?

        • df NJ

Children of Republicans get just as many abortions as Democrats. Do the research.

I have no problem making abortion illegal. But you are such a tool you have no idea what I am talking about. Abortion is a wedge issue. The Republicans do not care about abortion. They just use the abortion issue to get tools like you to come out and vote for them. And here’s my proof. Back in 2000 through 2008 the Republicans controlled all 3 branches of government but no bill was passed to ban abortion. They have no interest in banning abortion. It’s their best and favorite wedge issue to get people to vote for Republicans.

          • thomasdwilson2004

Wrong, I vote Republican because of my conservative values. You know what those are don’t you? And why the name calling? Typical liberal response.

  • Jazz

It’s so sad all of the people voting for third party or staying home. Yes your vote will be counted and yes your vote will be wasted. We still have a 2 party system (for better or worse) and only one party will win.

Here’s a clue: EVERY election is the lesser of two evils. This side of heaven we are all evil. What a waste of a precious vote!

I vote for who lines up best with my values and by far that is Trump.

    • mtntrek3

My vote wasted? I beg to differ. Tired of what is politically. Yes, evil seems to dominate this world. The prince of this world rules overall sadly. Difficult to find decent candidates. I’m trying now and more in the future to get away from side A or B. The policies that side A and B promote…. as they are I believe answers can be found in between. No perfect candidates, but trying to get away from the establishment and their choices. ……….. I must say, politics in general is becoming a cesspool. We’re late in the day. Society is troubled overall and getting worse. My faith in God is my ultimate hope. Seek God first is my humble advice.

      • Bill G Wilminton NC

Trump is NOT NOT NOT Establishment !!!

        • mtntrek3

Hi Bill. He admitted he’s part of the problem. I should say he said he used to be…… now he says he’s not. Ha. Like I believe that. He still has his apparel made elsewhere for starters. He has the capital to start his own shops and have his clothing made here IF he really wanted to. He’s full of crap plain and simple. To me it’s wishful thinking to imagine any sort of real change for the better coming from political ranks. He’s not a savior except in his own conceited mind. He’s a weasel of another kind….. but still a weasel. We’ve got our faith in God for sure…….. before it’s all said and done that may very well be all we have left in the near future …. hey, but that’s all we need. Take care Bill.

          • jamieobomber

It would be impossible to sell most goods made in America vs extremely cheap labor costs , healthcare cost, taxes , raw materials of , say China. Regulations , taxes make it prohibitive to make in the U.S. at this time. It is Trump’s intention to change all that. Of course he COULD do as you want of him but the cost to the consumer would be too high and his investors. What he is presently doing only makes good sound business sense. No one WANTS to go beyond our borders unless necessary . He is doing the right thing but he will make the necessary changes to make doing business in America far more friendly for business owners. His heart is in the right place. You are being unfair to him.

          • mtntrek3

Yes… reg’s/taxes play into the picture, but our pay scale also enters the equation among other things. So, in order to level the playing field….. either we have to greatly reduce our side, or they have to greatly increase theirs. Which one do you think will happen? Lol. Not looking good for the home team. Trump is full of crap.

          • slye753

sounds like you are reading word for word from hilly spin page for libbies.. more BS

          • mtntrek3

Don’t like either one. Trump actually said that during a speech to steelworkers in Pennsylvania some time ago. “He used to be a part of the problem….. now he’s not”. Lol. Trump has spewed a lot of crap the past several months. As much or more than the average politician I’ll have to say.

      • jamieobomber

They are always 2 sides of the same coin. They only differ on petty social issues . Until now.

  • Nick Reynolds

I belong to no party, disgusted in both of them and the entire electorate system. However, I remember that in July of 2004, the CEO of Diebold(largest supplier of voting machines)told a group of Repub loyalistists that he “guarantees” bush would be re-elected. Why is the u.s. the only country with no paper receipt for how you voted, and also the machines cannot be inspected outside of the companies that make them.
It really does not matter who wins. Buisness as usual for the elitist whores that control the money and war machine. Game over, the people lose.

    • mtntrek3

I agree. Faith in God first.

We’ve got to be aware of things/ones that appear to be too good to be true. Delusions abound. I personally don’t put much hope in the political realm. God first for sure.

    • df NJ

Faith in an omnipotent God is easy, how can you lose? Faith in the people around you, now that takes real faith.

Man has created the mess we find ourselves in. Man is the only force in the Universe that is willing to fix our mess.

As far as I can tell, God is indifferent to the day to day affairs of man. God is pro-choice because there seems to me no amount of evil God will not tolerate in order to preserve our free-will.

You all talk about the Rapture, second coming, and economic collapse. But you will all be long dead and God before any of those ever happen. Living your life based on fear and making decisions based on fear never ends well.

      • mtntrek3

Hey there df NJ. As mankind, we are predisposed to messing up ourselves and our environment. We are our own worst enemy. We try to make things right in our world, sometimes for the better……. oft times not. Well….. I wonder about and question events that happen in the world. Why, why? That’s above our pay grade so to speak. To answer this, look to what God suffered on the cross. I can’t imagine what He went through. Words fail. He was beaten to an unrecognizable one physically before He was nailed on that cross. He did this in love for us all. The war between good and evil ……. do I understand it? No. One day, it will end. God and His servants win in the end. Do I deserve to win? No. Only by His grace am I saved. …………. I have questions about all that is going on and even have disputes w/God at times. This is because I don’t know all as God knows it. There is good in the world….. and bad of course. The hurt, the bad, the injustice wants to drive out the good. God, and good will prevail ultimately. Horrible things are to come. Whether we are still alive during this extremely bad time in history…. only God knows. Faith in Christ first. 🙂 Take care. Chris.

You do not appear to be an ignorant person. How is it you do not acknowledge the progress the incremental war against gun ownership has made under the O?
Many behind the scenes moves are aimed at disarming the US citizens. What is necessary to make bullets? LEAD! If you think the closing of our lead factories, and other tactics are not a part of ‘gun taking’ then maybe I gave your mental prowess a little too high of a rating.

        • JB

War with it’s ensuing chaos and martial law could serve as the impetus for confiscating guns.

      • anonymous

No, my state has very prohibitive gun laws. With a required background check, I am unable to get a permit for any firearm because I received treatment for substance abuse. Basically, my second and fourth amendment rights are already gone.

      • jamieobomber

It HAS to happen incrementally . You don’t think they can just tell us to turn ’em all in do you? We have the 2nd Ammendment and that makes it difficult to ban them without doing it in a process that takes time. Limit ammo, put smelters out of business, hurt arms manufacturers, are just a few ways they get to their goal.I’m not even a gun owner but I see what they are doing. Hillary will continue the process and also she will put in Supreme Court Justices favorable to her agendas.

A bit of history. When Ike came to power along with a GOP Congress he did nothing to pare down the New Deal. When Nixon came to power he did nothing to pare down the Great Society, in fact he added on to it like the EPA, Quotas and Affirmative Action. When the GOP came to power in the House in 2010 and the Senate in 2014 they did nothing to stop the Obama Administration’s efforts to expand the government and doubling the national debt. These are just a few examples of GOP caving and complicity. If Trump loses history will show the GOP has been given so many chances to radically change the government to its constitutional roots but failed every time. As mentioned above Republicans actively joined Democrats to send the country into the abyss. Do you know that the Roe v. Wade decision came about because of Republican presidents. 5 of the 7 justices who supported this egregious decision were GOP appointees including the Chief Justice and the person who wrote the majority opinion. Case closed.

If Black lives matter so much, then why aren’t there protest against the majority of black babies killed in the womb?

      • anonymous

Because they are killed by white doctors. But definitely don’t talk about the statistics of black on black crime.

    • mess time

Probably your life on earth begins when you take your first breath & ends when you take your last breath. The span of your life can be measured by recording the first breath & the time to your last breath. You could use a stopwatch to record a persons life span. Breath is the biggest indicator of life. It is something constantly mentioned in the bible.

      • anonymous

So if I hold my breath indefinitely, will I live forever? Was I dead in the womb until I took my first breath? Which version of the bible? The original Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic?

      • Truthing

The Scriptures say “The life of the flesh is in the BLOOD”, not the breath.
You should study more, and spout less, to show yourself approved in HIS sight.

As many of you know,I’ve been talking for months about Obama and Soros giving the order to BLM and ISIS to run wild on Election Day,especially in states without Early Voting.

In 1977,the NJ Democrats seeded the clouds over the Republican areas North Jersey in the afternoon-after South Jersey voted in the morning, fortified with their HUGE Homestead Rebate Checks,a new program instituted by Brendan Byrne, the incumbent Governor. As a result of their machinations,Byrne was re-elected,and the election, which was a de facto referendum on the NJ income tax.led to the permanent status of the tax, ruining the lives of millions who could not itemize.

ISIS is a CIA black ops used to give cover to bombing Muslim countries for Israel.

After having a conversation with a born-again Christian about the nature of God they told me I was going to suffer eternal damnation. I said, “How bad can it be it can’t be worse than living in New Jersey.” They did not even crack a smile. No sense of humor.

  • HadItWithThem

You mean like all of the black on white violence that has been happening in rampant waves already for the past couple of years??

This speaks HUGE volumes about the cretins on the “left”! They all call us “Billy Bobs”.. What would you rather have? I’ll choose Billy Bob ANY DAY over DintDoNuffin…

I suspect there will be some violence. The big cities will be the flash points. If Trump wins the FSA will be active and there will be a lot of trouble. If Hillary win not so much, the FSA will likely cause problems while celebrating.

    Hello all;

The Bible clearly teaches that in the final days of this age perilous times shall come, and peace shall depart from the earth. It will be the greatest period of tribulation (pressure, persecution, trouble) the Christian Church has ever known. It is even now beginning to manifest.

The American Churches are filled with lying deceivers promising an escape before this time comes upon the world. It is a lie from the pit of Hell; designed to bring God’s people into the final conflict with evil unprepared, and out of sync with God! Because they have been deluded by those ear-tickling people-pleasers petting them with their teaching of a pre-trib rapture.

Jesus Christ warned his followers not to believe anything other than a visible return of Christ! I expound on this in this article: A Secret Coming of Christ? here is the link:

Better stop your lying pre-trib preacher!
May God bless those who love the truth, and proclaim it.

Jesus is a false idol. There is only one true all-powerful all-loving God. And that God is God. There is only one true God. God is God. There is no other God.

      • Paul Benson

I’m glad you have a revelation that God is a loving God. Now if only you would understand that love compelled him to make a way for a fallen humanity to return to him. That is the reason he sent his son to die for your sin. So you can know his love for all eternity.
You ARE going to acknowledge his Son eventually, if only on the day of your judgment; why not acknowledge him now?

  • HadItWithThem

    That is EXACTLY true!

Russian president Putin in a conference in Sochi yesterday asks:

Is the United States a banana republic?

He also asks those in attendance to say he may be wrong. But nobody did. Because everybody knows he is right.

In this entire election, NOT A SINGLE ISSUE OF STRATEGIC OR POLICY IMPORTANCE was presented or debated. The concentration was on who is more lewd, who lies more, who look more funny, who is more like Hitler.

That is the definition of a Banana Republic.

  • I believe Mark Twain nailed it when said this, “If voting made any difference they wouldn’t let us do it.” Mark Twain

Agreed. Presidents are selected, not elected.

  • Richard O. Mann

Just what Obama has been waiting for.

There may be small pockets of minor violence here and there after the election but nothing memorable.

Then we will be back to more articles about creepy clowns or maybe an unprecedented foul cholera outbreak infecting turkeys just before Thanksgiving that will wipe out 90% of the population.

I don’t appreciate your fowl language.

  • D-Man

Let’s not over-react. Joe Walsh (who I’m no fan of) said he’s grabbing his “musket” Does that sound like a call to an armed revolt? Do you know anything at all about long guns? No one would use the phrase “musket” unless they meant to express a revolt of sorts (but not an armed revolt – who even owns muskets nowadays except collectors and black powder folks). I know it might help you sell ad space on this site- but once you start scaring people about nothing, you’re no better than those you accuse of wrong

On the political stage, it is interesting that violence always comes from the left. If persuasion fails, then they resort to rioting and looting, or some form of physical destructive behavior to uphold their cause. That is so reminiscent of Marxist and Fascist totalitarian oppression.

  • Lizard

Hillary paying these people to riot and destroy things

    • jamieobomber

I heard she secretly used $137 million for illegal arms destined for the U S for a mid-November terror wave by her “New Revolutionaries” to cause mass nation-wide uprisings.

Historically it seems only a citizens’ revolt removes a despotic system from the body politic. They rig, control and manipulate everything making the levers of jurisprudence redundant. However, once the Bastille is stormed the ruling class becomes redundant as ornaments hung from the lamp posts. The ringing cry of Au Poteau (to the lamp posts) was the mantra of harsh and cruel justice replacing the systems of the failed state. A state that does not see to the needs of the people is a failed state. An unelected cabal controls the puppets put in place by a system of mass propaganda and outright corruption by vote rigging. Since they were never the choice of the people in a free and fair election, their office is a criminal charade and their true authority non existent as a result. There is no court or law enforcement to deal with such corruption and malfeasance save and except the people and the constitution. That is why the second amendment was placed in it, and that’s why the corrupt have attacked it so.

However, freedom was never free. It was taken by force from despots ruling a failed state. It was the reward to brave and hearty people. I doubt such people exist today. Perhaps they need four more years of despotic rule and the wanton neglect of their needs to the point of hunger. Then perhaps they will find the resolve to restore what was their troth. In the caverns of time the echoes of Au Poteau still resonate. I opine that Guantanamo might be a better option until the notorious penal colony of French Guyana can be restored. What better place for devils than Devil’s Island.

I find it interesting that the GOP voters are concerned with the Dems bringing the most violence. At the end of the day, both parties post a SERIOUS threat to America and I believe there will be hell to pay regardless who wins.
