The Federal Reserve Is At The Heart Of The Debt Enslavement System That Dominates Our Lives

The Great Seal Of The United States - A Symbol Of Your Enslavement - Photo by IpankoninFrom the dawn of history, elites have always attempted to enslave humanity.  Yes, there have certainly been times when those in power have slaughtered vast numbers of people, but normally those in power find it much more beneficial to profit from the labor of those that they are able to subjugate.  If you are forced to build a pyramid, or pay a third of your crops in tribute, or hand over nearly half of your paycheck in taxes, that enriches those in power at your expense.  You become a “human resource” that is being exploited to serve the interests of others.  Today, some forms of slavery have been outlawed, but one of the most insidious forms is more pervasive than ever.  It is called debt, and virtually every major decision of our lives involves more of it.  For example, at the very beginning of our adult lives we are pushed to go to college, and Americans have piled up more than 1.2 trillion dollars of student loan debt at this point.  When we buy homes, most Americans get mortgages that they can barely afford, and when we buy vehicles most Americans now stretch their loans out over five or six years.  When we get married, that often means even more debt.  And of course no society on Earth has ever piled up more credit card debt than we have.  Almost all of us are in bondage to debt at this point, and as we slowly pay off that debt over the years we will greatly enrich the elitists that tricked us into going into so much debt in the first place.  At the apex of this debt enslavement system is the Federal Reserve.  As you will see below, it is an institution that is designed to produce as much debt as possible.

There are many people out there that believe that the Federal Reserve is an “agency” of the federal government.  But that is not true at all.  The Federal Reserve is an unelected, unaccountable central banking cartel, and it has argued in federal court that it is “not an agency” of the federal government and therefore not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.  The 12 regional Federal Reserve banks are organized “much like private corporations“, and they actually issue shares of stock to the “member banks” that own them.  100 percent of the shareholders of the Federal Reserve are private banks.  The U.S. government owns zero shares.

Many people also assume that the federal government “issues money”, but that is not true at all either.  Under our current system, what the federal government actually does is borrow money that the Federal Reserve creates out of thin air.  The big banks, the ultra-wealthy and other countries purchase the debt that is created, and we end up as debt servants to them.  For a detailed explanation of how this works, please see my previous article entitled “Where Does Money Come From? The Giant Federal Reserve Scam That Most Americans Do Not Understand“.  When it is all said and done, the elite end up holding the debt instruments and we end up being collectively responsible for the endlessly growing mountain of debt.  Our politicians always promise to get the debt under control, but there is never enough money to both fund the government and pay the interest on the constantly expanding debt.  So it always becomes necessary to borrow even more money.  When it was created back in 1913, the Federal Reserve system was designed to create a perpetual government debt spiral from which it would never be possible to escape, and that is precisely what has happened.

Just look at the chart that I have posted below.  Forty years ago, the U.S. national debt was less than half a trillion dollars.  Today, it has exploded up to nearly 18 trillion dollars…

National Debt

But the national debt is only part of the story.  The big banks which control the Federal Reserve also seek to individually dominate our lives with debt.  We have become a “buy now, pay later” society and the results have been absolutely catastrophic.  40 years ago, the total amount of debt in our system was just a shade over 2 trillion dollars.  Today it is over 57 trillion dollars

Total Debt

The big banks do not loan you money because they want to help you achieve “the American Dream”.  The elitists loan you money because it will make them wealthier.  For example, if you only make the minimum payment on a credit card each month, you will end up paying back several times as much money as you originally borrowed.  It is a very insidious form of debt enslavement that most Americans simply do not understand.

Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve is also systematically destroying the wealth that you already have.  If you try to buck the system and actually save money, the purchasing power of that money is continually being eroded by the Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies.  The following chart comes directly from the Federal Reserve and it shows how the value of the U.S. dollar has plummeted over the past 40 years…

Purchasing Power Of The Dollar

Overall, the U.S. dollar has lost approximately 98 percent of its value since the Fed was first established in 1913.

Most people seem to assume that if we could just send the “right politicians” to Washington D.C. that we could get our economy back on the right track.

What those people do not understand is that our system is fundamentally broken.  We are trapped in a perpetual debt spiral that is destined to end in a horrifying collapse.  Just “tweaking” a few things here or there and adjusting tax rates a bit is not going to fix anything.  The vast majority of the “economic solutions” that our politicians talk about are basically equivalent to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

And of course the elite don’t want the rest of us to truly understand what is going on.  Just think about it.  Even though the Federal Reserve is one of the most important institutions in our society, and even though it is at the very heart of our economic system, our kids are taught next to nothing about the Fed in school.  The vast majority of them have absolutely no idea where money comes from.

Isn’t that pathetic?

But the elite know that if we did understand what they were doing to us that most of us would start to get very upset.  Henry Ford, the founder of Ford Motor Company, once said the following…

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

Please share this article with as many people as you can.  The truth sets people free, so let us do what we can to wake our fellow Americans up to this insidious debt enslavement system which dominates our society.

The Fed has run its course and has played all its cards.
What is left is the death rattles and gurgles of a dying economy. So believe it will be a slow bleed out. I am afraid that is what we have already experienced. What is around the next corner is the boom. Hope you are as prepared as you can be.

    • Hey You

Youi’re probably correct. Figure on 2017 to2018 as when the federal system implodes. Then, for those whodidn’t starve for lack of food stamps, the 2020s may usher in some prosperity.

  • kfilly

Of course the Reich won’t teach children where money comes from, people would revolt if they knew the truth. Then again, our society ia so dumbed down they still might not revolt.

    • Hot Rain

Denial and disbelief is far, far easier than truth.

Enjoy your pending dictatorship, and if you don’t care, don’t post. We won’t miss you.

    • TK

The odds that we will put into power men who can actually change the system are slim, very slim….

      • TheSkeptic

JFK wanted to change the system….and the powers that be had him eradicated. I find it hard to believe that anyone with a pulse does not see that a cover-up of that magnitude had to be orchestrated at a very high level.
On the flip side of the coin, Obama is an excellent puppet of the .1% that control the world’s money supply. When you look objectively at his decisions and policies, you can clearly see who they benefit (hint: It’s not you and me). His only personal security risks come from the outside of his circle of influence. The insider elite will take great care of him…as long as he carries their water…and tows their line.

    • Cynical_Guy42

I guess we know why Adolf Satan Hitler was not only an Aryan supremacist, but a public-school supremacist as well.

    • energizedmortal

The economy is broken and there will be world war. Now, in case there happens to still be any society left after all the radiation, how do we prevent corrupt ideas from being passed down to future elites?

  • Mike Smithy

If you really want to understand the origins and nuances of the Federal Reserve, I encourage everyone to read “The Creature from Jekyll Island” by G. Edward Griffin. It is factual and reads like a murder mystery pursuant to the murder of the middle class.

    • Tim

Another good resource is Mike Maloney’s video called the “The Biggest Scam in the History of Mankind.”

      • Mike Smithy

        Thanks, I’ll check it out.

Yes, that is a great book. You can find it in my Economic Collapse Bookstore (powered by Amazon) right here…

    • jerry bolduc

And after you read that, check this out:

This is also known as Social Credit …

It’s a fact that corporations are automating their factories. Fewer and fewer humans are needed to produce their products. Fewer and fewer people will earn a traditional “paycheck”. We’ve reached the point where we have to do something! We have to make a stand and act on this knowledge.

Here’s another good organization to consider:

One more thing to think about … 3-D Printing:

Standing shoulder-to-shoulder, we can do this!!

      • RecoveringOverachiever

What’s wrong with automating factories? Human labor in factories is de-humanizing. People don’t need “paychecks” (and especially not those denominated in FRN). They need freedom to do what comes naturally; i.e. to create. For some, that means creating beautiful robots to do the repetitive, mind-numbing, health-robbing work that too many humans do today.

        • jerry bolduc

I didn’t say anything was wrong with automation … sheesh. Read the post again and visit the links … I’m willing to bet we agree much more than we disagree.

May you enjoy a full and speedy recovery.

      • Hey You

Think about automating factories and the resultant fewer people with “paychecks”. With fewer paychecks, there will be fewer customers for the automated produced products. So, why bother producing those products?

        • jerry bolduc

          Why are you posting anonymously?

  • K

The simple fact is, this is indeed the information age. So those who do not see what is coming, have chosen their path. The sad thing is they are the majority, and they will be the death of this Country.

    • T.

Disagree. The majority have Not chosen their path. The majority of the American people are in a “Stupor” or suffer from “Normalcy bias”. This why they do not see what is coming. They have been “Bewitched” by this easy money system and easy credit – Which this Evil Federal Reserve System has created over the last 100 years. Everyone who is aware and has tried to awaken family and friends to the impending danger – Knows how nearly impossible this is to awaken them. Even those of us who are awake are Amazed at how long the Fed has been able to drag out the “Financial Collapse” with a myriad of Criminal activities – which Honest people could Not even conceive of them doing. The Fed has created an Illusion of “Things are Fine” with – Food Stamps instead of bread lines; 99 months of unemployment checks instead of immediate destitution; Section 8 housing instead of being homeless; Social Security Disability income instead of being penniless; And many other ways and means by Government and the MSM to hide and cover up the fact that – Everything Broke in 2008 and Nothing has been fixed in the Economy and the next is for this nation’s Economy is DOWN BigTime.

      • peace angel

YOU are right, but I have known about this 214 year old take down of the US for forty five years and I have been telling INTELLIGENT people about it for that same length of time.

MOST people DO know our government has built 800 concentration camps and they are filling them up.

BUT they still do nothing because to acknowledge what they know would mean to have to do something.

IF a grandfather KNOWS his kids and grandkids are DESTINED to spend their lives in a concentration camp—-he KNOWS he needs to do something about it.

Millions of INFORMED people are leaving the country for safer nations and those ignoring the truth are watching their kids make more and more babies.

19 kids and counting counting grandkids NOW is a perfect example of how out of touch MOST Christians are in the US.

I am a Christian who no longer attends church because of all the people who live with their heads in the sand.

        • jakartaman

I will not go quietly to any camp – nor will my kids or grandkids. I have lived my life as a MAN – I will leave as a Man – and those trying to put me and my family in a camp will leave before me.

          • peace angel

Have you ever watched an episode of SWAT??

SWAT teams have made 130,000 raids on homes in the US in the past year.

A lot of those raids were at the wrong house or nothing was found in the house.

THESE guys are just serving warrants for arrest. When Cops first started 25 years ago on TV they showed many arrest warrant services and back then two plain clothed detectives would knock on the door in broad daylight and get their guy.

TODAY the warrants are primarily no knock warrants and they roll up with 30-40 SWAT attired men and a couple of tanks, MRAPS and Hummers.

THEY rip the doors off the houses and throw grenades in the windows and 30 guys rush into a home where they KNOW everyone is asleep and before you can wet your pants you are in handcuffs.

I do not understand HOW people can say that they will take out all those guys like you are saying at one time in the middle of the night? I really do not get it.

            How can that plan work?

THEY have already brought in troops from Russia, Germany and China along with NATO and the UN and the take down is planned and in operation.

There are youtube videos of troops from these other countries who are telling citizens they are here to take us to the camps.

          • jakartaman

I did not say I would walk away – I would hope to take some with me. A man fights back and dies for what he believes. If more folks did this then they may re-think their gestapo tactics

          • peace angel

THE only way to fix this is for all the people in the US to stand up to them well armed and that is not going to happen.

In two hundred years they have not changed or re-thought their tactics and cannot be counted on to do so now, or Putin would be able to convince them to stop and he cannot.

And realistically I hate to see anyone use the plan of I will kill them first and die trying. MOST likely they will not do you the justice of killing you but will kidnap you and haul you off.

Please get a better plan, like leave the country and take your family with you.

You can still get out of here.

        • Scott

I have surmised that secret prisons have been built but I don’t “know” it. How do you know it for sure and where are they? I don’t know of anyone who I suspect has been dragged off to a concentration camp

    • guest

I disagree somewhat. Some see what’s coming and are unable to help themselves because they have been overwhelmed by design.
It’s hard to prepare when the cupboard is bare and you have no means to replenish it.

      • K

I understand what both T and guest are saying. Some are past the point to truly prepare, but for most it is a choice. I hear normalcy bias, and other psychological terms. Yep there is a psychological malady, that accounts for every bad decision anyone can make. What I see is a society that mostly refuses to deal with anything unpleasant. Entertainment, booze, drugs, anything to help us not deal with the unpleasant. The house that is our Country, is on fire. But the majority do nothing. Why, the fire is not on the same floor, they are on. Then the fire is on the same floor, but it is not in the same room, still nothing. Now it is in the same room, but it is not yet on the same side of the room, still nothing. Now the easy chair they are sitting in, is on fire, now they are yelling fire, someone help me. At that point, it is just plain, too late.

        • Genada

Most people have just given up and no longer believe that there’s a way to change things.

People know that there’s a lot wrong but what can they do? There’s no choice in elections, most people have checked out of that process. 2/3 the nation didn’t vote in the last election and the truth be told, why should people vote? Pick your favorite crook? There’s really little to nothing most people can do to change it.

Our current president was really the end of people having any faith in the system. He was elected as a agent of change, people did believe he would be different and that things would be changed for the better. Turned out he was nothing but more of the same.

          • K

My point exactly, rather than try, people have given up. There are third parties you can vote for. No, easier to give up. Most who have given up. Have the mistaken idea. That if they stay home, and mind their own business, they will be safe. With all the wrong house raids, that has not worked out very well either. So give up. Sooner or later the problem you gave up on. Will be standing in your living room, and it will truly be too late.

          • Hot Rain

What are we to do? I can guarantee that UN troops will deploy here in a heartbeat with any uprising. US soldiers will be told to stand down, yeah right.. Watch Americans get wasted for standing up to tyranny? IF people get fed up enough, they will snap. Ever heard of the Bubba Effect?

          • K

I speak of voting third party. I speak of standing up for your rights. The last thing I want is the Bubba effect. That is what those in charge want. Just like last night, Ferguson went just the way the people in charge wanted.

          • peace angel

In only the past year militarized SWAT teams have broken into 130,000 homes with NO knock warrants and more than half of those raids produced NOTHING inside the homes they raided. As many as twenty per cent of the time these home raiders were at the WRONG house.

THEY threw a hot grenade into the crib of a child a few weeks ago and as soon as that news broke they did it again.

THEY are traumatizing children in most all these homes FOR LIFE. AND they are actively killing family pets in front of the families if they dare to BARK at 30-40 military monsters in the homes waving machine guns.

Police brutality is at an all time high. Police have murdered more INNOCENT victims than died in Iraq in war in the same time frame.

IF the people do not wake up and make an armed run on the PTB then America is over. AND I have no reason to believe this is ever going to happen.

          • Old timer

Was there a more recent incident of a baby being hit by a grenade? The only report I know of happened back in May not a few weeks ago. I was unable to find anything about a recent event occurring in the past few weeks.

          • peace angel

YES, there were two times. I know the last one only happened within the past few months if not weeks and I know there is an older one, but I thought they happened within a few weeks of each other, but that might have just been that I read them within weeks, BUT I likely read both of them on BIN. I google police brutality almost daily, but I think I read these on BIN and they should be there for sure.

          • Old timer

There is an article on BIN talking about multiple incidents that occurred where people were burned by flash grenades. The one with the toddler occurred the end of May this year otherwise the most recent one prior was around 2010 or 2011 based on what I found. I’m not saying you’re wrong with your statement just that your terminology used for dates and occurrences were incorrect.

          • peace angel

Since I haven’t owned a calender in more than a decade, that could certainly be right.

BUT I just talked to a friend who said she sent me a link on it because we both remember talking about it in depth here at my house and she says that was in the past 4-5 weeks and that she ALSO thought it was a current story in the link she sent me which I no longer have.

IT could have been the story from last May, BUT we both thought we saw it on TV also???

            I don’t know when it was. ‘
So, you found lots of incidents on BIN about LEO using grenades on people??

NOW I have to go there. Happy Thanksgiving.

          • Old timer

Maybe it seemed like it happened a few weeks ago because the grand jury ruling came out sometime in September regarding it. On BIN I searched “baby injured by grenade” and came up with some articles. The one that references other injuries sustained during raids from flash grenades was by a Dupre I believe. Let me know if you come across the 2nd incident if there was one close to the one that occurred in May. Thanks!

Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Did you get your 2nd passport? I thought I saw you are leaving in a week?

          • peace angel

I AM promised by my federal government that it is finally IN THE US MAIL which is not so reliable in the first place.

I will believe it when it is here. I have postponed my trip three times now.

          • RecoveringOverachiever

You actually believe that choosing not to vote any more is equivalent to “giving up”? One could easily make the argument that those who do continue to vote in this rigged system are in denial and in fact have given up. The only sane response to the situation we find ourselves in is to resist.

          • Hey You

Life is fraught with dangers. The government may be the biggest, but there are others. Earthquake, anyone”?

          • Hot Rain

The “change” was not intended to ” change” the country. This word comes from Saul Alinsky and his followers. Alinsky was the ultimate community organizer and communist hater of capitalism and all it stands for. Hillary did her college thesis on this! It was leaked online. Obama and thugs are Alinsky followers. I almost threw up when Obama started the whole ‘hope and change’ mantra knowing fully well the people didn’t understand.

          • peace angel

          • Hey You

Yes, I gave up several years ago when my write-in vote was not even recognized. No, I didn’t expect to be on a winning side, but I did expect that the vote would be tallied.
Now, I treat the government as a series of natural disasters, something like earth quakes, tornados, etc. Now I’m happy to by-pass the polling places when they appear. And I frown on those “I voted” buttons which essentially say, “I’ve just been had”!

        • T.

K – I know many Christians. They do not run or hide from painful truth by means of booze, drugs or any such things. They are some of America’s very finest people in every way, honest; hard working; family oriented; contribute greatly to their local community, etc, but – They can Not see these things discussed here at all. Therefore, they are Not “Choosing” to continue on the path they are on which has worked so well for them and previous generations. In order to “Choose” a person has to understand that there two legitimate things to choose from. They do Not see or understand that the path of Destruction economically our nation is on is “Real” or legitimate. Why? Because the ungodly Fed in conspiracy with our captured Government and MSM have very Cleverly concealed it all from them. For people like you and me, we understand, therefore we can make a rational and thoughtful choice and what actions we will take. The Fed is so Evil. This is Economic Warfare that they have conducted on our nation for 100 years – And now they have captured us.

          • Hot Rain

Oh get off your high horse. So, you are saying most Christians are so pathetic they do not see food inflation, rising energy costs, ect ect..? How in the heck is the govt “concealing it all from them”? “America’s finest people”(?) must be a bunch of dumbasses. But, the saints be praised, you & K understand…
You are a complete mess…just look at yourself.

          • peace angel

AND Christians all over the nation cluster into tiny uninformed groups with no participation whatsoever in their community politics much less their US politics and MOST don’t vote.

THEY live with their heads in the sand and refuse to SEE the light of their surroundings.

You say “they cannot see the things discussed here at all” but IF you know this site is here and you are hanging out with lots of Christians WHY can’t they see it?

HAVE you sent them to this site or to the whistle blowers site at Before It’s News??

          • T.

Not where I live. Christians are Very much involved in local politics and most all vote that I know of. You can take it anyway you want to. I have no ego regarding my work and don’t need to.

I am knowledgeable on things that are happening in the US government and in world government after studying them for four decades.

I should be an expert on what they are doing. After cultivating invaluable inside sources I am proud of the work I have put out.

You seem to be taking it personally that I am expatriating and I don’t get the hostility about that. AND to say I am running away., YOU bet I am, because I am informed and my sources say it is ONLY months before the SHTF and hundreds of other insiders on BIN are all saying the same thing.

MOST Americans do NOT want to know what is going on—–because to KNOW would mean to also leave as I am doing.

I am running from a very sleeping nation to freedom to avoid spending my retirement in a concentration camp. I do KNOW that is the best move I have ever made and I blame this sleeping nation for making that necessary.

            AND sticks and stones

” If you try to buck the system and actually save money, the purchasing power of that money is continually being eroded by the Federal Reserve’s inflationary policies. ”

Yes. And those who wanted to get out of this system and converted some of their unbacked paper dollars to real money–gold and silver–have been hurt by the diabolical manipulation of gold and silver prices on the Commodities Exchange (COMEX). If gold and silver prices weren’t being suppressed, those who hold precious metals would be maintaining their purchasing power. I’m hopeful that the manipulation will end eventually, but I have no idea when that will be.

    • MichaelfromTheEconomicCollapse

      That is a great point.

And I do believe that the system of manipulation will come to an end. So don’t sell those precious metals just yet. 🙂

We are slaves to debt—always have been—always will be. Ferguson is a joke of justice.

  • No countri like USA

Nobody is forcing people to take debt and BTW debt was never so affordable and manageable if you smart and know how to use your brain .
You don’t have to teach kids in school about FED, but you have to teach them how to be responsible with money.

    • Ardit Spahija

Tell me you’re joking please ?
A teenager has no choice these days except two :
      Try or die
1.Try means u have to go in college, splash alot of cash which u need to borrow, and by the time u finish college u have several tens of thousands dollars debt,if not in the hundreds..
2.Die,this is the non-college way, nowdays u can’t drive a garbage truck without having a college degree required,so barely have money to eat, loose the house and things like that..
But when u see it deeply,u get in that conclusion even when u finish college, cuz it’s hard to find a job that brings food to the table and pays ur debt every month !

      • Orange Jean

For one thing, anyone who spells as badly as you do is apt to make some glaring errors in any job application you fill out… and that matters.

Second, I have a friend who drives a garbage truck who had a very limited education (he was from Honduras)… but managed to get that job after moving here (legally, his mom married an American). He worked hard, was very reliable (always showed up for that job that started at 3AM), and loved his job. That’s the type of work standard that makes a big difference.

        • quercus454

While you site one example, the truth be told, is that most places that pay above a min wage/part time job will not hire non college grads. I suspect that your Honduran example wouldn’t have the job if he was an American who spoke only English. As with construction and most other menial types of jobs, they are now dominated by Hispanics. Not necessarily because they are better workers, but because many were illegal and have few rights. I have a close friend who recently retired from the trash business. He was a supervisor for one of the largest trash companies in the country. Nearly 100 % of the drivers were Hispanics and of that 85% or more were illegal using stolen SS numbers. My friend is Hispanic and was specifically hired so as to communicate with the drivers. Most had very little command of the English language.

          • Orange Jean

I understand your point and I agree that in many cases the construction business has been taken over by Hispanics (at least in some places). But in that particular case, the guy was both legal and a very nice person. That being said, it was also about 10 years ago I last saw him. However, I am not going to put down an honorable and decent man just because he works in a line of business that is often disrespected.

I’m not sure about the trash business as a whole, I never worked in it. But where I live the county dump (where I have to bring my trash) has employers who are all Americans, a mix of Black and White… I have not seen any Hispanics working there.

        • Ardit Spahija

well it’s obvious that i’m not an american native or from uk to know english at perfection, atleast i make my point..
and that guy you talking about,he is a isolated case,go ask half of the post-graduates
I know several people that have master degrees finished, they can’t get the jobs that they need to pay the debt they did borrow for education, one of them actually went to ask in a club to be a waiter, they said he is overqualified !

          • Orange Jean

Actually, you never know… your name isn’t one I’ve heard before but we have a lot of people in this country with names that I think are unusual and there is no way to know these days where you come from just because of a name. I figured you were using some kind of weird “texting” abbreviations thinking that was perfectly OK (in an informal setting it is, but not if you’re job hunting). I know people who think like that!

I also knew several people with master’s degrees who when they first graduated were in a similar position as what you describe… but with persistence, over time… they were able to find better work. One of my close friends was working in fast food (after her M.S. in the same program as I graduated from), but it was because she was married and her husband was finishing his education in a place that had no work in her field of interest. Eventually they moved and she has been doing work related to her degree and interest now for over 20 years. True, some people give up looking… that won’t do the trick. It took me 6 years to get work in the field I was most interested in, although I was lucky I was doing more professional work than my friend. Paid lousy though for what it was (data management first job paid $20K… and required a heck of a lot of knowledge, about statistics, epidemiology, and research methods). I think it helped me I am a tad stubborn (lol) and don’t give up easy!

          • Ardit Spahija

Yeah i get ur point,i hope u’ll get everything right in ur life with all the goods u wish, but the majority is lacking the opportunity to have a decent job,the quality of job is decreasing all over the world, meanwhile the everyday goods prices are rising,u have statistics about this in the previous post from Michael here, look it up..
Maybe i’m wrong maybe i’m right but this thing stinks,in my opinion numbers just don’t add up anymore,1+1 no longer makes 2,i see a storm coming upfront, and i hope all of us shall pass it safe, farewell !

Become one of the Elite by getting the Elite to work for you.
Do not get trapped into the concept of depositing your money into a bank account that has fee’s just to be a depositor and that pays little or no interest. Do not get trapped into buying Gold and silver from a friend and storing it in the ground for later since it can not grow. (there is a biblical parable about this concept). The only people that are pushing this concept are the ones who are the byers and sellers since they make money in both directions by charging a fee for the service.
Learn to be like the elites and let everyone else work for you. One way to become part of the elite is to learn from the Elite and purchase stocks in the major corporations. It is not that complicated. They are the ones who are telling you it is too dangerous and complicated since they want to keep the secret to themsleves. It is so lucrative, that you are even taxed at a lower rate when you earn income from dividends since the profits from the big corporations have already been supposedly taxed. By owning stocks that pay dividends, you are actually letting the Elite work for you.
Just remember to be an active member of managing your own investments. If you do not want to open your own self directed plan, then have a local banker do it for you and have the banker work for you. Do not allow them to get you trapped into buy and hold, eventually even the largest corporations screw it up and go bankrupt.

If you are not sure what to invest in, just buy 10 shares of 2 or 3 of the 30 companies in the Dow Jones industrial. Do not put all of your money into 1 corporation. Choose One bank, One Auto manufacturer, One military supplier,One oil supplier and one railroad. When the collapse comes, and it will, not every corporation goes down with it, but profits instead.

Always re-invest as much of the dividends back into purchasing more shares into the growing companies. If their revenue and profits have not grown in the last 3 consecutive quarters, such as Wal-Mart, sell it and buy something else.
For the first many years before retirement, re-invest all of it. Once you have a large enough pool, keep some for yourself and re-invest the rest. Most of the corporations have a direct re-investment purchase plans for the dividends. However, I would suggest that you do not use this method and wait until 2-3 days after the dividend payment and invest it yourself since the share price usually takes a dip the days before and after dividend payment. This seems to work best since the corporation is probably manipulating the share price to make the dividend payment look larger in relation to the share price. Then the management pat themselves on the back as they cheer the rise in stock price since there are more people and other corporations buying their stock due to the improved percentage of dividend payments.
Keep monitoring the list of shares in the Dow since it continues to change to make the Dow look good by getting rid of the dying companies. (afterall you will no longer find companies that make buggy whips listed in the DOW) If you do not want to follow the Dow, then follow the investment list of an investiment compnay like Berkshire.
It is never too late to start. If you think it is too late for yourself, do it for your grand-children. Many of the Elite got there by the work that was done by their grandparents.
When starting, do not get trapped into becoming a homeowner and paying interest on a mortgage to the elite. If you can not buy it in cash, wait until you can. Let the Elite own the property and all of the hassles that go with paying interest and taxes and upkeep., Rent for a few or even many years. Put the savings into stocks. If you are on financial assistance, move to the countryside, pay rent and grow your own food while you take the extra and invest it. If you afraid of the investment being taken away because you are so wise with your money, give a “gift” to a trusted sibling or parent and tell them to open an account that you can monitor.

Do not get trapped into believing that it is too complicated for you. You do not even need to have a highschool education to own stocks and earn income from the dividends. I have a mentally handicaped friend who has an education level of grade 8 and the mental capacity of a 12year old. He got it through his head early (earlier then myself…) and now has an asset worth of over $800,000. It tooks 30 years and a few lucky breaks like Micorsoft and Apple, but he is much further ahead then many of my friends.

Become one of the Elite by getting the Elite to work for you.

Great advice, but disagree on metals. Especially silver which “may” reach parity with gold. Silver has always been more of an accepted medium of exchange. Silver is consumed industrially/commercially making it more scarce every day. Silver Eagles sell as fast as they are produced. Silver will explode as the world realizes the true value of the dollar due to the debt it represents and the social destruction of the country producing it. Also by the time silver shines, stocks probably will not.

  • Dabron from Vancouver

The reason for most of our personal financial problems is just as you have said “We have become a “buy now, pay later” society…”
This is true of each of us as well as our various governments and corporations. We can not move forward unless we are wise with our investments in time and money. If you can not afford to pay for it now, do not take out a loan or use a credit card. These are lessons that seem to be very hard for some us, like me, to learn. “We” seem to think that since “we” went to school, our grandfather(s), who was just an un-educated farmer, does not know what he is talking about when giving us financial advice.

Do not buy a new car. Buy a used car and learn how to maintain it yourself. If you are convinced of a new car, do not spend it on expensive foreign cars that “make you look good” but on US cars that will get you from place to place as needed. If all you need is transport for the kids, do not get a BMW that can go from 0-60 in 4 seconds and only has 2 doors. If you need a truck for business, get a truck that is appropriate for the type of job that you need. a GMC Sierra is not needed in downtown New York.
Do not buy a house unless you are absolutely convinced that it will grow in value faster than inflation and taxes. Sell it when it has reached its maximum value and repurchase when the market starts going back up in price. Rent instead. You do not have to have the American dream at the age of 25.
Do not buy KFC when you can cook 2-3 chickens for less then a bucket or you think you are too tired. Do not eat out when it is so much cheaper to cook for yourself.
Do not go to advanced education unless you know what the job will be at the end and how you are going to pay back your parents or the student loan. There are a lot of MBA’s working at Starbuck’s when there is a lack of american welders in the oid fields.
Learn to become an Elite by getting the Elite to work for you.

Congress has the authority to “coin” money and regulate the value thereof according to the constitution. JFK tried to bypass the FED by issuing another paper currency US notes, though still unconstitutional because it was not coins at least the US notes were backed by the amount of silver in US vaults. This came to an instant end when Kennedy died and we returned to Federal Reserve notes. Also in 1965 Congress passed the coinage act taking silver out of dimes and quarters and reducing silver content in half-dollars. Five years later half-dollars became fully base metal further reducing the value of the currency. One day historians will note the Federal Reserve destroyed the value of the US currency, destroyed the American economy and enriched but a few both here and overseas. As a side note the Bible states the streets in heaven are paved in gold note federal reserve notes…Thank God.

@ Admin. Here is an example of “insidious debt enslavement”
    New ACA taxes:
Business and individual: 500 billion by 2023
Tax hikes for 200k wage earners (and above)
Small business tax hikes for 250k earners
123 billion tax hike on investment income, + 3.8% surcharge
New 65 billion tax employers/individuals mandate
    No health insurance ‘surtax’
Employer ‘fine’ 2k per employee not offered insurance
High risk tax 63. Did mom have cancer
Multiple jobs tax. This is not a joke.
    Additional Medicare taxes.
Indoor tanning tax, healthcare account tax, and lots more…
But the mother load happens in 2018, the Cadillac tax, an excise tax on the wealthy.

Read the book(probably out of print) called: “The Screwing of the Average Man” because it tells it like it is even though it was written long ago.
Basically you have two classes of people. One class works for a living and the other class cheats for a living. Whenever the Cheating Class gets beyond 15% of the population there is a reckoning and members of that class end up in the 85% class of people that work for a living. That is in the book.
Bankers, Lawyers and many more belong to the 15% class.

Every time you buy a house you pay penalties to the 15% class in the form of Title Insurance, local government rules that require mandatory inspections for zoning violations, and many more, too many to mention here.
The current system penalizes anyone making a living by working through all kinds of wonderful legislation that keeps the poor even poorer.
Since the book was written a new class of people has arisen. That is the people on the government dole.
More and more of the working class is being driven into the welfare class with its set of crazy communistic rules.
The result is that unless you are making over 35,000 a year, you are almost better off going on welfare. Between the health industry and the government, medicaid pays better on benefits. All kinds of benefits are available to the low wage families that are not available to the middle class.
Does race have something to do with it? I cannot prove that one way or another. But people who are wise to the system do better than people that are not. As a rule, any ethnic group that has a long history of welfare will know the rules better.

The 85% rule is being disobeyed big time by the current economy. The 15% ruling class people is way off base.
That means according to rule set down by this book, that eventually it will all explode. The balance will then reset itself to the 85%-15% rule.
Right now over 50% of the population is in the 15% category one way or another.

One of the best scams of the 15% class was to put forth Social Security as a carrot for people to work all their lives.
Only technology has spoiled it. People are not dying when they are supposed to die in accordance with this Ponzi Scheme. As a result there is an increasing number of people benefiting from the Social Security scam.
In order to set it right, we would have to make the qualifying minimum age for Social Security benefits something like 75 years of age or better. That will happen when some President out there does it by executive order and then grandfathers everyone all ready in Social Security into the system. Within ten years, the pensioners would die off and the system would right itself. That is politically incorrect and although stranger things have happened, I feel the party that does that will be permanently excluded from being re-elected.

I’ve spoken with several “accountants” over the years and most were never told what fractional reserve banking is. They don’t teach that in college either.

  • It’s important to note that this rapacious system doesn’t just apply to the USA. Although not all central banks are privately owned, most are and the fractional reserve banking system applies everywhere in the developed world.

I’ve been trying to spread this knowledge to family and friends for years, most people seem to get it but I don’t seem to be able to get anyone outraged.

How the hell do we change the system when most voters don’t understand the problem, and those that do understand aren’t motivated to do anything about it?

I have an old friend who’s an accountant. She didn’t believe me when I tried to convince her that the banks create most loan money out of thin air. What do they teach these people?

    • Hot Rain

I have just learned the naked truth of our so- called ‘money system’ from a book, Aftershock by Weidemer & Spitz.
It is a must read if you want the nitty gritty on how economics work (or don’t). The book was originally written in 2010 and the infamous chapter 10, that boldly stated anarchy with a collapse, caused the authors so much flak they had to rewrite it in 2011. The book also takes a look at future jobs, business, metals market, ect after the collapse.
Let me state that David Weidemer is a world famous economist and correctly predicted the 08 meltdown.
Thanks to him I now know that what this nation is facing is a horror show of epic proportions.

  • whiteaglesoaring

Almost everything here is true but for one thing: the national debt is owed to you and me. We have first claim on the credit assets of the corporation that has pretended to be the legitimate government. That’s because WE have been used as the collateral to the national debt without our assent or knowledge. That’s one of the reasons that politicians are keen to acquire still more “citizens”. WE are the source of “good faith and credit” that the US Corporation bundles and offers for sale in Treasury Notes. But the 13th Amendment does not allow involuntary servitude.

The only way it’s going to change is when the whole thing collapses. Oh and it’s going to happen. It won’t be the 1st collapse of a money system in history nor will it be the last. The % at the top already realize that the entire system is crumbling the petrodollar & world reserve currency hangs in the balance. The entire planet is moving out of the Dollar towards the BRICS nations and the formation of a gold backed currency. it’s why Russian and Chinese governments are sucking up gold like water and the US is flat out broke. It’s really a shame that nobody in DC is smart enough to prevent this Upcoming collapse which is either gross negligence or incompetent either way the results are going to be the same

“Elites have always attempted to enslave humanity.”

For all of those working 2 or 3 jobs, or those working 14 hour days, and still wondering how they are going to pay basic bills, I would imagine that they likely feel enslaved. For those that work so hard they end up damaging their body, yet they receive lower wages than those at the top of the food chain that do little to no work, I imagine they likely feel enslaved. For those that end up divorced because they are always at work and never see their family, I imagine they feel enslaved. For those that have to live in slums because they can’t afford better, even though they work hard, I imagine they feel enslaved. For those that can’t afford medical care, I imagine they feel enslaved. For those that can’t afford to have children, I imagine they feel enslaved. For those that can’t afford college, I imagine they feel enslaved. For those that spend their life working at a job the hate, I imagine they feel enslaved.
