The Shocking Truth About How Barack Obama Was Able To Prop Up The U.S. Economy

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

barack-obama-looking-into-a-mirror-public-domainBarack Obama is one of the biggest “Keynesians” of all time, but unfortunately most Americans don’t even understand what that means.  In this article, I am going to share with you the primary reason why Barack Obama has been able to prop up the U.S. economy over the past eight years.  If Barack Obama had not taken the extreme measures that he did, we would be in the midst of a historic economic depression right now.  But by propping things up in the short-term, he has absolutely demolished our long-term economic future.  But like most politicians, Obama has been willing to sacrifice the future for short-term political gain.

If you take any basic college course in economics, you are going to learn about John Maynard Keynes.  Without a doubt, Keynes was one of the most famous economists of the 20th century, and one of the things that he believed was that governments should go into debt and spend more money when an economic downturn strikes.  By injecting additional funds into the economy during a time of crisis, he believed that the severity of recessions and depressions could be reduced.  This approach ultimately become known as “Keynesian economics”, and in the post-World War II era virtually the entire world embraced it at least to some degree.  Here is more on Keynes from Investopedia

An economic theory of total spending in the economy and its effects on output and inflation. Keynesian economics was developed by the British economist John Maynard Keynes during the 1930s in an attempt to understand the Great Depression. Keynes advocated increased government expenditures and lower taxes to stimulate demand and pull the global economy out of the Depression. Subsequently, the term “Keynesian economics” was used to refer to the concept that optimal economic performance could be achieved – and economic slumps prevented – by influencing aggregate demand through activist stabilization and economic intervention policies by the government. Keynesian economics is considered to be a “demand-side” theory that focuses on changes in the economy over the short run.

Keynesian economists correctly point out that there is a “multiplier effect” to government spending.  In other words, when the government spends money it ends up in the hands of ordinary people.  In turn, those people spend that money on various goods and services that they need, thus boosting overall economic activity.  And the more the money circulates, the more the economy is stimulated.  So one dollar of additional government spending does not just add one dollar to GDP.  Rather, the impact on GDP is often significantly greater than that.

Of course the bad news is that whenever the government borrows money it is stealing consumption from the future.  So we are literally destroying the future that our children and our grandchildren were supposed to have in order to make the present look a little bit brighter.

When Barack Obama entered the White House, the U.S. was in the midst of the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.  The Bush administration had already begun to ramp up spending, but Barack Obama took “government stimulus” to ridiculous new levels.  The national debt has risen by an average of more than 1.1 trillion dollars a year while Obama has been in charge, and this fiscal year we are on pace to add more than 2 trillion dollars to the debt.

At this moment, the U.S. national debt is a whopping $19,901,545,151,126.51, and it will cross the 20 trillion dollar mark by the time Donald Trump is inaugurated on January 20th.

But when Barack Obama was inaugurated, the national debt was only 10.6 trillion dollars.  That means that we have added about 9.3 trillion dollars to the debt since that time.

So we have borrowed and spent 9.3 trillion dollars under Obama that we did not have.  But because of the “multiplier effect”, that 9.3 trillion dollars actually had a far greater impact on the U.S. economy.

Let’s be conservative and just double that number.  So that would give us an 18.6 trillion dollar overall impact on U.S. economic activity.  Spread over eight years, that comes to an average GDP impact of 2.325 trillion dollars a year.

But over the last eight years U.S. GDP has only been averaging about 16 trillion dollars a year.  So if you took away 2.3 trillion dollars a year, that would be about one-eighth of our entire economy.

In other words, without all of this debt that Barack Obama and Congress have been getting us into, we would be in the worst economic depression in U.S. history right now.

And I haven’t even factored in state and local government debt, corporate debt or household debt.  The truth is that I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that we are enjoying a debt-fueled standard of living that we simply do not deserve.

But even with all of this debt, the U.S. economy has still not been performing really well.  In fact, Barack Obama is going to be the only president in U.S. history to not have a single year when U.S. GDP grew by at least three percent.

Despite what many in the mainstream media are telling you, the reality of the matter is that Donald Trump is going to inherit an economy that is deeply troubled.  If you doubt this, please see my previous article entitled “11 Very Depressing Economic Realities That Donald Trump Will Inherit From Barack Obama“.

Donald Trump is talking about cutting taxes and reducing regulations, and all of those things are good, but ultimately those measures are not going to matter that much.

What is going to matter is what Donald Trump decides to do about our exploding debt.

If Donald Trump wants the U.S. economy to continue to remain at least somewhat stable in the short-term, he is going to have to keep piling up debt like Obama has.  Because if Trump and the Republicans decide that they want to get our debt under control, that will plunge us into a horrifying economic depression almost immediately.

But if Donald Trump continues to steal money from future generations of Americans at the same pace that Barack Obama has been doing, he will literally be destroying the future of America.  It will be a crime on a scale that is almost beyond words, and if they get a chance to do it, future generations of Americans will look back and curse him for what he has done to us.

So Donald Trump is really in a no-win situation when it comes to the economy.

The only way that he can match Obama’s performance is to do what Obama did, but by doing so he would literally be killing the future.

As a nation we have been consuming far more wealth than we produce for a very, very long time, and the only way that we have been able to do this is because we have been able to go into so much debt.

But now a day of reckoning is fast approaching, and I am not sure if Donald Trump even realizes that he will soon be faced with some incredibly heartbreaking choices.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens during Trump’s administration. I don’t think he can completely turn this around in just 4 or even 8 years, but he may be able to make some progress in the right direction. If he can manage to increase federal revenue and trim spending, he may be able to stop the debt from growing. He’s a smart man.

This comment is uncharacteristic of me as I’m going against my usual pessimistic tone. But I’ve been wrong about a number of things over the past 10 years or so.

  • Mike Smithy

Keynesian economics only ensures that the party continues in the short run while diminishing the prospect of growth and viability in the long run. Real growth only happens when an economy produces more from a given amount of resources—when productivity rises. And productivity only rises when people work more, smarter, and more efficiently.

Obama had nothing to do with propping up our economy, all those actions are enacted by the fed and the global economic elites and the POTUS just goes along for the ride with little input, it will be the same way with Trump especially now that he’s taking from the ranks of Goldman Sachs

            Stressed me out? That’s silly.

You’re always contradicting not only yourself but other Christians here who share their eschatological views that are different than yours. Actually, you don’t have any eschatological views because you believe most, if not all, prophecy was fulfilled in 70 A.D. For the last time, one can be premillennial and not be a dispensationalist. All dispensationalists are premillennialists, but not all premillennialists are dispensationalists. Got it?

My advice to you is to stop trying to one-up other believers by replying to their comments with “fulfilled.”

    The Debt

Mr. President Elect Donald Trump has implied that he will try a combo of growth and Retirement of debt that cannot be paid, slowly relieving different overburdened sectors of the economy, to get back to mark to market valuations, meaning, you have to make something to earn value and not some ledger entry that is unethical! Corruption!

The presumption is that the present will continue into the future:
    – fewer people working in manufacturing
    – more unskilled legal/illegal immigration
    – incentives (tax, regulation, labor) for business to expatriate
    – more spending on social programs which return little or no return on investment
    – astounding waste

Fix two or three of those and the future looks different.

What President-elect Trump has said throughout the campaign is that the US must begin making money again, something it hasn’t done in a very long while.
Korea , Japan and Europe must begin paying us for our defense of them because there should be no free ride. Goods coming into the US should be taxed on the same level our goods are at their ports. We can and should become the worlds largest energy producer including coal production.
Our citizens must once again feel motivated to go out seek the new good paying jobs that arise from a pro-business administration’s efforts to stimulate and encourage new business ventures in the US.
For the last 40 years both parties have stabbed the average American in the back at every turn and both have aided the demise of the American workplace.
I believe this nation cannot survive if all our goods are imported and the only jobs in America are in health care, education and government services. Heretofore we’ve steadily decimated the private sector, exported our jobs and grown government exponentially, a prescription for disaster.
Donald Trump has indicated he acutely understands all these things and it’s my hope he’ll use the bully pulpit to get it done.

Where did all the money go? To the Banksters, where it has been going since the banking systems inception. Then of course, it made it’s way to the over inflated stock market, which in turn, ends up in the pockets of the 1%.
        Thats just for starters.

        • Rick

Nick, you are basically correct. The swamp swallowed much of it. If you look at the extraordinary wealth in and around DC, you’ll notice even in down times in our economy, somehow they are taken care of above and way beyond all others. A good indicator also is the number and quality of government jobs created over the last 8 years. Far outpacing private enterprise. Also, both pension and base pay are now much better in government positions, which never used to be the case. The remainder of the money was flitted away to foreign countries, some of which are our adversaries. Much of that money probably ended up going to the Clinton Foundation. So there you have it.

          • nick

Not just the last 8 years when it comes to gov’t jobs. George W. created one of the largest gov’t institutions, Homeland “Security”
Totally unnecessary.. The airlines should be taking care of their own security, just as any corporation does. If a plane went down due to an act of terrorism, the airline would go out of buisness. The last thing we need is more gov’t interference and authoritarian control in our lives. Not only TSA, but do some research into H.S. and see how far they reach in our lives.
I left the u.s a few years ago, as I realized that gov’t overreach was destroying what few constitutional rights they are supposed to be protecting for us, and did not want to live in a country that constantly uses the excuse of fear and authoritarian goons to control us. One has a better chance of being killed by a piece of furniture falling on them than a terrorist attack. The chances of being killed by a terrorist are approximately .0001. I will take freedom over perceived security anytime. If you really want to know how much you are watched, see the movie Snowdon. This guy was a conservative, patriot, until he realized what “our” gov’t is doing. Maybe what he did violated ;law, but the gov’t is the biggest law breaker when it ignores the Bill of Rights. To me, he is a hero beyond the military, police, and fireman. I spent 4 years in the military, not as a hero, but as someone somewhat forced into servitude by old rich guys to protect their interests. Snowden gave up all just to try to show how america is subverting law. Please do not say it is ok to have all of your transactions, calls, emails etc. monitored because you do nothing wrong. Everyone commits crimes everyday without even knowing, as it is impossible to even know what the laws are. We are all law breakers to some extent, and when those in power(force) that do not like what you say or do, you, as most law abiders, will comply and submit to them.

From what I understand the citizens of these countries want the U.S. bases out of their countries. It is U.S, imperialism that keeps them there.

    • tacoma

“Korea , Japan and Europe must begin paying us for our defense of them because there should be no free ride.”

Imperialists never see themselves as such. No self-respecting country want to see foreign forces, especially American one, in their soil. Not even Japan, conquered and defeated, 70 years after. Japan by the way pays for 3/4 of U.S. forces in their soil. American forces is in Japan soil because it wants to and Japan cannot say no. It cannot say no because America bars Japan from having a credible military, insist it on buying American arms, and open U.S. market to bring wealth to Japan. The second these arrangements end is when Japan will fully rearm.

Similar case for Europe, conquered first by Nazi Germany, freed in the east by USSR, west by Allies. But both ended up the same – controlled as vassals by USSR and USA. The USSR ended its control of the east 20 years ago. US control of the west continues to this day. And that include American military bases. Europe would love to get rid of these American military control, but just can’t. They have to wait for the collapse of the U.S., just like collapse of the USSR. This is the reason why the U.S. is restarting the Cold War. Not to actually war with Russia, but to maintain European military control and economic domination.

You have a very slanted view of history. The US has never wanted to keep such large deployments of our armed forces in Europe or in Japan. Initially, occupation troops were necessary in both theatres. The rise of Communism forced the US to keep large numbers of troops in both areas long after most of these forces would have come home. America does not force any friendly country to keep troops on their soil. If Japan’s government requested that all troops leave, they would be removed. Don’t confuse what some of their people want for what the government of Japan wants.
Also remember that the USSR was not the only potential threat to Europe from the east. Communist China never collapsed, the breakup of the Soviet Union led to a period of uncertainty and conflict in Eastern Europe, and even during this time the US did drawdown significantly from the European theatre. To say that “Europe would love to get rid of these American military control, but just can’t.”, is completely false. Additionally, countries such as Poland were promised military aid by Pres. Bush, which was denied by Pres. Obama. Poland and other Eastern European countries would love to have more US military presence to counteract the aggressive actions of Russia.
To call the US imperialists is very misleading. America is more accurately a democracy builder.

        • nick

Democracy builder? Take the blinders off.
America has overturned numerous democractically elected governments since WW2, usually for economic or what the U.S. calls strategic necessity. Try reading Confessions of an Economic Hit man for starters, by John Perkins. Your normalcy bias does not allow yourself to see anything except your version of American Exceptionalism.

          • retired22

            You miss the point.
American imperialist policies are not American policies,….they are the policies of the wealthy vested interests who own the politicians. The politicians are merely given these policies to implement. To put a good face on it,the politicians pretend to the public that these policies originate in the political sector & are in the national interest, which they are not!
Trump,as president, will be unique in that he is the first president in over 100 years who is actually his own man & what ever future policies are made will really be initiated by the President. They will actually be made for the national interest & not for the benefit of some vested interests.

Much of post WWII was dominated by the cold war. Both sides interfered in affairs of countries around the world. I never said that everything the US has done is right. But I’m confidant that the world is better off with a Democratic Japan and Germany. Some of the efforts at control came back to haunt the country. It’s a different world today.

Actually, the Perkins book was wrong in many respects. Supposedly inflated load growth estimates were found to be actually conservative in the long run. The hydroelectric projects that were sold turned out to be good investments once the countries were able to overcome their sovereign debt problems.
Nowadays, all the big power projects are being built by the Chinese or by companies with AG after their names. Disclaimer – I worked in the power equipment industry for 40 years.

I strongly agree,….we would save a fortune & these other nations can take care of themselves without our intervention.

Donald Trump’s history is very much like the history of the country since World War II.
Donald went through a billion dollar fortune and that would have sunk any other person I know of. What he did do is he got the money back.
It wasn’t a matter of ethics. It was a matter of dealing with the debt in such a manner that he brilliantly got the fortune he lost back.
In the process of doing so, he used the bankruptcy laws of this country not to personally go bankrupt but to bankrupt the corporations through which his money was lost.
In the process he stiffed the American workers big time that those corporations owed them. None of which was illegal under the bankruptcy laws of this country. So sue the lawmakers that made that possible. He just took advantage of laws that were in existence.
This country is just like that runaway bankrupt billionaire of his past.
And a lot of people owed money by this country are going to get stiffed just like he stiffed those American Workers.
When the smoke clears a whole lot of people are going to be bankrupt too. I get it. He is going to stiff the people owed money by our country’s foolishness including just about every vulnerable sector of our economy.
He isn’t going to protect the sheep. He is going to slaughter them financially and shear them for all he is worth.
One thing he will do is raise interest rates dramatically to at least 7-12% within the next two years.
He is going to lower the tax system so that business can thrive in this environment instead of drowning in paperwork and excess taxation.
That will mean an entire overhaul of the tax system of this country and a possible firing of about half the IRS and EPA bureaucracy in the process.
I am speculating that he will cause massive inflation with wages staying the same. That will hurt the average person out there big time.
He will not lower Social Security. He will make the money we are paid worthless.
People subsisting on welfare that are barely making ends meet will go under financially under Donald Trump’s policies.
Part of the campaign is to make our currency as worthless as the one in China and then sell, sell, sell to our advantage on a world economic stage.
In some ways, he can be compared to a Hitler in the 30s.
In others, he will bring value back to our currency.
The people that will pay for it are not the bankers directly but the people that work for a living.
I see a massive revolt against everything that the new Republican regime stands for if he doesn’t do it slowly so that no one is alarmed by what he is doing. If he is smart, and I think he is very smart and cunning, then he will proceed slowly at first until he gains power that cannot easily be taken away from him.
The inflation factors come from lowering the value of our currency on the world stage.
It will more than likely end in a world war.

Is there another alternative? I don’t see one. Default or Die.

      • Jerry C

I remember back in the early 90’s when Donald told a financial interviewer that even though he was so indebt to the banks like in billions they would not let him declare bankruptcy because it would show their own terrible mismanagement in their due diligence and would cause further negativity towards their already shaky financial stability

  • Tom

I think the official multiplier effect is nowhere near a factor 2. For every dollar in extra GDP, more than 3 dollars in debt is necessary. Also multiplier effect is total nonsense according to the Austrian School. Every dollar has to be sucked out of the economy before the government can spend. Monetizing the debt will steal purchasing power.

  • ISA41:10

How Keynesian economics works is the government borrows money (Stimulus) to make an “investment” by building for example a bridge. A bunch of jobs (government jobs) get created to build the bridge. Fine. But once the bridge is built, now what? Those jobs disappear. They’re temporary and will ALWAYS be temporary unless the government KEEPS SPENDING MONEY to keep building stuff. And that money? It’s all borrowed. So we dig a big hole of debt for the sake of creating temp work. No, Keynesian economics DOES NOT WORK and is another socialist tool and a LIE!

The real answer is to get the government out of the way by reducing regulation and cutting taxes. Let the private sector build businesses – businesses that create jobs that last more than a few weeks or months.

Well then, it appeared that Andrew Mellon (who was the Treasury Secretary in the Hoover administration) was right all along when he declined to inject federal stimulus into the economy. Indisputedly, only WWII finally lifted the country out of the Great Depression.

I don’t believe we would be in the worst economic depression in U.S. history right now without all the spending, higher taxes and huge debt added if we followed this example of cut taxes and cut spending. We bailed out the banks but they paid it back with interest but it didn’t go towards paying back the debt borrowed to bail them out. We even paid the IMF 16 trillion of our printed money not included in this debt. There were monetary deals we don’t know about. This recession was an entitlement and waste recession.

  • goldminer

President elect Trump is getting a big can of worms. His only way out is default. He knows this and I am sure he is planning on it. He does not call himself the “King of debit” for no reason. He will borrow money to rebuild our infrastructure. Thus creating jobs and building good assets for the USA. He will then be forced to default. By then there will only 2 countries holding large amounts of US debit. Japan and Saudi Arabia.
Many other countries are getting rid of US debit and the dollar as fast as they can. China has been dumping the dollar and T bills for over 2 years now. To the tune of around 600 billion a year. They are dumping the dollar and buying good solid assets like PMs and investing in their own infrastructure.
. The only people that are buying our debit as it is being sold is the FED and other central banks. The banksters will be if not now, will be the biggest holders of our debit. The banksters will be the ones getting the shaft if we default. I don’t think many people will shed a tear if the central banks go broke. Yes it will hit the economy hard and people will go thru some hard times. But if done right we will have a country with new transportation systems, Energy systems, Water systems, ECT. We will be in a good position to recover from a depression faster that if nothing is done. If we don’t rebuild our country now. Even if it means going further in debit. America will truly be the “Banana Republic of America” when the greatest depression hits. We cant borrow our way out of that one.

  • tacoma

Government can tax from the people. And it can borrow from the people. The U.S. government tax of course, but not nearly enough to cover expenses. It won’t cut expenses, so it borrow. There is no interest payment from taxing people, there is from borrowing. But the Federal Reserve have made interest rate almost zero. So there is in effect no interest payment by borrowing from people.

The U.S. government also borrow from the Federal Reserve, the supposed central bank. If this sounds strange it is. The Fed simply creates some money from thin air and loan it to the government, who does not need to repay, principal or interest. Yes, grow money from trees like kids.

The U.S. government, indeed, borrows from foreign governments, largest being Japan and China. These countries make a lot of money from U.S. trade with billions of dollars deposited by their industries in their banks. Their central banks then use these ‘excess’ dollar to buy U.S. Treasuries, the American government debt. This debt have to be repaid. It is repaid by sustaining the trade where Japan and China continue to have ‘excess’ dollar. It’s a recycling operation where the dollars are just numbers in accounting entries. The real basis is a continued trade operation that allows dollar recycling. The moment this end is the moment the U.S. can no longer borrow from Japan and China trade. This is what Trump says he will do.

So yes the U.S. balance book looks scary but it is the result of the nature of the debt-based economics and trade it chose to conduct. Any actions to change it will result in American debt becoming not sustained and blows up. It blows up because there is no longer a way to keep it going, or repay it. People who bought U.S. bonds will then ask for some other way for repayment. There won’t be any. Well, the U.S. can sell all kinds of assets, creating an uproar. Will Trump block the sale of Intel to China?:) But there is a third way: It is called WW3.

Remember, this is exactly how Hitler came to power and started WW2. He didn’t have the money to repay massive WW1 debt and the country was broke. So he simply conquer half of Europe, canceled Germany debt to them, and took over their treasuries and assets. It worked, wonderfully, for a time. Because, funny thing, conquered countries have desire of fighting back.

So you can’t grow money from trees after all. Even if you are so mad you burn the tree down. I wonder if Trump understand economics or history. Na ….

No Country has loaned the ussag anything. Some countries have bought the debt from the banksters, and receive interest on that debt, but don’t actually have a negotiable instrument with USSAG listed as borrower.

When the debt is no longer “serviceable”, and a default is declared, then the Countries will have their hands out for repayment via the banksters. If the banksters declare bankruptcy, who will those countries have recourse with?
Who would declare a form of recourse for those debt holders?

ah ha, that is the fly in the ointment. Will the UN/Beast/NWO, which is the final say so, declare every man, woman and child in USA, as debtors of said holders of paper on USSAG debt?
That is something that would cause mass hysteria, especially with people that are already leveraged to the ying yang, and can’t get their hands on $$ to pay their share.

I see a day coming whereby that is highly possible, and a couple scenarios would put a screeching halt to nations demanding payment from the ussag.
One is almost hard to imagine, but they, the PTB, did it in August of 1945.
The other would be that we are almost at the very end of this Age, and allotted time for events, and the NWO leader, as Antichrist, comes on the stage and eliminates all debt, and creates a “new” system whereby all who pay homage and worship, would be forgiven of all debts past, present , and future.
The lenders would receive enough compensation via food sources or whatever, to satisfy the anger.

Something along either of these lines of thought will happen, and probably a combination of the two.
If my predictions, based on signs and unctions, we will have a period of years of more faux prosperity, based on created $$.

      • watchmannonthewall

I was watching a messianic preacher friend this week that had a very interesting perspective of what is going on politically. The man has also been an investment counselor since back in the 1980’s and so has good understanding of financial markets.

He attempted to make the point that the Trump win was a win for a NWO internationalist vs. a NWO globalist. The point he attempted to make is globalists want to eliminate national and trade borders but an internationalist wants these in place yet desires nations to work towards agreements where each can benefit. This sounds a lot like what we have now, though not what Obama pushed, but perhaps with more of an emphasis on cooperation while protecting individual nation’s sovereignty. In other words, more lacal control of national governments outside of the international forum, such as Brussels.

Another thing I have come across in my reading is there is a conflict in progress between the NWO globalists, largely made up of the elite in positions of power in government and industry, and the Illum*nat*, who believe the above mentioned group is getting too big for their britches. Please comment if you have awareness of things related to this. I confess I had never considered there could be two powerful groups vying for supremacy, from the other side!

Since scripture says that 10 kings give their power and authority unto the little horn, it seems apparent that the nation state exists until the time of the anti-christ when either all or most nations decide to give up sovereignty. I realize the C of R proposed a plan nearly 60 years ago to divide the world into 10 regions so many nation states could be consolidated into just 10 regions.

Though this seems a distinct possiblity, I am not convinced since it appears the kings of the east and a number of Arab states end up trying to take over the ME, specifically Israel. This makes it appear they are not part of the one world government, but are actually in opposition to it. (?)

Still lots of missing pieces of information, but I did find the idea of a NWO internationalist, exemplified by Trump, to be interesting as opposed to a NWO globalist, exemplified by Clinton. I think many embrace such a model. At the same time, I do not think the globalists will quietly fade from the scene and may well lead us to the edge of global war in opposition to Trump’s direction. I’m interested in any thoughts you may have on these subjects.

        • JC Teecher

Yes. You have the right idea, as there are many groups that want control…globally. Most are establishment gov illuminati, but the other is probably a “form” of Conservatism, like the Trump administration will be. If Trump chooses MItt ( an establishment NWO that would have rather seen billery in, over Trump) then we can get a pretty good idea where the Trump team is heading.
          Just my opinion.

Of the “ten kings”; the time will come when there will be ten drawn/mapped out divisions in the world. Each will have a ruler/prince/king president, or whatever one wants to call them.
Those ten will give up their power/position to the ten supernatural kings that Satan brings with him when playing the role of Christ returned, at the sixth trump.

Someway. somehow, those ten kingdoms will become seven, as three are rooted out. We can only speculate which three that will be. Some say it will be the North American kingdom, along with Israel, and the United Kingdom. Possibly; but it could also be the Persian Kingdom, the Arabian Kingdom, and the Egyptian Kingdom, which would solve the problem of the non Jesus Christ as Messiah concept, for muslims being included in the ten.
Or, it could be the USSR kingdom, Persian, and Asian/China kingdoms, as well.
According to prophetic scripture, there will be nation wide earthquakes and/or, explosions of the nuclear kind, that cause the nation of Persia/Iran, to disburse, after many deaths in that country.
Time will tell, but the time for telling is getting shorter, year by year.
If Gabriel’s visitation is/was truth, of which I believe it was, then we have another six years of world political and governmental changes and shifts, before the One world religious system begins to centralize, and begin it’s change for domination.

What a piece of crap article. Trump is going to massively REDUCE spending. OVERNIGHT. Where the hell is that part of the article? Are you a Clinton supporter?

    • Jerry C

Not with all those Goldman Sucks employees keep running the Fed.

  • ramrodd

    yeah…its all Barry…..lmao

this destruction extends far past Obama……

why would anyone believe he did it alone!!

    • JC Teecher

      You are correct mr ramrodd.
Barry Soetoro is just a face for the Shadow/Underworld gov to push along their agenda. He doesn’t have to think or plan…just do as told.

That is why he has been given the nod to coach along the “movement” towards the NWO. That is why he is not moving his residence out of DC. Just down the street a ways. They most likely have him pegged for the next kingship of the UN. If that happens, look out ussag, for the hammer is about to fall on North America and Israel, and the Christian peoples; be they true or just lukewarm Laodiceans.

Indeed the debt and the unfunded liabilities are a ticking time bomb. the only possibility of paying the debt is to monetize it. Hopefully it will be limited to a few years of double digit inflation but it will eventually happen and may have started already. The inflation statistics are as bogus as the U-3. Replacing Chinese labor with American robots won’t save the economy either. Especially if Chinese robots turn out to be cheaper than their American counterparts.

I did leave. It is lovely to get up on a winter’s morning, shorts, flip flops and ride the bike to the beach. Water temperature 86 year round. I could tell you more about the lovely places one can live on limited funds, and not encounter angry older white guys that “think” that they have been given the shaft by whoever and whatever they want to vent their anger on.

    Shocked? Who’s shocked?

“What is going to matter is what Donald Trump decides to do about our exploding debt.”

Mr. Trump has experience in managing exploding debt. In the past he has declared bankrupty more than once. Let us see what he will do as a President.

  • mtntrek3

A short time ago… I was in a near argument with family over the political situation that is. Division is killing us in many ways. My dad was/is in serious opposition to one of his brothers in particular. I myself wrote in my vote for the first time in my life. Struggling to find a decent candidate to vote for. Little hope in mankind’s ways. Keeping my faith in Christ. Faith in God first.

      Trump Only Choice Anti Abortion……..

      • mtntrek3

Hi Bill. Well… even with my questions about him, I still hope he can help us out. The Carrier deal to keep those folks working is encouraging to me. Hopefully a sign of things to come with him. Take care.

  • mtntrek3

Seriously….. I must say that I have little hope in politics overall. I can’t get excited over many if any of them. There is a small faction that are doing what they can for the better of all of us. Celebrities, politicians and others in public places are not our saviors. ………….. All the while, I still hope that Donald can help us out without making things worse. Some may ask how can things get worse than they are now. I understand your response. However….. read the Bible. Faith in God first please. With love and concern for all. Chris.

  • Thomas D Guastavino

Never understood the logic behind keynesian economics. Th money can be spent by either the government or the people. If the government spends it it has to be taken from the people via taxes or borrowing or it has to print it which causes inflation. May work in the short term but not the long.

  • Gave

Obama has the poor man, loser, sorry mentality.
Trump has the billionaire, win win mentality.
    Trump wins.
    We will win.
    I will win
Because of faith and of positive thoughts.
Trump and We, the people have both – the faith and the positive thoughts.
Ergo, we will overcome, we will win.

  • larrythelogger

Go here and look at the CBO chart at It’s a chart of revenues (how much the government receives from taxes) and outlays (how much the government spends). It doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to see that the government spends MUCH more than it takes in especially since 2001. Now go to and watch the increasing debt numbers. It is virtually impossible to pay off debt by decreasing taxes in hopes to spur economic growth and thereby increase tax revenues ala Reagan; just like it has proven impossible to put Keynes on steroids, as has been done since 2009 , to spur economic growth and thereby increase revenues ala Obama. It is impossible for either to work when you and I refuse to elect anyone but those who spend more than what we take in. If we do not STOP spending more and START spending less, not lower the increase in last year’s budget, but stop spending more and actually decrease spending for about ten years or so, there is mathematically no way the debt will stop increasing. It is impossible. Your tax cuts that you and I want and the 1 trillion proposed infrastructure spending that you and I want with no decrease in federal spending (that we never stop voting for) is why collapse is inevitable regardless of who is president. If you think Trump can fix that, please pet your purple and pink polka dotted unicorn for me.

      Or a brain scientist. 🙂

    • JC Teecher

I just had a moment there mr. larry loggerhead.
I think i saw rainbows and fairies in the air around your purple pink polka dotted unicorn.

Ah shucks darn it, no it wasn’t; it was just another danged gay pride parade on the boob tube.

Well done article, everyone should be able to understand it.
When Bill Clinton was president the Debt was 5 Trillion (1992-2000).
We are selling our birthright for plastic.

  • Alleged Comment

I have to blame the ENTIRE Washington up there. Spineless and racist. Their racism and also the negro’s one has caused us to be even more in debt.

If $12 trillion is OK what’s wrong with $8 trillion more debt?

They don’t want to oppose the negro and appear racist and the racist negro seeking revenge on whitey borrows more of what he thinks is their damn money anyway.

Phony white guilt and real negro racism is gonna cause, not a clash, but a big damn frigg’n CRASH!!

Alexis Tsipras, Remember him, The Greek communist Syriza party leader that was going to seek a negociated debt write off! One trip to brussels and old Alexis has little been heard of on that debt write off bizness!

Debt must be writen off ,Tsipras said that Greece’ problems could not be solved by more loans, to
service past debts and shore up the banks.”The solution isn’t more
loans. The solution is fewer loans and less debt,”

This is not a communistic invention It comes from the ancient peoples of the worlds primier civilizations.

True the debt crisis today is a political football , today Austria voted to hoe the row with brussels but Italy’s vote today is supposed to go against the establishment and the bail-in / bail-out plans of Brussels via the ECB!

They are voting to stop the increasing indebtedness ! The Italians banking system is in danger !

    Unemployment has remained high!

They might say today enough is enough , we will see?!

Why talking so much about the EU and it’s problems?

If enough people enough unemployed suffering the effects of austerity say politically no more borrowing from the future generations! It could end this European experiment! That would effect the US !

I believe there is a way, You cannot borrow your way out of debt!

The debts have to be written off before the people around the world become completely inslaved !

  • harpo49

putting people on welfare like is never going to help any country , for every job onumbnuts created 60 people went on welfare again thank you you stupid dumbocrats

Michael I hope you registered your site on the fake news site listing. Everything you write about is merely made up nonsense and when you quote sources they are often depicting something entirely different than the way you read them. Clearly your site appeals to the “Alarmist”. One of these days one of your readers is going to act on your mis-information and hopefully you will be held liable.

That worthless punk has driven this nation into the worst state in history. Trump is coming and the Dems are going to to lay down and bend over.

  • Helen Jackson

It has taken many years for the USA to “be dragged down the financial tubes”…….and amazingly there are still so many people in the US today who still say that USA is the greatest !! …Really… ???….. being in such huge debt is definitely not even on the bottom rung of the ladder to greatness. Where have these people been all these years !!! It will take as many years if not more for the USA to stand on it’s own feet financially, if ever again.Hopefully Mr trump can take a hard line and cut unnecessary expenses… starting today with the new Boeing Air Force One. Going without imported goods, and producing some with “Made in USA” is surely progress. Tighten your belts everyone, be more self sufficient, it could be a rough ride for a few years. Just so much money frittered away. Think positive.

  • Michael Rynn

How much of the $20 trillion national USA debt has been thrown down the growing unproductive black hole of maintaining the US military empire? The US military is the biggest oil consuming enterprise on this planet. Nearly a thousand bases. Keep all those warships and planes going. So much investment for things that just go bang-boom, maim and kill. What expensive kids toys!. What is the payback for claiming to own a world full of toxic waste, resource depleted, short of water, climate change afflicted, and full of bickering social groups that are irrational, and uncontrollable even in principle, as the chaos worsens? Answer: You get to own all of the problems, all of the debt, and it becomes all of your fault.

  • thegeorgespyman

In my economics education I was partial to the balanced budget multiplier. Why should we ever desire a system in balance? It might be good for everyone except usurious bankers. However, if we ever collapse and start over, it might be worth studying and employing.

The Fed will begin raising rates in December which will start the rapid decline. Keynesian economics have only delayed the inevitable with help from the Fed. We went through this cycle with Carter and you would think the hard heads would have learned something.

  • kaysel

The stock market fundamentals indicate a 35% to 65% correction coming. Throw the Fed’s raising interest rates into the mix, and there is looming financial crisis on the horizon.
Of course, Trump will be blamed for this crisis that has long been put in place and is not of Trump’s making.
We have three months to three years before the crisis hits. If you look at the Bear and Bull market history, the current one should end no later than 2020.

  • The Errant Economist

I am a little late in coming to this discussion, ‘apologies’. Your point on the multiplier is well-taken. However, using a multiplier of 2 is overstating the impact of increased fiscal spending. Also, how do you take into account the effect of the massive increase in money supply, aka Quantitative Easing? Thanks!

What Barak Obama did is referred to in Democratic circles as the slow version of the Cloward Piven strategy. Look it up.
