The U.S. Military Does Not Want To Fight For Al-Qaeda Christian Killers In Syria

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

U.S. Naval Officer Does Not Want to Fight For Al-Qaeda In SyriaWhy is the Obama administration so determined to have the U.S. military help al-Qaeda win the civil war in Syria?  Why are we being told that the U.S. has “no choice” but to help rabid jihadist terrorists that are slaughtering entire Christian villages, brutally raping Christian women and joyfully beheading Christian prisoners?  If you are a Christian, you should not want anything to do with these genocidal lunatics.  Jabhat al-Nusra is a radical Sunni terror organization affiliated with al-Qaeda that is leading the fight against the Assad regime.  If they win, life will be absolute hell for the approximately two million Christians in Syria and other religious minorities. According to Wikipedia, Jabhat al-Nusra intends “to create a Pan-Islamic state under sharia law and aims to reinstate the Islamic Caliphate.”  As you will see below, many members of the U.S. military understand this, and they absolutely do not want to fight on the side of al-Qaeda.

Not that we should be supporting Assad either.  Assad is horrible.  He should be rotting in prison somewhere.  But just because a country has a bad leader does not mean that we have justification to attack them.

The U.S. military should only be put into action when there is a compelling national interest at stake.  And getting involved in a bloody civil war between Assad and al-Qaeda does not qualify.

For the moment, we have a little bit of time to educate the American people about this because the Obama administration has decided to try to get the approval of Congress before striking Syria.  Hopefully cooler heads will prevail.

Unfortunately, some members of the U.S. Congress are actually trying to push Obama into even stronger action.  In fact, some Senators are now saying that they will not support military intervention in Syria unless it is a part of an “overall strategy” to remove Assad from power.

If the U.S. does try to remove Assad, it will unleash hell in the Middle East.  Syria has already threatened to attack Israel if the U.S. tries to remove Assad and so has Hezbollah.

As I mentioned the other day, right now there are 70,000 Hezbollah rockets aimed at Israel.

When Hezbollah and Syria start sending rockets into the heart of Tel Aviv, Israel will respond with even greater force.

And if a single one of those rockets that land in Tel Aviv have an unconventional warhead, Israel will respond by absolutely flattening Damascus.

When I say that, what I mean is that a city of 1.7 million people will be gone permanently.

Do our politicians have any idea of the hell that they are about to unleash?

Do our leaders actually want Israel to be attacked?

Do our leaders actually want major cities in the Middle East to be completely wiped out?

Do our leaders actually want millions of precious people to die?

As I mentioned above, those serving in the U.S. military understand these things better than most people, and right now many of them are expressing a very strong desire to stay out of this conflict.

According to a tweet from U.S. Representative Justin Amash, he has heard from numerous members of the U.S. military that are urging him to vote against an attack on Syria…

“I’ve been hearing a lot from members of our Armed Forces. The message I consistently hear: Please vote no on military action against .”

Journalist Paul Szoldra says that he has also heard from a lot of service members that want nothing to do with this conflict…

I’ve reached out to my own sources who are either veterans or currently on active duty in the military, and asked them to share their thoughts on whether we should, or should not, intervene in the two-year-old Syrian civil war. Most have responded with a resounding no.

The following is what a Marine Corps infantry veteran with three deployments to Iraq named Jack Mandaville wrote to Szoldra…

The worst part about this Syria debacle, among many things, is how closely it resembles Iraq. Those Vietnam veterans who warned us about disastrous results in Iraq were doing so based off their experience in a war that, contrary to popular belief, was vastly different from our war and was separated by at least two decades. Many veterans of Iraq are still in their twenties and have a firsthand understanding of Arab political issues. The complicated things we faced with Syria’s next door neighbors is freshly ingrained in our memories. How quickly the American people and our political leaders forget.

Our involvement in Syria is so dangerous on so many levels, and the 21st century American vet is more keen to this than anybody. It boggles my mind that we are being ignored. My anger over this issue has actually made me seriously comment on our foreign policy for the first time since 2006 when I was honorably discharged after three stints in Iraq and subsequently watched it continue for nearly another six years. I’m sickened that we’re putting ourselves in a position for another prolonged war where the American people will quickly forget about the people fighting it.

And even an establishment mouthpiece like the Washington Post is admitting that top U.S. military officials are expressing “serious reservations” about a war with Syria…

The Obama administration’s plan to launch a military strike against Syria is being received with serious reservations by many in the U.S. military, which is coping with the scars of two lengthy wars and a rapidly contracting budget, according to current and former officers.

Having assumed for months that the United States was unlikely to intervene militarily in Syria, the Defense Department has been thrust onto a war footing that has made many in the armed services uneasy, according to interviews with more than a dozen military officers ranging from captains to a four-star general.

One officer even told the Post that he “can’t believe” that Obama is even considering a conflict with Syria…

“I can’t believe the president is even considering it,” said [one] officer, who like most officers interviewed for this story agreed to speak only on the condition of anonymity because military personnel are reluctant to criticize policymakers while military campaigns are being planned.

What Obama wants to do is utter insanity.

Why would we want to enter a war on the side of Christian killers?

In areas of Syria that are controlled by the rebels, Christians are being treated brutally.  The following is from eyewitness testimony from a Christian missionary who recently visited the region…

“The Christian residents were offered four choices: 1. renounce the ‘idolatry’ of Christianity and convert to Islam; 2. pay a heavy tribute to the Muslims for the privilege of keeping their heads and their Christian faith (this tribute is known as jizya); 3. be killed; 4. flee for their lives, leaving all their belongings behind.”

How would you like to be faced with those choices?

In other instances, Christians are not even given any choices.  Instead, they are being summarily executed for their faith.

For example, the following is one incident that made news back in December

Syrian rebels beheaded a Christian man and fed his body to dogs, according to a nun who says the West is ignoring atrocities committed by Islamic extremists.

The nun said taxi driver Andrei Arbashe, 38, was kidnapped after his brother was heard complaining that fighters against the ruling regime behaved like bandits.

She said his headless corpse was found by the side of the road, surrounded by hungry dogs. He had recently married and was soon to be a father.

How would you feel if a member of your family was beheaded and fed to the dogs?

And the rebels have continued to slaughter Christians even though they know the world is watching.  The following is from an NBC News report on August 18th…

Syrian rebels killed at least 11 people, including civilians, in an attack on a checkpoint west of the city of Homs on Saturday that official state media described as a massacre.

Most of those killed were Christians, activists and residents said.

Sometimes these psychotic Syrian rebels actually round up Christian women and children and gun them down.  The following is from a report about what the rebels did to the Christian village of al-Duvair when they took control…

Images obtained exclusively by Infowars show the aftermath of an alleged massacre of a Christian village in Syria during which men, women and children were slaughtered and churches desecrated by Obama-backed FSA rebels.

The photos, which were provided by a source inside the village of al-Duvair in Syria’s Western province of Homs, show ruined homes, ransacked churches as well as the burned remains of what looks like an infant.

According to the Assyrian International News Agency (AINA) on May 29, “The armed rebels affiliated to the Free Syrian Army (FSA) raided the Christian-populated al-Duvair village in Reef (outskirts of) Homs near the border with Lebanon….and massacred all its civilian residents, including women and children.”

But sometimes women are not killed by the rebels.  If they are young and lovely, they are often systematically raped.  What happened to one 15-year-old Christian girl from Qusair named Mariam is a total abomination

The commander of the battalion “Jabhat al-Nusra” in Qusair took Mariam, married and raped her. Then he repudiated her. The next day the young woman was forced to marry another Islamic militant. He also raped her and then repudiated her. The same trend was repeated for 15 days, and Mariam was raped by 15 different men. This psychologically destabilized her and made her insane. Mariam, became mentally unstable and was eventually killed.

This is who Obama wants to help?

We are going to shed American blood to help those monsters take over Syria?

Are we insane?

Of course one of the most prominent examples of rebel brutality was even reported on by CNN

The ghastly video shows how barbaric the Syrian civil war can be.

A man, said to be a well-known rebel fighter, carves into the body of a government soldier and cuts out his heart and liver.

“I swear to God we will eat your hearts out, you soldiers of Bashar. You dogs. God is greater!” the man says. “Heroes of Baba Amr … we will take out their hearts to eat them.”

He then puts the heart in his mouth and takes a bite.

After reading that, can anyone out there possibly justify helping the Syrian rebels?

But the Obama administration insists that we “must” attack Syria because Assad supposedly used chemical weapons against his own people.

Secretary of State John Kerry says that samples taken by UN inspectors have tested positive for the nerve agent sarin, and therefore what we must do is clear.

But is it really?

According to Reuters, the UN has had evidence that Syrian rebels have been using sarin gas against Assad forces since May

U.N. human rights investigators have gathered testimony from casualties of Syria’s civil war and medical staff indicating that rebel forces have used the nerve agent sarin, one of the lead investigators said on Sunday.

And as I discussed the other day, Syrian rebels have admitted to an Associated Press reporter that they were the ones that used sarin gas during the incident that the Obama administration is so concerned about.

The chemical weapons were supplied to the rebels by Saudi Arabia, but the Obama administration will never, ever admit this.  If the U.S. called the Saudis out on this, it would potentially endanger the status of the petrodollar.

Instead, the U.S. government is going to end up doing exactly what the Saudis want, which is to attack Syria.

But people all around the world are seeing through this charade.  For example, the following is a statement that Pat Buchanan made during a recent interview with Newsmax

“I would not understand or comprehend that Bashar al-Assad, no matter how bad a man he may be, would be so stupid as to order a chemical weapons attack on civilians in his own country when the immediate consequence of which might be that he would be at war with the United States. So this reeks of a false flag operation.”

Sadly, it doesn’t really seem to matter what any of us think.  According to James Rosen of Fox News, the Obama administration has apparently made the decision to go ahead with an attack on Syria no matter what Congress decides…

A senior State Department official tells Fox News the president’s decision to take military action in Syria still stands, and will indeed be carried out, regardless of whether Congress votes next week to approve the use of such force.

The official said that every major player on the National Security Council – including the commander-in-chief – was in accord last night on the need for military action, and that the president’s decision to seek a congressional debate and vote was a surprise to most if not all of them. However, the aide insisted the request for Congress to vote did not supplant the president’s earlier decision to use force in Syria, only delayed its implementation.

“That’s going to happen, anyway,” the source told me, adding that that was why the president, in his rose Garden remarks, was careful to establish that he believes he has the authority to launch such strikes even without congressional authorization.

Very soon, the U.S. military will be embroiled in a vicious civil war between a brutal dictator and absolutely psychotic Christian-killing jihadists.

Should American blood be spilled in such a conflict?

Of course not.

Is it worth potentially starting World War III just to teach Assad a “lesson”?

Of course not.

Hopefully this war will not happen, because if it does I fear that it is going to be very, very bloody.

“In fact, some Senators are now saying that they will not support military intervention in Syria unless it is a part of an “overall strategy” to remove Assad from power.”

I wondered who it could be, so I clicked on the link to the article. And wouldn’t you know it? It’s none other than Lindsey Graham and John McCain! I swear, both of them are INSANE, and they are disgrace to this nation.

    • MichaelfromTheEconomicCollapse

It is true – John McCain is literally crazy. He seems to cherish the idea of starting World War III.

      • glamandvamproundthetree

True that. I am from Arizona and can tell you that the man often seems completely clueless. He really should just step down and live off his wealth.

        • kfilly

He’s an evil puppet just like Obama. The root of all evil in this country can be found in two places. Washington DC and Wall Street

        • 2Gary2

then why do folks in AZ vote for him? is there something in the water or are the majority of the electorate in AZ retarded? (as they are here in WI)

          • glamandvamproundthetree

I don’t know, I sure don’t vote for him and neither do the people in my life…..

      • markthetruth

Because he suffers from and never was treated for PTSD !!!

        the end…

        • davidmpark

Not really, Mark. I know PTSD, I have severe PTSD. It does not make someone act like a warmonger – but the opposite. It can be crippling at times (been to the ER with panic attacks thinking they were heart attacks often enough), and makes you AVOID conflict. Not rush in head first.

McCain is not right in the head with something else, and needs removal from office.

          • markthetruth

            Wrong !!!

an enhanced state of sensory sensitivity accompanied by an exaggerated intensity of behaviors whose purpose is to detect threats

            the end…

          • davidmpark

You’re interpreting the hypervigilance aspect as a constant need to fight. It’s a constant lookout for a threat, followed by an urge to run or right into a panic attack.

Unless you’ve had it, you wouldn’t know.

          • peace angel

I have had it for four decades and got amazing therapy for it years ago. Since then I have counseled hundreds of war vets going back to Vietnam and hundreds of rape victims for free AND you are BOTH right. It affects each person differently and there are dozens of symptoms that can or will not accompany a diagnoses in every different person.

AND not dealing with it will ONLY make it grow.

        • Aeffesstoo

McCain’s daddy and grand daddy were both important Admirals.

Since the only distinction he got from his naval career was to be shot down, he is striving to be as relevant to history as dad and grandpa.

        • peace angel

NO, because he is on the NWO train and always has been. He voted for Agenda 21 and for the Patriot Act and for all the NDAA acts and for REX 84 and for all the desert wars and will always vote to depopulate the planet and create the NWO. the end

    • Jim Davis

Why do SC and AZ keep sending those two war-mongering, illegal immigration-lovers back to office? Do they love the “Invade the World, Invite the World” theme of the neocons?

      • Tim

Good question, Jim. I live in SC, but I do NOT like Graham. He is dangerous! I have never voted for him. In fact, I haven’t voted in any election, presidential or otherwise, for the past many years.

      • Donald Wilson

Same reason that got Obama elected and re-elected. Promises, promises I live in Arizona can’t stand McCain never voted for the village idiot

        Bravo 2 out…

    • 2Gary2

I would love to say that “Duh what do you think they are conservatives. All conservatives are insane” McShame was your candidate against Obumer.

I will make a prediction- George Bush will be remembered for being the last republican president. There will NEVER be another republican president again–simple demographics. Michael–what do you think?

My prediction is especially true when republicans keep having candidates like mittens and mcshame.

      • Tim

“McShame was your candidate against Obumer.”

My candidate? I don’t adhere to any political party. I stated in my comment that I haven’t voted in any election, presidential or otherwise, for the past many years. Please read before you go off on an insane tirade.Besides, you ought to be more concerned about your family problems.

        • 2Gary2

I was referring to conservatives in general and not you specifically. Please read before you say something.

          • Peace Angel

OF the past 14 presidents 7 were DEMS and 7 were RINOS by selection not election. The Bilderbergs choose our POTUS and have done so since Americans checked out decades ago.

    • CyricRenner

Mccain really wants a war with Russia. Syria and even Iran are just proxies to get to the main prize. He has insane hatred for Russia and Putin.

There are not that many years separating Mccain from the grave. He doesn’t care about WWIII or a nuclear holocaust, He is 100% insane and I cannot believe that people actually take him seriously.

  • Rodster

This is all ruse to take attention from the collapsing economy. I guess these incompetent morons who are running this country into the ground are starting to feel a little uneasy that the population at large will figure out that our growing economy is made up of low wage part time jobs.

    • markthetruth

Well it seems to be Really Good For Israel !!!

Israel promotes trade route between Turkey and Middle East.

      the end…

    • I agree…The target is not Syria but America….I don’t believe for a second these pure evil war mongers would cave in so easily, especially UK parliament conveniently voting against war in Syria when all of them are members of secret society…..

Its a grand deception…War with Syria was never in their Agenda…..September is Illuminati New Year…They always do some S during this month like 911

Economic Collapse, Race War, Power Grid down, false flag could be coming to America this month…

All Americans MUST be prepared for this month….Syria is a distraction..

Yes, the Western countries are run (poorly) by the rich for the rich. There is only al-CIA-duh. Or more specifically, its:
Starting wars between two sides to benefit the rich at the expense of the many (now Syria) and the ‘divide and conquer’ (mass immigration) are the favored tactics of this manipulative cabal.

They believe they are the chosen ones, postulating Darwinism as a reason for their existence, when they only exist due to inherited (old) money. They put forward science instead of God, when scientific results are often falsified (see Big Pharma), rendering science as useful as magical trickery.

They want to be Gods – and the lure of absolute power, corrupts the person absolutely. The insecurity of these people to be able to accept their own human condition and love their fellow beings would be sad, were these socio-psychopaths not so destructive.

People in society may be slow to the uptake, but the recent polls showing 91% of people opposed to war in the US and the rejection of war by the UK show that at least the ‘masses’ are not completely asleep. The key thing is to not let this ‘beast system’ invented by these self-appointed ‘elites’, and it is a system, from completely enslaving us.

As a saudi arabian student in the U.S ( who will be trapped with you guys when the collapse happens), i can say that non of u ( with all of my respect) have 15% idea of whats happening in syria and the reasons behind the fake attack of the U.S on syria, which will be a Real Attack soon. However, the target is not Syria! I feel sorry for most of the americans because if they wanted to look for the truth, they will have to look and search in a thousend paths before they get to the truth, its a very hard thing to do but i wish you all do it. Israil is about to step it up, in results the U.S has to fall, Obama’s hestation with his recent actions is just the beginning. Go to youtube and write “Home Front future trailer” 4 mins video but DO NOT belive everything in it. Its just a hint.

I have heard this crazy theory before, about Israel somehow replacing the US as the next global superpower. Its nonsense. They are contend to rule behind the scenes the way they always do.

Why I don’t understand is why the Shia and Sunni cannot reconcile the way Protestants and Catholics did. Why fall into the trap ? You are slaughtering each other. Why ? Who is benefiting.

There will be a new moon on September 5th. Don’t be surprised if war begins then, even without Congressional authorization. That’s how these Satanists operate.

I wonder, I wonder if this is being done to distract atttention from everything that this going wrong in the US? It’s getting very scary out there and next month my seasonal job ends and I am then back in the city dealing with this insane society again…..Not looking forward to that, and I am praying and praying that we don’t enter Syria. I don’t know all the details of who the players are but it does seem to me that there is no win/win to entering Syria……Please, please, please Obama, don’t start a war in Syria….please.

I don’t think that main reason, the main reason is to fulfill Biblical prophecies, and preparing the world for the new world order and antichrist.

  • kfilly

I have a few takes on this. I believe parts of the New World Order want Israel destroyed. I know for a fact that Obama doesn’t support them. What better way to do it than to have a regional war? Second, have World War 3 to implement global population control. Third, start a conflict in Syria to mask tge economy. Russia, China, and Iran are all backing Syria. All of those countries have natural resources or gold. They could do things to cause our economy to collapse. They could disrupt the Strait of Hormuz which would cause oil to become ridiculously expensive. I heard an estimate of gas prices doubling. Another thing they could do is to end our Reserve Currency Status. That would also be bad. A website called SHTF blog had an excellent post about option 3. I suggest everyone check out that blog as it described how we could become a totalitarian regime overnight.

    • PeaceAngel

You are right on. I was a washington insider for two decades and still have lots of contacts and I have lots of military contacts and the purpose is to start WWIII and they then plan to blame a banking virus worldwide on Syria or whoever and when there starts to be a panic when no one can get money they plan to set up roadblocks in the US to herd the sheeple into the Fema concentration camps and to kick in the doors of all the other people at night like they did during Katrina and herd the others to the camps under the GUISE of an attack on the US. DON:T GO WITH THEM. IF you have a concealed carry permit use it when you leave home and plan to take your own life before they herd you off.

You can see an active camp of zombies that was found by Jesse Ventura during a filming of Conspiracy Theory in a video that Obama had banned when he also had the show taken off the air.

It can only be found today on INFOWARS under either “police state” or under “banned video.”

That is the future of America. Get out if you can. THESE occupants of the camp were so drugged up they did not even call out for help from the film crew when they showed up.

Many of the 800 camps have occupants and the ARMY has been hiring internment guards for a decade to refurbish and man them. Over the past two years the US has imported 3 million foreign troops who are telling civilians they are here to take us to the camps.

  • erheault

Impeachment sounds better all of the time, The last thing we need in involvement in Religious and Tribal wars that have gone on for the last thousand years and will go on into infinity or total destruction.
If any of these Congress people vote to enter a conflict they need to be tossed out of government before they can commit more mischief to the Nation.

    • kfilly

Impeachment? How about tried for treason? Hanging from the end of a noose sounds better to me. Aiding our country’s enemies is treason.

Alright… so us being the #$%& is inevitable.

I’ve already said in the last post that Congress and the States need to act to stop this madness. Looks like Congress won’t after all.

Okay, so it’s down to the States. Constitutional Convention not possible with the Progressives in charges of some states. I guess there is no choice. States that value their liberty will have to make last-chance choices if the Feds refuse to act Constitutionally:

First, the States must take control of the federally controlled real estate in their borders by paying for it – I’m sure they can find plenty of people who will donate for a worthy cause (Utah’s doing this now). They must exploit ALL of their resources to it’s most productive potential to save as many lives as possible.

Second, the States must enact laws to allow gold, silver, nickel, and copper to be used as currency in their states by weight to guard against the fiat currency crisis about to hit.

Third, States must overturn as many restrictions on home production as possible to ensure that people can
have the choice to make something they soon won’t be able to afford. I
know that quality will take a hit and it’s not as good as mass produced,
but if it helps someone keep up a standard of living, then all the

Fourth, and this will be the most controversial, the States must call up and arm their unorganized militia to supplement their National Guard. If short on funds and materials, then they can put out contracts for locals to make and sell the arms. Cheaper armaments, but effective will be needed. I think we’ll see a big push for Sten guns – cheap, effective, and easy to build.

We likely will get hit by multiple terror strikes and possibly by a WMD in a major city because of this foolishness. We must have the best readiness as best we can. If there are enough people on the ready, then the damage would most likely be minimal.

    God help us.

  • K

Lets’ start with the fact, that If Congress goes along with this attack. Then all three branches of Government have abandoned the American people. Michael you are right, there is nothing sane about attacking Syria, or supporting the rebels. Unless in the minds of some very evil people, it is a means to an end. Syria taken out, to clear the way for an attack on Iran. You ask how would Israel survive, all those missiles being fired at it. I suspect they do not plan to ever let them leave the ground. On the older missiles an emp would most likely render them useless. Fuel-air explosives can create a fairly powerful emp. There is also the boeing champ system. A cruise missile that fries all electronic systems in its’ flight path. And who know what else they have. I would never trust this tech, with that many lives at stake. But psychopaths would. And the people who are truly in charge, fully qualify under that term.

  • William

Hi! first time i comment on this blog, i love reading your articles by the way Michael keep the good work!
A friend of mine was on the first line in 2001 in Afghanistan and last week he was deployed to Syria and the last message i got from him was a text message saying ; i’m about to do something that would change history. I have no news from him since. Hope this information will be useful to some of you!

They are going to HAVE to engineer the economic collapse (see secretive meeting from last week with all high ranking financial players). They NEED a distraction, a fall guy, something to blame so people don’t come after them. The no information GARYS we call citizens are dumb enough to believe the gov’t and the state media when they tell them it was the evil Syrians who brought down our economy. They NEED to fight Iran to try to preserve the petrodollar. This is all about US currency, oil exchange and diverting attention from the coming collapse. They could care less who lives and dies or who the actual players are.

If they were leaders, they’d go in first.

It is the fulfillment of Agenda 21 and the beginning of the NWO. The Syrians will cause a virus in the world’s banking system or so they will report and then roadblocks will tell ppl. who have not been able to access money or goods for days that they are about to strike the US and US and foreign troops will LEAD the sheep to the concentration camps overnite and kick in the doors of those who were NOT on the road and take them away also.

It all shows how dumbed down the public is. There isn’t a single high profile Democrat that will criticize Obama on this just like no one seems to have noticed the Civil Rights Movement has morphed into ‘Dumbed Down Whores for the DNC”. I know at least a few Democrats go through the motion of going to church, where the hell are they are on this?

why is Assad a brutal dictator ? where are the evidence? in the last years i never heard anything about that assad was a dictator. there was all fine. and now he should be a dictator!

    • Peter Campbell

Assad is not a brutal dictator. He is actually a good leader Infinetely better than Obama, Bush, Cameron, etc.

    • Adrian

We have plenty of dictators in our pocket. The only time we call them dictators is when they stop playing ball. We did this with Saddam and Noriega.

  • DJohn1

McCain may be crazy. So how come we had him up to be President of this Country and he ran against Clinton as the Republican Candidate?
Republicans are playing a very dangerous game in their choice of leaders. If McCain is indeed suffering from the effects of being a Prisoner of War in Vietnam then he well may have been a Manchurian Candidate.
Look at our most recent candidate as a Republican going for election to be President. The Democrats pointed out his business life was one of very ruthlessly putting entire factories of people out of work. Now how nuts is it to put that man up to be our Republican Candidate for President? Unless, there was a game being played to put Obama in office . . .
I am saying it was fixed game.
And I would like the party investigated for doing just that.
There are rules in Syria. They are not our rules. I have seen similar rules all over the planet in primitive cultures. As a Traffic Manager in the U.S. Air Force I had a manual. In that manual it describes a briefing for Air Force People going over seas to various locations.
In some countries, it is a death sentence to be caught whistling a tune under your breath. You are obviously inhabited by a devil!
The rules in Syria from your description are harsh. The greatest blessing those surviving Christians could possibly have would be to emigrate somewhere they can practice Christianity to their hearts’ content. Australia, New Zealand, Canada, The United States, even countries in Central America, all have decent records concerning Christianity and our right to religious freedom. These people will need to learn to cope with conditions here. Some of which are equally oppressive. They will need to learn a new language, U.S. English. They will need skills to earn a living. I suggest that they join a conservative community that restricts TV coverage that are considered sinful in their ethical group.
Be sure to brush the dust from your clothes as you leave Syria. Because that country obviously has rejected Christianity and they are cursed.
As to our dealings with this country, I suggest we run as fast as we can away from that place. I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes for all the money in the world.
There is going to be a judgement. When that judgement occurs these animals will have to pay for what they have done.
We, as Christians, need to take these people under our wings because they need us. Those that do will be blessed beyond anything we could imagine.
I have prayed on this because I am very disturbed that innocent lambs of God are being destroyed. This has nothing to do with your religious beliefs concerning Christianity. It has a lot to do with how God will view what has happened and will happen in the future. Innocent lambs and Syria is responsible for their harm! When God moves his wrath is terrible to behold. In the good book it mentions that people will beg to die in those times and they will not be given that blessing.

    • GSOB

Your ‘innocent lambs’ metaphor lacks credibility.

      • DJohn1

The innocent lambs metaphor refers to those Christians in Syria that are now martyrs for Christ. They are dead.
I believe it is only a matter of time before the people responsible for this murdering and raping of Christians will see a world-wide response to what they are doing.
For God to work His justice, we must step aside.
That means not going to war but getting out of the target area fast.
If we can save those people that are Christians in the area, then I believe we should do so as quickly as possible.
When bad things happen to good people, I feel that we are betrayed.
God in his infinite wisdom decided not to protect those people. Yes, I question that a lot.
Jesus has an army of angels at his call. I personally believe that we are only a short step away from something very bad happening very soon in that area of the world.

  • jacklohman

“Why is the Obama administration so determined to have the U.S. military help al-Qaeda win the civil war in Syria? ”

It is called campaign bribes, from the defense manufacturers and oil industry.

NO on attacking Syria! Let the bad guys on one side continue fighting the bad guys on the other side.

As well, the war powers act should allow the president to respond to an attack. NOT attack first.

  • voltaic

That WWlll BS was silent when invading Iraq for no good reason? Where is the GWB WMD war at all costs crowd? Where is that patriotic flag waving that you all gave GWB for invading a Middle East country over imaginary WMDs? Because Saddam Hussein didn’t kill Christians, it was ok to triumphantly invade with flags waving, guns blaring and bombs dropping on women and children? You hypocritical types only like false flag wars, not engagements where actual chemical weapons are used. Killing hundreds of thousands of innocent woman and children and displacing millions of others is just part of doing business for the GWB supporting right wing nut jobs, but when it comes to REAL weapons gassing Arabs, then they turn to religion as an excuse to not intervene. RWNJ become pacifists when Obama wants to take actions. Peace noises coming from partisan war fools. Amazing.

Not one war involving Americans was worth the cost in blood and treasure over the past 70 years and Syria should not be next, but to hear RWNJs becoming peaceniks is astounding. Once Israel gets involved, then the RWNJs can have their religious war of choice.

  • mike

The US has been wussified by this. I am a hardcore conservative and I agree with bam bam (Obama) that we should attack. I do not want to wake up one morning with chemical weapons attacks going on here in the US. No one thought 9-11-2001 would happen and it did. The only dis agreement I have with bam bam on this is that he is seeking congressional approval. I am ashamed of my republican party for not supporting an immediate attack with cruise missiles. This is stupid. WAKE UP. Launch now before it gets worse. Show them that we are still a superpower and that we are not to be messed with. If we don’t then God help all of you city folks and nay sayers that are not prepared for some type of terrorist attack.

    • Carlos Danger

Actually, they didnt mess with “us.” A cruise missile attack only swats the hornets nest. Only a fool would feel safer after such an attack. Do you seriously think it would teach them a lesson? When another 911 happens (retaliation) you war mongers will call it terrorism.

As a veteran of twenty years and several stupid conflicts both in Bosnia and the Middle East this conflict in which we are about to embark on is sheer lunacy. We have nothing to gain and remember about going to war it doesn’t stop when the last missile is fired. The only outcome will eventually be WWIII. My friend if you think firing some cruise missiles will solve the problem you are wrong. After several tours in the Middle East these people will never stop fighting they have been doing this for centuries. They will never stop fighting until everyone is dead. Bill Clinton discovered that launching some cruise missiles didn’t solve the problem only made it worse. The Middle East is a powder keg waiting for someone to light the fuse. When that fuse is lit better get the hell outta Dodge.

  • Peter Campbell

    Hey Michael,

What exactly Assad did that was so horrible ? As far I can see all the carnage was caused by the foreign mercenary terrorists. Until this whole mess started Syria was a peaceful country.

You keep telling us how bad Assad is but so far you haven’t provided any solid evidence, other than lying MSM/US gov. reports.

    • ArigatouGozaimas

Not speaking for the author; however,

      I can answer in generalities.

Assad is another corrupt middle east strong man who enriches himself and his cronies at the expense of the people. He’s an ally of Iran and the head of the same party that ran Iraq when Hussien was in charge. Assad is a supporter of terrorism, but not Al Quaeda, he controls Hezbollah towards his own purposes. That is bad, but he has kept the peace and stability of the region up to the start of the rebellion as it was in his own self interest. What would likely replace Assad would be ten times worse.

    • Peace Angel

Today in the Senate hearings it was revealed that ASSAD has used chemical weapons more than 13 times on his own people. He has killed the majority of the 100,000 people who died before the last WMD attack and we know that because he is more heavily armed and has more firepower overall. The Syrian ppl want him dead. Most of the people he has murdered were christians. He has forced millions of people from their homes and has killed lots of children and civilians EVEN if he did not do this and no one convinced me today in the hearings he is responsible for this last attack. ALL the carnage was NOT only the rebels at all and Syria has not been a peaceful country for decades. As long as the muslims are fighting each other all over the world there is no peace and we have no business starting WWIII over this event.

And although I do not speak for Michael either, I can assure you HE does NOT get his news from the US propagandizers. All reports start with the propaganda but the truth CANNOT be found in the Bilderberg owned and operated news in the US and that is the ONLY kind we have.

      • Gay Veteran

“Today in the Senate hearings it was revealed….”
and you believe the LIES coming out of DC?!?!?!?!?

    • GSOB

The only way I could support an operation against Syria is for Congress to declare War with everything that implies: a Draft; a 10% War Tax; the entire nation mobilized; a DECLARED GOAL OF TOTAL VICTORY. The Founders may be Dead White Men but they knew exactly what they were doing when they assigned the right to make War exclusively to Congress. The last War we declared was WWII. Not by coincidence it was the last war we won! Korea, Vietnam and the 911 Wars have been Losers All. Wait, you say, the Bushes sought permission for the Gulf Wars! They did BUT they did not DECLARE WAR. Declaring War focuses the mind like nothing else. Otherwise, you have endless Adventurism as we have seen in Iraq and Afghanistan. BTW, WWII, from Pearl Harbor to VJ Day, lasted 3 years and 9 months. We took on Imperial Japan and the Nazis and beat them. Our efforts in the Middle East remind me of three monkeys and a football. DECLARE WAR or get out. If BO wants to unilaterally pull the trigger, he should be impeached.

  • Richard T.

Speaking on the political level, this whole thing stinks, and it stinks bad! The alleged POTUS is totally disregarding the Constitution to do whatever he wants, and NOBODY is doing anything serious to stop this blatant violation of their oath to uphold and defend the Constituion of the US. And of course, this didn’t happen in a day. It has been in the works since our 16th president when he blatantly trashed the US Constitution in invading several States.

Speaking on the spiritual realm, I think all these has to come to pass. The trouble in the Middle East is more than political. It is spiritual. All things happening on earth are a reflection of what has happened in the spiritual realm first. The evil forces in the region is going to engulf the whole region. Starting from the “Arab Spring”, this evil force that hates God is taking over everything in the Middle East. And the US is now being used by this evil to achieve its goal, domination in the Middle East and war and destruction for the rest of the world.

So it’s time to get ready to face what is about to come!

  • ArigatouGozaimas

Congress is irrelevant to everything, all they can do is debate and discuss. They are politically meaningless in every way. They hold no power over the the Obama regime’s “Executive Decisions.” They should all go home and go to bed. Then they could dream of actually having the power the constitution granted them.

  • TtT Engine

Brethren, your MOST important prep is for everyone to get right with God. Michael has talked extensively about Black Swan events. Attempting to wipe Israel off the map is a Black Swan event. The planet Earth destroyer remains to be Iran, not Syria. The U.S. has sat by fiddling while Iran builds a nuclear bomb THEY plan to use, as promised, on Israel. A very wise man has frequently told us, “liberalism is a mental disorder”. The U.S. bombing of Syria is liberal stage one thinking of the highest order. The juvenile liberal thinks only with feelings in stage one fashion without the input of wisdom and consequences. Bombing Syria is not a kindergarten classroom where we send Assad in the corner with his desk turned around facing the wall. Bombing Syria will have catastrophic consequences for thousands/ millions of people. If this is a secret plan to get rid of Israel once and for all, it is has the potential to end very badly. In a stage one liberal utopian think tank, these plans work ever so successfully. In the real world of action/reaction, cause/effect and consequences, this has the makings of WW III and mutual assured destruction as described in the Book of Revelations. Pray earnestly for God’s intervention, for His forgiveness and Mercy. Christi Fidelis !

I do believe in truthfulness. “thou shall not lie” is not in the Ten Commandments. I am not “bearing” any “false witness” either. I have never defended the RINO Republicans. Boehner, McCain, McConnell, etc. are lost in the Obama/Soros wilderness. I am not a Republican. I am a conservative. Reread my post. Iran is the Planet Earth destroyer. Syria is another Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, et. als. and has big time Russian backing. As I said, the U.S. fiddles while Iran works like the devil in the darkness of the night on their Hitlerian master plan. Christi Fidelis !

I wonder what the scientists that used their intelligence to create these horrible weapons will say when they have to stand before, and answer to God? How will they justify bringing such horrible things out of their imaginations and into existence? If they did it because they believe there is no God, they better hope they are right. Even if they don’t believe in God, how can they want such horrible things for humankind?

If people disagree with one another, why can’t they be peaceful and respectful about it? Nobody has the right to force their religion or way of life onto others. Our mostly Christian military have to retarded to continue helping the extermination of their fellow Christians in the ME.

Shame on America for acting like a mercenary to the Qatari/Saudi/Israeli interest.

  • Man on the street

Actually, the Ottoman Turks have slaughtered millions of Christians in Syria in 1910 “Armenian genocide”. Unfortunately, however, the Christian West had no influence on its movie industry to created repulsive reaction from its population regarding the crime against humanity committed by the Turks.

Turkey have resisted to admit that it committed genocide against the Christians. The west did not pressure Turkey to face up to such crimes. The idiot Christians in the West never allowed themselves to learn independently from the presstitudes, and Hollywood! Hence, today beheading of priests in Syria by the Muslim barbarians as supported by McCain and other war whores, is not noticed, and our majority Christian military, and taxpayers money is about to participate with the SECOND SLAUGHTER OF CHRISTIANS! Shame on America, and shame on the Christians for allowing their country to be rented by Saudi Arabia.
