World War III Approaches: Saudi Arabia And Turkey Drop Hints That An Invasion Of Syria Is Imminent

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

World War III - Public DomainAs you read this article, Turkish forces are massing along the border with Syria, and the largest “military exercises” in the history of the Middle East are being held in northern Saudi Arabia.  The Saudis are publicly warning that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad “will be removed by force” if a political solution cannot be found, and Turkey is claiming that it may have to establish a “safe zone” in northern Syria “for humanitarian purposes”.  Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies have poured massive amounts of money and arms into the conflict in Syria, and now that their Sunni insurgents are on the verge of total defeat, they are trying to come up with a way to justify going in there and doing the job themselves.

For the Saudis, their focus is on trying to convince everyone that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is an extremely dangerous dictator that must be removed at all costs.  The following comes from the London Independent

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will be removed by force if the peace process fails, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister has said.

Bashar al-Assad will leave – have no doubt about it,” Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir told CNN. “He will either leave by a political process or he will be removed by force.”

Saudi Arabia has sent troops and fighter jets to a Turkish military base ahead of a possible ground invasion of Syria.

So precisely who will be doing the “removing” if force is necessary?

Are the Saudis ready to send in ground troops?

Apparently they are.  Just consider what Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir told CNN

Saudi Foreign Minister Jubeir made clear that his country’s troops would not go it alone.

I can tell you that there is some serious discussion going on with regards to looking at a ground component in Syria, because there has to be a possibility of taking and holding ground, that one cannot do from the air.

“We are saying we will participate within the U.S.-led coalition, should this coalition decide to send ground troops into Syria, that we are prepared to send special forces with those troops.”

But if the Saudis try to take Damascus and remove Assad by force, the Syrians and their allies will certainly fight back.  That means that the Saudis will be fighting Hezbollah, the Iranians and the Russians.

Needless to say, Saudi Arabia is going to need a lot of help to do that.

So that may explain why Saudi Arabia has organized the largest “military exercise” in the history of the Middle East.  CNN finally reported on this gigantic gathering of military forces in northern Saudi Arabia earlier today

Saudi Arabia launched a massive military exercise that will include troops from 20 nations, state media reported Monday.

The drill, dubbed North Thunder, involves Arab and Muslim countries, according to the Saudi Press Agency. It’s taking place in King Khalid Military City in northeastern Saudi Arabia.

The news agency did not provide much information on what the exercise entails but called it “the largest in the region’s history.” The agency said it will involve air, sea and land forces.

This is the list of nations that are reportedly participating in these “exercises” so far…

-Saudi Arabia

-United Arab Emirates

-the Maldives

-Comoro Islands

As I discussed yesterday, 350,000 soldiers, 20,000 tanks, 2,450 warplanes and 460 military helicopters are reportedly gathering for these “military exercises”.

To me, that seems to be a great deal of overkill if the goal is just “training”.

Here is more about these “exercises” from RT

The Saudi state agency made the announcement on Sunday, adding that participating troops will begin arriving in “the next few hours.”

The oil-rich nation described the exercises as “the largest and most important” military drills in the region’s history.

The so-called “Northern Thunder” exercise will take place in the north of the country and will include air, sea and land forces. SPA said that it will show that Riyadh and its allies “stand united in confronting all challenges and preserving peace and stability in the region.”

So are these forces massing for a ground invasion of Syria?

We shall see.

In the end, we probably won’t have to wait too long before we find out the answer.

Meanwhile, Turkish officials continue to assert that they may have to establish a “safe zone” for refugees in northern Syria.  Since thousands of refugees are continually pouring their direction, they claim that they have no other choice but to go in and take control of the situation.

In fact, Turkey has already established several very large refugee camps on the Syrian side of the border

Some 100,000 Syrian refugees are being looked after in camps inside Syria close to the Turkish border, including 35,000 who this month fled a Russian-backed regime offensive in northern Aleppo province, a top Turkish official said Friday.

Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan, whose country has come under increasing pressure to open its border to people fleeing the violence, said the refugees were being accommodated in nine camps just across the border with Syria.

But make no mistake – this is not just about helping refugees.

The truth is that ISIS has been using Turkey as a home base for years, and hundreds of millions of dollars of ISIS oil has been shipped into Turkey where it has then been sold to the rest of the world.  Barack Obama knows about all of this, and yet he has refused to do anything to stop it.

At this point the cooperation between ISIS and Turkey has become so obvious that even CNN is admitting that ISIS militants are being resupplied from Turkey…

To the east of Aleppo, Kurdish forces are, with American support, eyeing the remaining ISIS strongholds along the Turkish border — Jarablus and Manbij. The U.S. wants ISIS out, to remove its access to resupply of materiel and fighters from Turkey.

Meanwhile, Turkey, America’s NATO ally that is engaged in a brutal but often unseen war with the Kurds’ allies in Turkey’s southeast, doesn’t want the Kurds to advance, and may stop at nothing to prevent that.

Fortunately, the Russian bombing campaign has pretty much put an end to the endless parade of ISIS oil trucks that were entering Turkey, and now the primary supply line to Sunni militants in the strategically important city of Aleppo is about to be cut off.

The corridor that runs through the city of Azaz is vitally important, and the Prime Minister of Turkey recently insisted that the Turkish government “will not allow Azaz to fall”

Turkey shelled YPG positions for a third straight day on Monday to try to stop its fighters seizing Azaz, just 8 km from the border. Ankara fears the Kurdish militia, backed by Russia, is trying to secure the last stretch of around 100 km along the Syrian border not already under its control.

We will not allow Azaz to fall,” Davutoglu told reporters on his plane on the way to Ukraine. “If they approach again they will see the harshest reaction,” he said.

Unfortunately for the Turkish government, it appears that Azaz is already slipping away from the militants.  The following was reported by an Iranian news source

Ankara is likely to take action to counter the Syrian military and allied groups on choking up a supply link on which militants relied to get weapons and logistics.

Syrian troops and Lebanon’s Hezbollah fighters have retaken the town of Azaz, located to the northwest of Aleppo, prompting Saudi Arabia and Turkey to hint at deployment of ground forces to the region.

Asked if Ankara might act to reverse the gains, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu (seen below) said on Friday, “Wait for the next few days and you will have the answer,” Turkish paper Hurriyet reported.

Wait for the next few days and you will have the answer?

That sounds rather ominous.

Like I said yesterday, I don’t think that I have ever seen a scenario which was more likely to lead to World War III than the one that we are watching play out right now.

Do Saudi Arabia and Turkey actually expect to waltz into Syria and start taking territory without a response from the Syrians, Hezbollah, the Iranians and the Russians?

And if fighting does break out, how is the United States possibly going to stay out of it?

The truth is that Saudi Arabia and Turkey would never invade Syria in the first place without the express approval of the Obama administration.

The next couple of weeks are key.  If we can get into early March without an invasion, by that time Saudi Arabia and Turkey may have missed their window.  The troops gathered for the massive military exercise in northern Saudi Arabia will start to go home, and by then the Sunni militants remaining in Aleppo will probably be pretty much completely defeated.

But will Saudi Arabia and Turkey really be willing to walk away after pouring so much time, effort and money into the conflict in Syria?  They had dreamed of turning Syria into a full-blown Sunni nation, and if they give up now Syria will end up being dominated by Iran and Hezbollah.  It will be a result that is far worse than if they never tried to overthrow Assad in the first place.

So my gut feeling is telling me that Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies are not done in Syria.  But their obsession with that country threatens to plunge us into World War III, and if that happens the consequences will be felt by every man, woman and child on the entire planet.

Wow, I’ve never seen a series of trolls all replying one after another in flawless continuity. I still say they’re all the same person.

    • K2

So any one who has a different opinion than michael is automatically a troll?

      • ali

Yeah lol. That’s what these nut jobs think

      • K

No, but they are mostly easy to spot. Most times it will be a new name you have never seen before. They will always disagree with the article. They will offer no facts, or ,made up facts in their posting. They will often resort to name calling, to belittle other posters. Their main goal is to distract from the article. Usually by starting an arguement, and pushing more important comments to the back pages. And yes we have all been drawn into the occasional argument. While you will find certain posters, in every argument. So now K2, see any trolls?..

        • REALIST

You would make a great troll. You’ve got it down well.

        • K2

What makes you think they are made up facts and what makes you think their main goal is to distract?

As for name calling is see more name calling among people who agree with michael.

    • chilller

Florida snot is the culprit….No one will respond to his old name so he’s developing new ones…like a good psychopath will. Why do you think you don’t see him here now?

      • Enrique R. DéZuardí

The same was said about past years….

  • Heinrich van Rooi

There are so many helicopters , ground troops and warplanes. But why?Why a military excercise in the first? And why such a big force.?Something is weird.

  • Midwest Values

Biggest mistake for US to get involved. No more Americans getting killed in another senseless Middle East conflict.

    • elmcqueen3

Exactly…let these Muslims kill each other off…let us stay out of their stupid wars…hopefully the Russians will kick the s#it out of the Saudi’s…
remembering well it was Saudi terrorist who took down the twin towers in NYC…with which we found excuse to invade Afghanistan with the premise of kicking the Taliban’s butt while bringing democracy to those poor Afghan Muslim poppy growers…
When that didn’t prove all that effective we went looking for Sadam Hussein and his weapons of mass destruction and for his killing of innocent Kurds and those in opposition to his rule…
Meanwhile after the 9-11 terrorist attack in NYC Saudi’s Osama Bin Landen went into hiding in Pakistan…and the Saudi’s and the Bush’s have been best buddies ever since…and now we have the ISIS swarming the mid-east and the Saudi’s want to take out Syria’s President Assad…Go figure…what a story we can tell our grand children…”Mission Accomplished”.

      • REALIST

Who took down Building #7? Three buildings came down on 9/11

        • unix

LOL, go look at the video by a real blacksmith…you will learn a thing or two and as to your bs theory, it’s bunk, and you spread the lies…

          • Cowman777

LOL @ The blacksmith video. Are you that low in IQ with your inbred brain that you have to simply listen to what a guy says because you initially share his same view on the subject? The blacksmith show an example of a thin piece of steel being placed in extreme heat. A building has many columns of thick beams that are many stories high. On top of that many buildings in the past has had great fires which did not made them fall the way Building Seven did. So instead of just looking at a video of some jerk off while you salivate, so and actually do real research. Stupid inbred idiot.

          • unix

really now, so where is your proof asshat?

i dont have time for idiots like you, blow away

        • elmcqueen3

I don’t know?…you tell me…I haven’t seen any photo’s of building #7 falling down…even if it did maybe it just fell down from the impact of the twin towers hitting the ground…Again I don’t know anything about building #7…Sorry I can’t be of any help to you on this one as stated I have no clue.

      • Dion Benny

Saudi is but a pawn to Israel.

        • elmcqueen3

Sorry to disagree…but Jews and Muslims do not mix…they never have and never will.

          • Salarino

You know that until the creation of Israel in 1948 hundreds of thousands of Jews lived in the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa, and had since Biblical times. This includes the 1300 years under Muslim rule.

They have quite the long history together.

          • elmcqueen3

      • Cowman777

You are a stupid puppet. The United States is heavily involved in all of this because of the pipeline proposals that they are disagreeing on over there. Don’t be an inbred idiot.

        • elmcqueen3

Speak for yourself Mr. know it all…Your bullying offensive language portrays you as having a weak link in the thought process…of course the US is involved in all of this…We have backed the Saudi’s since day one even after their home based terrorist (15 of em) took down the two NYC world trade centers…Where have you been?…are you saying we should engage in another war over there all because of a fricken oil pipeline…since you are the one who some would define as the slobbering inbred idiot in regard to your post please tell me whose side are you on?…The Saudi’s or the Syrians?

    • billtheguy

I agree, America should sit this one out. Although, a guy with long dirty hair, wrapped in a towel with a nuclear weapon is not a good thing.

    • jaxon64

I have done some in-depth reading on this since I read this blog–some simple facts.
–Turkey has been building large troop deployments at the Syria border. The UN refugee council has confirmed that Turkey is using fake refugee tent cities to hide as many as 5,000 troops that have recently been deployed to the border.
–On the nay side, The military drill being run in Saudi Arabia is quite far away from Syria. It is in Northern SA however it is in the northeast, south of both Kuwait and Iraq at Hafar Al Batin. These troops would take a LONG time logistically to traverse the distance across the tough topography to reach Syria-AND they would have to pass through Iraq which could be a major issue.
–Syria did fly some jets, troops and armaments over to the Turkish buildup location.
–It appears that if any “invasion” of Syria is imminent, it will come from the Turkey/Syria border area, the fighting could be ugly and fierce but is less likely to evolve into a massive Middle East wide conflagration.–for now

    • SunnyFlaSnotress

I’m thinking that Assad isn’t an evil dictator so much as he’s a weak leader with an undermining backing therefore needing outside forces. I hope that he works out new levels of cooperation quickly.

      • natxlaw

A weak leader? Maybe, but let’s see you keep the peace with the world’s richest countries trying to depose you.

        • SunnyFlaSnotress

        This is from Wiki:

        Medicine: 1988–1994[edit]

In 1988, Assad graduated from medical school and began working as an army doctor in the biggest military hospital, “Tishrin”, on the outskirts of Damascus.[33][34] Four years later, he went to the United Kingdom to begin postgraduate training in ophthalmology at the Western Eye Hospital, part of the St Mary’s group of teaching hospitals in London.[35] Bashar at the time had few political aspirations.[36] His father had been grooming Bashar’s older brother Bassel as the future president.[37] Bashar, however, was recalled in 1994 to the Syrian Army, after Bassel’s death in a car accident.

No, PM’s will go down as speculators will flock out of them and into “war stocks” instead.

most likely it will be both as those who play in the markets will trfy and profit from war and death…and those masses who live in horror of such things will buy tangible assets and products.

What I do not see. Is the number of cargo vessels enroute, such a large exercise would require. So the question becomes. Is everything needed already there? If so this begins to sound less like an exercise. All i know. Is the logistics for such a large force would be massive. And maintaining them in the field, any length of time. Well, that is just about beyond, the abilities of the countries involved.

      Let em eat camel dung.

    • SunnyFlaSnotress

    • Hohohoho

      Just Michaels regular b.s

    • j2ashes

ww3 is not approaching, it is already here. it started in oct when russia entered syria and is developing everyday. ww2 lasted for seven years but with gods help, this war will end faster and god will summon christ (messiah). this is just another push to inflame this war and make it global. there is war everywhere in the world now whether nation fighting other nations, refugees and illegal invasion that oppress indigenous populations, terrorism etc etc. the evildoers want to connect all these wars into one and force the armies and criminals and people to kill each other which is a fragment of their plan to kill out most of the world population and achieve their goals (whatever it is). all the ancient prophecies foretold this and is happening right now. remember that negative prophecies can also be negated. it is clear that 2/3rds of the world will be completely destroyed very soon (zechariah 13:8) we do not know exacty how this will play out but the world now is very wicked and decadent and full of filth and malice that it cannot go on like this anymore. in the end of this war and gog and magog, all the billions and billions of wicked will die out and the world will be cleaned and organized permanently. prepare for it.

      • 2ashes

I also forgot to mention that the evildoers have bunkers and shelters ready for themselves happen a tragedy occur. in america, there are bunkers with roads that all connect to each other like a network and it is a fact that they have them because they know something very tragic is going to occur. these bunkers are soo huge, you can put semi-trailers in them. there is food, electricity, entertainment, swimming pools, you name it. they have enough supplies and food to last them for a few years while the outside world suffers and dies. these bunkers are only for the elites to survive.

        • Dave Knapp

And when they finally come out, their fate will be the same as of us…they’ll just die later than everyone else….their delusion about depopulating the world so the remnant can serve them is just that: a delusion…they’ll find that out the hard way in the end…

        • Madamarcati

So what ? These same men and women are the ones who are personally responsible for the chaos they will be hiding from huddled together in the luxury bunkers. What, precisely will have changed when they reappear ? Everyone still alive will be able to mark them out immediately by their health and soft hands. They are so hubristic that they believe they can even cheat death. I agree with Dave that they will die, only later and probably alot more horribly than they could ever have imagined.

        • Evwill

That is true however the bible does prophecy that the ones in the bunkers will not escape. That they will call out to the rocks to save them from God’s wrath

      • REALIST

        Gee, you’re depressing.

      • elmcqueen3

It has just been announced (not publicly) that Saudi Arabia has amassed 350,000 troops with which to invade Syria…but she won’t do it alone…she has a coalition of a dozen mid east states who will join with her…The Russian are going to have to refrain from entering the war in the defense of Syria or join forces with Iran, Hezbolla, Syria and their sub-allies…If the US enters the fray it may be the beginning of a 3rd World War…No one will be safe…not even those of us who live in our homely castles.

      • I believe it started when the Fourth Reich (USSA):

        1. Orchestrated a coup in Ukraine
        2. Imposed Sanctions on Russia
        3. Conspired to crush oil prices to crush Russia economically.

      • Evwill

Yes indeed. With God ruling the earth as king. Praise Him

“Kings of the South”..a long list of nations but their alliance is just as foretold

  • greanfinisher .

A huge military force like that would hardly be there for purely military exercises. In fact, I might point out that virtually all of the countries involved are U.S. proxies. If such an invasion is planned, one can be quite sure that Turkey would not be an active participant since it is a NATO member.

  • 9% Ninja

Snoooozzeeee….. These idiots have been fighting for 1000’s of years; let ’em. Hell, give ’em nukes and let them glass the place over and over – finally get rid of the scourge over there.

WW3 around the corner? Not a slice of watermelon’s chance in Ozero’s hand.

Calm down folks, this will be a regional war where the US and Russia will proxy fight via these low IQ, uninformed muzloids in the name of Allaburgeropen24hours for 72 virgin goats waiting for them when they die.

You want the real hint? Invest in the military industrial complex as this skirmish is going to need lots and lots of equipment and boollleettss!!

  • DJohn1

Numbers do not always tell a true story.
How effective are these troops against trained professionals from Russia?
Our wisest move is to distance ourselves from the region until the winners come out of the smoke of war.
Then open diplomatic relations with the winners.
Let them fight each other, not us.
Most of the nations on that list, are they actually friends with us?
What kind of commitment has been made to them?
What happens if a major nation like Russia gets involved in a Civil War situation? Because the answer to that is the key to what we should do. Namely, mind our own business.
Who is Assad and what does he mean to us?
How can he provoke such a huge reaction against him?
Bush entangled us in the area. There was talk of impeachment even back then with Bush in charge. So why is impeachment off the table with Obama? They are making deals but are the deals in our favor?
Keeping Nuclear off the table is what we should be doing.

    • Gay Veteran

“…Who is Assad and what does he mean to us?
How can he provoke such a huge reaction against him?….”

Assad refused to allow a gas pipeline from Qatar to cross Syria on its way to Europe. It is all about controlling energy supplies.

“…It all started in 2009, when Qatar proposed to Damascus the construction of a pipeline from its own North Field – contiguous with the South Pars field, which belongs to Iran – traversing Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria all the way to Turkey, to supply the EU….”

      • DJohn1

Very good point. Assad is between them and their pipeline. What happens if he allows the pipeline. Does it all go away?
These people like Assad have a tiger by the tail and there is no good way out of that.
I see a lot of manipulation here but it is by the Saudi Arab regime. I think we need to back off supporting these people.
Our oil can come from South America. There is a huge field of oil in the ocean off of the Falklands. Needs development to work.
Without our business and the business from Europe the Arabs could go broke. Even though they are filthy rich right now.

        • Gay Veteran

neo-cons want hegemony over the world, Russia and China stand in the way of that

          • awb22

            neocons are the straw men

          • awb22

who are these neocons, statists like you?

  • jakartaman

I do not believe when push gets to shove Russia will want to get into a hot war with all these Arab nations. They have a very fragile economy and this would be catastrophic for them. Also Iran will step aside.
If I am wrong about Russia then all bets are off – To stop Syria from being taken – Russia would need to use tactical nukes – Now the world would get involved – especially Israel

The A-rabs don’t have a real Air Force. They don’t have bombers. They don’t have Satellite recon. Russia does.

All Russia has to do it strike from the air, over and over, cut the supply lines and camel feed lots and the war will be over in 24 hours.

Remember, this war will take place in Syria and move into Jordan and the Saudi camel pens. Russia only needs a few bombing runs to completely put Syria, Jordan and Saudi into darkness. Can the Saudi rulers go 1 week with NO OIL EXPORTS? Can they last 30 days with no electricity to the oil pumps at the ports?

Saudi produces NOTHING. If they don’t sell oil, they starve and their hot-headed unemployed and bored youths will riot. Game over.

Russia can strike these camel farms 24/7 but there is NO way these A-rabs can hit a single Russian installation. Very much like the US against Germany in 1944. We bombed them at will, but they couldn’t get us 8,000 miles away.

with all the evil you can see in the world and a lot more you can’t see, wrathful reaction is not tyranny but justice, which in His mercy He holds back from and dishes out in moderate doses. Someday its going to be not moderate.

It’s just a human nature and has nothing to do with God.

There is no salvation outside of Christ (Acts 4:12), and you cannot belong to Christ if you reject parts of His revelation and/or don’t adhere to His Church (St.Matthew. 28:20; St.Matthew. 18:17). That means you cannot belong to Christ if you reject the Papacy (St.Matthew.16:18-19) or the Eucharist (St.John 6:53) or Confession (St.John 20:23) or that justification is not by faith alone (St.James 2:24), etc. Non-Catholics who claim to follow Christ actually reject His teaching in many areas. They are thus not of Christ.

Please visit for critical information on the Traditional Catholic Faith which is necessary for salvation.

      • Evwill

Are you for real? Do you even know the prophesies about the catholic Church in the last days in revelations?
My last question is, have you received the holy spirit since you have believed? From your comment above, I doubt it

Catholicism is the only Biblical and historical Christian religion. If you visit the website i mentioned it refutes every aspect of Protestantism and tells you what the ‘Harlot of Babylon’ is.

Only St.Peter receives the Keys, Only St.Peter is prayed that his Faith fail not, Only St.Peter is told to Feed the Flock of Christ. As with every well-regulated society, the Church needed a visible head; Christ appointed St. Peter visible head of the Church. The city has its mayor, the state its governor, the nation its President. At the head of every government is a president or king. Even in the family, the father is the head. Every corporation has a head.

St.Luke 10:16 – whoever hears you, hears me. Whoever rejects you, rejects me.

You reject His Church, you reject Him

St. Ambrose (389): “Even the heretics appear to have Christ, for none of them denies the name of Christ; yet, anyone who does not confess all that pertains to Christ does in fact deny Christ.”

You need to humble yourself and submit to the Catholic Church. Outside of which there is no salvation.

Tobit 4:14 Never suffer pride to reign in thy mind, or in thy words: for from it all perdition took its beginning.

          • joe oberr

You speak of “salvation”. Question – salvation from what? Please, not personal opinion or a theologian’s opinion but what the Church teaches. Only what the Church teaches is true whereas theologians, scripture scholars, bishops and priests do not have the charism of infallibility (except, of course, for bishops when in union with the pope and that, btw, only occurs at particular moments in time as Pope Paul VI said).

          • infowolf1

the keys allow binding and loosing, which was given to the rest of the Apostles after they recognized exactly Who and what Jesus is, Peter was the first so got keys first. Not the only set just copies.

          • Holger Jahndel

@infowolf: Indeed. Jesus Christ gave the advise to preach his message and to baptize all people to THE APOSTLES. Not only to the one apostle St. Peter or PETRUS. And also other churches, like the oriental and orthodox churches of the east, are in succession of the apostles.
For Example Russian Orthodox Church or the Church of St. Thomas in India. The Pope made spiritual peace with the Russian Orthodox Church. And they found out, their theological positions are not that far different than they thought for a long time, same with other Eastern churches. The Holy Spirit also lives in them and does wonders.

          • LOYAL TO THE CROWN

You’re wrapped up in modernism and have no idea what you’re talking about.

Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum (#15) June 29, 1896: “No one, therefore, unless in communion with Peter can share in his authority, since it is absurd to imagine that he who is outside can command in the Church.”

The Oriental “Orthodox” are Monophysite heretics who were condemned and started after the Ecumenical council of Chalcedon.

There is ONLY ONE CHURCH, NOT OF HERETICS.

Those “churches” are heretical and no different than Protestant sects. There is only ONE Flock and ONE Shepherd.

You need to submit to the Chair of St.Peter, don’t end up in Hell like Core and his minions did for their schism against Moses (Numbers 26:10)

          • Holger Jahndel

            The Biblical facts are:

            – Jesus gave the advise to baptize and preach his name to all of the Apostles! Not only to St. Peter or Petrus!

            – The one who loved him most was St. John – he made holy St. Mary his adoptive mother at the cross in the New Testament of the bible! St. John stood there with Jesus brother Jakobus and the women – not St. Peter!

            – There were churches also in the tradition and after the foundation of St. John, for example the Pelagian iro-celtic Church in Britain or on the British isles! This was later subdued to Roman authority by force, but it was in the apostolic tradition of St. John originally, like other churches of the founders. The Orthodox and Orientalic churches of the East followed more St. Irenaeus of Lyon instead of St. Augustin, but they are in apostolic succession of the apostles and of Jeseus Christ according to the New Testament of the bible. There was not only apostle St. Peter!
Also see Duns Scotus Eriugena as great theologian and philosopher.

            – In India there are the St. Thomas Churches and Christians in the apostolic tradition of the apostle St. Thomas. Another example for an apostolic tradition not being Catholics in tradition of St. Peter or Petrus!

            – There are three very similiar quotes in the New testament of the bible about the question of Tolerance and acceptance among different Christian groups: These quotes are in 3 different gospels and should be taken seriously, because Jesus Christ three times makes the question clear. And biblical authority even stand above the bishops authority!
See for example Mk 9,38ff and read in the New testament of it.
            Read Mk 9, 38-42! Markus 9,38-41
            And read Lukas 9,49-50 Luke
This can be seen as the justification even for Protestants and Protestantism. The importance is the New Testament and the Trinity!
Bible can be interpreted and understood with the help of Logic and Ratio and Reason, Greek philosophers Logic with the laws of Logic you can find in the philosophys of Plato and Aristotle for example…St. Paul quoted a stoic philosopher about the divsine logos at the Areopag of Athen among the philosophers in the New Testament of the Bible, just read it yourself!

          • Holger Jahndel

            @Loyal to the crown:

The facts are: There are at least three quotes in the New testament about a stranger, who did wonders in Christs name and with the help of Christ.

And Christ told his apostles, not to hinder and disturb him.

Although he did not want to follow one of the 12 apostles!

That is the biblical FACT! No one can deny this teaching and message of Jesus Christ (who said I AM JHWH in the New testament of the bible)

himself. So there are Christians having Christ even outside the apostolic churches. And even the Roman catholic Church is one in succession of one of the legitimated 12 apostles of Jesus Christ. And the first of them was St. John, who loves Christ most. And there was the brother of Christ, St. Jacob.

Standing at the cruxifiction together with the women.

Jesus Christ himself made St. John an adoptive son (by law) of St. Mary, his mother, according to the New Testament of the bible and knwon Jewish law in these times. And there were churches in the Tradition of St. John and other apostles, and still are. For example the St. Thomas Christs in India.

Okay, so.. if the NWO gets all of the Middle East, then what? It’s not the kind of prize I’d relish after. It’s like competing for control of the scum of the Earth. But then I suppose the next move would be to have control of the Muslim hoards and lock up the oil.

The solution is the 2nd Amendment, as always. Governments can only do so much when the people are armed and the scumbag terrorists can only get so far with the people able to defend themselves.

What keeps crossing my mind is that all those Islamist/Arabs get together in Syria, and suddenly decide to turn South and try to take out Israel. The hatred of Israel is the one thing both Sunni and Shia agree on. The next couple of weeks will be exciting, to put it mildly.

I’ll bet Israel is supplying them with food, wine, women, Kosher Hot Dogs, etc. If Syria is taken down, that is better for Israel. They have been doing business with the Saudi family for decades.

The only ones that have been, as you say it, doing business with the House of Saud, for decades, is the Bush family.

    • watchmannonthewall

Those are also my thoughts on the issues, but related to events taking place in SA. Must be the first time a huge group of Arabs from various countries have ever come together in unity. Is it a fake towards Syria, a plan to pretend to go after Syria, but really an opportunity to talk, develop systems and strategies, to take out Israel?
We shall see. Misdirection is a common strategy in football and politics. It is more easlily recognized in football.

another twist to it is it could be a lure to draw turkey into the fray and abandon him then as a means to rid their leader from office since few are for him in reality.
Some say the EU’s money, 3 billion was meant for him personally and to take it and step down, which he refused, also the UN say’s to turkey to stop shelling and nato say’s to turkey to are they being set up?
who knows but time will show more.

in ezek 38 war (which is not now but later) sheba and dedan (saudiarabia) are still around to complain and say-have you come to take spoil, while some say gomer is eastern tribes of turkey-then aligned with the magog alliance..but the current leader wouldn’t align with magog alliance nor allow parts of his country to align with them, the current leader won’t even allow kurds to have land in syria let alone allow eastern turkish interests to join with the magog alliance, so is he gone by the time ezek’s war happens? And does he even have to be gone, maybe severally weakened by then?

The Russian variable is the most important in the equation. Russia has the experience and reputation of making blank slates, by exterminating all opposition. Ezekiel 38:
Prophecy about Gog and Future Invasion of Israel

    1 The army
    8 and malice of Gog
    14 God’s judgment against him
1, ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2, Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief1 prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,
3, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
4, And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
5, Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya2 with them; all of them with shield and helmet:
6, Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
7, Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
8, After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.
9, Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.
10, Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think3 an evil thought:
11, And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely,4 all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
12, To take5 a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst6 of the land.
13, Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?
14, ¶ Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?
15, And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:
16, And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
17, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by7 my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
18, And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face.
    19, For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
20, So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep8 places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
21, And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man’s sword shall be against his brother.
22, And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
23, Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.
This is the war of wars.

Michael, just wondering if you could dig into the reasons WHY the U.S. has been so desperate to oust Assad. I’ve heard reasons like, Assad bucked the Dollar and the U.S. Govt wanted them to bow like Iraq and Afghanistan, but it’s couched in humanitarian reasons. If the U.S. Govt had left Syria, a sovereign nation alone, we wouldn’t be facing this war. But it all seems all to be rooted in oil or drug money back to the big banks. And Deutsche Bank is in deep trouble presently. All wars are Bankers Wars.

  • Dabron

In some ways, I hope Assad prevails. If Saudi and company takes over Syria and its army, how long before they realize that they woud now have an army that could try and take Isreal to “free the Palistinians”?…. Just an interesting idea to throw into this discussion 🙂

All this is the works of the USA and Israel. They set up dumb nations to weaken their enemies, and then in the end they come in and finish them off. Except this time the end belongs to Russia and Russia alone…

      Russia is weak.

        Europe is even weaker.

Has anybody actually looked at the facts? KSA has only 600 tanks. Where did the other 19,000 come from? The Maldives & Mauritius?
KSA has approx 400 war planes. Where did the other 2000 come from? Djibouti or Chad? There may be an operation going on but 350,000 troops is the entire combined forces of KSA. Who is then left fighting in Yemen? Figures are highly exaggerated much like how Saddam Hussein promised the mother of all battles before running away. Think of the massive planning and logistics needed to transport the masses of equipment and troops. One doesn’t organize this over a 3 day weekend. Think people think! Think criticaly about what you are reading. it is hyperbole from the Saudis. Not world war 3.

You were wrong in your assessment that Jews and Muslims don’t mix. They have repeatedly and will almost certainly again.

your own sins including states of mind that lead to them, alienation from God and even addiction to states of mind and objects you think of as God, and from the wrath of God both visited on the earth if in your lifetime (raptured or caught up out of the way of the justice revenge against the antichrist for the tribulation he will do) and at the Last Judgement when all are resurrected and given immortal indestructible physical bodies, in which they will spend the rest of forever in conditions of varying unpleasantness or blessedness depending on their relationship if any to God through Jesus Christ and their works.

Erdogan has no support either from his own Army, Turkish people or from the opposition to go to war with Russia. My best bet will be Erdogan and his family will be wiped out the moment Turkey start invading Syria. Same will happen to Saudi and other Gulf monarchies.
This is the 21st century hybrid wars and you don’t need million soldiers to topple Governments but just need few suicide bombers, drones, cruise missiles or few snipers.

    @Loyal to the crown:

    1) Even in the middle ages, when at some times it was in parts of Europe forbidden to read the OLD testament alone without a clergyman, it was never forbidden to read and to interprete the NEW TESTAMENT for spiritual purposes. The New Testament of the bible stands higher in rank (higher) than the old testament and Jesus Christs message interprets the old testament in a new way, although Christians are still bound to the 10 commandments and the mosaic law is still a moralic guide, although Christians are free in CHRIST from the old law of the old testament and not bound by mosaic law word for word any more.

    2) You can prove, there are parts of the bible using Greek philosophy.
Even in the Old Testament you can find Pythagorean number mystic and Pythagoreen philosophie, also see the Greek SEPTUAGINTA as part of the bible written in Greek language and see the books of the Wisdom of Salomo or the literature of Wisdom as Salomonic Wisdom and Greek philosophy of the hellenic Jewish Diaspora in the City of Alexandria in Egypt. See SOPHIA in Greek or CHAKHEMA and CHOKHMA in Hebrew. The “Spirit of Wisdom” in the New Testament.

So you can interprete bible by pure LOGIC. Also the Apostle St. Paul used The Greem term LOGOS of the Stoicism and philosophers of Greek Stoa in the New Testament of the bible at the Areopag in Athen. The divine “Logos” of the Stoic philosophy is the same level as the Chinese TAO and the Indian Brahman, the law and psychic astral soul of the world, were the Greeks got their laws of LOGIC from. It is a universal term and universal law with universal cosmic meaning. The laws of this LOGOS, for example in mathemathic and LOGIC, are universal. You can understand the bible with this philosophical help, like the PATRISTIK and Patricism of the early church and later Clemens of Alexandria and Origines and Irenaeus of Lyon and Marsilio Ficino and Nikolaus of Kues/Cues, also called “Cusanus”, did it. It leads to the platonic interpretation of the bible, the spiritual interpretation with the help of spiritual Greek philosophy St. Paul uses on the Areopag in Athen at the philosophers. St. Paul also wrote about BODY and SOUL and SPIRIT, in a platonic sense and with the help of Greek Philosophy.
Even St. Augustin used the Greek Philosophy and also St. Thomas did. There is a LOGICAL way to understand the bible with the Help of Greek LOGIC, because the laws of Logic are taken from the divine LOGOS being the soul of the world and the law of the world, also the law of nature and life and the Greek 5 Elements, the spiritual astral Limbus, being the level of Soul or Psyche and Character, and known in every culture, ANIMA MUNDI in the Philosophy of the Renaissance, see Marsilio Ficino and Nikolaus of Kues of CUSANUS . Also Duns Scotus Eriugena and others.

    3) The New Testament of the bible uses platonic LOGOS philosophy of the Greek philosopher Plato. See St. John and the Gospel of John and see St. Paul and his letters. Also read the Book of Enoch or the book of Henoch about the Trinity if you like. It is quoted in the bible by St. Paul in the letter of Judas and so belongs to Christian Catholic Canon also of the Catholic Curch. The Catholic Church allowed to pray together also with other Confessions like the Protestants or the Orthodox Church. The only rule is, that they should set the New Testament higher than the old testament of the original bible, and they have to accept Trinity to be real Christians. They should not fake the bible like the Zeugen Jehovas with their fraud interpretations and ideologic misstakes in their Neue Welt translation of the bible and their denying of the proven Trinity and the Greek parts of the bible, for example in the Septuaginta of the old testament. And they should not think, the old Testament of the bible is equal in importance or even higher than the New Testament of the bible. Like many of the Calvinists and the Puritans and Zwinglianer do it, unfortunately. The 10 commandments in the old testament are still law for Christians, big parts of the old mosaic law are not any more. And of course, there are quotes in the New Testament even justifying protestant Charismatics if they have the holy spirit, proven by wonders and miracles and spiritual abilitys give by the holy spirit.
Like to Protestant Charismatics and Baptists and some Evangelical Christians, setting the New Testament in importance higher than the old testament. Like the Adventists and Adventism and charismatic churches. The evangelical and protestant churches of Pentecost and Whitsun or Whitsuntid can be accepted as real Christians, as long as they are true to the bible and live accoding to the New Testament and the 10 commandments and accept the divine trinity and have the Holy Spirit, proven by Charisms and deeds of wonder.

Also see the Bible quotes about the unknown man doing wonders in Jesus Christs name without being one of the apostles of Jesus Christ in the New Testament of the bible. You can find it 2 or 3 times in the New Testament of the bible. Jesus Christ himself ACCEPTED different Christian groups and sended them his spirit an spiritual powers against demons and so on. Read it in the bible. It is true.

    (1 Kor 14,1 EU).

Markus 9, 33-50 – Gospel of Marcus in the New Testament of the bible, the Gospel of Marc or Markus, the Evangelist St.Marc or St. Mark or St. Markus

And do not forget: Jesus Christ gave the command to do mission and preach his name to every one of the 12 apostles!
    NOT only to St. Petrus!
And also the oriental and orthodox Churches of the East belong to the apostolic churches and are in direct succession of the apostles!
They are suceeding Jesus Christ and succeeded also the other apostles. For example also the church of the apostle St. Thomas in India. The pope also made peace with the Orthodox church of Russia some days or weeks before today. Also this is one church following the apostles, like the Greek othodox church and others.

In the New Testament, Jesus Christ made, while hangig at the cross, according to Jewish law in this time when Christ had lived and according to the New Testament of the bible St. Mary the mother of the apostle St. John. So holy Mary become mother of the early church. And it were the two apostles St. John and St. Jacob standing at the cross, while Jesus Christ hung there and died, together with his mother, the holy St. Mary, and St. John according to the New Testament of the bible was the apostle who loved Jesus Christ most and understood him best and so was loved mostly by god.
All these things stand in the New Testament of the bible and can be found out and interpreted by logic and with the help of good will. And god of course. Also the Greek knew Logic and also the philosopher Plato found out something important about god and teached it and so was quoted with his Logos term and teaching in the Gospel of St. John and by St. Paul in the bible. Also the Platonic LOGOS, the word of god or Jesus Christ, in this sense is universal and can be called the cosmic law, universal also on the common spirituel level of universe and mankind. In a platonic sense of Philosophy. A philosophy also the Greek Philosophers knew and could understand. Because is was LOGIC. Rational. According to the LOGOS. Universal. Also on the spiritual level of spirit. Divine!
