America’s Bubble Economy Is Going To Become An Economic Black Hole

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

Black HoleWhat is going to happen when the greatest economic bubble in the history of the world pops?  The mainstream media never talks about that.  They are much too busy covering the latest dogfights in Washington and what Justin Bieber has been up to.  And most Americans seem to think that if the Dow keeps setting new all-time highs that everything must be okay.  Sadly, that is not the case at all.  Right now, the U.S. economy is exhibiting all of the classic symptoms of a bubble economy.  You can see this when you step back and take a longer-term view of things.  Over the past decade, we have added more than 10 trillion dollars to the national debt.  But most Americans have shown very little concern as the balance on our national credit card has soared from 6 trillion dollars to nearly 17 trillion dollars.  Meanwhile, Wall Street has been transformed into the biggest casino on the planet, and much of the new money that the Federal Reserve has been recklessly printing up has gone into stocks.  But the Dow does not keep setting new records because the underlying economic fundamentals are good.  Rather, the reckless euphoria that we are seeing in the financial markets right now reminds me very much of 1929.  Margin debt is absolutely soaring, and every time that happens a crash rapidly follows.  But this time when a crash happens it could very well be unlike anything that we have ever seen before.  The top 25 U.S. banks have more than 212 trillion dollars of exposure to derivatives combined, and when that house of cards comes crashing down there is no way that anyone will be able to prop it back up.  After all, U.S. GDP for an entire year is only a bit more than 15 trillion dollars.

But most Americans are only focused on the short-term because the mainstream media is only focused on the short-term.  Things are good this week and things were good last week, so there is nothing to worry about, right?

Unfortunately, economic reality is not going to change even if all of us try to ignore it.  Those that are willing to take an honest look at what is coming down the road are very troubled.  For example, Bill Gross of PIMCO says that his firm sees “bubbles everywhere”…

We see bubbles everywhere, and that is not to be dramatic and not to suggest they will pop immediately. I just suggested in the bond market with a bubble in treasuries and bubble in narrow credit spreads and high-yield prices, that perhaps there is a significant distortion there. Having said that, it suggests that as long as the FED and Bank of Japan and other Central Banks keep writing checks and do not withdraw, then the bubble can be supported as in blowing bubbles. They are blowing bubbles. When that stops there will be repercussions.

And unfortunately, it is not just the United States that has a bubble economy.  In fact, the gigantic financial bubble over in Japan may burst before our own financial bubble does.  The following is from a recent article by Graham Summers

First and foremost, Japan is the second largest bond market in the world. If Japan’s sovereign bonds continue to fall, pushing rates higher, then there has been a tectonic shift in the global financial system. Remember the impact that Greece had on asset prices? Greece’s bond market is less than 3% of Japan’s in size.

For multiple decades, Japanese bonds have been considered “risk free.” As a result of this, investors have been willing to lend money to Japan at extremely low rates. This has allowed Japan’s economy, the second largest in the world, to putter along marginally.

So if Japanese bonds begin to implode, this means that:

1)   The second largest bond market in the world is entering a bear market (along with commensurate liquidations and redemptions by institutional investors around the globe).

2)   The second largest economy in the world will collapse (along with the impact on global exports).

Both of these are truly epic problems for the financial system.

And of course the entire global financial system is a giant bundle of debt, risk and leverage at this point.  We have never seen anything like this in world history.  When you step back and take a good, hard look at the numbers, they truly are staggering.  The following statistics are from one of my previous articles entitled “Why Is The World Economy Doomed? The Global Financial Pyramid Scheme By The Numbers“…

$70,000,000,000,000 – The approximate size of total world GDP.

$190,000,000,000,000 – The approximate size of the total amount of debt in the entire world.  It has nearly doubled in size over the past decade.

$212,525,587,000,000 – According to the U.S. government, this is the notional value of the derivatives that are being held by the top 25 banks in the United States.  But those banks only have total assets of about 8.9 trillion dollars combined.  In other words, the exposure of our largest banks to derivatives outweighs their total assets by a ratio of about 24 to 1.

$600,000,000,000,000 to $1,500,000,000,000,000 – The estimates of the total notional value of all global derivatives generally fall within this range.  At the high end of the range, the ratio of derivatives to global GDP is more than 21 to 1.

The financial meltdown that happened back in 2008 should have been a wake up call for the nations of the world.  They should have corrected the mistakes that happened so that nothing like that would ever happen again.  Unfortunately, nothing was fixed.  Instead, our politicians and the central bankers became obsessed with reinflating the system.  They piled up even more debt, recklessly printed tons of money and kicked the can down the road for a few years.  In the process, they made our long-term problems even worse.  The following is a recent quote from John Williams of

The economic and systemic solvency crises of the last eight years continue. There never was an actual recovery following the economic downturn that began in 2006 and collapsed into 2008 and 2009. What followed was a protracted period of business stagnation that began to turn down anew in second- and third-quarter 2012. The official recovery seen in GDP has been a statistical illusion generated by the use of understated inflation in calculating key economic series (see Public Comment on Inflation). Nonetheless, given the nature of official reporting, the renewed downturn likely will gain recognition as the second-dip in a double- or multiple-dip recession.

What continues to unfold in the systemic and economic crises is just an ongoing part of the 2008 turmoil. All the extraordinary actions and interventions bought a little time, but they did not resolve the various crises. That the crises continue can be seen in deteriorating economic activity and in the panicked actions by the Federal Reserve, where it proactively is monetizing U.S. Treasury debt at a pace suggestive of a Treasury that is unable to borrow otherwise.

And there are already lots of signs that the next economic downturn is rapidly approaching.

For example, corporate revenues are falling at Wal-Mart, Proctor and Gamble, Starbucks, AT&T, Safeway, American Express and IBM.

Would revenues at Wal-Mart be falling if the economy was getting better?

U.S. jobless claims hit a six week high last week.  We aren’t in the danger zone yet, but once they hit 400,000 that will be a major red flag.

And even though we are still in the “good times” relatively speaking, the federal government is already talking about tightening welfare programs.  In fact, there are proposals in Congress right now to make significant cuts to the food stamp program.

If food stamps and other welfare programs get cut, that is going to make a lot of people very, very angry.  And that anger and frustration will get even worse when the next economic downturn strikes and millions of people start losing their jobs and their homes.

What we are witnessing right now is the calm before the storm.  Let us hope that it lasts for as long as possible so that we can have more time to prepare.

Unfortunately, this bubble of false hope will not last forever.  At some point it will end, and then the pain will begin.

Just Look at the Game Show Prizes, some contestants are becoming millionaires . Everyone is YouTubing trying to get the next Viral Video .

Welcome to the New Work Force !!!

PS. Bloomberg say not to go to college if you grades aren’t good enough. MR. BLOOM your wrong some people developed in their later school Years . I was so so in high School, But excelled In College .

    the end…

    • Rodster

I actually agreed with Bloomberg regarding College and that’s a first for me. The are no longer good paying jobs. Why go into debt and can’t find a good job. Most go to college to party not to learn and if they major in something it probably doesn’t translate well to a good paying job.

I grew up in the 70’s and went to a Voc-Tech HS back when people were pushed to learning a trade. I did and now i’m self employed because I used those skills to better myself.

It sounds like college triggered the seriousness of the moment in life for you. That’s great but most kids going to college today are majoring in stuff that when they graduate there are no good jobs.

So I hate to say it but I agree with Bloomberg as much as I dislike the little weasel. Learning a skill as a plumber, electrician, those can turn into good paying jobs.

I’m not disagreeing with you because college worked for you just saying Bloomberg does have a point.

      • markthetruth

Plumber and electricians now use Mexican’s to do most of the work and double check the job before they need the Inspection. And they do the Last Connection to the Live Voltage So the Licensed owner only makes good money. I see it when they are building houses.

        the end…

        • Matteo

Funny how the vo-tech grad writes so much more coherently than the supposed college graduate. Perhaps a mere high school diploma was worth more in the 1970s than some “college degrees” are now, underscoring Bloomy’s point.

          • markthetruth

Then you should know that vocational school’s Cost a Good Buck too and don’t Guarantee that you pass the electrical exam .

            the end…

          • Makati1

Now, the first 2 years of college cover what used to be part of the high school curriculum when I went in the 50s and 60s. And what I see getting that BA or BS is only slightly educated. Most could not write an ‘A’ paper if their lives depended on it. And A BA is worthless today. It might get you a job at McDonalds. A masters in a science is the door opener today to be followed by a PhD if you want to progress.

Otherwise, a skill or trade is best and will be worth more over a life time than any college course. Especially in the coming years.

          • markthetruth

You can take CLEP test and skip to the next Year if your Determined to Graduate Early. Most Colleges are about Sport’s and Not about Academics anymore.

            the end…

        • Joe Kleinkamp

The trick is to study the codes, take the tests and be the guy with the license. Then you can pay unskilled labor to drill holes in studs, pull wire etc.

      • PanzerMeyer

“So I hate to say it but I agree with Bloomberg as much as I dislike the little weasel”….
Lol, or you can call him the little Jewish Hitler!

        • markthetruth

Here we Go again ! If we start dividing the population by A,B,C,D Grades we are now going back in Time to Discrimination. There a Book Smart People who can’t Figure out a way to put staples in a Stapler . They can memorize but have no Common Sense . Just because you don’t get the best grades doesn’t mean your can’t succeed(as long as they can read) . But to tell people to give up !!! to me doesn’t sound good. Instead stop ripping the students off !

          the end…

  • markthetruth

Does anyone have children that do Chores anymore,i never see any kids doing any Yard Work anymore. They have no scene of responsibility. How are they going to work in a structured environment.

    the end…

    • MeMadMax

I make my kids pick up their toys and what not, they’re not quite old enough for yard work but they are getting there…. My wife won’t touch it, she picks up after them everywhere. I don’t understand how this mentality started but it was before I came along. I think it starts with where the parents grew up at and works its way up from there. I grew up in montana, my wife in a city, so yea…

    • Mustard Seed

Yes, we live on a small farm, and our kids (ages 7-19) take care of all the animals. They also help with the garden, harvesting food, yard work, and firewood. Lots of families we know basically live the same lifestyle we do. There are lots of good kids out there in the world who want to work and be productive in their communities.

      • markthetruth

If they are not Spoiled by their parent’s that feel guilty that their not for them . Then they turn into brats when they don’t get what they ask for.
Farm life is a little different , they are taught from a young age as part (like learning a second language) The parent’s Farm is their job and the children become part of it.

        the end…

      • Unfortunately, they’re outnumbered by liberals.

    • TX4Life

We had neighbors that were horrified that our 11 year old daughter split wood and our 8 year old son mowed the yard. They acted as if we were guilty of child abuse. Even so, it’s still very hard for our kids to be motivated to work when 99% of kids do no chores or work at all.

      • markthetruth

Hope she’s wearing all the right protective gear Hand or Machine Splitting wood could be dangerous.

        the end…

    • TooLittleTooLate

Yes but, all of us here are considered, “fringe”. LOL
I also live on a small farm and raise animals. I have 9 and 12 year old boys. They feed the animals and whatever else I come up with to help with the place. They are limited to about an hour every two weeks on the video game machine and, internet is strickly limited to supervision.
They both know how to turn a screwdriver and use a hammer and, fun to them is throwing rocks into the creek or poking bugs with a stick.
The older one helps with push mower trimming and with the weed eater.
Not everyone uses the internet and video games as a baby sitter but, I know that most families do… either because they’re trying to just keep their heads above water or, they just don’t care… and child rearing isn’t on the priority list.

    • TooLittleTooLate

The other thing I’ve noticed about child rearing is that when you administer a, “proper” spanking… you don’t have to do it often.

      • Mustard Seed

LOL. That’s what my mother used to say. And know who their friends are.

    • Bad Kitty Cat

It is hard nowdays, especially in the city! All the kid jobs (papers, snow shovellin and babysitting) are done by adults, and often require only adults. There is not enough around to teach kids skills; society wants them to only play. We are getting better (my kids have gardening responsibilities, and are doing them), but it really is tough when society is against it!

      • markthetruth

I believe the issue with Society wants our kids to play, is it not the Play they need ,we used to leave the house and say See You For Dinner. Go out and Play and make up all kinds of games and entertain ourselves without our Parents worrying. With the evil people now we Guard our Children even in our own backyard. There stuck Playing inside and on video games.
        Because of the Theat !!!

Our Society has ruin the act of our children to enjoy the Freedom of playing with their friends and walk or ride the neighborhood.
and use their Imagination to create games, idea’s ,modify their bike ext.

        the end

    • You should see how fast robots are developing. Classic hominiform Science-Fiction style robots will appear in homes by 2030. Clones should follow suit by 2040.

      And then?

    • I agree, when life gets hard for them, they just take drugs and get behind a wheel of a car and murder others because life was not fair to them.

    • Bill Brasky

Yep, this is all the kids fault that we are in this mess, huh? Stop being jealous and grow up.

      • markthetruth

That not the message ! It’s that they have no sense of Respon sibility and Don’t know what work is anymore, it’s not like TV , so they are going are not going to Handle being told how to do Something . I already Hear and See it happening and our next generation is in for a Rude Awaking.

Agree that the economy will burst soon. There is someone named Jesse Colombo his website is all about all the various bubbles. If you haven’t checked him out yet I would urge you to.

    • MichaelfromTheEconomicCollapse

What is the address of the site?

    the end…

  • K

Michael you are correct, it can not continue like this. But let me add a couple of fun facts. Under new psychiatric guidelines prepping is now considered an obsessive disorder. Obama has signed an executive order banning import of mil-surplus weapons, parts, and ammo. Since almost all foreign suppliers, produce weapons for their own military. I suspect almost everything will be mil-surplus. I believe it is posted under ATF in the federal registry, and will go into affect in 30 days.

    • MichaelfromTheEconomicCollapse

Yes, that is very frightening. Obama seems determined to come after guns any way that he can.

      • MeMadMax

It’s impossible, he won’t be able to take guns. But just in case, I learned how to build my own. It’s easy and I encourage anyone who are proficient enough to change the spark plug wires in their car to at least look at the material.

        • Patriot

I keep hearing ” It’s impossible” referring to government gun grabbing.

No, it is not impossible as long as people sit back and do nothing and allow their freedoms to be taken, one small step at a time.
Look at NY and CT with the recent ridiculous bans on magazine capacity, and forced registration of large capacity. Magazines and ” assault rifles”

If no one has made a stink and say NO MORE!!! The gubberment will continue their disarming agenda

          • K

It seems the plan for now is severely limit parts and ammo. At the same time, have anyone they choose, declared mentally unfit. Already happening in the Veterans community. DSM-5 allows almost anything to be considered a mental disability.

          • MeMadMax

Ok, lets say, theoretically, that a gun ban somehow made it thru all the courts and challenges, etc, etc and was to go into effect TOMMORROW. Now this is just theoretical of course but this is what more than likely will happen: Half of the gun owners will give up their guns, WILLINGLY. As obscene and upside-down this sounds we know that this can happen because of those little pilot programs that the gov’ment did where they traded guns for cash. Alot of people did it… Now on the flip side, the people that keep their guns will obviously hide them or take steps to keep them from being confiscated, this brings up another thing: It would take a army of agents to go door to door to get the guns, a operation that would take YEARS, its not something that would happen overnight. Speaking of overnight, a black market would open literally overnight, and the mexicans would start sending guns along with their bales of dope over the border… So, the shear size of just banning guns is unenforcable… It’s impossible. There’s enough guns here for every man woman and child in this country, and I am willing to bet that the gov’ment would only be able to grab MAYBE an eighth of that or around 250,000 guns, simply because the gov’ment is just plain inefficient… They can’t do anything right, or fast for that matter. Also, along with the mexicans bringing in guns you will have people building them, like me for example =D. So relax, it will be a long, dragged out ideology fight, but in the end, WE WILL WIN.

      • K

Can you believe they are rioting in Sweden?

      • xander cross

Hey, Michael. You should do an article about that new movie named The Purge. Is that a glimpse about the future of America?

      • kfilly

Obama and other statists in gubernment want to get guns off of the street so that they can initiate their full blown tyranny. It is a lot easier for an armed gubernment to control peasants who are only able to throw rocks in protest. We as Americans have allowed our gubernment to get out of hand. It is my belief that this has been a hundred year war against the American people. The encroachments on our way of life have been done slowly and over the course of generations so that people paid little attention to what has happened. This economic collapse is being intentionally perpetrated against we the people. Any politician that does not protest the Federal Reserve Bank is a traitor to the Republic, and deserves to be punished accordingly. The Federal Reserve is waging economic warfare on the American people. It is keeping interest rates low (crushing savers and creating personal debt) and printing money (causing inflation). The gubernment is helping the Federal Reserve wherever it can. It is imposing stifling regulations like Obamacare, internet tax (Not yet passed by House), and keeping US Mexican border unsecured. I believe all of these things were meant to cause our economy to collapse. Obamacare has the following aspects of evil associated with it: gubernment can access bank accounts, gubernment can access health records, and I believe it is designed to fail which will lead to an outcry for a gubernment run system. Another thing I noticed about our gubernment is that they are really piling on the regulations to businesses. This absolutely crushes small businesses. I believe people running our gubernment are trying to fight for communism. The war on the middle class and on small business makes sense from this viewpoint. In communist societies, there is no private property ownership. The easiest way to strip people of their property is to drown them in debt and tax them into submission. I realize that everyone on this blog is here because they realize that something is amiss. I know a lot of people here are preppers. However, we should be working together to fight a common enemy. Our gubernment! United we stand divided we fall! As a society, we should not worry about debt (read on). Our Constitution states that Congress shall be responsible for printing and coining money. If Congress were to take on that responsibility again we would have debt free money. All we have to do is take off our imaginary debt shackles. We need to rise up against the traitors in our gubernment!

For those who do not believe this I want you to Google a few things.

        1) Who owns the Federal Reserve (skip the article by msn/nbc unless you want to puke)

        2) The Icelandic Revolution (if they can do it, we can do it)

        3) Who created Al Quada (We needed a bogey-man to turn our country into a police state/use as an excuse to invade other countries so that we could pilfer their resources)

        4) Operation Northwoods (to see how low our gubernment would stoop to try to get into a war)

    • Ayn Rand

New psychiatric guidelines? I am curious about this. Could you post the link?

      • Syrin

DSM-5. New psychiatric guidelines which will allow psychiatrists to label people experiencing everyday emotions as having a disease. They can then use this as justification to remove your guns, toss you in a FEMA camp because you may be a “threat” to people. They’ve essentially completely destroyed what little shred of legitimacy psychiatry had as a profession.

      • K

Syrin is correct google DSM-5. Can not leave links on this, for some reason.

    • Bad Kitty Cat

Oh my goodness! This is insulting to the rare few with REAL mental disorders.

    • Graham

DSM-V is clearly another NWO artefact full of mumbo jumbo. It’s a manual written by insane fruitcakes who anticipate a comeback and it proves how “they” think themselves. Not all, but probably most.

They then use magik to pin the symptoms on everybody else and that accelerates the Police State mentality and boosts Big Pharma profits by peddling utter garbage for human consumption.

Notice how much effort is being made to make “Zombie-ism” appear normal. Must be somewhere on the agenda since they are pushing it. Problem, Reaction, Solution.

Give them the chance and they will nail your kids as quickly as possible. Kids remain naturally “conscious” (major threat), they are also the future and therefore must be dealt with in any way possible (Ritalin etc).

ADHD is another scam. Check the statistics for that and Asthma too. How did society get this far without all the mind nonsense, mercury loaded vaccines and dangerous food and drink chemicals?

Ah, it’s called progress. In my book it aligns with the desire highlighted on the Georgia Guidestones and the crazy murals in Denver International Airport.

      • disqus_SaTBeWPr95

Zombie-ism is last stage training. Already through videogames war on terror, etc. Many have been taught that killing certain groups of human beings, is not only acceptable, but a good thing. Now with zombies. these are sick people. You have to kill them, before the sickness spreads. Even if they are people you know, it is a good and acceptable thing. You have always heard, the military is not big enough to take on the entire general public. As easily as many people are manipulated. Half the population in this Country, will be trying to kill the other half of the population. Because they are sick, or terrorists, or what ever reason they think will work. The military will only have to mop up the survivors.

  • Syrin

Really, the only question is when.

They will never cut food stamps. Liberals can’t win on issues, they have to buy votes, and that’s one of their main vote buying schemes. The more gov’t dependency the better. They ADVERTISE in Mexico for them to come across the border and get on welfare and food stamps. Face it liberals hate America, and are democrats first and foremost.

    • ian

liberals cant win on issues? say what? What issues exactly did conservatives run on besides rape and a womens uterus. Seriously?

      • Syrin

Correct, they can’t win on issues. Obamacare, debt, taxes, deficits, unemployment, EVERYTHING. They fear monger, target individuals mercilessly, and AVOID issues while promising more gov’t dependency. See, you’re too dumb to remember that the repubs did NOT run on “rape and a womens uterus”. The grammatical errors alone in that are frightening to those of us who produce, but no it was YOU D bags who decided that taxpayers had to foot the bill for birth control for a woman in her mid 20’s making a 6 digit salary. Then you focused on that ad nauseum, and when the repubs responded that there is no way taxpayers should be saddled with yet another free gov’t give away by the dems to BUY more votes, you said it was an attack on women. You all are just disgusting parasites. Fleas are repulsed by your behavior. Not to worry, when it all comes crashing down, there will be a huge demand for people willing to live off someone else, right?

        • xander cross

Have you seen the latest new preview for the new American movie named “The Purge”. It promotes only 1% unemployment and yes, it coming to movie theaters. The movie is truly about tyrannical government and their solution to the economy.

          • Syrin

No, but I’ll definitely be looking for it now! Thanks for the heads up.

      • Jeremy

        1. Energy independence
        2. Tax reform
        3. Regulatory reform

        • Syrin

You are trying to be serious ?!?!?!!? Wow, this is like arguing about string theory with a 2nd grader.

Obama has decimated the energy sector which has succeeded in spite of him. By tax reform, I can only assume you mean tax HIKES because even HE admitted taxes were going up for EVERYONE, and they have, and regulatory reform, again I think you mean increases as Obamacare ALONE adds over 11,000 PAGES of new regulations. That ignores the EPA and IRS stunts and burdens.

NEXT !!! Seriously stopping banging your head against the keyboard. Liberals cannot win on issues.

    • Gay Veteran

I don’t recall “conservatives” ending food stamps. gee, wonder why? without food stamps there would be a revolution in this country.

  • Stezie

Even though the US is in a state of decline, it is still one of the world’s largest economies. If it fails, many others will go with it. So, those who cheer for America’s decline, especially in other countries, should be very cautious; chances are, they won’t be spared from this black hole’s inescapable gravitational pull.

    • Syrin

It’s not if, but when, and yes, we do indeed face GLOBAL economic collapse. But think about this. Once we go under, we will be seen as being vulnerable, and every sleeper cell will be activated, and China may get aggressive beyond internet attacks be it EMP or even homeland invasion.

      • Bad_Mr_Frosty

China is a complete paper tiger. They will face a revolution when their economy collapses. Even if they tried to go to war, they are bordered by Japan, Taiwan, India and Russia whereas the US is literally on the other side of the world.

      • TooLittleTooLate

It’s hard to know what China will do but, those in China that are running the show are in constant fear of revolution. Their economy will implode the second ours does… if not sooner. They will never take us down on purpose as it would mean that those running the show will be running from pitchforks…. if the world economies are in shambles, I’m not sure there would be anyone in control to start a war and if there were, how would it benefit them to attempt to pick a fight with the country with the best and most nuclear weapons. If anyone would start a war, it would probably be us. We have more resouces for war making than anyone else on the planet and would likely benefit by being the biggest bully on the block… if the economy is in shambles, just take what you want from the weak.

The media is generally one giant social engineering enterprise; programming the weak minded, indoctrinating the uneducated, and confusing the rest. The media now celebrates women over men, sports skills over mental acumen, and free money over work. The writing is on the wall. What else can we expect from a Nation that would elect Obama twice?

It’s obvious why straight en have to be severely “weakened”. It makes us almost powerless. All a part of the long term agenda.

Also, by massively promoting the gay agenda, that is a natural depopulation tactic in its own right. Folks need to wake up to this.

Will a gay couple in the near future be offered a corporately bred baby? This in fact might become the reality for straight couples too, once all their destructive chemicals really start to kick in. Are they trying To make the natural way next to impossible?

Keep a very close eye on the global control of food destruction and the massive growth Monsanto want. Research the cause of bizarre weather patterns too.

Is it all natural, considering the known patents of HAARP and the effects of microwave cell towers, which appear to have generators vastly larger than what would be required for cell phone usage.

Fact is that FED Chairman Bernanke has saved America economy from becoming a black hole in 2009.. In 2013, as the economy become more stable, we have seen projected budget deficit for 2014 and beyond to be much smaller. USA will definitely be the first country to turn around.

Wrong. It’s called “correction”. The term SHOULD be “Too big to bail out”. See, what you simpletons cannot grasp is that not only did nothing get fixed, the debt has escalated exponentially since your American Fuhrer took position, and now when the economy collapses, it has a longer way to fall.

The banks own us all and so the debt will never be cancelled. The end result will be a profound collapse.

    • The fact is that Bernanke is a thief and a criminal. Bernanke and his predecessor Greenspan have stolen nearly $10 TRILLION from savers over the past 13 years with their low and zero percent interest rates.

Moreover, Bernanke’s “quantitative easing” is the functional and moral equivalent of counterfeiting. It is nothing more than “trickle-up” economics – the big banks get free money from the Fed, use it to bid up asset prices such as stocks and commodities, and stick the little guy with the tab for the increased prices of food and gasoline.

Not so many years ago, the criminal penalty for those convicted of counterfeiting was DEATH.

      • rat28

You are completely wrong..Bernanke has saved our 401K, pension and retirement.. His policy of money printing has single handedly boost the stock and commodity market to record high ..even the dead horse housing market is showing strong revival. This has enable American to cash out more money and retire comfortably!

I’m of the belief that we are already in the economic collapse. The Fed is pumping money every day to keep up the facade that banks are continuing business as usual. Interest rates have been held down for four years. It’s all lipstick on a pig.

Every single day is a gift. We haven’t seen the worst yet, but it’s coming. It is just like one of those tornadoes ripping through Oklahoma. We
don’t realize how dangerously close the devastation is until it comes
barreling down right on top of us.

  • Blackhawk

A thief comes into a house always unannounced. The moment when mostly everybody will loose significantly will likely come very fast and without any visible signs.
Time is the key element therefore the further ahead in the future the moment of the breakdown is pushed, the bigger the losses inflicted would be.
The ones in denial of this are falling in two categories:
    1. The ones that hold interest in all this looting. (a very small number, we can call them the looters)
    2. The ones that are brainwashed by the first category into believing that things are improving and will eventually turn around soon. (those are a very big number and will be the ones to be looted)
Another key element is the difference between these two categories: the bigger the number of those to be looted results in higher rewards for a smaller number of looters.
Time is only widening the gap between these two categories for the benefit of the first and detriment of the latter.
    Food for thought!

The entrenched greed in our nation has constructed an economy designed to fail at the first sign of recovery. When It appears there is growth in real estate, property prices and taxes rise followed closely by the price of gas and oil. Whenever a company discovers a new technology capable of creating many jobs…it’s quickly shipped overseas.
If you ever read “Aftershock” by Weidemer, he describes what he calls ‘STEPS’, Science Technology Economy Political Society. He describes that Science develops a Technology which grows the Economy and is controlled by the Political process in order to benefit Society. Unfortunately for all us, greed has broken this process of growth generation before it gets to the Economy phase and is diverted out of the country. Since our gubermint does nothing to stop it, they are complicit by their inaction.

As we all enjoy the benefits of alternative news and information sources by true independents like Michael, what we really need now is an independent, alternative source for investigating the true source of who exactly is behind all if this, presenting hard facts and evidence to the people in venues just like this. Because we can trust no one else to give that evidence to to carry the message.

As for college many are now for profit diploma mills.
Many so called “graduates” learn very little applicable to the real world. Yes there are exceptions but that does not help the vast majority who have student loan debt and no job after graduating. You want to talk about bubbles? How about the student loan bubble and the sub prime car loan bubble. Those will be the first waves breaking on the shore of the US economic collapse.

  • Qwert

The problem is not that are not enough evidences that Obama
is not a social antiracist war enemy, bout the people dont want to see that.

Because many people want to be absolute liberal, atiracist,
anti anti semitism, international and want believe that the ms media, ms
science, ms history is independent. No matter how the personal or political
    price is.

e.g Manipulation is the strongest weapon in the world. If
people absolute want that one person is good equal that he does, he can do
    everything he wants.

Really everything. He colud kill the half world and the people would say, he rescued the half
    world from dying.

Obama e.g . Yes it was stupid from Mitt Romney to say that the least 47% who vote Obama equal
that de does are welfare bum.

But in one thing he said was right. At least 47% had voted him equal that
    he did.

If he had raised the national debt about ten times. They had
said Mc Cain had raised the national debt 12 times. If he had raised the
national debt about twenty times, they had said, Mc Cain had raised the
national debt about thirty times. And if he had raised the national debt about
100 times, they had said Mc Cain had raised the national debt about 120 times…

And with wars the same. If Obama had begun 10 new wars, they
had said, Mc Cain had begun, 20 new wars.
And if Obama had begun 100 new wars, they had said Mc cain had begun,
    120 new wars.

So equal how bad Obamas politics would had been , they had
said under a president Mc Cain it would had been worse.

So if many people want to see about ideological reasons that
a person or group is good equal that he or they do/does, they can do

And that the problem about the Blogs, they show many very
good objective arguments that Obama is not a social antiracist war opponent,
    but not ideological arguments.

But the best objective arguments doesn“t mind. They always
will find reasons why Obama is a good president.

E.G try only with objective arguments to persuade a person, that in a country B are
also beautiful countrys , who like the least 47% think about ideological
reasons that are only ugly pictures in country B, he will always see ugly
pictures, equal how beautiful pictures you show them.

Because the reasons are not objectice, but ideological.

So you must persuade him at first with ideological reasons,
so that he is ideological ready to
    change his attitude or opinion.

With Obama the same, if you dont want that Obama keeps a
full second term in office, you must people persuade with ideological arguments,
that Obama is not a sociall, antiracist, war opponent.

And that is only possible with ideological and not with
objective arguments, because they believe that about idelogical reasons and not
    about objective reasons.

    Ideological reasons for that are:

Because many people want to be about ideological reasons
absolute liberal, atiracist, anti anti semitism, international and want believe
that the ms media, ms science, ms history is independent. And this to very price , no matter how the personal or
    political price is.

You must persusade them witd ideological arguments that 2+2
    is always 4.

So if 2+2 is always 4, Obama would al least lose his job
    because of Libya.

Because the the constitution wants after original conception
of legacy that a president stops a war afer 90 days, if he doesn“t get the
    permission of the congress.

Obma begun with attacking Libya at March 2011, in July 2011,
the congress wanted that Obama stopped the unconstitution war in Libya and
Obama still attacked three monts longer, because he said it is not modern to
interpret the constitution original and after a modern constitution, the
president needs the permision of the UN and the Nato for a war and not the
    permission of the congress.

And so if 2+2 would be always 4, he had lost his job at
    latest July 2011.

Because with living constitution you, can interpret

The point is here – we owe a debt(s) that we can not possibly pay. That is to say,…

a monetary debt owed to each other for
for the sins committed against ourselves…
and a sin debt each of us accountable to God for.

Consider both for your survival plans.

People who are benefitting from the stockmarket now are the ones who stole all our money in the crash of 2008 and 2009. Anyone who believes the stock market is not manipulated by our imperialist regimen in Washington who in turn allows the Federal Reserve (to print money) to prop up the corporate giants/banks is fooling themselves. There was an article on yahoo today about how retirement funds are growing by leaps and bounds. When you consider what happened during the crash, most people are probably lucky to barely be able to regain what they lost if that. Most have lost total confidence because they just do not trust any of it any more especially when most of it is in the derivatives. Main stream media is controlled by the establishment and they have many gatekeepers to make sure the truth does not sneak in announced.

Other countries are already reducing pension payouts. The idea for many welfare programs and retirement programs is to standardize or make the same payment for all persons, regardless of total contribution.
It makes it easier to determine future cuts, reduces arguments about ‘they got more than me’ since everyone on programs get the same amount. Combining many welfare and help programs into one program allows the state to know who is on the programs, who should be kicked from them, reduces duplication and fraud, and allows reduction in overlapping staff from other removed programs.

    • piccadillybabe

Most kids who love and care about their families are more than happy to contribute to the health and well being of their family unit. In America, we think kids should have a “good childhood” without responsibilities. This just leaves them without a sense of belonging.
