Just Like Our Founders 241 Years Ago, We Need To Unashamedly Declare That Our Rights Come To Us From God

Why do we celebrate the 4th of July?  If you were to ask average people on the street this question, many of them would mumble something about “independence”, but the truth is that most Americans would not be able to tell you clearly why it is a holiday.  According to Wikipedia, the 4th of July “is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago on July 4, 1776.”  Unfortunately, most Americans have never read the Declaration of Independence, and if a similar document was authored today it would be banned from our public schools because it mentions God four times.  We have allowed the liberal elite to gain such a stranglehold over our society that even our most cherished founding principles have become politically incorrect.

If you ask most Americans to quote from the Declaration of Independence, almost everyone will give you something from this sentence…

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

This is one of the most famous sentences in the English language, but do most of us still proudly believe this?

And if you happen to be someone that does not believe in God, then where do your rights come from?

If they come from men, then men can take them away.  But if they come from God, then nobody can take them away.  This is a point that President Trump brought up in a major speech that he just delivered to a group of veterans

Since the signing of the Declaration of Independence 241 years ago, America always affirmed that liberty comes from our creator. Our rights are given to us by God, and no earthly force can ever take those rights away. That is why my administration is transferring power out of Washington and returning that power back where it belongs to the people,” Trump said.

“Our religious liberty is enshrined in the very first amendment in the Bill of Rights. The American founders invoked our creator four times in the Declaration of Independence,” said Trump. “Benjamin Franklin reminded his colleagues at the Constitutional Convention to begin by bowing their heads in prayer. Inscribed on our currency are the words: ‘In God We Trust.’”

It is so refreshing to hear a president talk like this, because these days most of our politicians are so careful to be politically-correct.  And I am not just talking about Democrats.  Many politicians that are supposedly “conservative” seem quite uncomfortable when matters of faith come up, and if you can get them to talk about God they usually want to switch topics as quickly as possible.

But in the old days, Republicans and Democrats both acknowledged the importance of faith in our society.  The following comes from an excellent article by Dr. Gary Scott Smith

Dwight Eisenhower insisted that the Founding Fathers “wrote their religious faith into our founding documents, stamped their trust in God upon our coins and currency, [and] put it squarely at the base of our institutions.” They strove to obey God’s commandments, live in freedom, and create a prosperous country. “The knowledge that God is the source of all power,” Eisenhower maintained, gave birth to and sustained America. Human dignity depended on the God-given rights that were “eloquently stated” in the Declaration of Independence.

Faith in Almighty God, John F. Kennedy contended, “was a dominant power in the lives of our Founding Fathers.” He urged Americans to “dwell upon the deep religious convictions of those who formed our nation.”

Ronald Reagan repeatedly stressed the religious commitments of the Founding Fathers, especially their contention that the United States would flourish only if its people acted morally. The founders, he declared, “believed faith in God was the key to our being a good people and America’s becoming a great nation.” Reagan regularly recounted how the founders, especially Washington, had relied on God in leading the nation. The Declaration of Independence, Reagan claimed, expressed America’s recognition of God’s power and authority. He noted that Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison all accentuated God’s providential guidance and the importance of prayer. The Founding Fathers ensured that Congress began each day with prayer, Reagan proclaimed, because they valued prayer so highly.

Of course in our day and time teens are actually being threatened with arrest for praying in school.

If we truly want to restore our Republic, we can’t throw out the principles and values that the Republic was founded upon.  The First Amendment guarantees that there will never be an official state church and that we will always get to worship God the way that we want, but there is absolutely nothing in there that says we must have a godless government.  On the contrary, our founders were more influenced by the Bible than any other book, and they quoted from it more than any other book.  Dr. Daniel L. Dreisbach is the author of “Reading the Bible with the Founding Fathers“, and I have used this quote from him previously, but I wanted to use it again here because it fits my point perfectly…

The founders, as I document in my new book “Reading the Bible with the Founding Fathers,” lived in a biblically literate society. Their many quotations from and allusions to both familiar and obscure biblical texts confirm that they knew the Bible from cover to cover. Biblical language and themes liberally seasoned their rhetoric. The phrases and intonations of the King James Bible, especially, influenced their written and spoken words. Its ideas shaped their habits of mind.

The Bible left its mark on their political culture. Legislative debates, pamphlets and political sermons of the age are replete with quotations from and allusions to the Bible. Following an extensive survey of American political literature from 1760 to 1805, political scientist Donald S. Lutz reported that the Bible was cited more frequently than any European writer or even any European school of thought, such as Enlightenment liberalism. Approximately one-third of all citations in the literature he surveyed were to the Bible. The book of Deuteronomy alone was the most frequently cited work, followed by Montesquieu’s “The Spirit of the Laws.” In fact, Deuteronomy was referenced nearly twice as often as Locke’s writings, and the Apostle Paul was mentioned about as frequently as Montesquieu.

The biggest reason why our federal government is such a mess today is because it has pushed God completely out of the picture.

So instead of defending life, our nation has murdered nearly 60 million children since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973.

Instead of defending liberty, the control freaks at the federal level are suffocating us with hundreds of thousands of laws, rules and regulations, and if you throw in the state and local levels, the number of laws, rules and regulations governing us is in the millions.

And instead of promoting the pursuit of happiness, all of us have to work several months each year just to pay the dozens of different taxes and fees that various levels of government impose on all of us.  But we don’t actually have to have such a system.  If we got rid of our debt-based financial system and went to a much smaller federal government, we could abolish the income tax, the IRS and the Federal Reserve.

Government is not the solution to our problems.

As Ronald Reagan once famously said, government is the problem.

If we work together, we can dismantle the monstrous federal bureaucracy that the liberal elite have spent decades constructing, and we can restore the Republic that our founders risked everything to establish.

It won’t be easy, but we can get there, and the first step is getting back to the principles and values that made America great in the first place.

It is time we all show some mutual respect for our selves and our America as we celebrate our most important day. Perhaps if we agree that we must all answer to someone, respect for America will return.

    The United States of America was founded on the principle of FREEDOM OF RELIGION with the guarantee that NO RELIGION WOULD BE IMPOSED ON ANYONE AND THAT THERE WOULD BE COMPLETE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE which is clearly documented in the founding papers.

    There are now more than 400 legitimate religions in the world with many folks practicing a variety of those along with atheism here in the USA. Proper respect needs to be shown by Americans for all religions including the Church of the Spaghetti Drainer (Pastafarians) and Scientology.

            Yea mate; I grew up in one of those churches, and was taught many non-biblical doctrines for nearly 20 years until I got my belly full of the high and mighty pharisees that ran the church.

            As only two families were actually controlling all decisions within that Southern Baptist church, they got what they wanted.
            All members were hard working people, and gave what they could for the church and the preacher, that drove from across the county.
            When he was ready to resign, because he said he could not afford the commutes because the church was too small and he didn’t make enough $ on sunday and wednesday nights, to continue; the controlling families bought him a new car and a Church van, with a gas allowance for any needed activities.

            According to I Timothy 5:17, 18:
            “The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching.”

            “For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.”

            A preacher/Pastor should receive fair wages for duties, and double average wages if he/she is teaching bible truths, and not doctrines of man like pre-trib rapture crapture stuff, and pro abortion, and pro gay marriage doctrines.

            Too much liberalism and men’s doctrines have permeated the churches of today. That is why i call most of them “puritanical liberals”, and have no part in them.

        You do realize that since the new testament was written after the old testament that it would have been very easy for the writers of the nt to include things to line up with and make it look like prophecy was fulfilled.             I believe the PTB, are using the scientists so-called “search” for things of other dimensions, so that they can use this as part of their explanation that either there is no God, or that He has come to earth from alien life, which is where they want us to believe all divinity comes from.

            When the locust armies come, at the time of antichrist/satan, as the fake messiah, TPTB will have the Vatican to explain it all so the world will take it as truth and follow the new world religion of which catholicism will be a leader of, whether it be called Chrislam or something else.

            I have no problem with Catholics as individuals, as everyone has to sail their own ship, however; Catholicism goes against all that Christ died for.
            They have so many doctrines and rituals that go directly against the KJV Bible.
            Two that are very evident.
            Mary was a very special woman in the birthing and rearing of Jesus, but she should not be worshiped.
            Why? If God is against Archangel worship, those created so special that they never have to be born into flesh bodies, then would it not be even worse to worship the spirit of a flesh woman?

            Then there is the whole confessional, priest in a box thing. It goes directly against one of the main reasons Christ died and resurrected, as the veil, or barrier, that kept mankind from directly talking/praying to the Father for forgiveness, was removed.

            That is why there is only one true form of Christianity and salvation, and it ain’t a religion, it is a reality. In fact in all my studies and research, there is only one form of religion that comes close to being the one pure form of religion that mirrors the Doctrines of Jesus Christ.
            That is the Moravian Church, which was started in the late 14th Century as a rejection to the doctrines of Roman Catholicism.
            Although not perfect, and has modernized some over the centuries, it is about as pure in it’s association with Biblical principles, via it’s Misson statements, as any can be.

      Hi Jerry, I ran into the same problem and even contacted this site owner, and he had no answer as to why. After finally coming to the conclusion that I no longer could handle seeing that lying, God hating, name/handle of his, I was ready to just quit visiting here, even though I have found more than usual a good number of folks that I relate to and really do like communicating and reading them.

      So; I contacted a help person at Disqus, which is a volunteer btw, and he told me about KillFile. It works perfect with Google Chrome, and I can’t say about others.

      It is easy to download as a plug in, just look it up.

            Something I have noticed over the past ten years or so, while visiting and posting on many many sites; the owners/administrators seem to be reluctant to do anything about those that stir up controversy and even go so low as to make threats of physical harm to others.

            I have been banned from a few sites for speaking biblical truths that the administrators see as a threat against their non-biblical stances on certain ideologies and doctrines.

            When you bring forth truth, and give scripture to back it up, you get people’s attention right quick. When some people say; “hey, I never thought about it that way, and that does align with God’s Word, and /or, the doctrine of Jesus Christ”; more and more people get interested in those truths and will steer away from the doctrines of men.
            Those doctrines of men purveyors hate me for it, and I love it when they make their case against me. I usually kill them with kindness and then they call me a false prophet or worse, and ban me.
            You can ban me and shut out truth in the Word, but you can’t stop it from existing. They probably would fit right in with ole Fartblossoms thoughts that as she stated, she can’t wait till i die.

            I guess he had to go chase down some pickle thieves. In the early days of my Truck Driving adventures, I thought the drivers on their CB radios were talking about people picnicking at the Interstate Rest Areas, by calling them Pickle Parks.

            Boy was I enlightened early one morning just south of Washington DC, as I awoke from the little nap I was taking at the last available Rest Area before getting into the DC beltway. I was up early about 4:00 am, to make sure I was inside the beltway before traffic got bad, and was sitting facing a street light and sidewalk in the truck parking area. Some dude was walking along the sidewalk and I noticed he had stopped and was doing stretching exercises in his jogging outfit attire, of which an early morning jog was probably a good thing. Then he began to turn towards the line of trucks, and work his buttocks in gyrating moves while he touched and rubbed himself all over. I knew what was going on then, so I turned off my overhead light as my logbook was good, and watched as he made gestures towards the trucks with his groin area. All of a sudden I saw a light in a truck a couple rows over go on and a sleepy headed driver was doing his logs and looking at paperwork. He never even saw the qu**r puke, and I called out to him on the CB as the worked up dude, started for his truck.
            He did have his ears on and answered, and I gave him the warning just as the punk approached. It was evident that the man already had his window down and turned him down, and I had my truck ready to roll, as he saw my headlights on and was fast approaching.

            I slammed down hard on the throttle and barely missed him as I barreled out of there. That incident put new meaning to the term “Pickle Park”, and soon I realized they (queeerz) stalk people in those areas and even in the restrooms.
            Talking about some sick people, and the lengths to which they will stoop (literally) for sex.

        God did not murder Jobs family, God allowed it to happen. (you need to take the time and read the book of Job) There is a huge difference between what God allows and what God ordains. He does not violate our fee will. Why then? Just read James ch1. Evil is allowed to draw us to God to depend on Him, for us to grow spirtually. Good happens not so that we can take credit, but draws us to God to praise him for something we do not deserve. It’s all about being totally dependent on God in all things.
        My question to you is, how or where do you get your standard of what is just and fair?

          I hope you remember that if something really terrible such as the rape and murder of a family member happens then you can sit back on your smug high horse and tell everyone that it was just gods way of getting them to depend on god. What complete and utter nonsense.

          Ask yourself this if god tested you like Job and allowed the murder of your entire family in the process would you think that was fair?

          Ask jobs family if what happened to them was fair. Ask all the murdered men, women, infants and toddlers if their murder was fair.

          As for free will how exactly does an infant or young child have free will when they are at the mercy of their parents? Until they are able to support themselves financially they are pretty much at the mercy of said adult(s) in their lives. So even the concept of free will is an evil construct on the face of it.

I lost my twin brother in an auto accident when he was twenty. I was a cop for 25 years, I saw much death and tragedy. I saw God do amazing things in the midst of some of the most horrific events. I’ve counseled and wept with family members who have experienced murder and rape of loved ones. Tell me about your vast experience of helping people in tragedy. I was once very much like you. But one evening when I was at the end of my rope with no hope. Christ latterly spoke to me. Once I was bitter about my twins death, but Christ changed my life from the inside out. And now i can help others, how about you?

            I wonder a friend of mine was abused as a child until she turned 16 and finally left. Fear kept her from telling anyone what was happening even to the church she went to every Sunday as they picked up the poor kids by church bus back then. Every night she prayed for it to stop and it never did. So where was her miracle and god working to save her?

            Yes you find a lifeline for yourself with christianity. It does not give your religion anymore validity than those whose lifeline was buddhism or islam or any of the other religions that are in existence. The human mind seeks comfort and for some it is religion for others it means lashing out and hurting others with violence for others it is addiction.

            There is no doubt that you have decided to spend your life helping others. That is what this world should be about. I never said I deny the existence of god as we are all connected by an unconscious thread of energy.

            I have only said that god and jesus are not doing anything good or bad on this earth. It is people that choose good and bad actions, thoughts and deeds. Religion has corrupted this and made people impotent. Believing that it is god and not them doing good things. And satan doing bad things.

            God does not interfere with anything that happens on earth. He does not have a plan. I used to think that this earth was a testing ground for the soul but now I am not so sure as the pointless struggle and survival for many has me questioning that point of even that type of existence.

            Take the sin out of it for a minute as the answer to why the earth is so completely cut throat and think about what kind of creator would make a place where people and animals literally have to fight each other for resources. This applies to food, water, a mate for reproducing, etc.

            I think our existence goes deeper than just being created for the pleasure of one supernatural being who in your bible doesn’t seem that different from human beings at all.

            Your argument that we all “sin” is typical of all christians. And your point with that would be what exactly? If when a person actually got saved there should be some type of obvious conversion. Yet most christians still sin and thus no conversion except what they decide to do or not to do.

            Your asking me where I get my beliefs about what is right and wrong is like asking where do thoughts come from. Even in families all the members can have different lines they will or won’t cross when it comes to right and wrong. So where does it come from? I have no answer as I have no answer for how our thoughts and ideas form in the brain and into words. It just is.

            Some are born with more of a propensity to do the right thing while others test and rebel at every turn. There is no answer to it and no god is not the answer and if he was then he has created a lot of screwed up human beings with a flawed design.

            I am not angry at the world. My job is to enlighten and show the false truths christians are teaching straight from your own bible. The hypocrisy and what your god condemns and what he terrible acts he commits.

            Your bible is full of stories and that includes the whole jesus dying for our sins nonsense. This is coming from a former christian (and yes I am sure the argument will be that I was never saved and never born again – as is always the way when christians refer to the backslidden or those who reject their faith).

            The world today is exactly how god created it. The good and the bad. He does after all make good and evil. Isaiah 45:7. Another verse you will just brush off with another excuse.

            As for justice – no justice is NOT always done and don’t give me the b.s. response that god deals with people after they die (where no one sees said justice being handed out). It is ridiculous. As a law enforcement officer you sir should understand that more than regular civilians. Unless you never see really horrific things (as not all cops are involved in really bad stuff that goes down on a daily basis).

            If you have no answers, you don’t know what about right and wrong, everything is meaningless words, why are you hear.           The story of Job has an underlying message, actually two or three, but the biggest thing we can take away from it is how God used Job and his experience to learn us as Christians, some very valuable information.
          I could write a small book about the things in the Book of Job, but what we need to understand is that Job was innocent except for one thing, he kept listening to his self righteous, fair weather friends, that were holier than thou hypocrites. They blamed Job and accused him of doing something wrong; he didn’t.
          Another thing we should always remember, as true Christians, we have a divine covering, and protective fence around us that Satan cannot penetrate, unless we remove it. God removed Job’s as a one time thing to teach us.
          God allowed Satan to do what he did to Job for our benefit. Satan could not kill Job as God had instructed, and in the end God restored all things back to him,

          And the mockers (carl) will say, “oh yea, what about his children”.
          My reply to that….They were not Job’s children. Job was their Paternal kin, and pre adult provider, but They were God’s children to do with as He pleases.
          I love my children and grandchildren, but by accepting God as Creator of all, and knowing He created all of us for His pleasure; I must accept that i have no right to claim my off spring. God entrusted me to sire them into this flesh life, and raise them up to the age of accountability, and to the age whereby they could make it on their own, but they were never mine. In the eternal Kingdom, we will know our offspring/children, but they will all be fully mature adults with no more connection to the flesh life. They will be treated as individuals just like everyone else.

          I feel sorry for some mothers that have lost their young children and babies, and they go through life heartbroken and then some preacher lies to them…

          “oh Mrs. so and so, you will see your baby in Heaven and be able to hold him/her in your arms”
          Lies, Lies and more lies.
          Truth, truth truth…..There are no babies in Heaven. There is no aging in Heaven. All souls that leave this dimension, either one day old or 36,500 days old, will be in their young adult, fully mature looking “spirit” body on the First Day of the Lord, when all are changed, and the event called the “rapture” takes place. No pre-trib escapism, but after tribulation, as Christ comes here, the bodies all change. Even the animals change for the Millennium and Eternity.

      Bob it is my opinion that we are granted certain rights by God through our “freewill”. As humans we are given the right to dwell peacefully and safely, which in most cases would mean being able to relocate from place to place if need be. Somebody is always taking on evil and stirring up sheet, with others, so we either deal with it or move away from it..
      We are given the right to defend ourselves, family, and our property, by our Creator, but gov will disagree as well as all “powers that be” that is in bed with gov.
      We are given the right to worship as we see fit by God, but it could mean we worship our way straight to hell, by following ignorant preachers and men’s doctrines.

      We are given the right to life, in most cases, but that does not mean that, that life will not end in the womb, because of man’s laws, and evil practices, or; in some cases God decides that some souls are just too good for this wicked world and they are taken up from the womb.
      All life begins at conception and all souls, except Archangels and Cherubs, are required to pass through the womb once, and the flesh must die even if it is, 1 hour or 101 years old, in order to receive eternal life,
      Some of us, as adults, just have to work at it a little harder, it seems.

      Here is a very important point that was deleted earlier this morning, about the sentence of the Declaration of Independence that states….”all men are created equal…………..”
      I have to disagree. God did not create all men equal, and it is not found anywhere in the KJV Bible that He did.

      God is fair and “equal” to all men, according to His will and pleasure, not ours.

      In fact the bible is pretty clear that God creates, and places humans into the different and varying bodies, and families He so chooses.
      Psalms 119 :73
      “Thy hands have made me and fashioned me……”

      We are formed and fashioned like a potter that makes his vessels. Some God fashioned/created as beautiful flower pots, and placed with beautiful families that were remarkably blessed through generations.
      Some He fashioned/created as plain old chamber pots that are tucked away in darkness, and into families that are dark/ungodly, and not blessed from generations.
      That does not mean a person has to stay that way. They can improve their lives if they are willing to do the things necessary. and to rise up out from under those dark places reserved for chamber pots.
      Col 4:1
      Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

      Can a man rise up and out of a life of servitude? In most cases yes they can, but not in all cases and regions, so therefore, would that lifelong servant or slave agree that all are created equal? No, and in fact most times they would respond with an emphatic “hell no”.

      What about the child born with an incurable disease from the womb, that lives and suffers through it’s short life? Would anyone agree that that child was created equal? hell no! Was the disease God’s fault? No.
      Man’s, and woman’s, decisions from Adam and Eve until today have had consequences with polluting the earth through which we live, which is the root cause of birth defects and diseases.

      Everyone that drives/rides/controls, a motorized vehicle of any kind, even a lawnmower, is doing their part in spewing carbon monoxide and other toxins into the atmosphere.
      We are all guilty, in some small, or big way, in the release of more and more toxins in to our bodies. So don’t blame God, o obi wan carl, cause you are just as guilty for the little children suffering and dying as we all are.

    The constitution of this country clearly intends for us to worship God any way we want to. In an attempt to keep government God neutral and allow everyone to worship as they please the entire thing has been corrupted.
    It is quite easy to fall into the trap of NOT allowing any of us to worship outside of a church.
    It is easy for government schools to intentionally be no worship institutions so they are neutral to religious beliefs.
    So it is easy to get involved in a no-God concept religious belief in their attempt to remain neutral.
    Science also is a belief system taught in the schools.
    Some of the concepts of Science can be many years out of sync with actual discovers. So Science by definition can end up a a belief system instead of a system of proved facts.
    Science is a religious belief because you need money supporting it and if you have a concept not accepted by other scientists they withdraw said funds effectively starving out the rebellion against a belief.
    For instance, human evolution and genetics conflict.
    When I was in school(late 50s early 60s science believed we had 48 chromosomes the same as apes. Since then it has been established that humans actually have 46 chromosomes with two giant chromosomes. This is direct evidence that perhaps mankind was mutated or deliberately created some when in our past.
    Science does the best it can to ignore this fact.
    And we have well over 400 genetic diseases . . .
    Doesn’t seem very perfect to me.
    We have a clear mythology all over the planet of worship of many gods and their activities in the remote past.
    That worship is clearly documented both in and out of the Bible.
    Science assumes these “gods” never existed.
    Just like until recently ancient cities were said to not exist except in myths. Until they found the ruins . . .
    The war included “gods” and a beautiful kidnapped woman in Troy.
    I believe Abraham was rewarded for fighting a war against these so called “gods” in favor of our real God. His introduction of Egyptian troops made the difference as the leader of the Egyptians sent troops.
    All because Abraham was married to his half-sister which was considered to be a violation when the leader attempted to take his wife to bed.
    These so-called “gods” did have long life spans and they claimed to be from off planet from a place with high gravity. Leading me to think they might have had high muscle strength if they existed at all.
    They also showed human personalities and an ability to have hybrid children with us.
    So Jesus Christ being a hybrid God/Human is extremely likely.
    The trinity sounds a lot like a telepathic network between God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ.
    I willingly take Jesus as my boss and savior.
    What I discuss is not fact but speculation. Only when Jesus returns will we know the complete truth of what has occurred.
    The problem though as I see it is it is impossible to be equally neutral to all people.

      I was always skeptical about how a spirit could speak or direct me with thoughts, but when I realized what it takes to tap in to that, it became quite clear. That spirit is exactly like a telepathic voice of reason from the Father, and the Saviour, within us. We have to learn how to listen and not accept every dream, and voice as that of the Holy Spirit. I see way too many people trying to make something “divine” out of sour pickle dreams, and just plain ole unctions that float into our minds from wandering thoughts.

    Throughout history, thousands of years across all cultures, countries and nations, people and leaders have claimed their powers and rights come from God. There are many reasons for invoking an idea of heaven to justify selfish earthly powers for one species of creature – us. The biggest reason is to defeat the same claim by adversaries.

    This is why there are dozens, even hundreds of Gods. Each one defined as celestial but in fact invented by mere man to support and justify claims of ideological powers over other people. Entire rituals, called religion, have been created to make the Gods invented more real, more believable. Hell if a God is real there is no need for religion!

    No Gods have ever been invoked to deliver actual physical powers that bypass the laws of physics. Well, man have tried this trick many times but its all talks of imagination or hubris.

    “My God gave me powers to cut this mountain in half and move it over there!!” Or “I can resurrect from the dead!” Now I like to see this. Nevertheless billions of people in the past have been fooled by such claims of godly powers, because they want to. Without so many fools there won’t be so many religions. And without so many religions there won’t be so many holy wars and terror.

    The Founders of the U.S.A. crafted a Constitution to give freedom of religion, separation of ‘Church and State’. Why? Why do such a big thing? It’s because they and their immediate ancestors have lived through 200 years of non-stop wars of religion within Christendom (Catholics and Protestant) and between Christians and Muslims. Directed by the Vatican who have taken military powers from the monarchs. The Founders had utterly enough of the blood and nonsense.

    BTW holy wars is only a phenomenon of western religions out of the Middle East. Asian religions don’t do holy wars. Do you ever see an army of Buddhist monks warring on Japan Shinto monks, ha ha ha?

    The owner of the site “gets my goat” sometimes and I get aggravated with him, but then he goes and redeems himself by writing and posting articles like this one. I love it because it goes to the heart, or should, of every Patriotic Christian and Constitutionalist, in America. By invoking God into the article, it gives us more of what we need in America.
    A whole lot more God, and Godly principles, and a whole hell of a lot less gov, and gov intrusion into our lives.

    Even if just for a day or two, we can set aside some hate and dread of what the liberals have done, and are doing to us, as a nation, it is therapeutic.
    In a few days we can go back to the ole pitfalls of the world and it’s sinful spirits that drag on our cheerfulness and manners.

    We should not only celebrate our nations anniversary of Freedom from tyrannical oppression from Monarchy, but the freedom here in America to worship as right or wrong as we so choose. When that right to worship is infringed upon, as the liberals are trying to do to Christians, the true biblical honoring Christians; then we are at the door, actually the back door to the end of this Age. We must face some trials and a few hardships as outspoken Christians before things are made right as they should be, but what is a little hardship and sacrifice when Christ has already done the hard part for us, and paid the price.
    Happy Fourth Celebration folks and watch out for those rogue fireworks; not to mention the lead projectiles that will come hurling their way back down to earth. We have neighbors that shoot cannons, yes the window rattling kind.

I will just say this….There is only one Full God Head, and His Hebrew name is Jehovah , Yaw o Veh, with different spellings and pronunciations.     In the First spiritual body, Christ was King of all Creation and was and is sitting at the right Hand of the Father on the Throne. He was known as the Tree of Life, and King Melchizedek, and Saviour. He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and He never prayed to himself, but to His Heavenly Father. He never referred to His Father as God, except one time when he was quoting scripture on the Cross. That scripture was:

    Ignorant preachers and teachers say Christ was having a weak moment, and cried out for help (lie), and then they turn around and say “God and Jesus are the same entity” (another lie), because they are two separate entities with like minds, also telepathic (for lack of a better word) and as clones (for lack of a better word) in physical looking, but very spiritual, bodies.
    Christ is the “spitting Image” of His Father.

    I explained this to my wife, as she was raised up in a church that taught that Christ was, and is, God that came down to experience what life was like in the flesh.

    God did experience life in the flesh through His Son, but He did not transfigure into flesh, as He is Holy beyond our understanding, and flesh is filthy organic and corruptible.
    I told her to look at the Trinity, and all Creation, this way, as a big corporation.

    At the top is an owner that started, developed, and grew the company from scratch. As it grew and the owners Son came along to adulthood, he gave him the CEO job of the company.
    God gave Christ, as King, the company (creation), but He still sits on the Throne as Owner.
    She finally understood, but wondered who the Holy Spirit was, and how how he fit in.
    The Holy Spirit is not a he or entity, but like a perpetual headset walkie talkie between the two, Owner and CEO, and when they communicate and influence an employee (believer/Christian) they put a spiritual headset on them for three way communication and unctions via our spirit soul/ mind.
    It is not that complicated. So she gets it.

All economies work based on accumulated money being loaned to others, and more than two-thirds of people with houses in the US wouldn’t have houses if not for borrowed money, nor would they have vehicles.     That’s correct, Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh in John 1. He is not God. It’s the Word which was made flesh. Jesus Christ always did the will of his father. Otherwise, there is no free will and his sacrifice means nothing. Since it is by his sacrifice we are saved, then it was free will, and Jesus Christ is not God.

    God didn’t raise himself from the dead nor seated himself at his own right hand. He raised his son from the dead, and seated his son at his right hand.

    The word fits from Genesis 1:1 to Revelations 22:21, or none of it fits. It all makes sense or none of it makes sense. It doesn’t make any sense that Jesus Christ is God, not by any stretch of anyone’s imagination, and you don’t get to pick and choose which parts to believe.

    The doctrine of the trinity didn’t exist until 3rd century Rome, but I suppose you would like to argue that part, too. Tell it to your Khazaran brethren whom you support in Israel. They like the church in a weakened state.

    The clause that has been twisted to create a complete removal of religion from public dealings did NOT mean such. It was to prevent the FEDERAL government from declaring an official religion of the USA. The states are actually free to do so. I live in NY, and the Anglican Church was our state religion at one point. The clause was designed with the Catholic Church in mind. They did not want to become something akin to Catholic France or the Papal States. They also didn’t want the govt to prevent people from practicing a faith.

Apply a bit of logic: a lot of countries have been christians over the centuries. Every one with different laws and rights. In a lot of them the slavery was legal.     The Christian religion was not the religion that the founding fathers referred to. ‘God’ was referred to as the creator, not any particular God, as SoCalBeachDude says below.

    As he says. only 23% of the 7.5 billion people on this Earth embrace Christianity in any form, so that means that 77% of all people on this Earth must all be burned alive repeatedly, unceasingly, for all eternity after this life. The vast majority of Americans, the people intended to be burned alive forever, very sadly have no rights, the Christian religion surely being referred to in this article is a contradiction in terms.

    Real spiritual religion gives everyone repeated opportunity for all eternity, like Hinduism, Vaishnavism, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism for instance do, as they do not accept any eternal hell, and they accept reincarnation for gradual progress of all souls. The Judaic, Christian and Islamic religions that state that all non-believers will suffer for all eternity in eternal hell after just one life are actually demonic cults, not in the slightest actually spiritual.

    If someone is tortured eternally, unlimitedly, for some offence committed in temporal time, which has only a limited effect, then the punishment itself is infinitely greater than the crime, bringing the obvious conclusion that the religion itself is the infinitely greater crime.
