Michael Snyder Is Calling For An Army Of Pro-Trump Activists To Run For Office All Over America

Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestShare on Google+Share on LinkedInShare on StumbleUponEmail this to someone

It is really easy to sit back and complain about the direction of this country, but what America really needs at this hour are men and women that are willing to step into the fight to save our constitutional republic.  As I have said before, getting Donald Trump elected was the greatest miracle in U.S. political history, but he should not have to wage this battle alone.  Trump has very few friends in Congress at this point, and so it is absolutely critical that we get him some during the 2018 mid-term elections.  So I am calling for an army of pro-Trump activists to run for national, state and local offices all over America in 2018.  Donald Trump started this revolution, and now it is our job to continue it.

My father was in the U.S. Navy, and so sometimes I like to put things in military terms.  When an amphibious invasion is being conducted, it is the troops that hit the beach first that take the most fire.  To me, that is a perfect picture of what is happening to Donald Trump right now.  He has established a beachhead, and now the rest of us need to rush to shore to back him up.

If we are not willing to try, what is going to happen?  Our political system on the national, state and local levels will continue to be dominated by Democrats and “progressive Republicans”, and our once great nation will continue to fall apart all around us.

We need patriotic men and women to challenge every available seat in America in 2018.  Some of us will win and others will lose, but at least we will have given the American people a choice.

We are never going to have a true political revolution if we don’t at least try, and this election cycle represents a tremendous opportunity.  I really like how Rush Limbaugh made this point during one of his programs

Do you realize what a nothing burger the Democrat Party is? Do you realize the Democrat Party literally has nothing virtuous, positive, uplifting to run on? In all of this, the Democrat Party dares not ask people, “Hey, take a look at us. We got better ideas. Hey, take a look at us. We can fix this.” None of that. The only thing they’ve got is this insane, invisible, nonexistent, so-called connection between the Russians and our election. They have no ideas. They have no optimism. They have no leaders. They have no vision. They are ripe for being smoked for generations! This is the time to move in politically and wipe them out. …

Don’t misunderstand here, folks. I’m not saying the Democrats don’t pose a threat. I’m not… Look, two things here. The Democrats are in deep trouble, electorally. The Democrats are not running the left; the media is. And the media is clearly not inconsequential. Don’t misunderstand. I’m not saying that what’s happening here is obviously to everyone. I’m saying the Republican Party has a golden opportunity here to continue to hammer the nail into the coffin of the Democrat Party.

Our founders intended for us to have a constitutional republic with a limited central government, but the globalists have turned the federal government into an absolute monster.  We need to tame that monster and restore the constitutional republic that our founders originally designed.

The easy route would be to sit back and wait for someone else to do something.

But I have decided not to do that.

Earlier today, I announced on the Alex Jones Show that I am “strongly considering” running for Congress in 2018…

On Tuesday, U.S. Representative Raul Labrador announced that he will not seek another term because he plans to run for governor in Idaho.

Labrador represents the district in which my wife and I live, and when I heard this news I realized that this represents a truly unique opportunity.

Congressman Labrador has been doing a wonderful job, and if he had run again he would have won by a landslide.  But now that he is not running, there is no incumbent and the race is entirely wide open.

If I decide to run, and I am very strongly leaning in that direction, the key to the race will be to win the Republican primary.  Hillary Clinton got only 27.5 percent of the vote in Idaho last November, and Labrador won his last election by more than 120,000 votes.  So whoever wins the Republican primary will almost certainly win the general election.

Donald Trump has shown us that nothing is impossible in politics.  When he first declared his candidacy, liberal pundits literally laughed at him on the air because they thought his candidacy was such a joke.  But his bold message struck a chord with conservative voters all over the country, and now he is the president of the United States.

If he can do it, why can’t we?

If I run, I plan to continue the absolutely outstanding work that Congressman Labrador has been doing, and I plan to be a key ally for President Trump in Congress.  Right now Trump has very few friends in Congress, and that desperately needs to change.

In recent years, the House has lost some tremendous conservative voices.  I plan to continue the legacy of Ron Paul, Michele Bachmann and so many others that stood strong for conservative causes at a time when it was not always popular to do so.

But if I am going to do this, I am going to need lots of assistance.  If you have experience with campaigns on a state or local level, or if you just want to help out any way that you can, please feel free to drop me an email or contact me on Facebook.  I have never run for office before, and so I have a lot to learn, and I greatly value the advice and counsel of others.

Also, if there are other pro-Trump activists out there that plan on running in 2018, we should definitely connect.  If we all work to promote one another, we can create a giant groundswell of momentum which could sweep a whole bunch of pro-Trump activists into political positions all around the country.

For a long time I have been writing about the great problems that this nation is facing, and now I am trying to be part of the solution.

It has been said that life is like a coin.  You can spend it any way that you want, but you can only spend it once.

As for me and my house, we are going to spend our lives doing things that really matter.

  • Carl

Is this the fake news I have been hearing about?

    • MichaelfromTheEconomicCollapse

No, this is actually very real.

      • PayItForward

It would be very messy for a very long time. The liberal politicians and those with hand on the levers of media and their faithful followers would begin destroying those running for office, then the system itself in a scorched earth policy before letting go.
It will take people of faith and communities to support them in order for them to withstand the difficulties needed to implement a healthy culture and save this nation.

          • He’s gone off the deep end

That’s 100% true. So I guess we know where stands on free speech.

This clown is less qualified to run for public office than Donald Trump.

He reminds me of a kid telling grandma what he wants to do when he grows up.

      • takeitfromthecrazyguy

        reality is subjective

    • GoinSheep

      Yes

  • Tim

Well, I’m confused. You recently wrote an article in which you affirmed that there is no political solution to this nation’s problems. And that is absolutely right. But now you want to run for Congress because you think you can make a difference in Washington?

I have a lot of respect for you, but I think you’ve gone off the deep end.

    • Carl

If you don’t have anyone to back you up in congress then you will never get any bills passed or get anything accomplished in congress. The only benefit would be he would get health care for life and depending on how long he was in a pension for life. So it is a win – win for someone – just not the people not in congress.

    • Waxwings

If the author added this: Trump supporters, or like minded Americans should run for local, state and federal political positions. Also add: This would give us the best opportunity for a “Sea Change” in our political system.
With these inserted at the beginning, the political solution would be both a changing of water in the fish tank, a course change and political system that works to benefit of versus the decimation and enslave future generations.

Puerto Rico’s Bankruptcy Fight Is About to Plunge Into the Unknown

Bondholders push competing claims but island may void them all

‘This is a government restructuring, not a court one’

Puerto Rico’s status as a commonwealth means it’s not subject to traditional bankruptcy laws. Instead, the island filed for the next best thing to deflect claims, called Title III. It’s an in-court restructuring based on the U.S. bankruptcy code that was created under Puerto Rico’s Promesa law last year. But it’s never been used before, which means any cuts imposed by U.S. District Court Judge Laura Taylor Swain will be more likely to face years of appeals than a typical case.

Dealing with Puerto Rico’s crushing debt has started to resemble a circular firing squad.

Simply put, the bankrupt island can’t pay everything it owes, so creditors are taking aim at each other as they squabble over who will get what’s left. But the debt’s size and the tangled process invented to rescue Puerto Rico mean there’s no established rule book to shape what comes next.

Holders of general-obligation debt have declared their right to be paid first, owners of sales-tax bonds are squabbling with one another over who deserves priority, and they’re all up against the commonwealth’s leaders, who want the cash for essential services. Amid this melee, Puerto Rico’s federal overseers will have to choose between paying U.S. hedge funds everything they’re owed or keeping schools, water and electricity running.

All told, Puerto Rico has about $74 billion in debt and $49 billion in pension liabilities. Hedge funds holding $1.4 billion of general-obligation bonds, including Aurelius Capital Management and Monarch Alternative Capital, have already sued to get overdue principal and interest. On the other side, owners of $17 billion in sales-tax bonds, including Tilden Park Capital Management and GoldenTree Asset Management, have entered the fray. They’ll meet for the first time in court on May 17 in San Juan.

The territory owes all bondholders $33.4 billion in debt payments between now and 2026, according to the plan, but it proposes to pay only about $8 billion. The government hasn’t said how bondholders should divide those payments, or which group is first in line.

“This is a government restructuring, not a court one, so the government will be in the driver’s seat,” Fabian said. “Creditors will not be heard to the extent they’re saying, ‘let’s do it a different way.’ Those arguments won’t have any standing in a court.”

Dump Trump is already happening well before 2020.

‘Trump is more vulnerable than any other President in the history of America’: Professor who predicted Trump’s shock win explains he is headed toward impeachment

‘I believe he is more vulnerable than any other president in the history of the nation,’ says American University history professor Allan Lichtman on a President Trump impeachment.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4419768/Prof-predicted-Trump-win-says-ll-impeached.html

The problem, of course, is who could possibly ever be an effective and electable President of the USA at this horrible stage in the history of the country.

    • Jessy Scholl

Pray for everybody that wants to dump Donald Trump to lose their jobs before June.

      • socalbeachdude

        Duplicitous Donnie is DESTROYING HIMSELF.

  • aldownunder

    socalbeachdude for President 2020

    • socalbeachdude

Thanks, but seriously, who in their right mind would want to take the job of President with all of the conflict and lack of any common sense today in America?

      • Taco truck Pete

The same nut that would want to run for congressman in Idaho.

      • Choo Choo Charlie

Since the blogs author now thinks he is ” The Little Engine That Could”, maybe he wants to be president.

        • socalbeachdude

Sure would be a refreshing change from DUPLICITOUS DONNIE!

          • Stuey

why do you say that? you disagree with almost everything Mr. Synder writes.

      • Stuey

yeah, but idiots like you like to sit back and put down those that do……..if you so damn smart why don’t you run for president.

        • socalbeachdude

Who in their right mind would want that HORRIBLE JOB and all of the endless attacks that come with it?

          • Stuey

yeah, endless attacks from jerks like yourself with your constant inconsistent statements……you are just an arm chair president wannabe who sits back with critical statements, then contradict yourself 5 minutes later.

          • socalbeachdude

Only inconsistent to you. Get a clue.

          • Stuey

My other comment proves just how inconsistent you are. You slam Trump when 95% of you stated policies match his. What an idiot you are.

          • Stuey

And btw, don’t try to match wits with me in a debate. I am destroying you, just give it up.

          • socalbeachdude

You are – obviously – doing nothing other than making an utter fool of out of yourself for everyone to see. Very sad.

    • Cinderella Man

Seriously Al? Your man-crush is showing

  • socalbeachdude

Donald Trump and his ilk are NOT THE ANSWER TO ANYTHING and if anything are part of the CORE PROBLEMS facing America. They are nothing but SPENDTHRIFT FOOLS AND DUPLICITOUS LIARS just like the other branch of the one party system we have today in America. I gave up entirely on Donald Trump after his reckless warmongering nonsense and what he is proposing with spending and tax changes would just make the FEDERAL DEBT VASTLY WORSE – and he won’t even reveal his own taxes and how he would benefit from proposed tax changes.

    • Richard

      Spot-on, Socal…

    • GSOB

      Envious?

      • socalbeachdude

Huh? What is so difficult for you to comprehend about the issues – particularly financial – facing the USA these days?

      • RalphEllison

Lol – what a clownish response.

    • Stuey

how would you solve the debt problem? increase taxes and cut spending? what are you going to cut and how much? how much would you raise taxes?

      • socalbeachdude

Across the board tax cuts to 2007 levels would be most desirable, but if I were targeting specific areas of spending, I would cut:

        1) military spending by 50% including closing and selling most all of the 2300 US military bases around the world.

        2) eliminate many federal agencies including the departments of education, energy, EPA, transportation, and the rest of them not officially specified as part of the cabinet

        3) wages and pensions of federal employees by 50%, and would fire about 50% of all federal employees

        4) Medicare reimbursements by at least 50% and typically around 80% as hospitals are vastly overcharging and should have the rate reimbursement scheduled adjusted back to rates that are reasonable and within the rate of inflation over the past 30 years. Medicaid scales would also be cut accordingly.

        5) SNAP (food stamps) entirely along with all other such federal social welfare programs

        6) DHS would be disbanded and turned back into a few much smaller agencies such as the FBI and CIA as was the case prior to 2002.

        7) complete elimination of the student loan program and any and all subsidy programs for housing including Section 8 and mortgage programs.

Those cuts would more than eliminate the current federal deficit and then I’d start looking for a lot more cuts to start actually repaying the current $20 trillion in national debt.

        • Stuey

Trump is for all this, except cutting military spending……so why are you against him? do you think any of the other corrupt politicians of either party will do any of what you suggest here? HELL NO they won’t…..but you are gungho to impeach Trump and get another corrupt career politician in there……….you are so inconsistent with your postings thus why i think you are full of BS and a liar.

          • socalbeachdude

So laughably false as to not even merit any substantive comment.

            IMPEACH DUPLICITOUS DONNIE

          • Stuey

So you deny that all but one of the things you listed isn’t part of Trump’s stated policies?? You are just looking for a reason to slam Trump. you dishonesty on this shows what a liar you really are.

          • socalbeachdude

Donald Trump has proven himself to be an UTTER FOOL and that is why his extremely and totally DISHONEST Presidency is now totally collapsing.

    • Zen Masta

Man your hysterical. Your saying a lot without really saying anything at all. You speak in generalities. What specific policies do you not agree with? What ideas would you like Wilbur Ross and Steve Mnuchin to pursue? These guys from what I’ve seen are doing a fantastic job. It’s only the first year, it’s so amazing how you people thought Trump was supposed to fix things just by snapping his fingers. You don’t even hold Congress/Senate responsible I mean after all they are the people that should be writing up the laws. So Trump comes in hated by both parties and your upset that he hasn’t fixed things after his 100 day mark. He said he would spend money on the military he did. You must not have been paying attention to their strategy for how they believe they can grow the gdp to 4%. It’s not even been one year and you people are so frustrated when I see Trump moving a mile a minute but yet what the hell is congress doing?

What warmongering has he done? I don’t get it? Has he decided to wage war against someone new? What are you going to sit here and tell me that we should ignore North Korea? I just don’t see a war monger and he’s had plenty of chances, Kim keeps shooting off missiles and Trump still don’t overreact smartly he tries to leverage China to help. I mean I’m not a blind Trump supporter but the problem with a lot of you guys is it’s 24/7 destroy Trump and it creates a fog of hatred where everybody’s gut reaction is to hate on Trump without actually looking at what the man is doing or trying to understand it. I’m not married to Trump if he screws up I’m not afraid or ashamed to say I was wrong but I seriously don’t think that will happen.

Trump did admit the federal debt was going to go up, but he said this would be offset by the economic boosts that they intend to make and the lessening of the regulations which he’s already started doing. Once he gets to tax reform there will be even more savings. I don’t think you can honestly judge Trump on his economic performance yet when he hasn’t been able to pass key legislation yet. Wait for Obamacare repeal, wait for tax reform, then wait for the tax reform to kick in and then let’s debate whether it’s helping or hurting the country. It’s still very early in his administration and with all the challenges he’s faced it’s amazed he’s getting as much done as he is.

FLIP FLOPPING DONNIE DOES IT AGAIN…

Trump WON’T visit with rank and file FBI agents after firing their boss despite spokeswoman saying it was ‘very likely’ he would

If you really believe that the next crisis will start later this year, as you’ve stated in your book The Beginning of the End, why would you want to be in Washington during that time?

Seriously, I’m confused. To me, there are only two possibilities. Either you don’t really believe there will be another crisis or you’ve lost your mind.

Please reconcile this for your readers, especially me.

    • Guess Who?

Consider the possibility that there is only one possibility that has two parts, he has lost his mind and he doesn’t believe there will be another crisis.

    DONALD, PLEASE JUST SHUT UP…

His critics claim his secrecy is part of a plot to obscure hidden financial relationships with unsavory characters, including some from Russia.

He does have dark circles under his eyes. Is it bad lighting or maybe he just needs to get away from the computer and outside for some sunshine?

  • Carl

Donald Trump is losing friends and supporters because he keeps talking out of both sides of his mouth. He is unable to control his emotions and does not think before he speaks (or tweets). If he had stuck to his campaign promises his supporters would never have wavered.

‘This is the great negotiator?’ Donald cheerleader Ann Coulter admits she’s frightened that the Trump-haters were right after his ‘joke’ budget – and says his hiring Ivanka and Jared Kushner was ‘fascist’

Ann Coulter has admitted that, four months into the Trump presidency, she’s worried that her favorite candidate’s administration is a bust. Coulter – who last year published the book In Trump We Trust – has told The Daily Caller that she is beginning to doubt Trump’s ability to pull off his promised changes.

Likening his presidency to a man who promised to drive to LA, but then started heading to New York, she says there is still a chance for him to ‘turn the car around’. But if he doesn’t, she said, ‘I’ll say we had no choice, but the Trump-haters were right… It’s a nightmare. I can’t even contemplate that. Right now I’m still rooting for him to turn around.’

Some days I wish I could be a politician. I am angry almost everyday. Frustrated that things have not gotten better for years now. Honestly if you ran for office I would hope you would be like Ron Paul if you got in. I loved Paul but he was a terrible speaker at times. But if you could articulate your message in a somewhat positive but realistic tone I believe you could do well in congress. I was offered the job of a mayor of a small town of 80 once here in Montana. Wasn’t much responsibility but I never followed through. To me holding an office should require a person with integrity. But we live in a time where nothing and nobody is perfect. Sometimes we need some people with some calluses on their hands and dirt on their wings to get the job done. That’s why I love President Trump. He’s a blue collar billionaire who hasn’t forgot where he came from. All this complaining about the job he’s doing and for Pete’s sake it hasn’t been 6 months even!!! I’m giving him a chance. Only people with rotten hearts want our country to fail. I think I’m better suited as a local Tea Party and NRA member and part time online conservative troll slayer activist. You gotta beat these lefties at their own game.

          • Stuey

No, you predicted the future, which you do not know.

    • Carl

Trump is NOT a blue collar billionaire:

Trump was born in New York City in 1946, the son of real estate tycoon Fred Trump. Fred Trump’s business success not only provided Donald Trump
with a posh youth of private schools and economic security but eventually blessed him with an inheritance worth an estimated $40 million to $200 million. It is critical to note, however, that his father’s success, which granted Donald Trump such a great advantage, was enabled and buffered by governmental financing programs.

In 1934, while struggling during the Great Depression, financing from the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) allowed Fred Trump to revive his business and begin building a multitude of homes in Brooklyn, selling at $6,000 apiece. Furthermore, throughout World War II, Fred Trump constructed FHA-backed housing for US naval personnel near major shipyards along the East Coast.

Trump eventually found himself in serious financial trouble. In 1990, due to excessive leveraging, The Trump Organization revealed that it was $5 billion in debt ($8.8 billion by some estimates), with $1 billion personally guaranteed by Trump himself. The survival of the company was made possible only by a bailout pact agreed upon in August of that same year by some 70 banks, allowing Trump to defer on nearly $1 billion in debt, as well as to take out second and third mortgages on almost all of his properties. If it were not for the collective effort of all banks and parties involved in that 1990 deal, Trump’s business would have gone bankrupt and failed.

In 1995 Trump took Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Inc. public and received a substantial financial boost from society and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations that enable the market to function. He initially sold 10 million shares at $14 per share and then in 1996 sold 13.25 million shares at $32.50 a share. This initial public offering granted Trump’s company a stability and legitimacy that would have been impossible without millions of people around the world trusting his organization and investing with the hope of shared success.

In 1974 Donald Trump became president of his father’s organization. During the 15 years following his ascension, he expanded and innovated the
corporation, buying and branding buildings, golf courses, hotels, casinos, and other recreational facilities. In 1980 he established The Trump Organization to oversee all of his real estate operations.

From the moment of his birth, Trump was set up for success. The large inheritance left to him by his father, coupled with the contributions and the protections of society and the US government made his ascension to the Forbes 400 list almost inevitable. Nevertheless, Trump fails to recognize this phenomenon and continues to express his belief that he did it alone.

      • socalbeachdude

        100% correct, Carl.

    • Zlatko Milanovic

Everything you say is just laughable false. You just make stuff up, and then presume the rest of us don’t see through your nonsense. Laughable.

    • JC Teecher

Well, I for one do “not” see anything laughable, or false in what you speak about.
Ron Paul was a terrible speaker. His message, for the most part, is right on, but he just doesn’t have that oratory quality about him, say; like JFK did.
I did not agree 100% with his mindset that we should just leave the rest of the world alone, and stay out of their business. Staying out of their business has gotten us dangerously close now, to a possible nuclear attack by a rogue regime in North Korea.

Anyways; CM, I do believe that trump’s father instilled a blue collar work ethic in him at an early age, and that has carried over, although maybe not in blue collar style, but a hard earned work ethic with respect to those that are blue collar…into all trump’s children. All that work ethic has resulted in the billionaire status, not that it was all handed to them on a silver platter.

      • socalbeachdude

Ronnie Paul is an utter imbecile.

  • greanfinisher

I’m afraid that the only viable way of saving this republic is by an armed rebellion.

    • mtntrek3

What’s left of society will gradually descend into chaos according to the Bible. “Because sin will be rampant, the love of many will grow cold” Lawlessness will increase. Just common observations in our everyday lives show it’s already beginning.

      • socalbeachdude

        Nope.

      • JC Teecher

The lawlessness began with the passage of the Johnson amendment in 1954. Read this:

” The amendment was agreed to without any discussion or debate and included in Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (Aug. 16, 1954, ch. 736).[9] It was considered uncontroversial at the time, and continued to be included in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 enacted during the Ronald Reagan administration”

The establishment used the upside down interpretation of the “Separation of Church & State”, as a tool to push this through, just like it is misused today. All in the name of singling out Christians from having a voice.
If Christians are not allowed freedom in their worship, education, and leadership choices, then who the hell will hold liberals at bay…..nobody..

The establishment Religionists sat on their hands in the beginning in 1954, and did the same with one of the worst laws ever passed in the gay marriage deal, in 2015, and with all those anti-christian laws passed for those 50+ years.
Sadly, Chris, the blame is squarely on their shoulders, especially; when considering that nearly 2/3rds of this nation claim to be Christian. It used to be over 80 %.

Now, all those chickens are coming home to roost, and when the hammer of cursings and judgments come a rolling in, back to back, there will be chaos. the short reprieve period that we are experiencing with the economy and financial blessiings, will be over, and the “nirvana period” will cease.
Better take advantage of it now, or be even more, worse off, when the real shtf.

        • mtntrek3

Hey there JCT, ….. I just went back and re-read the first amendment along with the johnson amendment. I don’t see a problem in and of itself as to religious leaders publicly endorsing a candidate/political group, but it could be a slippery slope in getting the two intertwined in a way that goes against the first amendment. Anyway, lawlessness (antichrist spirit) like the Apostle Paul said was already at work soon after Jesus left, and the deceiver is pulling out all the stops in these the last of the last days working against mankind in general in many ways…. ways that can be easily overlooked if we’re not careful. Yes, I see that the left holds more blame in the overall corruption in our country (mainly the “wholesale” allowance of abortion and the allowing of gays to marry) smh, but the right isn’t innocent in the overall picture. They would like the minimum wage dismissed/lowered for one example : / , and are usually against helping out the poor/disabled in other ways. Having said this… the left wants more global involvement, which tends to ship out more of our jobs…. is against gun rights, etc. …. smh. I tend to lean somewhat left of center politically speaking, (a little left economically, a little to somewhat more right socially)….. mostly towards the middle. It’s becoming more difficult for me all the time to find ones to vote for , especially in the state/national levels. Man o man…. . Anyway, we know to hold tightly to our faith in Christ….. I for one along with the rest of us are going to be finding that out more and more as we travel along towards the time when He will return. Take care JCT. God Bless. Chris.

          • JC Teecher

Liberals are thick as thieves, and there are just as many on the right. Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Discern patiently.

          • mtntrek3

What I’m getting is you’re saying there are messed up people on both sides of the aisle. I agree with that. We have to watch for amoral/unethical people/behavior from all angles. True.

          • JC Teecher

Exactly. On both sides of the aisle.
And; there are messed up people in all religions, including the only one that is a “reality”, and way of life, which should never be confused with a religion…Christianity.

In Christianity there are many many messed up people because of messed up ideologies connected to the “term/word” Christianity.

Some of those mixed up ideologies are having to go into a box and ask for forgiveness via a flesh man. that messed up ideology is in direct conflict with the very result of Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection, which opened up the Holy of Holy’s to anyone that asks, to come before God and repent, so as to proclaim salvation…
…the mixed up ideology that somehow God has changed His mind about the abominable sin of male homosexuality…. the mixed up ideology that abortion, at any stage, is not murder….the mixed up ideology that all religions are pointed towards the same God, with different paths of obtaining salvation and eternal life…etc…etc…etc.

There is only one way to the Father, which is to say Eternal Life, and that is by the faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, for the redemption of sin through forgiveness, by the Father, in the name of His Son.
The price for our continual sins was paid, once and for all, so all we have to do is acknowledge that, and utter the thoughts and/or words to receive it.
Pretty simple ain’t it Chris, and so many people try to complicate it, especially some super preachers.

          • mtntrek3

Yep, two thumbs up. Well stated. Also, I at times refer to big banks, big corporations and big government as the unholy trinity. I think I need to add another entity to the list making it an unholy foursome….. big religion. Christianity, especially in this country seems like its becoming nothing more than a big business focused on dollars and numbers, etc.. That’s sad to say the least. It’s also as you say becoming corrupted with traditions of men/prosperity preaching/man taking the place of Christ/outright approval of certain sinful things that shouldn’t be. Smh. We’ve left the guidebook and are creating our own versions……. whew. Not good to say the least.

And just what would a few people attacking the US government accomplish? Get real.

      • Paul Patriot

There are more legally owned guns in America, than people, far more than any of our military troops and police, if only 3% of the armed population got united and rebelled…..the government would not know how to deal with that.

There are far more than “a few people”

Of course from your perspective in commiefornia you perceive it as “a few people” I assure you it is millions.

This is one motive behind the globalist, DEMONcrats and the demoncRATic platform being so against the “evil black rifles” which they deem no one needs…..how convenient!!!!!!

History is TRYING very hard to teach us that an armed population is easy to control, and by disarming a population, a rogue government can have its way.

I would argue that the founding fathers would have the black rifle, (referred to as “assault rifle” by ignorant liberals) in mind if they were were today.

“A free people ought to be armed.”

And besides, after the 2016 election all the liberals have been vanquished from government so there will be no freebies anytime soon. And with gerrymandering after the 2010 census, it’s very unlikely the Democrats will regain seats in the House. I imagine with the gerrymandering Republicans will gain seats in 2018 since Democrats don’t come out to vote during mid-term elections.

Trump Escalates War With FBI, and the Bureau Fights Back

President Donald Trump took his fight with the FBI to a new level, raising the specter Friday that he may have taped his conversations with Director James Comey before firing him.

“James Comey better hope that there are no ‘tapes’ of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!” Trump tweeted.

Trump also suggested he may cancel future press briefings and instead “hand out written responses for the sake of accuracy” because “as a very active President with lots of things happening, it is not possible for my surrogates to stand at podium with perfect accuracy!”

The messages followed Trump on Thursday calling Comey a “showboat” and a “grandstander” and insisting the bureau’s Russia probe would show he did nothing wrong. He said he’d sent a letter to a top Republican lawmaker declaring he has no business dealings there.

    • socalbeachdude

The US government is not in charge the economy. And what it is in charge of – federal spending – it can’t manage at all as is quite evident from its $1+ trillion a year deficits.

      • GSOB

Their spending problem affects interest rates and leads to a reduction in private investment

        • socalbeachdude

Only to a certain extent and if anything has contributed to LOWER INTEREST RATES (yields) on US Treasuries which are the most desirable bonds in the world and are considered to be CASH EQUIVALENTS.

      • Joe soap

No one entity is in charge of the economy, it is influenced by numerous entities, the US gov and its economic policies is probably the most significant.
Federal spending is part of the economy. The deficit is a major factor in poor state of the economy and thus need correcting and this is what I was eluding to in my comment re the economy is what should be fixed and the other “stuff” is just a distraction
PS deficit is $20 trillion not $1. $10.5 of which is a carry over from the previous administration

        • socalbeachdude

The federal government deficit is the SHORTFALL each year between the amount of government debt at the beginning of the year and the amount of government debt (US Treasuries) at the end of the year and the deficit in Fiscal 2016 was around $1.4 trillion. The $20 trillion figure is the TOTAL FEDERAL DEBT in outstanding US Treasuries.

          • Joe soap

What is your point? You apparently believe the gov has little effect of on the economy then you talk about the gov. Debt as a measure of its poor management of the econmy?? Confusing.
Each years shortfall is rolled over to give the total debt, so what, we are still 20 trillion it debt no matter which way you look at it and this is a major negative effect on the economy i.e. The gov is a major factor in the economy

          • socalbeachdude

Yes, federal government spending is a huge part of the US economy amounting to nearly 25% of the US economy, but it the federal government is spending more than $1 trillion more than it takes in and that is what has run up a $20+ trillion federal debt and that itself has become a huge and unsustainable problem and the federal spending must be reined in to move towards a BALANCED BUDGET rapidly regardless as to the effect on the US economy.

    “FILTHY NO TALENT”…”CHAINED LUNATIC”…

Trump bashes ‘filthy, no-talent’ Stephen Colbert and ‘chained lunatic’ Chris Cuomo in vicious rant against his ‘dishonest’ media enemies

The president stepped up his attacks on the nation’s political press and broadcasters in an interview with Time magazine. CNN says they ‘are beneath the dignity of the office of President.’ He launched attacks on a series of figures – most prominently Colbert, the host of The Late Show on CBS who he said wasn’t funny and added: ‘What he says is filthy.’ Colbert was severely criticized for a homophobic slur against the president. He singled out Chris Cuomo, of CNN’s New Day, and called the news channel’s Don Lemon ‘perhaps the dumbest person in broadcasting’.

James Comey was ‘uneasy’ about dinner with Trump where he was asked for ‘loyalty’ oath: Former top spy hits back at attacks on sacked FBI chief and says he could not be further from a showboat

James Clapper, the former Director of National Intelligence, said James Comey, the sacked FBI chief, was ‘uneasy’ about having dinner with President Trump in January.

He told MSNBC that Comey accepted the dinner invitation out of ‘professional courtesy’ but said ‘he said he was uneasy with that because of compromising – even the optics, the appearance of independence. Not only of him but of the FBI’.

During the dinner Comey is said to have refused to pledge loyalty to Trump. Clapper added that ‘morale in the FBI was very high’ under the stewardship of Comey.

CHINA: EPICENTER OF THE GLOBAL MARKETS CRASH

China stocks are tumbling again. Unlike 2015, world doesn’t care…

Global investors are still shaking off a rout that’s erased more than $560 billion from the value of Chinese equities, making them the world’s worst performers since mid-April.

Here’s why stocks could rally if Trump heads for the exit

The Dow and S&P are trudging toward ending with losses for the week, as “Trump to Comey: You’re fired!” remains the news story that keeps on giving.

The sad-sack retail sector is still getting attention as well. Fresh sales data and J.C. Penney’s results are hitting in the wake of Macy’s Monty Python-esque “We’re not dead” remark.

President Donald Trump is showing no signs that he will resign as the FBI firing controversy rages on, even if Democrats are dreaming of impeachment. Nonetheless, stock pundits are talking about how the market might react to such a move.

“What would U.S. stocks do if President Trump suddenly resigned? Based on recent price action, the answer is clear: Rally 3-5%, at least, over a day or two,” says Convergex’s Nick Colas for our call of the day.

We need to get this country back on track again and make it FISCALLY RESPONSIBLE. I couldn’t care less about the personality game with politics and have no idea what a “pro-Trump activist” even means. What does that mean? The only reason I and many others supported Donald Trump was because of the IDEAS AND POLICIES HE ADVOCATED, but he has flip flopped on nearly all of those and filled the cabinet with GS and other billionaires to the max rather than following through with putting good and decent people in who would make a difference with the current KLEPTOCRACY running the US government.

I never voted for Donald Trump based on “personality” and right now that personality has become EXTREMELY TOXIC and that is a situation that is intensifying daily as we see more and more duplicity, lying, and bad behavior from Donald Trump who is making enemies with practically everyone – including the very people who supported him being elected as President.

    • Zlatko Milanovic

C’mon man, you didn’t really expect different, did you?

      • socalbeachdude

Actually, yes, I did, or else I wouldn’t have even considered voting for Donnie let alone very actively supporting him.

    • Exactly right. Its stunning to me that someone would want to actively support him at this point. It’s all-out denial of reality to think for a second that Donald Trump is an anti-establishment president (for all the reasons you point out above and many others that I’ve been pointing out for some time on my own blog).

Even if one doesn’t see how he has flip-flopped on nearly everything he has said and how he has literally stuffed the White House with some of the most powerful Goldman-Sachs pro-establishment, globalist executives on the face of the earth, one would certainly think his bizarre behavior this past week would have turned the stomachs of every remaining supporter he has. If this had been Hillary or Obama doing all of that, can you even imagine the clamor from the right and from the Republican congress.

      –David Haggith

      • Zen Masta

I’m a Trump supporter, please enlighten me on what I’m not seeing. What I’m paying attention to is his policies and his actions which the mainstream media is not reporting.

In all of your 4 paragraphs you haven’t discussed any of his policies you are so focused on personality, perception, his so called erratic behavior, mainstream media reporting nonsense and his so called mental breakup.

These are typical liberal progressive GOP #NeverTrump talking points. You’ve not said ANYTHING about his policies and quite frankly that’s all Trump supporters care about.

        • socalbeachdude

If you are THAT CLUELESS then no “enlightenment” is possible at all for you.

        • Again kind of hard to see how you’re missing it when most of Trump’s major supporters are now publicly alarmed by it:

“Coulter even went on to publish a book entitled ‘In Trump We Trust’ which she hailed as the story of a ‘one-man wrecking ball against our dysfunctional and corrupt establishment.’

“But, after a series of flip-flops on everything from the timing of the border wall to the ‘obsolescence’ of NATO, Coulter is growing a little weary of waiting on Trump to deliver on campaign promises.

“Sitting down for an interview with the Daily Caller, Coulter said she’s ‘not very happy with what has happened so far’ and asked ‘is the great negotiator?'”

I think the only way to miss how far Trump is flip-flopping and missing the mark on nearly all of his campaign promises is classic denial. Limbaugh sees it. Savage sees it. Now Coulter. I’ve quoted several other major campaign supporters in recent articles. It’s all-out betrayal at this point.

You are HEAVILY INFLUENCED by other people in particular the media. I can almost guarantee you don’t know that Trump has already secured the money to build the wall, I can almost guarantee that you don’t know that Trump has bids out with hundreds of companies who are ready and willing to start building the wall. I can almost guarantee that you haven’t been paying attention to the drop in border crossings since Trump has taken office (down 70%). I can almost guarantee that you haven’t been paying attention to the fact that the stock market is the highest it’s ever been all due to the fact that businesses are VERY OPTIMISTIC about what Trump is going to do to improve the economy.

I can almost guarantee that you weren’t paying attention during the campaign when Trump said “we are going to get rid of the bad dudes” and now you see Secretary Kelly getting rid of MS-13 and deporting them.

I can almost guarantee you weren’t paying attention during the campaign when Trump said “I know all the killers (meaning on wall street), some people you wouldn’t like, but they are the best at what they do”.

Do you even understand how much of an advantage we are having over China, Mexico, Canada, etc with Wilbur Ross and Mnuchin in charge? I know with certainty that you don’t have the slightest idea that now because of Wilbur Ross and the Trump administration small medium business owners in America will be able to start selling products directly to China’s market (beef and other goods). China is opening up their markets for us this would have never happened with anyone else. I WILL GUARANTEE MY LIFE YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS.

Do you realize how big the market is in China and how this will positively effect people in America? Are you even aware that just because of Trump Jack Ma from Alibaba is going to invest big time in small businesses in America.

Can you tell me how many major businesses have decided to build/reinvest in the United States because of Trump and his policies? Isn’t that what he said he would do? What am I missing here. Didn’t Trump say he would nominate a Supreme Court justice from his list? Didn’t that get accomplished? How long has it taken the GOP to get their act together on the Obamacare repeal? 8 years and all because of Trump’s influence they finally have started on at least phase 1.

There are a lot of people especially business owners that see and feel the positive impact of what Trump is doing and it’s just his first year. I think CNN is doing you a disservice.

Yes, there have been “lesser” antichrists/antichrist types on the scene throughout history. I’m referring to the lawless one, the last and main one. Yes, the deceiver can work and continues to work lying signs and wonders. He definitely will through the son of perdition. Thanks for the instructions/guidance. God Bless. Chris.

LA TIMES ON OUR DISHONEST PRESIDENT…

Trump doesn’t want to be president, he wants to be emperor

The president apparently woke up in a bad mood Friday morning and took it out on his Twitter account. “The Fake Media is working overtime today!” he tweeted. He also pushed his stale argument that the investigation into questions of collusion between Russian meddlers and his presidential campaign is nothing more than a Democratic fabrication to explain away how that party lost the election. Then he suggested canceling daily press briefings because his spokespeople can’t get the White House facts straight (never mind that the facts seem to change with every breath the president takes).

Donald Trump was the ONLY REPUBLICAN WHO COULD WIN A NATIONAL ELECTION FOR PRESIDENT as the country certainly wasn’t going to vote for any of the JACKASS RINOS that were running for the Republican primary and whoever the Republicans would have run in lieu of Donnie would have GONE DOWN IN CRUSHING DEFEAT.

Bernie did indeed GET THE SHAFT from the Hellery people as is well documented, but he also couldn’t have won a national election against Donald Trump because he was FAR TOO LEFT WING TAX AND SPEND SOCIALIST.

  • JC Teecher

…..As I walk our little terrier on the beach sometimes when not fishing, we come into contact with many people. Sometimes a friendly quick petting for him, of which he eats up; provokes questions, and sometimes personal stories, and into fairly in-depth conversations.
A young looking Asian girl, about 20ish, saw poochy, and went all goo goo, and ga,ga, with an, “awe how sweet”, and made a gesture to pet, which got a nod from me. An older caucasian lady probably in her early 60’s was with her, and as she began talking I immediately suspected an upper Midwest accent (possibly), and we talked as pooch got his loving.
After about 30 minutes, we parted ways, but I felt a connection to these women, and just so happened, the next day, we met again, and here is what I found out, that really got me. The older lady was from the upper Midwest, Wisconsin, born and raised. She never mentioned anything about a man in her life, ever, but said she had worked in accounts payable in either the finance or insurance industry, for over 40 years, without a college education, but was still working where the two were now living in Charlotte, NC. The two moved here about three years ago, after the Asian girl, her adopted daughter, finished high school where she was raised in Wisconsin.
The woman said she adopted her from Asia, as a baby, and has worked to raise her as a single mom, in a Christian home. The young girl was so sweet and intelligent, and such a joy to talk to, and was excited to tell me about her on-line college courses through Liberty University, as she was obligated to work a part time job to learn responsibility about earning and managing her own money. The thing that got me about her; was when she asked what I liked most about the beach, and then I asked the same question back, she said; “there is something about the ocean that helps me feel closer to God, and I just love that”.
I could not help thinking about that later, as I also thought about how little, most of the Asians really desire to have daughters. In fact; females are probably valued in some areas less than livestock. We know that most Muslims have very little regard or respect for females. At least here, In America, she had a chance… A chance to bless God, and be blessed from Him as well. Humbling.

Flash Mob Spells Out ‘Resist!’ On Trump’s Rancho Palos Verdes Golf Course

RANCHO PALOS VERDES (CBSLA.com) – A group of approximately 200 people spelled out the word “Resist!” Saturday morning on the grounds of the Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes.

The group, which identified itself as Indivisible San Pedro, held the flash mob style protest between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded, but there were no reported arrests, according to organizers of the demonstration.

Peter Warren, a member of Indivisible San Pedro, told CBS2 that group held the protest as a call for a special prosecutor to investigate whether there was Russian influence on the 2016 presidential election.

This is not the first time protesters have targeted the Trump National Golf Club, which is owned by President Donald Trump.

On March 12, a group of environmental activists snuck onto the course at the Trump National Golf Club and carved the words, “NO MORE TIGERS, NO MORE WOODS,” into the grass with six-foot lettering. The course later offered a $10,000 reward for information on the vandals.

President Donald Trump may have broken the law when he fired the man heading an investigation into his campaign’s alleged ties to Russia, Democratic lawmakers said on Friday.

What’s on Donald’s mind? Trump accidentally tweets the word ‘We’ and quickly deletes it – but not before he is mocked relentlessly by the internet

President Donald Trump is being mocked relentlessly on social media after he quickly deleted a tweet that people are describing as his most unifying message to date. Trump accidentally tweeted the word ‘We’ on Saturday afternoon after earlier delivering his commencement speech at Virginia’s Liberty University. The tweet was promptly removed moments later, but not before it was seen – and preserved – in the Twitter-sphere. Almost instantly, Trump was mocked as the internet tried to speculate about what he had actually meant to say.

There is no such word as “Govenor” and when referring to the head of a state in the USA it that term is spelled Governor.”

As to illegal aliens in California, they are not given anything other than EXACTLY WHAT IS FEDERALLY MANDATED and the federal government prevents any enforcement of sanctions against illegal aliens including cutting of benefits. Jerry Brown simply FOLLOWED FEDERAL LAW in regards to illegal aliens.

As to the Oroville Dam matter, there was nothing that needing fixing at all with that dam until the torrential rains and flooding of 2017 caused damage to the main spillway and the emergency spillway overflowed for the first time in the entire history of that dam. Work is now underway to repair and strengthen the spillways on that dam.

Jerry Brown is a SUPERB GOVERNOR of California and would make an equally SUPERB PRESIDENT OF THE USA.

The NSA developed powerful cyberweapons supposedly to fight ‘Islamic terror’, however defined. This has failed. But NSA proceeded to hack the American people en-mass, a violation of the Constitution so blatant Congress passed laws to stop it. But the NSA paid no price for its criminal act. This is classic American government impunity.

And now the NSA cyberweapons form the core technology to develop and perpetrate this Ramsomware attacks around the world. Hitting business but most unfortunately hospitals and threaten lives. Europe, Russia and China got the biggest hits. National infrastructures damaged, disrupted.

Not a single word of explanation, of apology from the NSA or its bosses. Classic American government impunity again.

I hope to see the EU, Russia and China governments charge the NSA for crimes against humanity. I hope to see the UN pass a resolution labeling the U.S. government sponsor of state terrorism. And impose $100 billion fine.

Witnessed another military Aircraft training exercise last week at the Myrtle Beach Airfield. AWESOME!

I believe it was the new Super Cargo Jet built by Lockheed.

“The Lockheed Martin’s C-5M Super Galaxy is the workhorse of US strategic airlift capability. Also it is the largest aircraft, routinely operated by the US forces.”

We saw at least a couple dozen quick launches and immediate returns to touch and go again by these massive birds, as their immense power rattled windows and scared little children. The banking turns out over the ocean was an awesome sight, and the sound of power and freedom, was heart throbbing.

Speaking of heart throbbing; a small plane’s pilot sure had a big dose of that on Tuesday, as his small plane lost power just after launching off the runway. As he had no options, he ditched the plane just off the end of the State Park Fishing Pier. Many people fishing and beaching it, were having a once in a lifetime visual experience as the plane crashed into the sea. Lucky for him it was during the daylight hours, and a couple jet skis nearby saw him crash, and made a quick run to rescue the man as he was swimming near the wreckage. Basically unharmed, he was thankful for the rescue and safe return to land.

  • Why would anyone want to be a Trump supporter after last week’s insane meltdown? I never saw a zanier week of self-destructive actions by a president in my life. Trump is losing some of his most conservative supporters quickly now as he proves daily he’s a pathological narcissist. The White House is falling apart at the seams as rats flee a sinking ship. Trump has done everything possible all on his own to make himself look like Richard Nixon (whether he is like him or not). What we are now witnessing is the meltdown of pathological narcissist who has made it to the office of president … or the most generously crafted reality TV show Trump has made yet. As I wrote in a comment after my own recent article about this week:

“Some folks here seem to think that I think the investigation is going to find something. As I’ve repeatedly said, my point is not whether there is any truth behind it, but what a fool Trump is for doing everything he did last week to try to make it look like there is truth behind it, thereby handing his critics tons of potent ammunition. If Trump wanted to make certain this investigation goes on for, at least, the rest of the year with a lot more people believing he did do something wrong, then his present course of action was the perfect recipe to make certain that happens. (Think I’m wrong? Watch what happens from this point forward.)

“If I wanted to look guilty, I’d fire the investigator who was coming after me; but if I wanted to look really guilty, I’d also tell everyone in the US on national television that the reason I fired him had nothing to do with Hillary or with any else’s recommendation but was something I’d already made up my mind to do all on my own solely because of the investigation into the possibilities of me colluding with the Russians. But, if I was afraid all of that wasn’t enough, I’d schedule a closed-door meeting the very next day with one of the key Russians that I was accused of colluding with, who was also being investigated, and then I’d tell everyone we’re having this closed door meeting and that we talked about the collusion investigation and the firing of the lead investigator to make sure no one in the United States missed those details.

“If all of that wasn’t going to create enough of a flurry of attention all around me, I’d try to make it look as much like Watergate as possible by including Watergate fossil Henry Kissinger in that closed-door meeting with the Russians and inviting the press in for a quick peek at Kissinger’s fossilized remains sitting beside me and smiling like Weedend at Bernie’s in those two iconic chairs in the oval office where Kissinger and Nixon used to sit during the Watergate glory days. And then, just in case everyone still missed the Watergate connections I was hoping to make, I’d threaten the investigator that I hired so that my critics would be certain to level obstruction-of-justice charges against me just as they did with Nixon. It wouldn’t matter whether or not I was really obstructing justice, but just that it was certain to look to all my accuser like I was. But, just in case all of that still didn’t make Watergate comparisons obvious enough, I’d also bring up the fact that I had secret recordings of our conversations. To put the final dot on the “i,” I’d use the word “tapes” (the word thrown around more than any other during the Watergate days but clearly out of use today) rather than “recordings,” even though no one records anything on tape in this digital computer age. And, just in case anyone missed the fact that I was using the word in an archaic manner to mean “recordings,” I’d also put the word in quotation marks, just like I did with “wiretapped,” the other word thrown around a lot during the Watergate era that is no longer used today to mean “surveillance.”

“With that, we are done and Trump is toast. (I didn’t say “guilty.” I said he’s “toast,” and he fully toasted himself — whether due to peak stupidity in not seeing how all of that looks or peak naiveté in not realizing that how things look in politics matters hugely during the next election round or out of the guilt of a tell-tale heart or because he’s just such a pathological narcissist that any attention is good attention, so let’s kick the hornets’ nest as hard as we can in rapid-fire action about a dozen times and see how buzzed-up we can get the media hornets.)

“So, AGAIN, my article wasn’t about proving he’s guilty, but about the zaniest most self-destructive week in politics I’ve seen in my life … by far. I cannot even imagine how Trump will top this amusement ride, but somehow I think he will. Just when the ruckus has quieted down, he always finds a way to stir it up more than ever. Trump’s insane actions this week alone will juice up the remainder of the year and continue into next, making it almost impossible for him to get anything done. So, while Trump is toast as an effective president, he certainly is not done. As a result of this week, there will be hearings and cries for impeachment (or just invoking the crazy clause in the 25th amendment) from now to New Year … infinity and beyond.

“Trump may not know how to be president, but he sure has created the ultimate reality show about being president. While his ratings as president are next to nothing, his television ratings are off the chart! So, if you want to say he’s playing 4-D chess with all of us as a creator of attention-grabbing reality TV, you may be on to something. Maybe that’s all his candidacy and presidency were about in the first place — creating the ultimate reality TV show. If so, he’s brilliant!”

    –David Haggith

even the millennials on the left are sick of it. lol

      • In all seriousness there is no need for spin on Trump’s behavior last week at all. It was absolutely bizarre. Whether he is guilt or not is not the point at all. The point is what is wrong with someone who does everything one can possibly think of to try to look guilty or someone who is so naive that he has no concept of how guilty such behavior makes him look. The latter of those two options seeming the least likely, as he’d have to be the most politically naive person on the planet to not see all those connections. I guarantee you, he has set himself up to be beat mercilessly for months to come with all that bizarre behavior. (It doesn’t simply rest on the fact that he fired Comey, whom he should have fired but didn’t when he first took office. It’s the loads of stuff he piled on top of that, which is almost beyond belief.)

Hurricane Bearing Down on the Casino – David Stockman

Yesterday I said the Donald was absolutely right in canning the insufferable James Comey, but that he has also has stepped on a terminal political land-mine. And he did.

That’s because the entire Russian meddling and collusion narrative is a ridiculous, evidence-free attempt to re-litigate the last election. And now that the powers that be have all the justification they need. And what is already an irrational witch-hunt will be quickly turned into a scorched-earth assault on a sitting president.

The “New” Financial Weapons of Mass Destruction

According to Goldman, a mere 10 stocks — 10 stocks — account for almost half the S&P’s gains for the year.

    Forty-six percent, to be precise.

This year’s bull’s-eye stocks are the so-called FAANGs — Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix and Google.

Rounding out the top 10 are Visa… Philip Morris… Oracle… Home Depot… and Broadcom.

Most other stocks are zeroes — or worse.

    David Stockman in yesterday’s reckoning:

“During the last 70 days, the FAANGs have gained $260 billion in value, while the other 495 companies in the S&P 500 have lost an identical amount… Other than the five FAANG stocks, the market has been silently collapsing since March 1.”

Meanwhile, recent data from Fundstrat Global Advisors reveal that just 40 stocks out of 500 — 8%, that is — account for some 85% of the S&P’s gains this year.

Is Trump boosting the economy? Here’s what Goldman Sachs says…

Ever since President Donald Trump took office, the main question on the mind of U.S. stock market investors has been, “will the market optimism his election inspired prove justified by economic activity, or did the rally simply set stocks up for a bigger fall?” According to a Goldman Sachs analysis of corporate commentary, it’s looking more like the latter.

Revving Up War On Trump – Stephen Lendman

Instead of criticizing him for the right reasons, media scoundrels bash him for the wrong ones.

Dark forces in Washington want him weakened, delegitimized, ousted, and replaced by neocon Pence, an easily controlled establishment figure, their sinister agenda in good hands with him as president. Acting as press agents for power, media scoundrels support what demands condemnation. At war with Trump throughout the campaign, their hostility continues with him as head of state. Firing James Comey is a pretext for revving up war on him, a convenient issue with legs, not going away any time soon, even after a new FBI director is named.

A nasty confirmation fight could follow announcing someone America’s deep state opposes. Meanwhile, Comey’s sacking has been the dominant media story since his May 9 dismissal.

          • Trump 2020

    IS KELLYANNE A CONWOMAN?

‘I need to take a shower’: What President’s counselor said after she had finished defending Trump, according to Morning Joe hosts who claim she secretly hates her boss and is just after the money

The ‘Morning Joe’ host revealed on her MSNBC program Monday that Conway once complained about having to defend President Donald Trump before suggesting that she does not even like the man she works for in the White House. ‘This is a woman who came on our show during the campaign and would shill for Trump in extensive fashion,’ said Brzezinski. ‘And then she was turned off the air, the camera would be turned off, the microphone would be turned off, and she would say, “Blah, I need to take a shower,” because she disliked her candidate so much.’ Scarborough later said that Conway then began to distance herself from Trump just prior to the election after the ‘P****gate’ scandal, noting her attitude quickly became: ‘I don’t believe in this guy. He’s just my client. It’s just a paycheck.’
